한국산 야생 및 재배동백종자의 지방산 조성 (Fatty Acid Composition of Total Lipids from Seeds of Wild and Cultivated Camellia Japonica)

  • The seeds of wild and cultivated Camellia japonica were studied for their lipid contents and fatty acid composition. The seeds of wild and cultivated Camellia japonica contained 70.2% and 73.4% lipids, respectively. Fifteen fatty acids were identified in the lipids from the Camellia japonica seeds. In addition to confirming the 5 previously reported (16 : 0, 18 : 0, 18 : 1, 18 : 2 and 18 : 3), 10 more acids were characterized. The newly identified acids were 14 : 0, 16 : 1, 17 : 0, 20 : 0, 20 : 1, 20 : 2, 22 : 0, 22 : 1, 24 : 0 and 24 : 1. Both seeds lipids contained 18 : 1 in high levels (81. 6${\sim}$82. 2%). Little difference in fatty acid composition was noted between the wild and cultivated Camellia japonica seed lipids. The fatty acid composition of commercial Camellia japonica oil was similar to those of the Camellia japonica seed lipids.

다슬기중 지방질 및 아미노산 조성 (Composition of Lipid and Amino Acid in Semisulcospira gottschei Tissues)

  • This study was performed to investigate the detailed lipid content, lipid composition and amino acid composition of Semisulcospira gottschei tissues. Lipids of Semisulcospira gottschei tissues were extracted by the mixture of chloloform-methanol, fractionated into neutral lipids, glycolipids and phospholipids by silicic acid column chromatography and the composition of these lipid classes were determined by TLC and GLC. the amino acids in Semisulcospira gottschei tissues was analyzed by the amino acid auto analyzer. The total lipids content was 1.4% and the main components of the total lipids were neutral lipids 67.9%, glycolipids 19.3% and phospholipids 12.8%, respectively. The main fatty acids of total lipids were palmitic acid (20.5%), palmitoleic acid (16.45) and linolenic acid+eicosenoic acid (15.0%) and linoleic acid(13.1%), the main fatty acids of glycolipids were palmitic acid (41.9%), palmitoleic acid (19.7%) and oleic acid (11.7%), and the main fatty acids of phospholipids were linolenic acid+eicosenoic acid (55.1%), oleic acid (17.3%) and palmitic acid (11.4%). The main amino acids were glutamic acid (16.0%) and aspartic acid (11.1%).

보리와 맥아(麥芽)의 지방질(脂肪質) 성분(成分)에 관한 비교(比較) 연구 -제(第)1보(報) : 중성지질(中性脂質)의 조성(組成)- (A Comparative Study on the Lipid Components of Barley and Malt -I. Composition of Neutral Lipids-)

  • 우리 나라에서 재배된 4가치 품종의 보리와 이들의 맥아를 클로로포름-메탄올-물로 추출한 총지방질중 중성지질의 조성을 관, 얇은막 및 기체-액체 크로마토그래피로 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 4가지 품종의 보리와 이들 맥아중의 총지방질의 평균함량은 각각 3.3% 및 2.9%였으며, 보리중의 총지방질은 맥아에서 평균 12.2%가 감소되었다. 2. 보리와 맥아중의 총지방질중 중성지질의 평균함량은 각각 73.8% 및 68.5%였으며, 보리중의 중성지질은 맥아에서 평균 7.2%가 감소 되었다. 3. 보리의 중성지질중 트리-글리세리드와 유리지방산의 평균함량은 각각 57.5% 및 15.4%였으나 맥아에서 트리-글리세리드의 양은 감소하였으나, 유리지방산의 양은 증가하였다. 그 외에 sterol ester, free sterol, 1,3 및 1,2-diglyceride가 보리와 맥아의 중성지질중 부성분으로 함유되어 있었으며, 맥아중의 이들 neutral non-triglyceride fraction의 함량은 보리에서 보다 증가하는 경향이었다. 4. 보리와 맥아의 총지방질의 주된 지방산은 리놀레산, 팔미트산및 올레산이었으며, 맥아는 보리보다 포화지방산의 함량은 증가하는데 반하여 불포화 지방산의 함량은 감소하는 경향이 었다.

