소듐 라우릴 에톡시 설페이트(SLES) 베이스 액체세정제의 겔링성 및 겔링방지 특성에 대한 연구 (Study on the Gelling Formation and Anti-gelling Properties of Liquid Detergent Based on Sodium Lauryl Ethoxy Sulfate (SLES))

  • SLES를 주성분으로 사용한 액체세정제는 공기 중에 노출하여 방치하는 경우 표면에 피막이 형성되는 경우가 있다. 이는 제형 중의 수분이 증발하면서 세정제 주성분인 계면활성제의 농도변화로 인한 미셀의 상변화로 판단된다. SLES는 30~60% 영역에서 강한 육방정계 액정상이 나타나고, 60% 이상에서는 라멜라 액정상을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 SLES 주성분으로 사용된 액체세정제의 표면 겔링 현상은 내용물에서 수분 증발로 인하여 발생하는 현상이다. 액체세정제에서 수분이 증발되면서 계면활성제의 농도가 높아지는 결과였다. 표면 겔링 상태는 편광현미경으로 관찰한 결과 혼합 계면활성제 시스템의 액정상으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 SLES를 주성분으로 사용하는 처방에서 겔링 필름 형성을 방지하기 위하여 수용성이 좋은 AOS를 증량하고 액정형성을 방지할 수 있는 이차 계면활성제인 SAS를 도입하고, 하이드로트로프로 SXS와 PEG1500을 적용하였다. 이와 같이 개선된 액체세정제 처방4와 5는 공기 중에 노출되어도 표면에 피막이 형성되는 겔링현상을 방지할 수 있었다.

  • This study investigated the effects of the alkaline detergent and acid rinse used for cleaning milking machines on the rubber composition of the newly-developed teat cup liners. The samples prepared for use in the clean-in-place process were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, ion chromatography and liquid chromatography. In the absorption spectrum of the first sample solution, the form of absorbance or absorption peak was largely different, compared to the absorption spectrum of alkaline detergent alone, but in the absorption spectra of the second and third sample solutions, the absorbance decreased, which was similar to the absorption spectrum in the pure acid detergent. In the ion chromatogram, two main peaks only, which might be shown by the pure alkaline detergent alone, were measured. In the liquid chromatograms, however, new peaks were observed in addition to the two main peaks caused by the pure alkaline detergent alone, which suggested that various molecular materials were created or eluted from the liner by the reaction with the alkaline detergent, but when washed with the acid detergent, any ion species were not produced. Therefore, we propose that an acid rinse should be applied, after cleaning the milking machine with the alkaline detergent.

착유기 세척제가 유두컵 라이너 재질에 미치는 화학적 영향 (Chemical effect of the detergents used for cleaning a milking machine on the teatcup liner materials)

  • This study investigated the effects of the alkaline detergent and acid rinse used for cleaning milking machines on the eight commercially available teatcup liner materials. The sample liners prepared for use in the clean-in-place process were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, ion chromatography and liquid chromatography. Among the eight liner materials, the ultraviolet spectra of 3 sample liners were shown to have a similar peak shape after cleaning, but the ultraviolet spectra peak shape of 5 sample liners was noticeably changed. No products were detected by ion chromatography in any of the liner materials used in this study. When the liner materials were only treated with alkaline detergent, some additional peaks were observed using liquid chromatography which indicate the creation of molecular substance and elution from liner materials, however, these peaks disappeared when the liner materials were cleaned with the acid rinse. Therefore, we propose that an acid rinse should be applied, after cleaning the milking machine with the alkaline detergent.

람노리피드의 계면특성 및 액체세정제에서의 기능에 대한 연구 (Study on the Surface Activity of Rhamnolipid (RL) and Function of RL in Liquid Detergent)

  • 미생물 발효 생계면활성제인 람노리피드의 계면활성(CMC, 표면장력, 기포력 등)을 측정하였다. 람노리피드는 우수한 표면활성을 나타내었다. 람노리피드가 처방된 세정제도 우수한 표면활성을 나타내었다. 액체세정제의 성능평가 결과 지방산 대비 람노리피드가 사용된 제품의 성능이 미세하게 우세하였다. 그렇지만 기포 프로화일에서는 람노리피드가 처방된 제품의 기포량이 아주 많았으며, 헹굼과정에서 지방산의 억포작용과 같은 헹굼성 보조 작용은 나타나지 않았다. 람노리피드는 생계면활성제로써 주계면활성제 또는 보조계면활성제로써 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 지방산과 같은 억포제 또는 헹굼 보조 기능은 가지지 않은 것으로 판단된다.

