정상체중을 가진 성인 남성에서 지방과다(adiposity)와 심혈관계 질환의 위험요인과의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 2001년 1월 3일부터 12월 31일까지 영남대 학교의료원에서 종합검진을 받은 만 28~69세 성인 남성 129명을 대상으로 연령, 신체계측, 혈압, 공복 혈당, 혈청 지질대사치와 체성분 검사를 실시하였다. 체질량지수(BMI)가 18.5~23 $kg/m^2$(76명)인 정상체중군과 23~25 $kg/m^2$(53명)인 과체중군으로 분류하고, 체지방률, 체지방량과 위험인자들(수축기혈압, 이완기혈압, 공복시 혈당, 중성 지방, 저밀도지단백, 고밀도지단백)의 상관관계를 분석하고, 정상체중군을 지방과다에 따라 3군으로 나누고, 각 군과 과체중군에서 심혈관 질환의 위험인자를 평가하였다. 정상체중의 제1군을 기준으로 제2, 3군과 과체중군의 위험인자 존재에 대한 비차비(odds ratio)를 조사하였다. 정상체중군에서 지방과다 변수들(adiposity variables: 체지방량, 체지방률)과 수축기 및 이완기 혈압, 저밀도지단백, 고밀도지단백, 중성 지방에서 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(P<0.01). 나이를 보정하고 난 뒤 제1군을 기준으로 제3군(체지방율: 3.7, 체지방양: 4.7)과 과체중군(체지방율: 6.6, 체지방양 11.5)에서 위험인자에 대해 더 높은 비차비를 가졌다. 지방이 많은 정상체중의 성인남성은 적은 지방을 가진 성인 남성보다 심혈관 질환에서 더 높은 유병 위험도를 가졌다. 지방 측정은 정상체중군에서 심혈관계 질환의 위험인자외에 추가적인 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.

Pancreatic polypeptide family펩타이드들의 뇌혈관 평활근 수축성에 미치는 효과를 관찰하고, cyclic nucleotide 활성제 및 칼륨통로개방제와의 상호작용을 관찰하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 하였다. 체중 $20{\sim}30\;g$의 개를 사혈 희생시켜 두개골을 절개한 후 뇌저동맥과 중뇌동맥을 적출하였다. 적출된 동맥편은 $4^{\circ}C$의 생리적식염수 내에서 나선형 절편으로 만들어 0.3%의 CHAPS 용액에 침잠시킴으로써 내피세포층을 제거한 후 95% $O_2$와 5% $CO_2$의 혼합기체로 포화된 $37^{\circ}C$의 Krebs-Henseleit 용액을 포함한 적출근편실험조에서 등척성 장력을 측정하였다. 1. PP, PYY 및 NPY는 뇌동맥 나선형절편을 농도의존적으로 수축시켰으며, 그 효력과 효능은 PYY가 가장 강하였고, 그 다음이 NPY, 그리고 PP의 순이었다. 이들의 효력은 노르아드레날린보다 20내지 200배 강하였으며, 그 중 PYY는 5-HT 보다도 강한 효력을 보였다. 2. Cyclic AMP 활성제인 forskolin과 cyclic GMP 활성제인 sodium nitroprusside는 뇌동맥절편의 기본장력을 감소시켰으며, PP, PYY 및 NPY 유발수축 역시 농도의존적으로 억제하였다. 이 때 forskolin의 기본장력억제작용이 sodium nitroprusside보다 강한 효력을 나타내었다. 3. 칼륨통로 개방제인 RP 49356, P 1060 및 BRL 38227은 기본장력에 대해서는 공히 농도의존적으로 억제하였으나, PP, PYY 및 NPY 유발수축에 대해서는 P 1060만이 농도의존적으로 억제하였고, RP 49356 및 BRL 38227은 약간 억제하는 경향만을 보였는데, 특기할 것은 저농도의$(0.1\;{\mu}M)$ BRL 38227이 이들 펩타이드 유발수축을 오히려 증가 시켰다는 것이다. 4. 기본장력에 대해서, 칼륨통로개방제들은 forskolin의 이완작용에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 그중 P 1060과 BRL 38227은 sodium nitroprusside의 이완작용을 상승적으로 강화하였다. PYY$(0.1\;{\mu}M)$유발 수축작용에 대해서, 칼륨통로 개방제들은 forskolin의 수축억제작용에 대해서는 약간 길항하는 경향만을 보였고, sodium nitroprusside의 수축억제작용은 유의하게 길항하였다. 이상의 결과들을 종합하면, 개의 뇌혈관에서는 NPY 뿐만 아니라 PYY도 혈관수축기전에 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있으며, 그 수축작용의 기전에는 세포내 cAMP 및 cGMP 활성도의 변화가 포함된다고 사료된다. 또 칼륨통로개방제들은 pancreatic polypeptide family의 뇌혈관수축작용에 대하여 제제 및 농도에 따라 다양한 영향을 미치므로 이에 대한 향후의 더욱 세밀한 연구가 요구된다.