한국산(韓國産) 보리가루의 지방질(脂肪質) 조성(組成) (Lipid Composition of Barley Flour Produced in Korea)

  • 보리가루(쌀보리 품종 중 백동)의 지방질(脂肪質)을 유리(遊離) 및 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)로 분별(分別) 추출(抽出)하고, thin layer chromatorgraphy, column chromatography 및 gas-liquid chromatography에 의하여 각종 성분(成分)을 분리, 동정, 정량하였다. 보리가루의 유리(遊離) 및 결합지방질(結合脂肪質) 함량은 풍건물(風乾物) 기준으로 하여 각각 2.27%, 1.0%였고, 정제(精製) 후에는 각각 2.12%, 0.76%였다. 유리(遊離) 및 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)의 성분(成分)으로 모노글리세리드, 디글리세리드, 트리글리세리드, 유리스테롤, 스테롤 에스테르, 유리지방산 및 극성지방질을 동정(同定)하였다, 유리지방질(遊離脂肪質)에서는 트리글리세리드 56.2%, 유리지방산 14.9%, 스테롤류 13.4% 이었고, 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)에서는 극성지방질 73.8%, 유리지방산 8.4%, 트리글리세리드 5.2%로서 그 패턴이 달리 나타났다. 유리지방질(遊離脂肪質) 중 비극성지방질(非極性脂肪質)의 함량은 93.6%로 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)에서의 26.2%의 4배가량 되었다. 그러나 유리지방질(遊離脂肪質)중 인지방질(燐脂肪質)은 2.5%로 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)에서의 55.5% 의 1/25 가량 되었으며, 당지방질(糖脂肪質)의 경우는 3.9%로 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)의 주요 지방산(脂肪酸)은 각각 리놀레산 52.1%, 54.%, 팔미트산 24.8%, 30.0% 및 올레산 15.6%, 8.8%로서 서로 비슷한 패턴을 보였다. 다만 유리지방질(遊離脂肪質)중 불포화지방산(不飽和脂肪酸)의 함량은 72.8%로서 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)에서의 68.0% 보다 4.8% 더 많았다. 유리(遊離) 및 결합상태(結合長狀態)에서의 비극성지방질(非極性脂肪質), 당지방질(糖脂肪質) 및 인지방질(燐脂肪質)의 지방산(脂肪酸) 조성을 보면 비교한 결과 결합상태(結合狀態)에 따라서는 차이가 없었으나 지방성분(脂肪成分)간에는 약간의 차이가 있었다.

한국산 식용패류중의 지방질성분에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Lipid Components of Edible Shellfishes in Korea)

  • This study was designed to elucidate the lipid contents, neutral lipids components and fatty acid composition in fresh shellfishes, produced in Korea. Four kinds of shellfishes including sea mussel, short-necked clam, corb shell and and ark shell were selected according to the higher sales order and cheaper retail price at fish markets in Seoul in July 1985. The results abtained were as follows; 1. The average total lipid contents in four shellfishes were 2.3% by wet weight basis. The ratios of neutrial lipid, glycolipid and phospholipid in the total lipid were 51.1 : 4.9 : 44.0 in sea mussel, 66.0 : 3.2 : 30.8 in ark shell, 37.8 : 2.2 : 60.0 in short-necked clam and 54.5 : 2.0 : 53.5 in corb shell, 2. The average value of acid value, iodine value and unsaponifiables contents of total lipids were 1.3, 217.8, 92.0 and 20.3%, respectively. 3. The composition of the neutral lipids were triglycerides, esterified fatty acids, sterylesters, free sterols and monoglycerides in four shellfishes. 4. The major fatty acid composition of total lipids were palmitic, eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic and palmitoleic acids in four shellfishes. The average total unsaturated fatty acids of total lipid were 64.5%, and $\omega$-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids were 27.0%. The average p/s Ratiio were 1.3.

