도시형 자기부상열차 시저스분기기 개발현황과 성능시험결과 (Development and Performance Test Results of a Segmented Scissors Type Switch for the Urban Maglev)

  • A segmented scissors type switch has been developed for the urban transit maglev demonstration line to be commercialized near Incheon International Airport in 2013. Based on the design of the previous segmented 3-way switch, the scissors switch is composed of four segmented 2-way switches up/down and left/right and a turn table in the mid point. The main function of the scissors switch is to change the running direction of the train at end terminals. The developed scissors switch is planned to be installed in front of the 102 station, which has a side platform, of the demonstration line. The total length of the switch is 65m and the distance between the up and down track centerlines is 6m. The 2-way switches and turn table are made of steel box type beams, and have their own driving unit, locking unit, control unit, levitation and propulsion rails, and so on. Installed in the factory, a 100,000-cycle continuous operation test was carried out after manual and automatic test operations. The applicapability of the developed switch was verified through the measurements of the linearity of the track after repetitive operations, the mechanical operation noise, the load of the main driving motor, the safety of the control panel, the natural frequency of the girder, the deformation of the girder, and so on.

단일 휘트스톤 브리지 플렉셔를 이용한 풍동시험에서의 힌지모멘트 측정 연구 (The Study of Hinge Moment Measurement in Wind Tunnel Test Using Single Wheatstone Bridge Flexure)

  • In this study, a method using single Wheatstone bridge flexure has been presented to measure hinge moment acting on control surfaces of wind tunnel models. The structural simplicity of the flexure reduces difficulty regarding gauging and wire-routing, and also makes it feasible to install flexures even inside thin wings. Some flexures were designed and fabricated under typical aerodynamic loads in wind tunnel test, and the strains on the flexure according to applied loads were compared with the result of the analysis by finite element method. The relation between applied loads and output signals showed good linearity, and the standard deviation on the residual errors from linear equation obtained by least square method was within 1.0 % of the maximum design moments. In addition, the FEM analysis on the thickness of load-connecting part of the flexure showed that the sensitivity was improved as the thickness became thin as much as desired to avoid buckling.

  • 고제철설비 같은 매우 가혹한 환경 조건에서 뜨거운 철판의 온도를 측정하는 적외선 온도측정시스템을 개발하였다. POSCO 광양제철소 철판 압연공정에서 3개원간의 현장 테스트를 수행하였다. 현장 시운전에서 개발된 시스템의 신뢰성을 확인하였다. A2TPMI 센서의 비선형 방정식을 풀기위해 커브핏 방법을 통해 보정하고, 각 레인지당 $1[^{\circ}C]$이하의 정밀도로 25[msec]처리 속도를 확보하였다. 실험에서는 POSCO에서 받은 시험성적과 USN 기반에서 폴링방식을 통한 트래픽 모니터링을 통해 효과적인 온도감시 시스템임을 확인하였다.

실트질 모래지반의 비선형 거동특성 분석 (Analysis of Non-Linear Behavior in Silty Sand)

  • In the present study, a series of laboratory tests with sands of different silt contents, are conducted and methods to assess non-linear behaviors based on in-situ test results are proposed. Modified hyperbolic stress-strain model is used to analyze non-linearity of silty sands in terms of non-linear degradation parameters f and g as a function of silt contents and relative density $D_R$. Stress-strain relationship results were obtained from a series of triaxial tests on sands containing different amounts of silt. Initial shear modulus which was applied to normalize modulus degradation of silty sands were determined based on the resonant column test results. From the laboratory test results, it was observed that, as the relative density increases, values of f decrease and those of g increase. Cone resistance $q_c$ for silty soil condition used in the triaxial tests were estimated based on the cavity expansion analysis. A suggestion to make an estimation of degradation parameters f and g as a function of fine contents is addressed in terms of cone resistance $q_c$ .

