Introduction of BIM(Building Information Modeling) was led by public institutions, and all buildings over a certain size were obligated to apply BIM. However, through various attempt to apply BIM to actual practice, people had doubt whether it is a usable technology in reality appeared. Therefore, this study investigated cases about implementation strategies of foreign countries, and conducted survey on BIM performances and preparation in architectural design firms. On the basis of this, it suggests the long-term development strategy of BIM and the basic direction of road map to adopt BIM effectively to domestic architectural design market. After considering the cases abroad and the results of survey, it is identified that incentive policies supporting finance and education should be carried out together with partially obligation method led by government in order to introduce BIM into architectural design market effectively by reflecting current situation of architectural design firms.

Recently, started to apply a strategy of selection and concentration in the construction and transportation R&D for the effective utilization of limited R&D resources. The department of construction and transportation planned the construction and transportation R&D innovative road map by the future 10 years technical requirement under the first year on the innovation of the construction and transportation technology from last year. The innovative road map which is a strategic and long term master plan integrated a construction and transportation suggested a vision as value createar for a improvement of living quality in the future. And made a specific goal that is the seventh construction technology level and the fifth transportation technology level in the world. The department of construction and transportation is planning a mid- long range planing of the construction and transportation R&D as following measurement of innovative road map. KICTEP and KISTEP planned a mid- long range R&D planing of the transportation system, logistics, aviation, railway for the last year. Introducing a methodology used a mid- long range plan and main results of the future railway R&D plan. And suggesting a politic comments for the effectively propelling railway R&D projects.

Along with the increase in demand for rescue services, the types of rescue services are also diversifying. Accordingly, rescue workers are exposed to various unpredictable dangerous situations, and the possibility of safety accidents is increasing, so the need for systematic management of safety accidents by rescue teams is emerging. It is necessary to present a roadmap for improving the quality of rescue services. An integrated technology roadmap tool that can be used immediately to improve structural quality was applied. The driving elements of the roadmap are composed of three elements that constitute the improvement of structural quality. It can be divided into safety management, professional competence and other (policy support) fields. This study intends to present a long-term and short-term roadmap by dividing it into safety management, professional competency, and other (policy support) fields.

This study investigated the German experience in the transition to a unified health care system and suggests the following implications for Korea. First, Germany could have made use of the unification process better if there had been a good road map. Therefore Korea must develop a well prepared road map that considers all possible situations. Second, Germany saw an opportunity for the improvement of the health care system in the early stage of unification but could not take advantage of it because the situation changed dramatically and they had not sufficiently prepared for it. Korea should take into account the opportunity for improvement of the present health care system, such as the roles of public health and traditional medicine. Thirdly, the conditions f North Korea seem to be far worse than those of former East Germany and also worse than even those of other transition countries. Therefore Korea should design a long-term road map taking as many variables into account as possible, including the different rigid way of thinking and the interrelationship among the social sectors. Fourthly, during the German reunification unexpected factors changed the direction of the events. Korea should have a separate plan for the unexpected factors.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학도서관 경영의 활성화 및 지식강국화를 위해 제반 사항들을 다각적으로 고려하면서 국가적 차원에서 추진해야 할 중 장기 발전 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 현안사항 및 문제점을 조사 분석하고, 그 결과를 중심으로 대학도서관의 발전전략을 수립하고, 대학도서관의 추진 사업별 개선 방향을 마련하였다. 이와 함께 본 연구에서는 이러한 사항들을 종합적으로 고찰하여 국가적 차원에서 추진해야 할 대학도서관 정책 로드맵을 작성하여 제시하였다.

본 연구는 재난환경 변화에 대응한 인적재난 R&D 중장기 로드맵 수립 기획에 관한 것으로서, 인적재난 안전기술 분야의 기술개발 투자 확대 방안 및 관련분야 선진국 대비 기술수준 격차해소를 위한 전략 제시, 인적재난안전기술개발 사업의 차세대대응기술 예측을 통한 사업 고도화, 중장기 로드맵 및 중점추진전략 도출, 중점 추진전략에 따른 주요 추진사업 및 세부추진과제 RFP 도출 등의 방안을 제시하였다. 주요 성과로서, 인적재난안전기술개발 중장기 투자 확대, 미래 인적재난 발생 가능성 예측을 통한 향후 재난대응 환경 변화와 안전관리 정책관련 패러다임 예측 및 효율적 대응, 인적재난안전기술 개발 중장기 로드맵을 통해 인적재난기술의 가치향상과 미래도약 기반강화 등이 기대된다.

A technical road map is one of critical research methods which include mid/long term strategies and objectives. There are many of projects conducted using this road map. A technical tree is used at the step of planning of the projects. This research was aimed at reviewing previous systems for conducting researches for and a basis required for improving railway safety in the future by finding out inconsistency arising from physical WBS, which is methodology of defining in existing railway technical trees. In the process of this research, we considered differences between systems safety and prevention as well as natures of them using the established technical tree, and set up plans for improving technical tree to secure railway safety as an integrated system.

본 연구에서는 재난환경변화에 대응하여 인적재난 중장기 계획과 로드맵 수립을 기획하기 위하여 국내외 인적재난 안전기술 개발동향을 분석하여 중장기 로드맵을 제시하였다. 최근 국내에서는 재난환경에 연관된 사회환경, 생활환경, 국내외 정부부처 대응 등의 급변화 의하여 인적재난 연구개발 중장기 로드맵 수립의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 미국은 국가재난 대응계획(NRF)과 국가사건사고관리시스템(NIMS)과 인적재난별 대응 시나리오 등에 의하여 기반을 구축하여 체계적인 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 일본은 년도별 방재백서의 연구개발 계획 등에 의거하여 재해대응 연구개발이 진행되고 있으며, 국내에서는 소방방재청과 국립재난안전연구원이 협력하여 인적재난 분야에 대한 연구과제를 진행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인적재난 연구개발 중장기 로드맵을 제시하여, '인명 및 재산피해를 최소화' 하고, 국가적 인적재난 분야 연구개발체계를 정립하고, 나아가 미래 인적재난환경 급변화에 대한 대책을 제시하였다.

Among many logistics technologies, primary area should be investigated in terms of long term periods. Therefore private company and public sector can visualize approaches to their corresponding industry. In this paper, we introduce vision and roadmap for integrated logistics systems based on national technology as well as three technology areas and fifteen core elements.
