As most of environmental impacts caused by development projects are irrevocable, a thorough review is utmost necessary. Ecological-economic integrated approach inspired by Norgaard's co-evolution theory should be applied to the environmentally adjusted CBA, which plays a decisive role in the feasibility analysis. Based on case studies of NamHan River Management Project and Yeongsangang Wetland Reclamation Project, this paper attempts to show the usefulness of linking basic plan and implimentation design to EIA and suggests to integrate EACBA into the current EIA system institutionally as a more effective policy tool for realizing sustainable development in Korea.

Cyber attacks are increasing continuously. On average about one million malicious codes appear every day, and attacks are expanding gradually to IT convergence services (e.g. vehicles and television) and social infrastructure (nuclear energy, power, water, etc.), as well as cyberspace. Analysis of large-scale cyber incidents has revealed that most attacks are started by PCs infected with malicious code. This paper proposes a method of detecting an attack IP automatically by analyzing the characteristics of the e-mail transfer path, which cannot be manipulated by the attacker. In particular, we developed a system based on the proposed model, and operated it for more than four months, and then detected 1,750,000 attack IPs by analyzing 22,570,000 spam e-mails in a commercial environment. A detected attack IP can be used to remove spam e-mails by linking it with the cyber removal system, or to block spam e-mails by linking it with the RBL(Real-time Blocking List) system. In addition, the developed system is expected to play a positive role in preventing cyber attacks, as it can detect a large number of attack IPs when linked with the portal site.

We show that the system has a positive solution under suitable conditions on the matrix $A=\(\array{0&a\\b&0}\)$, s > 0, t > 0, and next show that the system has another solution for the same conditions on A by the linking arguments.

This study is an empirical research to find out the effect on the management performance of hidden champions of food manufacturing companies when using blue ocean strategy for new product development. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on hidden champions in the domestic food manufacturing industry and proceeded empirical analysis. When small and medium-sized enterprises in food manufacturing industries develop a new product, searching for non-customer, rebuilding the market boundary, and linking the external networks have a significant impact on their management performance. However, the fair procedure did not have a significant effect on the management performance. In terms of relative influence, rebuilding the market boundary was most affecting, followed by searching for non-customer and linking the external networks. On the other hand, this study implicated the management performance of hidden champions of food manufacturing industries when new products is developed by using the blue ocean strategy. Obtained results are as follows. If small and medium-sized enterprises of food manufacturing industries develop new products, it will be able to improve the management performance by utilizing strategies such as searching for non-customer, rebuilding the market boundary, and linking the external networks. In particular, the rebuilding the market boundary among the blue ocean strategies has a relatively high impact on management performance.

본 논문에서는 대용량 DB에서 개인을 인식하는 새로운 자동 지문인식 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 전처리, 분류, 매칭의 3단계로 구성되는데, 분류단계에서는 방향성 이미지 분포의 통계적인 접근 방법에 기반한 새로운 분류기법을 제안하였고, 정합단계에서는 기존 알고리즘보다 더 빠르고 정확한, 개선된 특징점 후보쌍 추출 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 정확성을 위해 정합 단계에서 세선화된 이미지로부터 지문의 특징점을 추출하고 특징점의 연결정보를 사용한 정합과정을 소개한다. 특징점 정합과정에서 연결정보를 사용하는 것은 간단하지만 정확한 방법이며, 두 지문의 비교단계에서 빠르게 기준 특징점 쌍을 선택하는 문제를 해결해 준다. 알고리즘은 지문의 회전과 이동에 무관하다. 제안한 시스템은 반도체 칩방식 입력장치로부터 획득한 1000개의 지문영상으로 실험하였으며, 실험결과는 제안한 방법이 기존방법보다 오인식율은 줄어들고 정확도는 증가하였음을 보여준다.

When illuminated with strong visible light, the reaction center Dl protein of photo system II is photodamage and degraded. Reactive oxygen species and endogenous cationic radicals generated by photochemical reactions are the cause of the damage to the Dl protein. Recently we found that the photodamaged Dl protein cross-links with the surrounding polypeptides such as D2 and CP43 in photosystem II. As the cross-linking reaction is dependent on the presence of oxygen, reactive oxygen species are suggested to be involved. Among the reactive oxygen species examined, ？ OH was most effective in the formation of the cross-linked products. These results indicate that the cross-linking is mostly due to ？ OH generated at photosystem II. The cross-linking site of the Dl protein is not known. As several tyrosine residues exist at the D­E loop of the Dl protein, there is a possibility that di-Tyr is formed between the D­E loop of the Dl protein and surrounding polypeptides during the strong illumination. Therefore, we examined the formation of di-Tyr using the monoclonal antibody against di-Tyr under excess illumination of the photosystem II membranes. The results obtained here suggest that no di-Tyr is formed during the excess illumination of photosystem II.