아지무스 추진기 단독시험 시스템 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of an Open Water Test System for Azimuth Thrusters)

  • To research and develop an azimuth thruster, the new type of open water test dynamometers to measure thrust, torque, total thrust and duct force are designed and manufactured by Samsung Ship Model Basin(SSMB). A compact servomotor to be accurately controlled is connected to precise spiral bevel gear through shafting system combined by couplings and main shafts. The dynamometers have shown excellent linearity and repeatability for all components of forces and a torque. Also, the open water tests have been successfully performed to show the performance of the system. In near future, it is expected that the device can be used for the study of scale effects and development of azimuth thrusters.

도베실산칼슘 정 및 아세피필린 정의 용출시험법 개발 (Development of the Dissolution Test for Dobesilate Calcium Tablets and Acepifylline Tablets)

  • The dissolution test method and an analytical procedure by HPLC were developed and validated for dobesilate calcium tablets and acepifylline tablets. These drugs were not yet characterized by the dissolution specifications in Korean Pharmaceutical Codex. So, with each reference and test drugs, we did the preliminary and standard experiments based on the Korean Pharmacopeia Guideline of dissolution testing for solid oral dosage forms. The dissolution test for dobesilate calcium tablets was carried out under sink conditions as following: dissolution medium water, paddle rotation speed 50 rpm and vessel volume 900 ml. More than 90% of its label amount was released within 30 min in this method. Also the dissolution test for acepifylline tablets was carried out under sink conditions as follows: dissolution medium water, paddle rotation speed 100 rpm and vessel volume 900 ml. More than 90% of its label amount was released within 45 min in this method. The dissolution samples were analyzed with a precise and accurate HPLC method. The developed dissolution test showed specificity, linearity, precision and accuracy within the acceptable range. The dissolution testing method described above was adequate for the purpose and may be proposed as a pharmacopeial standard to assess the performance of dobesilate calcium tablets and acepifylline tablets.

HPLC-PDA를 이용한 기능성 화장품 중 푸코잔틴의 정량 (Determination of fucoxanthin in cosmeceutical products by HPLC-PDA)

  • 푸코잔틴을 함유한 원료 및 이를 유효성분으로 처방된 기능성 화장품의 품질관리를 위하여 photodiode array (PDA) 검출기를 갖춘 HPLC를 이용한 분석법을 확립하고 원료 및 제품 함량 분석에 응용하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 컬럼은 옥타데실화한 실리카 겔을 충진한 것을 사용하였으며 PDA의 측정파장은 499 nm로 설정하였다. 분석법을 밸리데이션하기 위하여 검량선의 직선성, 검출 및 정량 한계, 재현성, 회수율을 조사한 결과 양호한 결과를 얻었다. 검량선의 상관계수는 1.000로 0.5 ~ 100 ppm의 농도에서 직선성이 양호하였다. 또한 검출 한계는 0.1 ppm이었으며 정량 한계는 0.5 ppm이었다. 시스템의 적합성을 확인하기 위하여 피크의 재현성을 평가한 결과 피크 면적 값의 RSD (n=5) 값은 2.0%이었으며 머무름 시간의 RSD는 0.09% 이었다. 표준물질 첨가법의 실험 결과 회수율은 $101.6{\pm}0.77%$이었다. 끝으로 확립된 분석법을 원료 및 제품 분석에 적용하였다. 두 종류의 푸코잔틴 함유 원료의 푸코잔틴 함량은 각각 $49.6{\pm}3.3%$$1.03{\pm}0.016%$이었다. 또한 푸코잔틴이 150 ppm이 되도록 처방한 제품의 푸코잔틴의 함량은 $156.7{\pm}4.7ppm$으로 확인되었다. 위 실험결과로 볼 때 본 실험방법은 기능성 화장품에서 푸코잔틴을 정량분석하는 것에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

HPLC를 이용한 의약품 주성분인 옥시라세탐의 Analytical Method Validation (Analytical method validation of oxiracetam using HPLC)

