수요자 중심의 경쟁적 의료 환경에서는 병원이 선택되어지기 위한 전략수립을 위해 고객친화 이미지에 대한 조사와 더불어 어떠한 요인이 의료기관에 대한 고객친화 이미지에 영향을 미치는지를 파악하는 것이 마케팅 전략 수립의 기본 자료로 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 지역병원들의 경영개선을 위한 효과적인 병원 마케팅 전략 수립을 위해 잠재고객과 병원직원을 대상으로 한 고객친화 이미지 평가와 고객친화 이미지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 분석을 수행하였다. 고객친화 이미지에 대한 분석결과, 지역별, 병원별 고객친화 이미지 순위와 고객친화 이미지를 구성하는 상징적, 기능적, 사회적 이미지에 대한 요소별 점수를 확인 할 수 있었는데 고객친화 이미지는 병원별보다는 각 지역별로 뚜렷한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 고객친화 이미지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 전문성과 계속성이었으며 지명도와 경제성은 고객친화 이미지에 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역병원들이 보다 전문화된 서비스를 개발하고 지역사회 내에서 안심하고 계속적인 서비스를 받을 수 있는 체계를 확립함으로 고객친화 이미지 향상을 통한 병원경영 개선을 이룰 수 있다는 점을 제시하고 있다.

Software export is very important for developing the domain software industry. Up to now, the study related in this issue is not enough even if exports are not activated. In our study, we treated and analyzed the three SME cases that have each successful record in recent years focusing to sales channels establishment and product localization. This study was done by interviewing the marketing directors mainly, and applied email exchanges, phones, and document analyses. Some implications can be addressed for the potential SME software exports. In the perspectives of sales channels building, the trust for product and firm itself is needed to have a good offshore partners. These are required to make the good relationship with partners, brand value's diffusion, and technical competency. As for product localization, the customization is important to meet the needs for local users effectively. So it is desirable to accept the advisory suggestions from the local consulting experts or representative customers. And the joint export strategy using the platform by linking some related products is effective for SME's software product's export.

Despite the well-proven, safe and effective therapies for hepatitis B infection, delivery of treatment remains a significant challenge in resource-poor settings. Geopolitical and economic restrictions present additional difficulties in providing care in North Korea. However, treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B remains a top priority for both the North Korean Ministry of Public Health and international agencies working in North Korean hepatitis healthcare facilities. Working in partnership, a path was created to institute this much-needed program. A consortium of United States and Australian humanitarian non-governmental organizations along with generous individual and corporate donors working in concert with local and national health authorities have succeeded in establishing the first hepatitis B treatment program in North Korea. The essential elements of this program include renovation of existing hepatitis hospitals, access to antiviral medications, establishment of laboratory facilities, creation of medical documentation and record-keeping, training of local health care professionals, and quarterly visits by international volunteer physicians and laboratory experts. Management and treatment decisions are made bilaterally. To date, nearly 1,500 patients have been evaluated, and over 800 have been started on long-term antiviral therapy. It is envisioned that this program will eventually be managed and funded by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Ministry of Public Health. This program's success demonstrates a potential model for delivery of antiviral therapy for patients suffering from hepatitis B in other developing countries.

최근 국가와 지방자치단체에서는 RFID 서비스 이용 비율이 높아지고 있으며, 이에 따라 기록관리기관에서도 RFID 시스템 도입을 검토하는 기관이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 기록관리기관에서 사용 중인 RFID 시스템은 표준기록관리시스템의 서고관리를 위한 일부 기능만 구현되고 있어 RFID 시스템 기능 개선을 통한 보다 효율적인 비전자기록물 관리가 요구되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록관리기관의 비전자기록물 관리를 위해 도입 중인 RFID 시스템의 활용 현황 분석을 통한 기능 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구는 기록관리기관의 비전자기록물 관리 현황 분석을 위해 2007년 최초로 RFID가 도입된 국가기록원과 2016년 RFID가 도입된 지방자치단체 기록관리기관 사례를 조사하였고, 이를 통해 기록관리기관의 RFID 시스템 기능 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

This is a case report of calcifying aponeurotic fibroma occurred in the right pterygopalatine fossa & ramus area accompanied by adenoid cystic carcinoma of the right sublingual gland of a 44-year-old female. Calcifying aponeurotic fibroma is benign tumor, but it is characterized by poorly marginated, infiltrated growth pattern and a stubborn tendency to local recurrence, but there is no record of malignant transformation or metastasis, and surgical management should be conservative(excision and reexcision). Most cases been reported at the hands and feet, but no reported case occuring in the head region is found in the literature. Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a slow-growing infiltrative tumor with high recurrence rate, and it's treatment requires radical excisin and radiotherapy. Wide surgical excision of tumor, RND and partial resection of mandible were done. And then, immediate mandibular reconstruction was performed by means of reimplantaion technique after autoclaving of the resected bone.

Vietnam is entering an important phase of urbanization that corresponds to the current economic development. Developing logistics of Vietnam in general, and Haiphong particularly, is urgent in order to meet the need for the economic development of Viet Nam in this period of international integration. Hai Phong's development record over the past 20 years is remarkable. In conjunction with the local government's efforts, external factors, such as increasing direct foreign investment, is turning Hai Phong into Vietnam's logistics hub. However, even though Hai Phong accounted for 98% of North Vietnam's throughput, its logistics services are low level, the ports are fragmented, and the port management scale is backward, with the legal system overlapping. This paper has systematically evaluated the development of Haiphong city during recent years, then offers some solutions to develop logistics for Hai Phong ports.