ELF는 실행과 링킹 형식(Executable and Linkable Format)의 약어로서, 리눅스 시스템에서 사용하는 공유 라이브러리와 실행 파일을 위한 기본 파일 형식이다. 한편 링커는 정적 링킹을 통한 목적 파일 생성 시, 정적 공유 라이브러리의 심볼 정보를 목적 파일 내 심볼 테이블에 복사한다. 이 때, 심볼 테이블은 공유 라이브러리가 제공하는 함수 이름을 포함하여 여러 가지 디버깅 관련 정보를 포함하는데, 프로그램 실행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는다는 점을 이용하여 보안상 디버깅되는 것을 방지하기 위해 삭제될 수 있다. 본 논문은 심볼 테이블이 삭제된 ELF 목적 파일에서 정적 공유 라이브러리의 심볼 정보를 복구하는 방법을 제안하고 실제로 실험을 행하여 복구된 심볼 정보를 확인한다.

디지털화가 급속히 진행됨에 따라, 온라인 자료의 식별 및 관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 특히, 디지털 콘텐츠의 효율적인 유통 및 보존을 위한 체계적인 식별체계의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하여, 온라인 자료의 식별 및 관리를 위한 현행 식별체계의 실태를 조사하고, 이를 납본과 연계하여 보다 체계적인 관리 및 활용 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 온라인 자료 식별체계와 발급실태를 조사하고 온라인 자료에 관련된 선행연구를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 기반으로 한 납본 연계방안은 다음과 같이 세 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 납본의 우선순위 및 활용성을 위해 납본과 이용의 상호보완 강화, 납본의 우선순위 부여, 납본자료의 활용성 증대 전략이 요구된다. 둘째, 국제표준번호를 기반으로 한 납본 연계 방안으로서, ISBN과 UCI의 연계 납본, 국제표준자료번호와 납본 연계, 국제표준번호와 UCI의 메타데이터연계, UCI와 ICN의 연계 통합, 납본시스템 고도화를 위한 자동화 기술 도입 전략이 요구된다. 셋째, 위에서 제안한 전략들이 그 효과적으로 작용하기 위해서는 정책적인 지원도 같이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 한국서지표준센터의 납본 역할 강화를 포함하여 출판사와의 협력강화, 납본자료에 대한 보상, 납본제도에 대한 인식 제고 및 제도적 보상 등의 측면에서 고려되어야 할 부분이 있다.

This research attempts to establish a strategy through which to secure the introduction of the KEM 2.0 system. Another aim of this research is to eventually establish a service system which can be used to automatically generate and provide the metadata information contained in the Cylearn system. in order to facilitate Korean vocational high school students access to teaching-learning materials. The main research tasks associated with this research were: 1) To establish the components of the file server system while taking into consideration the environment in which each educational organization operates; 2) To utilize the KEM 2.0 in order to optimize the configuration of the Cylearn system and the related software. To do so, the KEM 2.0. should be applied in close coordination with Edunet: The results of this research can be summarized as follows: First, a strategy to introduce the KEM 2.0 was established. To achieve this, the researcher analyzed the characteristics of the sequencing and presentation methods and suggested teaching-learning materials based on the KEM 2.0.s sequencing system. Second, the file server was constructed using the KEM 2.0. The established file server took into account the environmental conditions in which the Edunet system operates so as to facilitate the creation of a network system with Edunet. Third, the Cylearn service system was linked to Edunet. The researcher developed a module using the KEM 2.0. that could be used to transmit the metadata related to teaching-learning materials to Edunet. To achieve this, an input device and a databank which could be used to transfer the generated metadata to Edunet were developed. The input device and databank developed using the KEM 2.0. were used to transfer the metadata to Edunet by linking the Cylearn system to the Edunet system.

To elucidate the effect of oxygen radicals on the molecular properties of proteins, the secondary and tertiary structure and molecular weight size of BSA and ${\beta}$-lactoglobulin were examined after irradiation of proteins at various doses. Gamma-irradiation of protein solutions caused the disruption of the ordered structure of protein molecules as well as degradation, cross-linking, and aggregation of the polypeptide chains. As a model system, BSA and ${\beta}$-lactoglobulin were used as a typical ${\alpha}$-helical and a ${\beta}$-sheet structure protein, respectively. A circular dichroism study showed that the increase of radiation decreased the ordered structure of proteins with a concurrent increase of aperiodic structure content. Fluorescence spectroscopy indicated that irradiation quenched the emission intensity excited at 280 nm. SDS-PAGE and a gel permeation chromatography study indicated that radiation caused initial fragmentation of proteins resulting in a subsequent aggregation due to cross-linking of protein molecules.
