화물 수송의 최적화를 위한 ITMS(Intelligent Transport Monitoring System) 설계 (A Design of ITMS(Intelligent Transport Monitoring System) for Optimization of Freight Transport)

  • 본 논문에서는 기상청, 교통관리센터, GPS, 센서 등을 이용하여 화물의 이동 경로, 컨테이너의 화물 보관 상태를 관리하는 지능형 운송 모니터링 시스템인 ITMS(Intelligent Transport Monitoring System)을 제안한다. ITMS는 컨테이너 내부의 온도 및 습도에 대한 정보, 화물 차량의 위치 정보를 ITMS 서버에 전송하는 CIMS(Container Inner Monitoring System), 화물 차량의 위치정보로 도착 예정시간을 산출하여 CIMS에게 전달하는 TMM(Transport Management Module), 수집한 컨테이너의 온도 및 습도 정보를 이용하여 화물의 신선도를 점검하고 관리하는 FMM(Freight Management Module), 그리고 CIMS, TMM, FMM으로부터 전달받은 정보로 컨테이너 하역 장소를 선정하고, 화물에 대한 정보를 RFID 라벨로 출력하여 컨테이너에 부착하는 SMM(Stevedoring Management Module)로 구성된다. 제안하는 ITMS는 CIMS를 이용하여 화물의 상태를 수시로 점검할 뿐만 아니라, RFID 라벨로 빠르게 화물의 정보를 획득하고, 관리하는데 소용되는 시간을 단축할 수 있다.

양식 생김의 양륙 작업 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of loading and unloading work in laver aquaculture industry)

  • In this study, an automatic system for improving the working environment and increasing production efficiency of a laver aquaculture industry in Korea was developed by combining a hydraulic control system and a load cell in a current landing work of the laver. The improved gathering laver system allowed the automatic gathering process of the laver in the sea with the hydraulic control system connected to a cutting machine of the laver on the operating ship, which has been used for gathering the laver semi-automatically in a form of the traditional farming method. The transporting process of the laver from an operating ship to the land was improved as follows. A frame installed on the operating ship and the bag nets were designed and made to hold about 1,000 kg of the laver inside. The bag nets contain the laver on the improved operating ship were tied in knots and hooked on a crane using a load cell. The weight is measured immediately by lifting the bag nets through the load cell system. Weight information is communicated to the fishermen and successful bidders through the application. The advantages of the improved system can help fishermen to fish by improving their working environment and increasing production efficiency. The field survey to improve the landing operation of the laver aquaculture was conducted in Gangjin, Goheung, Shinan, Wando, Jindo, and Haenam in South Jeonnam Province. A total of 10 sites including Gunsan in Jeonbuk Province, Daebu Island in Ansan City, Jebu Island in Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province, and Seocheon in Chungnam Province were searched to collect data. Prototypes of the system were tested at the auction house of laver located in Goheung, where laver collection using hydraulic control and landing using road cell could be improved.

항만물류서비스의 품질과 고객만족에 관한 연구 -부산.광양항의 해운선사를 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on the Port Logistics Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction -With a Focus on the Shipping Companies of Busan and Gwangyang Ports-)

  • Recently the port logistics service has been recognized as a important function of the international logistics, therefore, a lot of papers have been issued concerning the measurement of the service quality of that. But in spite of variety of papers, we can not find out the papers concerning the model of the synthetic customer satisfaction. And also the most of papers concerning the customer satisfaction of service quality have been focused not by cognitive evaluation of the customer, but by affective response. In this thesis, the authors are postulating the model and hypothesis to achieve the research by using the Gr$\"{o}$nroos's model. In order to research the relationship between the port logistics service quality and the customers satisfaction, we are selecting the shipping companies located in Busan and Kwangyang as purchaser and the loading and unloading companies as supplier, and the questionnaires was performed to them. In the result of the empirical study, the technical quality of the port logistics service are affecting directly on the customer satisfaction, but the functional quality are affecting not directly on the customer satisfaction. And also the customer response(affective response) has been proved that it has been exercised as a intermediate role between the port logistics service quality and the customer satisfaction. Therefore it is proved that the affective response of the customer has been exercised a crucial role in the course of supplying the port logistics service.

