The effect of fluctuation of Equivalence Ratio (ER) in a turbulent reactive field has been studied in order to check the global combustion characteristics induced by the local fluctuation. When the flow is premixed on a large scale, closer examination on a small scale reveals that local fluctuations of ER exist in an imperfectly premixed mixture, and that these fluctuations must be considered to correctly estimate the mean reaction rate. The fluctuation effect is analyzed with DNS by considering the joint PDF of reactive scalar and ER, followed by modeling study where an extension of stochastic mixing models accounting for the ER fluctuation is reviewed and tested. It was found that models prediction capability as well as its potential is in favor to this case accounting the local ER fluctuation. However, the effect of local fluctuation did not show any notable changes on the mean global characteristics of combustion when statistical independence between the reactive scalar and ER field is imposed, though it greatly influenced the joint PDF distribution. The importance of taking into account the statistical dependency between ER and combustible at the initial phase is demonstrated by testing the modeled reaction rate.

In recent years, over 100 trails were created in Korea, and Jeju Olle and Jiri Mt. Doolle trail are the most familiar and successful trails in Korea. The research aimed to find relationship between fair tourism and long distance trails. In the first step, we investigated the concept of fair tourism, and deducted 8 key-words; 1)local participation 2)resource sharing 3)provision of unique social, cultural resources 4)sovereignty of local culture 5)small_scale, low impact, eco-friendly 6)sustainable infrastructure 7)revitalize local community 8)comprehensive accommodation of a diverse tourists. Through the analysis of 3 representative sites of long distance trails, we tried to find out the distinct characteristics of fair tourism of the selected sites with evaluating criteria that was provided by UNEP and related organizations. The finding of the study could contribute to defining concept of fair tourism, and by doing so, attribute in setting up a framework of designing and planning of long distance trail under the concept of fair tourism that diverse parties could co-benefit, including local community, local government and tourists.

Amongst society's transitional presuppositions towards the future, population aging is the most critical issue in Korea. Immediate attention to devise a countermove is required. One of the major trends appeared in retirement communities of advanced countries is social integration which has been considered as a promising future direction of elderly housing development. This study aims to find out social integration characteristics and to categorize local engagement types of recent retirement communities through the characteristics of sharing common facilities and programs. Data were collected through mainly web site and literature reviews. Contentent analysis technique was used. Ten CCRC cases were selected through web search using the major key words such as 'intergenerational'. As a result, community engagement types were classified into six categories by the degree of sharing both physical and program resources between the retirement community and local area. This type can be utilized to develop alternative housing and retirement community for the older adults as a new model which activates the resident and vitalizes the retirement community through local engagement by physical and social resources.

An experimental study was performed to confirm the effect of the changing combustor pressure(-30~30 kpa), combustion characteristics were investigated by measuring the local chemiluminescence intensity, the local temperature distribution and emission. In order to investigate combustion ones, the combustor pressure index($P^*$) was controlled in the range of 0.7~1.3 for each equivalence ratio in the present combustion system, where $P^*$ is defined as the ratio of absolute pressure to atmospheric one. The local mean temperature showed the uniform distributions for lower pressure index, which increased with increasing equivalence ratio. The mean $OH^*$ chemiluminescence intensity, showed high level for lower pressure index for ${\Phi}{\get}1.0$ conditions. EINOx decreased with decreasing pressure index for overall equivalence ratio conditions.

조명 및 반사광의 성질에 의해 블러링이 발생하고 이런 영상을 인식하는 경우 정확한 에지 검출이 어렵게 된다. 본 논문에서는 블러링된 영상에서 에지를 최적으로 검출하기 위해 일정하게 에지를 검출할 수 있는 가우시안 함수와 2차 미분 함수를 합성한 새로운 하이브리드 함수를 제안하고 실제 영상과 컨볼루션 한 후 함수의 local scale 계수 $\sigma$ 값을 변화시키면서, Canny 알고리즘의 방향성 에지 검출방법을 적용하여 에지를 검출하였다. 그 결과 Sobel, Robert, Canny 에지 검출방법보다 0.2~14㏈ 정도의 에지 검출특성이 개선됨을 확인하였다.