수삼(水蔘), 홍삼(紅蔘) 및 백삼(白蔘)의 지방질성분(脂肪質成分)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Lipid Components of Fresh Ginseng, Red Ginseng and White Ginseng)

  • Lipid and fatty acid compositions of free lipids and bound lipids from fresh ginseng, red ginseng and white ginseng were studied by means of silicic acid column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography and gas-liquid chromatography. Free lipid and bound lipid contents in those three samples were 1.21 to 1.45% and 0.32 to 0.45%. Neutral lipid fractions in free lipids from the samples were 76.6 to 79.7%, while glycolipid and phospholipid fractions were 11.6 to 14.7% and 8.5 to 8.7%, respectively. The major lipids were triglycerides, sterol esters and hydrocarbons, diglycerides and free sterols in neutral lipids, sterol glucoside, monogalactosyl diglyceride, esterified steryl glycoside, digalactosyl diglyceride in glycolipids and phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl glycerol, phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl inositol in phospholipids. Fourteen kinds of even numbered and four kinds of odd numbered fatty acids were identified in the four lipid fractions (TL, NL, GL and PL) by GLC, and the main fatty acids were linoleic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid and linolenic acid.

각국 인삼의 지방질성분에 관한 연구 제1보, 유리 지방질중의 지방질 및 지방산 조성 (Studies on the Lipid Components of Various Ginsengs 1. lipid and Fatty Acid Compositions of the Free Lipids)

  • Lipid and fatty acid compositions of the free lipids in Panax ginseng (Korea, Japan and China), Panax quinquefolium (America, Canada) and Panax notoginseng (China) were studied by means of silicic acid column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography and gas-liquid chromatography. Free lipid contents were 1.13 to 1.24% in panax ginseng and 0.87 to 1.18% in Panax quinquefolium and 0.39% in panax notoginseng. Neutral lipid fractions were 81.2 to 84.4%, while glycolipid fractions 8.01% to 14.47% and phospholipid fractions 3.49 to 5.74% in free lipid contents. The major components were triglycerides, free sterols, diglyceride, free fatty acids and sterol esters in neutral lipid fractions, sterol glucoside, monogalactosyl diglyceride, digalactosyl diglyceride, esterified steryl glucoside in glycolipid fractions and phosphatidyl glycerol, phosphatide, ethanolamine, phosphatidyl choline in phospholipid fractions. The contents and compositions of neutral lipids and glyclipids were some different among various ginsengs, whereas phospholipids showed relatively similar compositions in the contents. Seventeen fatty acids were analyzed in the four free lipid fractions from the various ginsengs and the main fatty acids were linoleic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid and linolenic acid. It was found that the amounts of some fatty acids were different among the various ginsengs, but the fatty acid patterns of these ginsengs were on the whole similar.

식이 DHA와 환경보충이 흰쥐의 뇌지방조성 및 Acetylcholinesterase활성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of DHA and Environmental Enrichment on Brain Fatty Acid Composition and Acetylcholinesterase Activity)

  • To investigate the effect of dietary docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) and environmental enrichment on brain fatty acid composition and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity, two groups of was fed isocaloric diets containing 10 or 12% dietary lipids for 7 weeks. A third group was fed 10% (w/w) dietary lipids with supplemented 2% DHA-rich fish oil. Each diet group was housed either in a stainless steel cage individually or in a large enriched cage with toys where 7 rats were kept together. The fatty acid composition of plasma and brain was significantly affected by dietary lipid composition but not by environmental enrichment. Fish oil supplementation significanlty decreased plasma levels of monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA) and increased polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA). Fish oil supplemented groups also maintained lower plasma n-6 fatty acids and higher n-3 fatty acids levels than unsupplemented groups. The fish oil supplementation significantly decreased arachidonic acid and increased eicosapentaenic, docosapentaenoic acids, and DHA in brain fatty acid composition. In addition, brain DHA level in supplemented groups tended higher than the unsupplemented. Brain, AChE activity significantly increased by the environmental enrichment but not by the fish oil supplementation. These finding suggest that the 2% fish oil (0.57% DHA & 0.31% EPA, per diet weigth) supplementation is enough to accumulate n-3 fatty acids and to change the n-6 n-3 ratio in brain and environmental enrichment might promote the learning ability.

