20대 여성의 브래지어 치수설정과 의복압에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishment of Brassiere Size and Clothing Pressure for the Twenties-aged Women)

  • To set the measurements of bras for women in their 20s, considering the comfortableness in wearing and tightness, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey concerning breasts and bras as well as measurements of body and contact surface pressure. Easier and more accurate method of determining cup sizes based on the breast circumference is recommended to make up for the problem of current bra size system that can falsely measure cup sizes. Lower chest circumference was set at 5 cm equal intervals, and the breast circumference applicable to the cup size was set starting from the standard, 18 cm (A-cup), at 2 cm equal intervals, which gave the best coverage (88.1%).

브래지어 원형 설계 - 75A를 중심으로- (Development of the Basic brassiere pattern - focusing on 75A -)

  • The purpose of this study is to dvelop the basic pattern of wome which are fitting for 75A. The collected data were statistcally processed usig the SPSS 10.0 for Mans Standard Deiation, Cronbach's $\alpha$, etc. This study suggested a size chart for body measurement for constructing basic brssiere patterns with size of 75A. The construction of this experimental brassiere were lower cup, upper cup, front panel and wing and characterized by a round cup wired as well as a full cup embrcing the entire breasts. The drafting method for constructing basic brassiere patterns for 75A was completed by selecting a total of 11subjects, and two wearing tests were carried out with the subjects. the dimensions and shapes of the basic brassiere pattern suggested in this research proved to be fitting and to have a wearing effect that brings together and supports the breasts.

오토크레졸의 MSDS 연소특성치의 적정성 연구 (A Study on the Appropriateness of the Combustible Properties of MSDS for o-Cresol)

  • For the safe handling of o-cresol, this study was investigated the explosion limits of o-cresol in the reference data. The flash points and AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. The lower flash points of o-cresol by using closed-cup tester were experimented in $77^{\circ}C$ and $80^{\circ}C$. The lower flash points of o-cresol by using open cup tester were experimented in $86^{\circ}C$ and $87^{\circ}C$. This study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 tester for o-cresol. The AIT of o-cresol was experimented as $495^{\circ}C$. The lower explosion limit(LEL) by the measured the lower flash point for o-cresol was calculated as 1.27 Vol%.

MSDS 적정성을 위한 아세틱안하이드리드의 연소특성치 측정 (The Measurement of Combustible Properties of Acetic Anhydride for the Compatibility of MSDS)

  • For the safe handling of acetic anhydride, this study was investigated the explosion limits of acetic anhydride in the reference data. And the lower flash points, upper flash points, and AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. The lower and upper explosion limits of acetic anhydride by the investigation of the literatures recommended 2.9 Vol% and 10.3 Vol.%, respectively. The lower flash point of acetic anhydride by using Setaflash closed-cup tester was experimented $49^{\circ}C$. The lower flash point acetic anhydride by using Tag and Cleveland open cup tester were experimented $55^{\circ}C$and $62^{\circ}C$, respectively. Also, this study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 tester for acetic anhydride. The experimental AIT of acetic anhydride was $350^{\circ}C$.

노말언데칸의 연소특성치의 측정 (The Measurement of Combustible Characteristics of n-Undecane)

  • 노말언데칸의 안전한 취급을 위해서 하부인화점, 상부인화점, 연소점 그리고 발화지연시간에 의한 발화온도를 측정하였다. 또한 노말언데칸의 하부와 상부인화점의 측정값을 이용하여 폭발하한계와 상한계를 예측하였다. 밀폐식 장치에 의한 노말언데칸의 하부인화점은 $59^{\circ}C$$67^{\circ}C$로 측정되었고, 개방식 장치에 의한 하부인화점은 $67^{\circ}C$$72^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. 클리브랜브 장치에 의한 노말언데칸의 연소점은 $74^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. ASTM E659-78 장치를 사용하여 자연발화 온도와 발화지연시간을 측정하였고, 여기서 측정된 최소자연발화온도는 $198^{\circ}C$였다. 측정된 하부인화점 $59^{\circ}C$와 상부인화점 $83^{\circ}C$를 이용하여 예측된 폭발하한계는 0.65 Vol.%, 폭발상한계는 2.12 Vol.%였다.

