인천지역 고등학생의 녹색식생활 인지와 저탄소 녹색생활 실천이 건강관련 식습관에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Green Dietary Life Recognition and Low-Carbon Green Life Practice on Health-Related Dietary Habits in High School Students in the Incheon Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of green dietary life recognition and low-carbon green life practice on health-related dietary habits in high school students. The subjects were 367 high school students in the Incheon area. This cross-sectional survey was conducted using a questionnaire, and data were analyzed with the SPSS 20.0 program. According to the findings, green dietary life recognition were categorized into two sub-factors: 'Eco-friendly traditional dietary life', and 'Life of consideration and thanks'. Low-carbon green life practice was 'Low-carbon green life', and health-related dietary habits were categorized into four sub-factors: 'Vegetables-oriented traditional dietary habits', 'Balanced dietary habits', 'Life practice for health', and 'Various cereals intake'. Green dietary life recognition showed a significantly positive relationship with all sub-factors of health-related dietary habits (p<0.05), whereas 'Eco-friendly traditional dietary life' had no significant effect on 'Balanced dietary habits'. Low-carbon green life practice showed a significantly positive relationship with all sub-factors of health-related dietary habits (p<0.01). Students who received green growth education showed significantly higher health-related dietary habits than those who did not (p<0.01). Girls showed significantly higher green dietary life recognitions and low-carbon green life practice than boys (p<0.01). Therefore, more green dietary life and low-carbon green life education programs targeting students are need. Voluntary activities, along with green dietary life and low-carbon green life education will help students improve their health-related dietary habits.

Hydrolysates of lignocellulosic materials for biohydrogen production

  • Lignocellulosic materials are commonly used in bio-$H_2$ production for the sustainable energy resource development as they are abundant, cheap, renewable and highly biodegradable. In the process of the bio-$H_2$ production, the pretreated lignocellulosic materials are firstly converted to monosaccharides by enzymolysis and then to $H_2$ by fermentation. Since the structures of lignocellulosic materials are rather complex, the hydrolysates vary with the used materials. Even using the same lignocellulosic materials, the hydrolysates also change with different pretreatment methods. It has been shown that the appropriate hydrolysate compositions can dramatically improve the biological activities and bio-$H_2$ production performances. Over the past decades, hydrolysis with respect to different lignocellulosic materials and pretreatments has been widely investigated. Besides, effects of the hydrolysates on the biohydrogen yields have also been examined. In this review, recent studies on hydrolysis as well as their effects on the biohydrogen production performance are summarized.

Research on void drift between rod bundle subchannels

  • Void drift between subchannels in a rod bundle is a crucial phenomenon affecting the calculation accuracy of thermal-hydraulic parameters in SMRs. It holds significant importance in enhancing the precision of safety analysis for SMRs. Existing research on experiment and model of void drift between rod bundle subchannels is relatively rare, and the accuracy of model calculations requires improvement. In this study, experiments on gas-liquid two-phase non-equilibrium flow were conducted to measure the redistribution of two-phase flow induced by void drift in a 1 × 2 rod bundle. The experiment results indicated that in bubby flow regime with void fraction less than 0.3, the void diffusion coefficient showed little variation with changes in void fraction. However, in slug flow and annular flow regimes with void fraction exceeding 0.3, the void diffusion coefficient significantly increased with an increase in void fraction. Furthermore, a new void drift model was developed and validated based on a subchannel code. The overall predicted uncertainty for the outlet void fraction in the rod bundle benchmark was less than 13%.

Adjustment of Korean First-Graders to Elementary School: The Role of Family Income, Type of Early Childhood Education Program, and Private Education Before and After School Entry

  • This study reviews the current status of Korean first graders, their experience with early care and education (ECE) programs, and their participation in private and after-school education. The research also examines how school adjustment during the first grade is related to family income, types of ECE programs, and participation in private and after-school education. Using the first year data of the Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) 2010, this study analyzes 752 first graders who attended only one of two types of ECE programs (child care centers or kindergartens), after which two 25% income extremes were examined. The analysis demonstrates that children from low-income households attended child care centers more often, while children from high-income households attended kindergartens more often. For both low-income and high-income groups, child care centers had a lower starting age and longer attendance periods than did kindergartens. High-income household children started attending ECE programs earlier, experienced more private and after-school education, and received a larger number of private and after-school educational lessons. For the second research purpose, children from low-income families showed better peer relations in school adjustment, while children attending child care centers showed better teacher relations than children attending kindergartens. Children with after-school education also exhibited better peer relations. These findings show the importance of government support for early learning, especially for low-income families and offer a foundation for developing private education polices for early childhood before and after school entry.