  • 완제품의 주성분인 옥시라세탐이 함유된 의약품의 시험법실시 계획서에 따른 시험이 적절히 진행되었는지 시험법의 검증여부를 하고 본 protocol이 완제품 중 옥시라세탐의 정량분석을 위한 HPLC 분석법의 타당성을 검증하기 위한 문서화된 절차를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 실험에서는 옥시라세탐 함량시험에 사용된 분석법에 대하여 시스템 적합성, 정밀성, 직선성, 범위, 정확도, 특이성, 정량한계, 검출한계에 대하여 확인하였다. 실험결과 시스템적합성에서 정밀도(RSD%) 0.127%이하, 이론단수 15081, tailing factor 0.49, 그리고 분리능 32.41을 나타내었고, 정밀도실험에서는 RSD% 0.359% 이하의 결과를 보였다. 그리고 직선성 실험에서는 상관계수($R^2$)가 1을 나타내었고, 정확도 실험에서는 recovery test로서 최소 98.4%, 최대 99.6%로 기준을 만족하였다. 검출한계는 0.1 mg/L이였으며, 정량한계는 0.5 mg/L이었다. 그리고 특이성 실험에 있어서도 기준을 만족하는 결과를 나타내어 옥시라세탐을 주성분으로 하는 완제의약품 시험법은 적합한 시험법임이 검증되었다.

이진가중형 유체 디지털-아날로그 변환기를 이용한 고정도 미소유량 조절기 (Digital Microflow Controllers Using Fluidic Digital-to-Analog Converters with Binary-Weighted Flow Resistor Network)

  • This paper presents digital microflow controllers(DMFC), where a fluidic digital-to-analog converter(DAC) is used to achieve high-linearity, fine-level flow control for applications to precision biomedical dosing systems. The fluidic DAC, composed of binary-weighted flow resistance, controls the flow-rate based on the ratio of the flow resistance to achieve high-precision flow-rate control. The binary-weighted flow resistance has been specified by a serial or a parallel connection of an identical flow resistor to improve the linearity of the flow-rate control, thereby making the flow-resistance ratio insensitive to the size uncertainty in flow resistors due to micromachining errors. We have designed and fabricated three different types of 4-digit DMFC: Prototype S and P are composed of the serial and the parallel combinations of an identical flow resistor, while Prototype V is based on the width-varied flow resistors. In the experimental study, we perform a static test for DMFC at the forward and backward flow conditions as well as a dynamic tests at pulsating flow conditions. The fabricated DMFC shows the nonlinearity of 5.0% and the flow-rate levels of 16(2$^{N}$) for the digital control of 4(N) valves. Among the 4-digit DMFC fabricated with micromachining errors, Prototypes S and P show 27.2% and 27.6% of the flow-rate deviation measured from Prototype V, respectively; thus verifying that Prototypes S and P are less sensitive to the micromachining error than Prototype V.V.

메탄화재의 이산화탄소 생성법에 의한 화재발열량 측정 (Measurement of Heat Release Rate by Carbon Dioxide Generation Method for Methane Fire)

  • 연소상태의 가연물에서 방출되는 에너지는 비정상적인 특성과 폭넓은 크기규모를 가지기 때문에 다른 화재물리량에 비해 측정하기 어려운 문제 중의 하나로 인식된다. 본 연구는 실험실규모의 화재 발열량계에서 이산화탄소생성법과 산소소모법에 의해 계산된 측정 발열량을 비교하여 상대오차를 분석하였다. 메탄 버너화재에 대해 산소소모계수와 CO2 질량유량의 상관관계는 6% 이내에서 우수한 선형성을 보였다. CDG법의 계산에서 CO에 의한 발열량 기여분은 CO2에 의한 기여분에 비해 7% 이내로 크지 않게 나타났다. 준정상상태의 기준 버너 발열량 대비 OC법과 CDG법의 선형성은 1% 이내를 보여 발열량 측정에 있어서 CDG법은 상호 보완할 수 있는 측정수단으로 활용될 수 있다.