형상 변화에 따른 볼텍스 컵 최적화를 위한 전산유동해석 (Computational Fluid Analysis for Optimization of Vortex Cup with Different Shape)

  • 볼텍스 컵은 실린콘 웨이프 제조공정과 같이 민갑한 물체을 이송시키는 방법으로 제안되었다. 볼테스 컵의 상부에 위치한 노즐을 통해 공기를 공급하면 내부 실린더에서 큰 선회유동이 생성된다. 공기는 볼텍스 컵과 바닥면 사이의 틈새로 빠져나가면서 흡입압력을 생성시키고 물체를 들어 올릴 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 볼텍스 컵에 관한 3차원 유동 해석을 통해 실험 결과와 해석 결과를 비교하여 해석의 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 그리고 볼텍스 컵의 길이 변화와 형상 변화를 주어 해석을 통해 흡입 압력 생성에 영향을 미치는 정도를 분석하였고, 볼텍스 컵 형상의 최적 조건을 제시하였다.

노말테트라데칸의 연소특성치 측정에 의한 위험성 평가 (The Evaluation of Hazard by Measurement of Combustible Characteristics of n-Tetradecane)

Also lower and upper explosion limits by using measured the lower and upper flash points for n-tetradecane were calculated. The lower flash points of n-tetradecane by using closed-cup tester were measured $104^{\circ}C$ and $112^{\circ}C$. The lower flash points and fire point of n-tetradecane by using open cup tester were measured $113^{\circ}C$ and $115^{\circ}C$, respectively. This study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 apparatus for n-tetradecane. The experimental AIT of n-tridecane was $207^{\circ}C$. The calculated lower and upper explosion limit by using measured lower $104^{\circ}C$ and upper flash point $140^{\circ}C$ for n-tetradecane were 0.63 Vol.% and 3.18 Vol%.

노말펜타데칸의 화재 및 폭발 특성치의 측정 (The Measurement of Fire and Explosion Properties of n-Pentadecane)

  • For the safe handling of n-pentadecane, the lower flash points and the upper flash point, fire point, AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. Also lower and upper explosion limits by using measured the lower and upper flash points for n-pentadecane were calculated. The lower flash points of n-pentadecane by using closed-cup tester were measured $118^{\circ}C$ and $122^{\circ}C$. The lower flash points and fire point of n-pentadecane by using open cup tester were measured $126^{\circ}C$ and $127^{\circ}C$, respectively. This study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 apparatus for n-pentadecane. The experimental AIT of n-pentadecane was $195^{\circ}C$. The calculated lower and upper explosion limit by using measured lower $118^{\circ}C$ and upper flash point $174^{\circ}C$ for n-pentadecane were 0.54 Vol.% and 6.40 Vol.%.

노말헥사데칸의 화재 및 폭발 특성치의 측정 (The Measurement of Fire and Explosion Properties of n-Hexadecane)

  • For the safe handling of n-hexadecane, the lower flash points and the upper flash point, fire point, AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. Also lower and upper explosion limits by using measured the lower and upper flash points for n-hexadecane were calculated. The lower flash points of n-hexadecane by using the Setaflash and the Pensky-Martens closed testers were measured $128^{\circ}C$ and $126^{\circ}C$, respectively. The lower flash points of the Tag and the Cleveland open cup testers were measured $136^{\circ}C$ and $132^{\circ}C$, respectively. The fire points of the Tag and the Cleveland open cup testers were measured $144^{\circ}C$. respectively. This study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 apparatus for n-hexadecane. The experimental AIT of n-hexadecane was $200^{\circ}C$. The calculated lower and upper explosion limit by using measured lower $128^{\circ}C$ and upper flash point $180^{\circ}C$ for n-hexadecane were 0.42 Vol.% and 4.70 Vol.%.

빈약 유방 여성들에게 적합한 시판 브래지어 선정과 착용 외관 평가 및 3차원 분석 (Selection of an Optimal Commercial Brassiere for the Small-breasted Women and the Evaluation and 3D Analysis of the Wearing Appearance)

  • The ratio of small-breasted women occupies over 20% among Korean women in their twenties. However, the commercial brassieres for the small-breasted women were not fitted well to their breast shapes. In this research, the various commercial mold brasseries for small-breasted women were evaluated through the wearing test and the analysis of 3D images which were scanned from their torsos wearing the brassieres. In addition, professional panels performed the appearance evaluation based on the 2D front and side images captured from 3D images taken by 3D measurement systems. As the results, we found that small-breasted women preferred a 3/4 cup brassiere, of which volume is concentrated in the lower cup. The most preferred brassiere in wearing state shows that the characteristic angle between the chest and the upper cup is about 167 degrees, which is smaller than those of another brassieres, and that the ratio of the radius of curvature of the nipple part to that of the lower cup was about 0.78. These results provide important implications regarding the design of mold brassieres for small-breasted women in spite of the fact that these results represent the selected set of commercial brassieres. Therefore, further studies are highly demanded for the most suitable design information of mold cup for small-breasted women.