장기저장 홍삼의 품질안정성 (Quality Stability of Red Ginseng Stored for Long Periods)

  • Samples of red ginseng, which had been manufactured and packaged by the Korean Monopoly Corporation, were stored at ambient temperatures and humidities ($12{\sim}28^{\circ}$ and $55{\sim}68$ percent) for one to nine years to examine their overall quality stability. The proximate compositions, contents of 50% ethanol and water extracts of the samples and the TLC and HPLC patterns of ginsenosides in the samples remained almost unchanged in all cases. The lipids and fatty acids in the samples, which are otherwise susceptible to oxidation, were stable judged on the basis of the changes of the TLC and GLC patterns of the lipids and fatty acids. It was also found that polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic(C18:2) and linolenic and(C18:3) present in the samples had been very stable during the long storage periods. It, therefore, seems that the autoxidations of the lipid and fatty acids of red ginseng were prevented by antioxidative compounds which will be progressively formed in red ginseng through non-enzymatic browning reactions during manufacturing process and long-term storage.

한국산(韓國産) 옥수수의 지질성분(脂質成分)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Lipid and Fatty Acid Compositions of Korean Corns)

  • 한국산(韓國産) 옥수수의 지질성분(脂質成分)을 계통적(系統的)으로 분석(分析)하기 위하여 수원(水原)19호(號), 횡성옥(橫城玉), 광옥(廣玉), 황옥(黃玉) 3호(號)의 네가지 품종(品種)을 시료(試料)로 하여 유리지질(遊離脂質)과 결합지질(結合脂質)을 추출(抽出)하고 정제(精製)한 후지질성분(後脂質成分) 및 구성지질산(構成脂質酸構)을 column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, gas liquid chromatography를 이용(利用)하여 분리(分離) 정량(定量)하였다. 옥수수의 총지질(總脂質)의 평균함량(平均含量)은 5.02%로 유리지질(遊離脂質)이 4.09%, 결합지질(結合脂質)이 0.93%를 차지하였다. 유리지질(遊離脂質)은 중성지질(中性脂質) 89.61%, 당지질(糖脂質) 3.75%, 인지질(燐脂質) 6.40%였으나, 결합지질(結合脂質)은 중성지질(中性脂質) 14.26%, 당지질(糖脂質) 46.06%, 인지질(燐脂質) 37.18%로서 유리지질(遊離脂質)에는 중성지질(中性脂質)의 함량(含量)이 높은 반면 결합지질(結合脂質)에는 극성지질(極性脂質)의 함량(含量)이 높았다. 유리지질중(遊離脂質中) 중성지질(中性脂質)의 주성분(主成分)은 triglyceride(67.68%)였으며 결합지질(結合脂質)은 triglyceride(47.88%), free fatty acid(33.44%)로서 유리지질(遊離脂質)에 비하여 free fatty acid의 함량(含量)이 상당(相當)히 높았다. 또한 유리지질(遊離脂質)과 결합지질(結合脂質)의 당지질(糖脂質)은 많은 차이를 보였으며, 인지질(燐脂質)의 주성분(主成分)은 phosphatidyl choline과 phosphatidyl serine이었고, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl glycerol inositol도 존재하였다. 유리지질(遊離脂質) 및 결합지질(結合脂質)을 구성(構成)하는 주요지방산(主要脂肪酸)은 linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid였으며, 유리지질(遊離脂質)은 linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid의 순서(順序)로 함량(含量)이 낮았고, 결합지질(結合脂質)은 linoleic acid의 함량이 가장 많고 palmitic acid, oleic acid의 순서(順序)로 적었다.
