Long span bridges such as steel cable stayed and suspension bridges are usually more flexible than short to medium span bridges and expected to have large deformations. Deflections due to live load for long span bridges are important since it controls the overall heights of the bridge for securing the clearance under the bridge and serviceability for securing the comfort of passengers or pedestrians. In case of sea-crossing bridges, the clearance of bridges is determined considering the height of the ship master from the surface of the water, the trim of the ship, the psychological free space, the tide height, and live load deflection. In the design of bridges, live load deflection is limited to a certain value to minimize the vibrations. However, there are not much studies that consider the live load deflection and its effects for long span bridges. The purpose of this study is to investigate the suitability of live load deflection limit and its actual effects on serviceability of bridges for steel cable-stayed and suspension bridges. Analytical study is performed to calculate the natural frequencies and deflections by design live load. Results are compared with various design limits and related studies by Barker et al. (2011) and Saadeghvaziri et al. (2012). Two long span bridges are selected for the case study, Yi Sun-Sin grand bridge (suspension bridge, main span length = 1545 m) and Young-Hung grand bridge (cable stayed bridge, main span length = 240 m). Long-term measured deflection data by GNSS system are collected from Yi Sun-Sin grand bridge and compared with the theoretical values. Probability of exceedance against various deflection limits are calculated from probability distribution of 10-min maximum deflection. The results of the study on the limitation of live load deflection are expected to be useful reference for the design, the proper planning and deflection review of the long span bridges around the world.

언택트 소비 문화가 점차 확산하는 추세 속에서 실시간 방송과 전자상거래가 결합된 형태인 라이브 커머스가 많은 이들로부터 주목받고 있다. 이런 가운데 본 연구는 어떤 요인들이 라이브 커머스 이용 만족을 이끌어 내는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 기존 연구를 바탕으로 이용자, 정보원천 및 플랫폼 차원에서 라이브 커머스 만족도 영향 가능 요인들을 도출하여 이들 요인들과 라이브 커머스 이용 만족간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 자료는 20대 및 30대 라이브 커머스 이용 경험자 218명을 대상으로 한 온라인 서베이 방식으로 수집되었으며 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해선 위계적 회귀 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 이용자 차원에서는 우울증 및 혁신성, 정보원천 차원에서는 쇼호스트의 매력성, 그리고 플랫폼 차원에서는 물리적 어포던스와 인지된 이용자간 상호작용성이 라이브 커머스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Viral hemorrhagic septicemia (VHS) is one of the most serious viral diseases affecting farmed olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) in Asian countries. VHS, caused by viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV), occurs in over 80 different cultured and wild fish species worldwide. Our previous study demonstrated that VHSV infection can be restricted by adjusting the water temperature to over 17℃ from the host optima. We confirmed that the effective VHSV immersion vaccine treatment was a tissue culture infection dose (TCID) of 10^5.5 TCID₅₀/mL at 17℃. However, the safety of live VHSV immersion vaccines remains unclear. The objectives of this study were to 1) demonstrate the safety of the live VHSV immersion vaccine under co-habitant conditions and 2) estimate the pathogenicity of VHSV in live VHSV-vaccinated flounder at 10℃. No mortality was observed in olive flounder treated with the live VHSV immersion vaccine, and the vaccinated flounder challenged with VHSV did not transfer VHSV to naïve fish at 10℃ through cohabitation. VHSV titration was below the detection limit (< 1.3 log TCID₅₀/mL) in live VHSV immersion vaccine-treated flounder challenged with VHSV at 10℃. This study demonstrated that flounder treated with the live VHSV immersion vaccine were resistant to VHSV infection, and the live vaccine was also safe for naïve fish even at a water temperature known to be VHS infectious.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of live leech(hirudo medicinalis) therapy with oriental medication on the patient with regional rheumatoid arthritis. The patient had resistant to DMARDs so she was in the debilitating condition and suffered from edema, pain, stiffness of joint and purpura before live leech(hirudo medicinalis) therapy. Methods : The regional rheumatoid arthritis patient had edema, pain, stiffness of joint and purpura on right foot. We treated the patient with live leech(hirudo medicinalis) therapy and oriental medicine. Results : The symptoms of regional rheumatoid arthritis was improved through live leech(hirudo medicinalis) therapy and oriental medicine. The patient maintains her condition with oriental medicine treatment after stopped all DMARDs such as MTX(methotrexate) and NSAIDs. After this treatment the patient's walking difficulty has been improved. Conclusions : This study shows that live leech(hirudo medicinalis) therapy and oriental medicine can elevate the regional rheumatoid arthritis patient's quality of life with continuous health care and treatment for major problem. For more accurate studies, further studies would be needed with more cases.

