지역농산물 활용성 증대를 위한 간편식 개발 사업 (A Project on Development of HMR using Local Foods to Increase Local Food Consumption)

  • According to the report of the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation (2019), the size of the HMR food market in 2019 exceeded 4 trillion won. On the other hand, the consumption of agricultural products continued to decrease. As reported by Woo (2020) who analyzed consumer panel survey data, when the 2010 agricultural product purchase index was 100, the crop purchase index in 2019 was 72 and the vegetable and special crop purchase index was 69. Therefore, the Rural Development Administration promoted the research projects to develop the technologies for producing stably raw materials of HMR and for optimizing local foods as HMR ingredients. Researches on the development of HMR using local agricultural products has been being promoted in Cheonan, Chungju, and Jeju in 2020. In the case of Jeju, it has been prepared and realized the B2B commercialization of Jeju agricultural products in connection with the convenience store ingredients supplier in the province. In the case of Cheonan, development of HMR foods like as Sundae, dumpling, sausage, and Tteokgalbi using willd chive, cherry tomatoes, shiitake mushroom, fortified perilla, and licopene fortified watermelon has been being promoted. Lastly, in the case of Chungju, a diverse HMR foods have been developed using beans, centella asatica, Japanese lady bell, apples and peaches such as blended juices, frozen boiled rice, and tofu kit. In the future, in connection with the regional specialized crop cultivation project promoted by the Rural Development Administration, we intend to support the convergence commercialization of R&D technology based on regional characteristics.

  • Rural areas have been faced with various problems such as aging and population decline, and in these circumstances, the activation of local communities is suggested as a solution. Agricultural producer organizations are a powerful means of maintaining rural society. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of agricultural community activities by region by comparing the status of organization and activities and analyzing Location Quotient(LQ) based on the regional survey data in the 2015 census of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. As the results of the analysis, it was found that 38.35% of villages participated in economic organizations and 32.22% of villages were having urban-rural exchange activities. The crop clubs were actively operated in the Gyeongsangbuk province, and other economic organizations were organized in Jeju, Haenam-gun, and Dangjin-si more than other regions. And the urban-rural exchange activities were found in Chungcheongnam province mainly. The results of detailed LQ analysis by organization and activity showed that specialized regions for each community or activity were different. These results could be used for regional planning or the establishment of strategies for community activation.

제주도의 농업기후 분석 I. 지형기후 추정법과 동계 일최저기온 분포 (Analysis of Agricultural Climatology in Cheju Island I. Distribution of Daily Minimum Temperature in Winter Season Estimated from a Topoclimatological Method)

  • 종관기상자료만으로 충족시킬 수 없는 농업분야 국지기상정보 수요에 대처하기 위해 지형기후 관계식에 의거한 제주도 전역의 정밀기후 추정 및 표출방법을 개발하였다. 먼저 도전역을 250m 간격의 직교격자로 구획하고 교차점의 해발고도를 지형도상에서 판독하여 사방 1km 지역(단위격자)의 평균해발고도, 평균경사도, 그리고 평균 경사방향 등 지형내자를 계산, 정량화하였다. 18개의 기존 및 신설 기상관측소가 위치한 단위격자의 지형 인자값과 실제 관측된 일최저기온값을 중회귀분석하여 지형일기온 관계식을 도출하고 이로부터 미관측 격자에 대하여 주정치를 계산하였다. 구체적으로 겨울철 일최저기온에 대하여 3개의 전형적인 기압계 유형별로 최적 추정식을 만들어 해안지대에 위치한 제주 및 서귀포 관측자료와 기압계 유형판별만으로 도전역의 일최저온 분포 예측을 가능케 하였다.