Cryopreservation of in vitro Grown Shoot Tips of Korean Potato Varieties by Droplet-vitrification

  • Potatoes are the world's 4th major food crop after maize, rice, and wheat and also are a staple food for 1.3 billion people. Due to their wide adaptability to various environmental conditions, their yeild capacity, and high commercial value, potatoes have contributed to global food security. Many potato germplasms are commonly preserved as whole plants in fields or in storage to maintain their particular genetic combinations. However, field maintenance is expensive and has the risk of potential losses from diseases, pests, plant ageing and climate change. Over the past four decades, meaningful efforts have been made toward the safe long-term conservation of potatoes through cryopreservation methods such as droplet-vitrification. In this study, we tested 4 Korean potato varieties('Golden Egg', 'Golden Ball', 'Ja-Young' and 'Ha-Ryeong') with the modified potato droplet -vitrification protocol. Potato shoot tips are precultured in a sucrose-enriched medium(0.3 and 0.7M for 7 and 17hrs, respectively) and submitted to a loading step with C4 solution for osmoprotection. The treated explants were dehydrated with Plant Vitrification Solution(PVS)2 which is 80% A3 solution in ice for 30 minutes. Thawing and unloading steps were performed with 0.8M sucrose solution for 30 sec(40℃) followed by 30min(25℃, room temperature). In a potato post-culture medium(MS+0.1 mg·L-1 GA3+0.1 mg·L-1 kinetin), we obtained a survival rates of post-thawed explants ranging 16.1-82.2%. The results suggest that modified and optimized protocols are required dependinig on every cultivar, genetic and ecological types. To achieve higher survival and regeneration rates, each step within the cryoprocedure must be carefully optimized.

  • 물류 산업은 기업과 소비자에게 필요한 상품과 자원을 저장하고 운송하기 때문에 우리의 생활과 밀접하게 연관되어 그 중요성은 더욱 더 커지고 있다. 중요성에 커짐에 따라 물류 산업은 혁신과 변화를 통해 효율적이고 지속 가능한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 기술적 혁신과 인공지능을 활용하여 물류 네트워크 최적화, 친환경적인 운송 등 다양한 영역에서 연구와 개선이 이루어지고 있으나 여전히 물류 산업의 일부 측면에서 미흡한 연구가 있다. 특히, 다양한 요소를 고려하여 차량 운반선의 최적화된 선적 계획을 효과적이고 신속하게 계획을 수립하는 것은 다양한 복잡성을 내포하고 있어 이 분야의 연구는 부족한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 고려사항과 차량 운반선의 선적 계획 수립 규칙을 반영하여 작업자가 신속하고 효율적으로 선적 계획을 수립할 수 있도록 하는 선·하적 알고리즘에 관하여 연구하였다.

자기부상방식 AMD를 이용한 모바일 하버용 횡동요 저감 데모 장비의 개발 (Development of Anti-Rolling Demo System for Mobile Harbor Using Maglev Type AMD)

  • Mobile harbor which is a novel concept of ocean transportation to bring the containers from the cargo ship waiting on the ocean away is being focused now. To provide the mobile harbor with the stable loading/unloading condition, it is necessary to develop the oscillation mitigation technologies such as anti-rolling system. Anti-rolling system using AMD(Active Mass Driving) has merits that it can handle the disturbances more actively and mitigate the rolling oscillation faster than other type anti-rolling system. However, rack-and-pinion type AMD has problems such as big friction noise from gears and motor, wear and tear, and continuous maintenance. In this paper, novel anti-rolling system using Maglev type AMD for mobile harbor is suggested in order to resolve the problems caused by the friction. This novel anti-rolling system doesn't make any friction because it supports the moving mass by using magnetic levitation force and moves it by using propulsion force from the linear motor. The demo system of the novel anti-rolling system using maglev type AMD has been developed in order to investigate its feasibility. This paper presents the procedures and results of development of this demo system.