The society for conservation of local historical properties in Korea originated in Japan. It was transplanted by Joseon Governor-General to represent their positions in the field of the conservations of the cultural properties. Also the society for conservation of local historic properties represented the positions of the provincial government office because the representatives of that societies were the chief of local government offices. At that time, the fundamental concept of the historical property conservations was not settled, so they accomplished the conservation activities as the necessary way for themselves.They often made a proposal about repairs for conservation of historical building and suggested a application for the national budget. And they contributed to carry out the repair works of the historical properties in the early Japanese colonial period. But they was usually used to invigorate the tourism and to publicize the regional characteristics through the historical properties. Although the societies were privately-managed as a matter of form, they were governmentally-managed as a matter of fact. It was the limits of the societies for conservation of local historical properties at that time.

본 연구는 장애인가구 추가비용의 지역별 차이를 분석하여 지역특성을 반영한 추가비용 보전 급여액 산정의 근거를 마련하는데 있다. '2011년 장애인실태조사' 와 '2011년 지방자치단체 장애인예산' 자료 결합하여 추가비용의 지역별 차이를 분석하기 위해서 집단별 평균비교분석을 실시하였다. 추가비용이 가장 높은 지역은 인천광역시였으며, 추가비용 보전이 가장 높은 지역은 서울특별시로 나타났다. 장애인 예산 비율이 가장 높은 지역은 대전광역시였으며, 장애인 1인당 예산이 가장 높은 지역은 제주특별자치도로 나타났다. 두 집단 평균비교(t-test) 결과, 추가비용 보전이 높은 집단은 추가비용 보전이 낮은 집단에 비해서 장애인 예산 비율과 장애인 1인당 예산이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 정책제언으로 첫째, 지역별 특성에 맞는 추가비용 보전 급여액의 증액 둘째, 지방자치단체의 장애인예산 및 장애인 1인당 예산 증액 셋째, 추가비용 항목에 따른 추가비용 지출 감소를 위한 대책을 마련하여야 한다.

본 연구에서는 여러 가지 제원 변화에 따른 폐단면 리브 보강판의 국부 처짐과 국부 모멘트의 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 여러가지 사다리꼴 리브를 갖는 보강판에 정사각형 분포하중을 재하하고 분석한 결과, 재하 패널 폭이 국부 거동에 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 옆 패널 폭이 미치는 영향은 매우 작은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 기준 보강판의 국부 거동은 강판과 리브가 이루는 각도로 표현되고, 다른 보강판의 국부 거동은 기준값에 재하 패널 폭, 판 두께, 리브 두께, 리브 높이, 옆 패널 폭의 비율 함수를 곱하여 구할 수 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 결과 또한 상당한 정확도를 나타내었다. 비율 함수를 다른 재하 크기에 적용한 결과, 재하 패널 폭을 제외한 다른 비율 함수의 타당성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 재하 패널 폭의 함수를 보정한 결과, 오차율이 크게 개선되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안한 비율 함수식을 이용하면, 제원과 상관없이 폐단면 리브를 갖는 보강판의 국부 처짐과 국부 모멘트에 대하여 간편하게 타당한 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

대형 백화점들의 다점포화전략, 할인점의 증가, 무점포업태의 성장 등으로 지방 백화점 고객들이 점포 전환을 용이하게 할 수 있는 유통환경이 조성되고 있다. 따라서 그동안 제한된 경쟁상황에서 영업활동을 해 온 지방 백화점들은 고객전환행동에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 지방 독점백화점 고객들의 전환행동 특성파악을 위해 선행연구를 검토한 후 유통환경의 급격한 변화속에서 고객들의 전환행동 특성을 불만즉요인, 전환장벽, 전환의도, 고객육특성(쇼핑향유성향, 다양성추구성향, 경쟁에의 노출정도, 인구통계특성)의 관계를 중심으로 파악해 보았다. 그 결과 불만족요인 평가는 고객의 특성(쇼핑향유성향, 경쟁에의 노출정도)에 따라 차이가 있으며, 전환장벽 인식은 고객의 특성(경쟁에의 노출정도, 인구통계특성) 및 불만족요인 평가에 따라 차이가 있고 예상경쟁자로의 전환의도는 고객의 특성(쇼핑향유성향, 경쟁에의 노출정도, 인구통계특성) 및 전환장벽 인식에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경쟁자의 시장진입을 눈앞에 두고 있는 지방 독점백화점의 전환관리는 고객특성 파악과 고객불만족을 감소시키려는 노력을 중심으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.