  • When a fire breaks out in a distribution center, it causes a lot of damage. And the most casualties are caused by Fire accidents. Therefore, training for fire prevention should be mandatory at the distribution center. Also, the contents of education should be different in room temperature warehouses and low temperature warehouses. Fire education in low-temperature warehouses should be more emphasized. This is because many fires occur in low-temperature warehouses. In this study, a study was conducted to determine the important order of training hours and contents for fire prevention education according to the type of distribution center. The importance of time and content for safety education in all types of warehouses did not differ significantly. It was first decided that safety prevention training should be conducted periodically in all types of warehouses

학습 부진아 지도를 위한 도형 교수.학습 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study On Development of Diagram Teaching & Learning System for Low-Level Students)

  • 수학 교육이 해결해야하는 과제 중 하나는 학습 부진아 문제이다. 이러한 문제를 개선하고 효율적인 학습 부진아 지도를 위해 '도형아 놀자'라는 교수.학습 시스템을 개발하였다. 도형아 놀자 교수학습 시스템은 학습 부진아의 수준에 맞는 맞춤식 교육을 목표로 도형영역의 내용을 5단계로 재구성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 학습부진아에게 도형에 대한 흥미 및 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 길러주기 위해 학년 구분 없이 수준에 따라 재구성하고 학습 부진아들이 자기 수준에 맞는 단원을 선택하여 스스로 문제를 해결해갈 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하였다.

저충실도 시뮬레이터를 활용한 신규간호사의 응급상황관리 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과 (The Effects of Simulation Education for New Nurses on Emergency Management Using Low-fidelity Simulator)

  • Purpose: This study focuses on investigating the effectiveness of simulation education on emergency management using a low-fidelity simulator as related to clinical skill performance, self-confidence, knowledge, learning satisfaction, and critical thinking disposition in new nurses. Methods: A pre-post test experimental design of nonequivalent control group was applied. Fifty-five new nurses were recruited, 28 nurses for the experimental group and 27 nurses for the control group. A simulation education for emergency management comprising knowledge lecture, team learning, skill education, team simulation, and debriefing was developed and implemented from Feb. 14 to 27, 2015. Data were analyzed with percentage, average, and standard deviation, chi-square, and t-test using SPSS. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher knowledge (t=5.81, p<.001), clinical skill performance (t=10.08, p<.001), self-confidence (t=-6.24, p<.001), critical thinking disposition (t=2.42, p=.019), and learning satisfaction (t=4.21, p<.001) for emergency management compared with the control group who had traditional lecture education. Conclusion: The results indicate that a simulation education using a low-fidelity simulator is an efficient teaching method for new nurses to deepen their clinical skill performance, self-confidence, knowledge, learning satisfaction, and critical thinking disposition in learning emergency management.

가족문화와 가치관 교육의 관점에서 본 저출산의 원인 및 극복 방안 탐색 (Exploring the causes and overcoming of low fertility in terms of family culture and value education)

  • 이 연구는 한국사회가 처해있는 저출산의 문제에 대하여 그 원인과 대책을 진단하고 논의하는 과정에서 '가족문화와 가치관'의 중요성을 제기하고자 한 것이다. 아울러 가족문화와 가치관 정립을 위한 교육적 접근의 관점에서 저출산의 원인 및 극복의 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 이 연구에서는 첫째, 저출산 관련 정책에 대한 평가를 고찰하여 저출산 원인을 재인식, 재평가하고, 둘째, 저출산 관련 가족문화와 가치관의 실태 및 변화를 고찰하며, 셋째, 저출산 대책과 관련된 '교육'의 문제를 쟁점화하여 교육적 개입의 타당성, 개입의 실태, 제도교육에서의 교육내용 검토, 교육의 필요성과 효과 검증, 교육내용의 구성, 교육적 접근으로 가능한 정책들과 논거 등을 살펴보았다. 저출산의 문제는 현대 한국사회가 갖고 있는 국가사회적 당면 과제로서 그 원인과 대책을 동시에 고려할 때, 경제적인 요인과 더불어 가족문화와 가치관에 대한 요인에 주목하여 볼 필요가 있으며, 이 요인들을 고려한 해결책으로서 성평등하고 가족친화적인 가족문화와 가치관 형성을 위한 교육적 접근을 더욱 강조하여야 한다.