디지털 증거의 수집은 컴퓨터 포렌식 수사절차에서 매우 중요하다. 디지털 증거는 특히 용의자가 범죄 과정에서 노출한 증거들을 획득한다는 것에 의미가 있으며, 현재 이러한 디지털 증거 수집을 위한 많은 도구들이 활용되고 있다. 그 중 LiveCD는 대상 운영체제의 영향을 받지 않고, CD 자체를 통해 저장된 다양한 포렌식 툴을 사용 할 수가 있다. 또한 여러 종류의 파일 시스템을 지원하기 때문에 초기 대응에 아주 유용하게 사용되며, 위 과정을 통해 수집된 데이터는 무결성 검증을 통해 증거 수사에 활용된다. 현재 여러 가지 LiveCD를 수사에 활용하고 있으나, 각 도구들 마다 지원하는 포렌식 툴이 다르고 지원하는 운영체제도 다양하다. 따라서 상황에 따라 적절한 LiveCD를 활용하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 이를 통해 증거의 수집을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 국외의 포렌식용 LiveCD 현황에 대한 조사 및 비교 분석하여 국내 수사 환경을 고려한 LiveCD 활용 방안에 대해 제시 한다.

Cell culture systems for the protozoan Eimeria are not yet available. The present study was conducted to develop an animal model system by inoculating animals with a live Eimeria vaccine. This study was conducted on 3-day-old chickens (n = 20) pretreated with cyclophosphamide. The chickens were divided into 2 groups: the control group (n = 10) and the inoculated group that received the live Eimeria vaccine (n = 10). During the study period, we compared the clinical signs, changes in body weight, and number of oocysts shed in the feces of the control and inoculated group. This study showed that oocyst shedding was significantly higher in the chickens inoculated with live Eimeria oocysts than in the control chickens. Moreover, body weight gain was lesser in the animals in the inoculated group than in the control animals. Fecal oocyst shedding was observed in the inoculated animals. On the basis of these findings, we suggest that live Eimeria vaccination with cyclophosphamide pretreatment may be used to obtain an effective animal model for studying protozoan infections. This animal study model may eliminate the need for a tedious continuous animal inoculation process every 6 months because the live coccidiosis vaccine contains live oocysts.

It has been issued that the necessity of Live line work for 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors transmission line when the characteristics of transmission line, the composition of T/L and near the T/L circumstances etc. Others are considered. The Barehand method of UHV T/L is extremely dangerous work and especially it is directly related with lineman life so it is very dangerous. It should be performed several technology developments for live-line work on the UHV T/L, that should be considered such as the electrical influence on workers near the T/L, development of live-line facilities, guarantee of safety, the technical rules of live-line work, the safe method of live-line work and etc. In order to maintain the 765kV transmission lines safely by barehand work, first of all, we should know the analysis of electrical safety level test in live-line work at 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors on the suspension string tower type.

In this study, the effect of superstructure-abutment continuity on the distribution of live load effects among the girders of integral abutment bridges (IABs) is investigated. For this purpose, two and three dimensional finite element models of several single-span, symmetrical integral abutment and simply supported (jointed) bridges (SSBs) are built and analyzed. In the analyses, the effect of various superstructure properties such as span length, number of design lanes, girder size and spacing as well as slab thickness are considered. The results from the analyses of two and three dimensional finite element models are then used to calculate the live load distribution factors (LLDFs) for the girders of IABs and SSBs as a function of the above mentioned parameters. LLDFs for the girders are also calculated using the AASHTO formulae developed for SSBs. Comparison of the analyses results revealed that the superstructure-abutment continuity in IABs produces a better distribution of live load effects among the girders compared to SSBs. The continuity effects become more predominant for short span IABs. Furthermore, AASHTO live load distribution formulae developed for SSBs lead to conservative estimates of live load girder moments and shears for short-span IABs.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of shopping value in the relationship between information characteristics, Wanghong characteristics, and purchase intention in live commerce. Design/methodology/approach - The study conducted survey with self-reported questionnaire. The study sampled 212 Chinese consumers who have experienced live commerce led by Wanghong. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 26.0. The multiple regression analyses with bootstrapping were conducted to test hypotheses. Findings - The results showed that utilitarian and hedonic values mediate the relationship between information characteristics such as interactivity, usefulness, and entertainment and consumers' purchase intention in live commerce. In addition, utilitarian and hedonic values mediate the relationship between Wanghong characteristics such as credibility, attractiveness, and familiarity and consumers' purchase intentions in live commerce. Research implications or Originality - This study broadens our knowledge in live commerce research by providing empirical evidence on the mediating effects of shopping value that further explain the relationship between information characteristics, Wanghong characteristics and consumers' purchase intention.

In China, E-commerce live broadcast has emerged as the most popular and innovative online shopping form for today's consumers, and its "real-time interactive" feature can compensate for the communication delays of general online shopping. Based on the author's previous research it has been demonstrated that, in the E-commerce live broadcast environment, Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) has become an important reference for consumers when making purchases. In this paper, we reconstructed the "IWOM-Purchase Intentions" model and use interaction (Auchor-Audience and Audience-Audience) as a mediating variable to empirically investigate the impact of IWOM on purchase intentions in E-commerce live broadcast. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of individuals who had experience in E-commerce live broadcast and 250 valid data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results show that: the interaction (Auchor-Audience) acts as a mediator between IWOM (strength of relationship; word-of-mouth quality and word-of-mouth timeliness) and purchase intention; And the interaction (Audience-Audience) acts as a mediator between word-of-mouth timeliness on purchase intention, but has no significant mediation on the impact on the strength of relationship and word-of-mouth quality to purchase intention. On this basis, recommendations are made for the implementation of IWOM marketing strategies for E-commerce live broadcast platforms and anchors.