Ever since the dawn of civilization, the ambient vegetation and the resources constituted major source of human existence for various substantial requirements. Our present knowledge on plant resources emerged from the traditional heritable knowledge descended from generation to generation. However, traditional knowledge pertaining to several aspects remained untapped from various remote localities or populations. Furthermore, with the present trends of excessive exploitation of natural resources and degradation of habitats, conservation and ecological management require coherence of traditional skills and modern approaches. Therefore, the present study is to record traditional plant based knowledge among the inhabitants of Siwalik region of Uttarakhand Himalaya. Extensive field survey was made for the collection of data on the medicinal aspects of plant species in the study area covering the parts of districts Pauri, Dehradun and Haridwar. During the course of study 130 plant species belonging to 65 families are reported, used as traditional medicine by the local inhabitants of this region.

이 연구는 공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률이 제정된 1999년 이후 전국의 폐교(초·중·고)기록물 이관현황(보존기간, 유형별, 이관장소)을 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제안한 연구이다. 17개 시·도 교육청을 대상으로 한 정보공개 청구 결과, 1999년 이후 전국의 폐지학교는 총 1,411개로, 초등학교, 고등학교, 중학교 순으로 집계되었고, 보존기간별로는 1년-10년 기간의 기록물이 30년-영구 기간의 기록물보다 수량이 많았다. 유형별로는 전자기록물, 종이기록물, 행정박물, 시청각기록물 순으로 집계되었고 비전자기록물 대부분은 통합학교로 이관되고 전자기록물은 표준기록관리시스템(RMS)으로 이관되었음을 확인하였다. 지역 교육(지원)청 소속의 기록연구사 총 10명을 대상으로 반구조화된 심층면담을 실시한 결과, 폐교기록물 관리 지침 부재로 인해 체계적인 이관과 관리가 이루어지지 않으며 지역별 기관별 편차가 크다는 점, 웹기록물, 행정박물, 시청각기록물 이관의 어려움이 크고, 물리적 시스템적 이관 장소의 문제가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이상을 종합하여 폐교기록물 관리 지침의 제정, 전담부서 신설 및 인력 배치, 전산시스템 개선을 향후 폐교기록물 이관 및 관리 개선방안으로 제시하였다.

수많은 지역 속에는 우리의 역사와 삶이 존재하고 있지만, 그것들은 인간의 불완전한 기억만을 기대하며 사라져 가고 있다. 지난 10년간의 기록관리는 공공성이라는 미명하에 공공영역에만 치우쳐왔다. 민간영역이라고 해봤자 종교 또는 대학기록관리 정도에만 관심을 기울인 정도였다. 민간영역에 대한 기록관리는 그동안 '사적인 것'이라 하여 기록화 되지 못한 것들을 다양성 추구와 공동체적 삶을 보존하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 민간영역 기록관리는 지역이라는 범위로 토대로 각각의 '지역성'을 기반으로 한 지역 아카이빙(Archiving Locality)을 통해 이뤄져야 한다. 지역성이란 '특정한 지점에 속하는 성격' 또는 '한지역의 특별한 성격', 즉 지역별 특수성이라고 정의할 수 있다. 즉 특정한 장소나 공간에 존재하는 상태나 상황을 일컫는 말로써 상이한 지역 내에 나타나는 자연적 환경 및 사회 문화적 환경의 차이에 의해 생성되는 지역적 유기체로서의 성격을 의미한다. 이러한 지역성을 바탕으로 한 지역 아카이빙들이 모인다면 지역의 다양한 삶이 녹아있는 국가의 모습을 재현할 수 있을 것이다. 지역 아카이빙의 대상은 도심 속 문화공간에서부터 공동체적 삶을 영위하는 마을 및 소멸되어 사라지는 장소에 이르기까지의 모든 지역을 대상으로 한다. 지역 아카이빙을 위해서는 과거기록에 대한 수집만큼이나, 지역성의 지속을 위해 앞으로 생산되어야 하는 기록에 대한 생산전략 역시 중요하다. 지역 아카이빙은 국지적이며 단계적으로 실시해야 하며 해당지역의 구성원들이 공유하는 가치와 인식 역시 수집과정에 반영해야 한다. 수집정책을 바탕으로 지역의 조직 및 개인기록들을 아카이빙 한 이후에는, 운영 및 활용에 대한 네트워크를 구축하여 지역 아카이빙의 방법론 구축 및 공유, 그리고 결과물의 다양한 활용을 모색해야 한다. 지역 아카이빙이란 용어 자체가 아직은 낯설고 지역성에 대한 개념 또한 명확하지 않은 것이 사실이다. 하지만 그동안 공공영역에 쏟았던 관심과 노력을 이제는 민간영역으로도 상당부분 돌려야 할 시기가 왔다고 생각한다. 뉴스나 정보, 데이터 하나가 한 시간도 채 되지 않아 전국에 전파되는 오늘날이지만, 우리의 삶은 여전히 우리가 살고 있는 조그만 지역으로부터 시작되기 때문이다. 지역 아카이빙이 모여 국가의 모습을 완성한다면 다양성을 담보하는 것은 물론, 거시적인 흐름 속에서의 지역 공동체적 삶을 보존할 수 있을 것이다.

Construction processes are highly repetitive. A resource entity continuously cycles through work tasks that processes or uses resources. Web-CYCLONE (Halpin 1992) has been accepted as a useful tool for modeling and analyzing a specific operation. However the system has a lack of practicality as follows: (1) it does not efficiently record and keep track of operation models in a database; (2) it does not provide the functions which facilitate to retrieve corresponding model and to update local variables of the model using observed data; (3) it does not automate the complex process that executes simulation experiment, analyzes simulation outputs and generates a report on behalf of the practitioners. Therefore, practitioners have a difficulty in reusing, modifying and analyzing the existing operation models. This study introduces a Client/Server based CYCLONE that improves above-mentioned limitations in the existing Web-CYCLONE. The system was illustrated by revising CSPU in practice.