Gorlin-Goltz syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder with a high degree of penetrance. It is characterized by basal cell carcinomas, odontogenic keratocysts, palmar and plantar pits and ectopic calcifications of falx cerebri. The presence of two major and one minor criteria or one major and three minor criteria are necessary to establish a diagnosis. Early diagnosis and treatment of Gorlin-Goltz syndrome, as well as family screening and genetic counseling are essential as it may be associated in 10% of patients with aggressive basal cell carcinoma and malignant neoplasias. We report here a patient with Gorlin-Goltz syndrome.

Let $R_k({\alpha})$, $0{\leq}{\alpha}<1$, $k{\geq}2$ denote certain subclasses of analytic functions in the unit disc E with bounded radius rotation. A function f, analytic in E and given by $f(z)=z+{\sum_{m=2}^{\infty}}a_m{z^m}$, is said to be in the family $R_k(n,{\alpha})n{\in}N_o=\{0,1,2,{\cdots}\}$ and * denotes the Hadamard product. The classes $R_k(n,{\alpha})$ are investigated and same properties are given. It is shown that $R_k(n+1,{\alpha}){\subset}R_k(n,{\alpha})$ for each n. Some integral operators defined on $R_k(n,{\alpha})$ are also studied.

In this paper, we will introduce the concept of fuzzy mulitplication module. We will define a new operation called a product on th family of all fuzzy submodules of a fuzzy mulitplication module. We will define a fuzzy subset of the idealization ring R+M and find some relations with the product of fuzzy submodules and product of fuzzy ideals of the idealization ring R+M. Some properties of weakly fuzzy prime submoduels and fuzzy prime submodules which are de ned by T.K.Mukherjee M.K.Sen and D.Roy will be introduced. We will investigate some properties of fuzzy prime submodules of a fuzzy multiplication module.

Cesium lead halide ($CsPbX_3$) nanocrystals have emerged as a new family of semiconductor nanomaterials that can outperform existing semiconductor nanocrystals owing to their superb optical and charge transport properties. Although these materials are expected to have many superior properties, control of the quantum confinement and isoelectronic magnetic doping, which can greatly enhance their optical, electronic, and magnetic properties, has faced significant challenges. These obstacles have hindered full utilization of the benefits that can be obtained by using $CsPbX_3$ nanocrystals exhibiting strong quantum confinement or coupling between exciton and magnetic dopants, which have been extensively explored in many other semiconductor quantum dots. Here, we review progress made during the past several years in tackling the issues of introducing controllable quantum confinement and doping of $Mn^{2+}$ ions as the prototypical magnetic dopant in colloidal $CsPbX_3$ nanocrystals.

한국 담수산 딱정장수노벌레과(Canthocamptidae)의 요각류에 대한 분류학적 연구의 일환으로, 큰뿔장수노벌레속 2종(Mesochra alaskana, M. suifunensis) 과 사슴노벌레속 3종(Elaphoidella grandidieri, E. bidens, E. superpedalis)을 보고한다. 이들은 모두 한국에서는 처음으로 보고되는 종이다. 현재까지 한국에서 기록된 큰뿔장수노벌레속과 사슴노벌레속의 종 검색표를 작성하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of storage space and to plan the desirable storage space in apartment based on the results of the investigatiiov. The personal interview and phisical trace method were used for this study. The sample was taken from 50 housewives living in apartments on 30pyong. The results were analyzed by SAS package program. The major findings were summarized as follows: 1) Total amount of storage space was from 6.65$m^3$ to 28.84$m^3$ and the mean was 13.01$m^3$. 2) Storage space of each room was deficient, especially bedroom II and III. 3) The number of family member was related to the satisfaction of storage space.

A sea star was collected from the Korea Strait in the waters adjacent to eastern Jeju Island, Korea ($33^{\circ}39^{\prime}86^{{\prime}{\prime}}N$, $127^{\circ}33^{\prime}12^{{\prime}{\prime}}E$) at a depth of 92 m on November 5, 2016. This specimen was identified as Marginaster paucispinus Fisher, 1913, from the family Poraniidae of the order Valvatida, based on morphological characteristics. The genus Marginaster Perrier, 1881 and M. paucispinus, which were first reported in the South China Sea, are new to the Korean fauna. Partial sequences of mitochondrial COI and 16S ribosomal RNA of M. paucispinus were have been determined for the first time and were deposited in GenBank. They are the first molecular records for the genus Marginaster.

In this work, four circulant and quadratic double circulant (QDC) constructions are applied to the family of the rings $R_{k,m}$. Self-dual binary codes are obtained as the Gray images of self-dual QDC codes over $R_{k,m}$. Extremal binary self-dual codes of length 64 are obtained as Gray images of ${\lambda}-four$ circulant codes over $R_{2,1}$ and $R_{2,2}$. Extremal binary self-dual codes of lengths 66 and 68 are constructed by applying extension theorems to the ${\mathbb{F}}_2$ and $R_{2,1}$ images of these codes. More precisely, 10 new codes of length 66 and 39 new codes of length 68 are discovered. The codes with these weight enumerators are constructed for the first time in literature. The results are tabulated.