졸-겔법으로 제조된 $TiO_2$촉매에 의한 합성세제의 광분해 (A Photocatalytic Degradation of Synthetic Detergent over $TiO_2$ Catalysts Prepared by Sol-Gel Method)

  • An aqueous solution of a commercial liquid synthetic detergent for kitchen use was photodecomposed in the presence of titanium dioxides ponder under an atmosphere of air at room temperature. Titanium dioxides were prepared by sol-gel method from titanium iso-propoxide at different R R ratio($H_2O$/titanium iso-propoxide) and calcined at $500^{\circ}C$. All titanium dioxides m characterized by XRD, BET surface area analyzer and UV-VIS spectrometer. The surface mea of titanium dioxides prepared at R ratio=6 appeared higher volume about 20% than commercial $TiO_2$ catalyses. XRD patterns of titania particles were observed mixing phase together with rutile and anatase type. Titanium dioxides prepared by sol-gel method show higher activity about 6% than commercial $TiO_2$ catalysts on the Photocatalytic foundation of a commercial liquid synthetic detergent for kitchen. The concentration of the detergent decreased to about 90%, of its initial value at illumination times of 2 hour. illumination for 30 minutes decreased the concentration of oxygen to about one-fifth of the initial value.

세정 및 세제사용이 야채 및 과일의 비타민 C 함량에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Effect of Washing with Water and Detergent on the Vitamin C Content in Fruit and Vegetable)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effect of washing with water and detergent on the vitamin C content in strawberry and perilla leaf. Vitamin C was extracted with the solution of metaphosphoric acid and quantitated by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). There was no significant difference of vitamin C content between the washing with distilled water and tap water. Three available detergents reduced the vitamin C content of samples to 92.5%, 92.2% and 78.5%, respectively. The content of vitamin C in samples was decreased by increasing the concentration of detergent and washing time.

  • 메탄발효폐액(醱酵廢液)의 시용(施用)이 목초(牧草)의 화학성분(化學成分), 가소화건물수량(可消化乾物收量) 및 에너지가치(價値)에 미치는 효과구명(效果究明)을 위하여 Orchardgrass, Tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass 및 Ladino clover가 혼파(混播)된 초지(草地)에서 수행(遂行)된 시험결과(試驗結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 메탄발효폐액시용(醱酵廢液施用)으로 목초(牧草)의 조단백질(粗蛋白質) 및 조회분함량(粗灰分含量)은 증가(增加)되었으나 가용성무질소물(可溶性無窒素物)(N-free extracts)은 약간(若干)의 감소(減少)가 있었다. 조지방(粗脂肪) 및 조섬유함량(粗纖維含量)은 시비방법(施肥方法)에 따라 큰 차이(差異)를 나타내지 않았다. 2. 목초(牧草)의 NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber) 및 ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber)는 폐액시용량(廢液施用量)이 증가(增加)됨에 따라 감소(減少)되는 경향(傾向)이었다. 폐액시용(廢液施用)으로 Cell-Wall Constituents 중(中) Cellulose가 감소(減少)된 반면(反面) Hemicellulose는 약간(若干)의 증가(增加)를 보였다. 3. 초지(草地)에 대한 폐액적량(廢液適量)은 42 MT/10a으로 이때의 가소화건물(可消化乾物)은 405.0 kg/10a을 생산(生産) 3요소표준시비(要素標準施肥) (233.8 kg)에 비해 현저(顯著)히 높았다. Starch value 및 Net energy lactaction 수량(收量)에서도 각각(各各) 291.3 KStE 보다 및 3450 MJ-NEL/10a를 생산(生産) 3요소표준시비(要素標準施肥) 보다 각각(各各) 70% 및 64%가 증가(增加)되었다.