농촌 부녀자와 농촌 생활지도사의 요통 교육에 관한 조사 (A Survey of Low Back Pain for the Rural Woman and Home Extension Worker Related Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the rural women's general status in relation with low back pain. This survey was done after teaching them the prevention and treatment of low back pain with Meckenzie Method. 84 rural resident women including rural life guidance. The results were as follows. 1. The average age of rural were $35{\sim}50$ years old and the guidance's age were $21{\sim}25$ years old. The educational level of rural women were highest in primary school(46.67 %) and the home extension worker were college education(83.67 %). 2. 75 % of rural woman complained low back pain while 17.33 % of the home extension worker had back pain. 3. The home extension worker feel the necessity of the education in low back pain(100 %) while 88.89 % of the rural woman agreed. 4. All the rural women and the home extension worker had the concept of back pain and its prevention(100 %). 5. After this education, the confidence in prevention and treatment were each 78.79 % with rural women and 91.84 % with home extension worker. 6. The necessity for the treatment of low back pain were : first, the correction of posture, second, the activity posture correction, third, the supportive roll of back curve. 7. There were no statistical significant outcome specifically.

저출산 사회에서 지역사회연계와 정책참여를 통한 가정과교육의 역할 (Role of Home Economics Education in a Low Fertility Society by Community Involvement, Public Policy Participation, and Advocacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 저출산 사회에서 가정교과내용, 지역사회와 연계활동, 정책참여와 지지활동의 측면에서 가정과교육의 역할과 나아갈 방향을 모색하는 데 있었다. 2007 개정 교육과정에 반영된 저출산 관련 내용을 살펴본 결과, 가정교과에서는 8학년, 9학년, 10학년에서 학년별 연계성을 가지고 체계적으로 내용을 구성하여 미래에 가정을 꾸릴 학생들에게 긍정적인 가족관과 자녀관을 가질 수 있도록 하였다. 반면 사회교과에서는 저출산 고령화 현상의 원인과 해결방안을 살펴보는 것으로 한정되어 있고, 과학교과에서는 임신과 출산의 과정을 과학적 지식으로 다루고, 도덕교과에서는 저출산과 직접적으로 관련되는 내용을 거의 다루고 있지 않았다. 즉, 가정교과가 저출산을 다루는 주 교과로서의 역할과 책임이 있다. 중등학교와 지역사회, 대학과 지역사회를 연계한 교육과정의 개발, 동아리 활동, 구체적인 수업 방법을 개발하여 청소년들이 지역사회의 맥락에서 다양한 방법으로 인구문제와 관련한 활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 가정학 전문가의 적극적인 정책참여와 지지활동은 개인, 가족, 사회, 국가정책에 기여하며, 교과의 역랑을 발휘하여 저출산과 관련한 인구문제를 해결하는 교과로 거듭날 수 있다. 가정과교육의 나아갈 방향으로 저출산 극복을 위해 창의적 체험활동의 동아리 활동, 지역사회 봉사활동, 범교과 활동을 지원할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발에 가정과 교사가 적극적으로 참여하고, 지역사회에서 가족 아동 육아 저출산 고령화와 관련한 인구문제에 전문적인 지식을 갖춘 가정과 교사로서 평생교육의 강사요원으로 활동하며, 저출산 극복을 위한 적극적인 정책참여와 지지활동에 참여할 것이 제안되었다. 이를 통하여 자신의 삶과 지역사회, 국가의 안녕을 위한 변화의 주체를 육성하는 교과로 위상을 높일 수 있다.
