Background: High-alert medications (HAMs) are medications that bear a heightened risk of causing significant patient harm if used in error. To facilitate safe use of HAMs, identifying specific HAM lists for clinical setting is necessary. We aimed to develop the national level HAM list for acute care setting. Methods: We used three-step process. First, we compiled the pre-existing lists referring HAMs. Second, we analyzed medication related incidents reported from national patient safety incident report data and adverse events indicating medication errors from the Korea Adverse Event Reporting System (KAERS). We also surveyed the assistant staffs to support patient safety tasks and pharmacist in charge of medication safety in acute care hospital. From findings from analysis and survey results we created additional candidate list of HAMs. Third, we derived the final list for HAMs in acute care settings through expert panel surveys. Results: From pre-existing HAM list, preliminary list consisting of 42 medication class/ingredients was derived. Eight assistant staff to support patient safety tasks and 39 pharmacists in charge of medication safety responded to the survey. Additional 44 medication were listed from national patient safety incident report data, KAERS data and common medications involved in prescribing errors and dispensing errors from survey data. A list of mandatory and optional HAMs consisting of 10 and 6 medication classes, respectively, was developed by consensus of the expert group. Conclusion: We developed national level HAM list for Korean acute care setting from pre-existing lists, analyzing medication error data, survey and expert panel consensus.

Recently, the capacity of SSD has been increasing rapidly due to the improvement of flash memory density. To take full advantage of these SSDs, first of all, FTL's prompt adaptation is necessary. The FTL is a translation layer existing in SSDs to overcome the drawback of the SSD that cannot be modified in place, and has garbage collection and caching functions in addition to the map table management function. In this study, we focus on caching function, compare and analyze the cache implementation methodologies, and propose improved methods. Typical cache implementations divide the cache into groups, manage and retrieve the caches in the group as a linked list. Thus, searches are made in the order of the linked list. In contrast, we propose a method of sequential searching using the search area group of a cache registered in the map table regardless of the linked list and cache group. Experimental results show that the proposed method has a 2.5 times improvement over the conventional method.

In this research, it is proposed that a method to hide data by modifying directory index entry information. It consists of two methods: a directory list hiding and a file contents hiding. The directory list hiding method is to avoid the list of files from appearing in the file explorer window or the command prompt window. By modifying the file names of several index entries to make them duplicated, if the duplicated files are deleted, then the only the original file is deleted, but the modified files are retained in the MFT entry intact. So, the fact that these files are hidden is not exposed. The file contents hiding is to allocate data to be hidden on an empty index record page that is not used. If many files are made in the directory, several 4KB index records are allocated. NTFS leaves the empty index records unchanged after deleting the files. By modifying the run-list of the index record with the cluster number of the file-to-hide, the contents of the file-to-hide are hidden in the index record. By applying the proposed method to the case of hiding two files, the file lists are not exposed in the file explorer and the command prompt window, and the contents of the file-to-hide are hidden in the empty index record. It is proved that the proposed method has effectiveness and validity.

Future emission legislation requirements especially the need for CO$_2$ reduction lead to more complex powertrain concepts with an increasing number of independent parameters to be calibrated. For gasoline engines concepts with variable valve timing, direct injection or variable charge motion are in development or already on production. Diesel engines with common rail systems offer a wide range of new injection strategies, the application of new exhaust aftertreatment systems leads to additional complexity. Furthermore a clear trend to highly sophisticated transmission concepts requires a perfect interaction of all powertrain components. While the higher complexity requires increasing test and development effort, the development duration is reduced significantly. Consequently, the potential of such systems cannot be fully utilised by traditional development and calibration approaches within the given timeframe. By introduction of intelligent methodologies f3r the calibration of modem powertrains the development becomes more efficient, faster and better in quality. However, even with standardised and automated calibration methods a differentiated brand-specific powertrain character has to be maintained comparable to a "handmade" calibration performed by highly experienced experts.

The problem of scheduling general packet traffic on WDM optical interconnection networks is NP-complete, It is known that the list scheduling is a good approximation algurithm fur this problem, The resulting list schedules vary depending on the order of transmitters considered to be placed on each time slot We propose an improvement of the list scheduling that tries different orders of transmitters to obtain shorter schedule lengths, Genetic algorithms are used to explore various orders of transmitters.

The administrative service in Chosun Dynasty relating to mathematics was carried out by the middle class(中人) mathematicians selected by the official selection examination(取才). They belong to HoJo(戶曹) department and their ranks are GyeSa(計士), ByulJe(別提), HunDo(訓導 = mathematics teacher), and GyoSu(敎授 = mathematics professor). We call them SanWon(算員). HunDo and GyoSu played very important role although their ranks are low, for they educate SanWon and manage the official selection examination. Using JuHakSeonSaengAn(籌學先生案, List of mathematics teachers) and JuHakIpGyukAn(籌學入格案, List of successful candidates in the official selection examination for mathematics), we investigate HunDo and GyoSu in Chosun Dynasty.

최근 수년간 방송과 통신의 융합이 지속적으로 진행되고 있으며, 특히 홈 네트워크를 통한 방송 및 통신의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 공유 기기 시장이 비약적으로 성장하고 있다. 스마트폰을 비롯한 스마트 기기의 진보를 통하여 사진, 음악, 영상의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 공유가 홈 네트워크 상에서 이루어 지고 있으며, 이러한 기술은 업계 표준으로 사용되고 있는 UPnP 및 DLNA에 기반하고 있다. 다만, 이러한 홈 네트워크 표준은 Peer-to-peer 네트워크를 근간으로 하고 있어 홈 네트워크 내에 복수의 서버가 있을 경우 사용자의 편의성이 상대적으로 약하다. 이에 본 논문은 홈 네트워크 내에서 콘텐츠 리스트를 통합 관리할 수 있는 Contents List Aggregation 서비스를 제안한다. 제안되는 서비스는 홈 네트워크 내의 미디어 서버들로부터 Contents List를 전송받아 통합된 형태로 저장 및 관리할 수 있으며, 기존 서비스와 호환성을 유지할 수 있다. 서비스의 제안과 함께 서비스를 지원하는 UPnP Device 및 Control Point의 서비스 시나리오, 그리고 서비스 연동에 대한 운용환경 및 사용예가 함께 제시되었다.

The research about methodology to educate professional storytellers should be done very actively. As many people became interested in digital storytelling lately, many theoretical researches about game storytelling are being made in varied aspects. However, systematic methodology to educate game storytellers still remains in theoretic level, so that we can hardly find the outputs brought by the fusion of practical and theoretical knowledges. In this paper, I made a list of 4 core e1ements(character, event, world view, interactive factors of game) which construct the narratives of games to elevate the quality of practical game storytelling. The goal of this research is to complete the practical information list in detail, in order to deliver storytellers' creative ideas precisely to the game designers in every parts.

In this study, It is assumed that customers are both usage unit of spare parts and stores of displaying and selling the goods that are installation unit of having the spare parts. The demand pattern through the effective order of spare parts and issue list in installation unit is investigated based on the assumption. Current ASL (Authorized Stockage List) selection of the army has been conducted in the way of using the analysis result of real usage experiences on spare parts used during the Korea War. For this study, ASL selection criteria and procedures based on army regulations and field manuals are specified. Since the traditional method does not presents the association analysis on spare parts used for the current equipment operating and does not have the clear criterion and analysis system about the ASL selection, in order to solve these problems, it was carried out that the association rule is employed for analyzing relationship between the effective order and issue list of the spare parts in point of the spare parts between usage unit and occurring month about purchase spare parts based on the star-schema table. Finally the new ASL selection way using the analysis result is proposed.
