Evaluation of Motorized retractor locking mechanism based on predetermined collision scenarios (충돌 예상 시나리오에 따른 모터 구동형 리트랙터의 잠김 작용 평가)

  • A retractor is the major component of a seatbelt system that restraints passengers by locking the movement of webbing. Recently, in order to increase the effectiveness of seatbelt systems, motorized retractors that remove slack and correct passenger posture just before airbag expansion when collision is predicted are widely used. Key component of motorized retractors is the one-way clutch that engages and disengages the winding action of webbing according to the direction of motor revolution. Analytical investigation of action of the one-way clutch mechanism has been carried out to figure out conditions for one-way locking, and to study the effect of various kinematic and dynamic design variables of one-way clutch. Using combination of ADAMS and LifeMOD soft-wares, dynamic simulation of operation of motorized retractors including Hybrid-III dummy model has been carried out to evaluate the performance of the motorized retractors in various crash scenarios.

  • For the phase measurement of radar signal in the coherent-on-receiver system, the COHO(Coherent Oscillator) generates the signal which locks to the phase of the transmit pulse. In this paper, COHO unit is developed to generate 60 MHz phase-locked signal. ILO(Injection Locking Oscilator) locks to the sample of the transmit pulse. Gate circuit, ILO, buffer amplifier, and pulse generator are designed and implemented.

  • The paper is concerned with the elasto-plastic and geometrically nonlinear analysis of shell structures using an improved degenerated shell element. In the formulation of the improved degenerated shell element, an enhanced interpolation of transverse shear strains in the natural coordinate system is used to overcome the shear locking problems; the reduced integration technique in in-plane strains is applied to avoid membrane locking behavior; selective addition the nonconforming displacement modes improve the element performances. This element is free of serious locking problems and undesirable compatible or commutable spurious kinematic deformation modes and passes the patch tests. An incremental total Lagrangian formulation is presented which allows the calculation of arbitrarily large displacements and rotations. The resulting nonlinear equations are solved by the Newton-Raphson solution scheme. The versatility and accuracy of this improved degenerated shell element are demonstrated by solving several numerical examples.

  • When an accident is happen due to using a bad Wire Compressor, some public resentments are caused and It cause lawsuit for we. In case, we will undergo a colossal financial loss. in addition to, Guide to improve quality of operation by using the number of times of pressing and pressing pressure with cooperative private enterprise. And because of needs for Thermal, Electrical and Chemical factor analysis of connection point of sleeve, expect to try improving problems of wire presser whole our company. We expect that reduce fault and save cost by this process. Consequently, we will prevent power losing and black out due to line faults by expulsion of inferiority equipment and prevent heating and line fault. This is possible using Alarming and Auto Locking Wire Compressor that is improve on this study.

  • This paper presents a new scheme for constructing locking-free finite elements in thick and thin plates, called Discrete Shear Gap element (DSG), using multiphase material topology optimization for triangular elements of Reissner-Mindlin plates. Besides, common methods are also presented in this article, such as quadrilateral element (Q4) and reduced integration method. Moreover, when the plate gets too thin, the transverse shear-locking problem arises. To avoid that phenomenon, the stabilized discrete shear gap technique is utilized in the DSG3 system stiffness matrix formulation. The accuracy and efficiency of DSG are demonstrated by the numerical examples, and many superior properties are presented, such as being a strong competitor to the common kind of Q4 elements in the static topology optimization and its computed results are confirmed against those derived from the three-node triangular element, and other existing solutions.

  • We have investigated the spectral characteristics of semiconductor lasers locked to the external light injected from a modulated laser. study on FM sideband injection locking has shown that when SLs are locked to the target sidebands of the directly modulated ML, the presence of the unselected sidebands influences the resulting microwave signals. The unselected signals can produce the unwanted beat signals around the desired beat signal, which degrade the overall system performance. This analysis way to generate Giga HZ signal generation.

  • Press accidents are one of the most popular industrial accidents. Two factors are considered to lead to press accidents, one is human, the other press machine itself. Accident itself is analyzed and concluded to be due to incomplete interaction between press and human. A press design considering safety as a methodology is introduced to reduce the industrial accidents by press machine, that is micro-inching locking system.

  • In this paper, e proposed and implemented multi-FBG strain sensor system which used both wavelength scanning and locking of Fabry Perot filter for improve the performance of sensor system.   • Anti-lock brake system(ABS) are designed to prevent wheel lock on all wheels of the vehicle by sensing wheel angular speed, processing the speed sensor signals in suitable digital electronic control circuits and comanding electrohydraulic actuators to control brake pressure. This study considers a control of ABS using wheel circumferential acceleration thresholds which avoids dangerous wheel locking due to excessive brake pressure during the vehicle braking and discusses the 3-channels, 3-sensors ABS system that employs "independent control" technique for the front wheels and "select low" technique for the rear wheels. The validities of the ABS such as vehicle stability, steerability and stopping distance during braking are assured through the vehicle tests on uniform asphalt straight roads.

  • It is possible to prevent deadlock if the priority which is conventionally given to transactions is endowed to data items and the transactions with the highest priority among transactions accessing the data item is allowed to proceed. Based on this observation, we proposed a Data-Priority Based Locking Protocol(DPLP) and evaluated its performance against known locking protocols in Real Time Database Management System(RTDBMS). Transaction inter-arrival time(IAT) was varied to determine success ratio, average-lateness, confict ratio and restart ratio, In these simulations we verified that the proposed DPLP performs better than the other protocols.
