Building the Public Appraisal Information System(PAIS) has been a critical issue because real estate valuation process depends on the various information and analysis. However, there has been little research in this area. As a result, there is not any comprehensive plan for the PAIS constructed by the MOCT(Ministry of Construction and Transportation), and its database quality has various Problems. Therefore, this paper investigated the database of the public appraisal information system and suggested development strategies as follow: preparing a comprehensive plan for data collection, establishment of data management standards, additional collection of the attribute and spatial data, linkage PAIS and other information system.

Objectives: This paper aims to describe a public health planning model, Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership(MAPP), and to discuss its application in Korea with a specific focus on the Local Public Health System (LPHS) component of MAPP. Methods: Literature content review was performed on research papers on MAPP development and application, MAPP handbook and guides, the guidelines for the 5th Phase Community Health Plan, and a research report on public health center evaluation system. Results: MAPP has been applied to public health planning (the 5th Phase Community Health Plan) and a performance evaluation system for public health center in Korea. The current application is limited to the early stages of the MAPP. Limited or partial application affects the integrity of the model. Follow-through should be strengthened especially for evaluation planning. Conclusion: Systems thinking approaches should be considered for the development of LPHS and strengthening logical and practical linkage between planning and evaluation of community health planning.

Order Review/Release (ORR) System is the linkage between planning system and actual production. Reduction of the waiting time on the machines, work in process and lead time variation may be achieved by adopting ORR strategies. But researchers on the ORR do not agree on the effectiveness of ORR. Some say that the overall system flow time may be increased if ORR is adopted, but others say that ORR can reduce work in process, flow time and variation of flow time. The objective of this research is to clarify under what environments order release strategy is effective. Simulation study was conducted in a hypothetical job shop. The experimental results show that dispatching rule is much more important than ORR is in controlling the shop floor. But the results indicate that ORR can reduce mean shop flow time, average work in process and variation of shop flow time under such environments where utilization level is high and planned order is weekly released to the order pool. And the results also show that the effect of plan smoothing on the ORR is insignificant, which is inconsistent with the results of the previous researches.

As raster-based high quality and resolution spatial information has appeared, 1/1,000 digital map lost either its recognition or uses because of insufficient new modified and updated information. Therefore, this study analyzed the linkage between three-dimensional spatial information and 1/1,000 digital map, and also suggested a modification plan of 1/1,000 digital map, made by three-dimensional spatial information. In fact, some area of Incheon and Busan were presented with the modification plan of 1/1,000 digital map as three-dimensional trial models. These trials reflected possibilities of modification by qualitative and quantitative analysis of 1/1,000 digital map, using three-dimensional object model.

As the world's population grows and food needs diversify, the demand for horticultural crops for beneficial traits is increasing. In order to meet this demand, it is necessary to develop suitable cultivars and breeding methods accordingly. Breeding methods have changed over time. With the recent development of sequencing technology, the concept of genomic selection (GS) has emerged as large-scale genome information can be used. GS shows good predictive ability even for quantitative traits by using various markers, breaking away from the limitations of Marker Assisted Selection (MAS). Moreover, GS using machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) has been studied recently. In this study, we aim to build a system that selects phenotype-related markers using the genomic information of the pepper population and trains a genomic selection model to select individuals from the validation population. We plan to establish an optimal genome wide association analysis model by comparing and analyzing five models. Validation of molecular markers by applying linkage markers discovered through genome wide association analysis to breeding populations. Finally, we plan to establish an optimal genome selection model by comparing and analyzing 12 genome selection models. Then We will use the genome selection model of the learning group in the breeding group to verify the prediction accuracy and discover a prediction model.

The development of train control system shall operate a series of processes like system designing, system production and system performance evaluation as a result of various requirements analysis presented in operation rules, operating guidelines for railway organizations etc, notified by the nation. Therefore, considering operation conditions, operation plan, linkage to railway network etc, the major document like system functional specifications, system development specifications, system test plans etc must be drawn up. In this paper we classify system operating scenarios required to prepare for system standard specification and system performance evaluation report of CBTC system for urban subways supporting unmanned automatic operation, and adjust each of the operating status.

Harbor function has been changed into physical distribution position harbor system for providing most suitable physical distribution service with comprehensive rationalization of international physical distribution over simple loading unloading, and change function by far. Thus, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the physical distribution base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. That is, self effort is needed for physical distribution competition system, adjustable arrangement of physical distribution area, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, physical distribution rationalization. Also, to enforce harbor productivity, harbor should be developed systemically to able to function of comprehensive harbor for enlargement of harbor establishment, the device of advanced harbor function height, the linkage between and city program, harbor operation or investment system provement, harbor technique or international cooperation advancement.

To know the physical housing needs for the small/medium size apartments at 'Harea' in Ulsan, we took account ① which plans they prefer in the small/medium size apartments of 2 or 3 rooms, ②how to link the inner spaces, ③which optional setups are require, ④which finishing material. furniture.color they want and ⑤ which community facilities are necessary, and analysed the factors influencing above five. The result is that the residents showed no regional distiction on the plan preference and the linkage of inner spaces, but required the double entrance doors, bathroom setups reallocated and residents' common facilities.

우리나라의 경우 RPS는 신재생전력 보급확대라는 에너지 정책의 일환으로 시작되었으며 현재까지 환경정책의 일환으로 고려되지 않고 있다. 이와 같이 에너지정책만을 고려한 RPS가 시행되고 있는상황에서 ETS가 도입되면 의무대상자인 발전사업자들은 이중규제를 받게 된다. 중복 규제로 인해 발전사업자들은 비용 부담이 가중될 것으로 예상됨으로 RPS와 ETS간 연계를 통해 부담을 완화시킬 수 있는 정책옵션이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 양 제도간 효과적인 연계방안을 제시하고 개발된 모형을 통해 그 효과에 대해 분석하고자 한다.

Korea has actively promoted the Comprehensive Plan for the e-Hub. The policies of Korean government could promote the e-business environment and market conditions in legal and infrastructure terms, but not much of business itself. The reason for this limited success in the e-Trade may result from the broken linkage between government policies and business strategies as well as the business and technical innovation. In this paper, we analyzes the more effective and economic solution for this recovery of broken link in terms of Metamediary. The most successful role of metamediary should compose of three functions - facilitator, collaborator and web service provider. Each of these function is clarified in more detail with the emphasis on the collaboration between the Universities and the government-supported corporations.