근해운송시스템의 기술 분야별 개발 현황 및 시사점 (Recent Development in Technologies for Short Sea Shipping and its Implications)

  • 최근 아시아의 물류산업은 중국경제의 급부상과 함께 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있으며, 전 세계적으로 물동량이 계속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서 물류비용 절감을 위하여 다양한 연구가 활발히 수행중이다. 근해운송시스템은 연안해운을 중심으로 두 가지 이상의 수송연계 수단을 효율적으로 이용하여, 국제간 고부가 가치 물류 시스템을 창출하는 시스템으로써 유럽에서 상당한 성과를 올리고 있다. 따라서 우리나라에 알맞은 근해운송시스템을 도입하기 위해서는 효율적인 선박, 항만, 컨테이너 하역 및 운송 장비, 터미널 운영 및 관리시스템 기술, 화물정보 추적 및 통신 분야의 요소 기술 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 현 단계의 요소기술 현황을 살펴보고, 앞으로 나아가야 할 공학적 기술에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

쇠고기 포장육의 냉장유통을 위한 국내 유통망의 온도관리 실태 조사 (Investigation on the Actual State of Temperature Control in the Raw Meat Distributing Chain for Chilled Beef)

  • Good temperature control in the chill chain is imperative for maintaining safety and quality of the fresh meat. Therefore, the actual state of temperature or relative humidity histories of fresh meat product from carcass chill room to retail shop and the temperatures of chill and freezing rooms at local butcher shops were monitored by means of data loggers. The relative humidity and air temperature in carcass chill room were between 86 and 98%, and -3 and 0$^{\circ}C$, respectively. The surface temperatures of boxed beef measured in winter, when the outside air temperature was measured between -2 and -5$^{\circ}C$, were recorded between 1 and 3$^{\circ}C$, although transport vehicle switched off the chilling unit during transportation, However, the inside temperatures of chill transport vehicle measured in summer, when the transport time was prolonged to maximum 8 hrs, were raised to 10 to 15$^{\circ}C$, in worst case up to 25$^{\circ}C$. In that case, however, the inside temperature of boxed beef was maintained generally lower than 5$^{circ}C$ as the loading and unloading were finished within 30 min. The storage temperatures for meat in the subfreezing room, at which the butcher shops in local market are used to set to facilitate the thin slicing of meat, were measured between -2 and -8$^{\circ}C$. Furthermore, the temperatures of storage room for vacuum packaged meat in the chilled meat retail shops were maintained generally between 0 and +2$^{\circ}C$.

Plywood의 기계적 특성 및 파손 거동 분석에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties and Failure Behavior of Plywood)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the mechanical properties of plywood used as a thermal insulating material for LNG CCS (Liquefied Natural Gas, Cargo Containment System). It is created by bonding an odd number of parallel and perpendicular direction for preventing contraction and expansion of wood. Also plywood is widely used as LNG CCS insulating material because of its durability, light weight and high stiffness. Since LNG CCS is loaded with liquid cargo, the impact load by sloshing during operation and the wide temperature range (room temperature, low temperature, cryogenic temperature) exposed during loading, unloading should be considered. The thickness of the plywood which is used for the membrane type MARKIII was selected as the thickness of the test specimen. In this present study, plywood is analyzed by the fracture behavior and mechanical properties of plywood by temperature and grain direction. In addition, it is necessary to analyze the fracture shape and predict the fracture strain by using regression model because the critical load may cause cracks inside the tank, which may affect the leakage of cryogenic liquid.

컨테이너 터미널의 차세대 하역시스템 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation of the Next Generation Stevedoring System at Container Terminal)

  • 본 연구는 컨테이너 터미널의 하역시스템을 새롭게 구성하고 그 성능을 평가하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 기존 터미널에서 사용되고 있는 하역장비는 기능이나 설계구조 측면에서 유연성이 부족하며, 이를 기반으로한 하역시스템 구성은 상당부분 이전에 설계된 형태이기 때문에 성능과 기능면에서 터미널의 생산성을 향상시키는데 한계가 있다고 할 수 있다. 일반적으로, 컨테이너 터미널의 하역시스템은 크게 안벽시스템, 이송시스템, 야드시스템, 게이트시스템의 4가지 하위시스템으로 구분될 수 있으며, 이들 각 하위시스템은 적합한 시설과 장비를 사용하여 터미널의 하역서비스를 수행하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 기존보다 우수한 성능 및 기능을 갖춘 여러 장비를 토대로 다양한 시설배치에 적용한 차세대 하역시스템 설계안을 제시하고, 그 성능을 평가해 보았다.
