상태 변환을 이용한 선형 시변 시스템에 대한 강건한 제어 (The robust control for a linear time-varying system using state transformation)

  • This paper is focussed on the problem of robustly stabilizing a transformable linear time-varying system. The considered system is a class of state feedback transformable linear systems. First, the real linear time-varying system is transformed into the linear time invariant system composed with the time-invariant linear part and the time-varying uncertainty part. Second, the solution to a quadratic stabilization problem in the transformed linear system is give via' Lyapunov methods. Then this solution is used to construct a stabilizing linear control law for the real linear time-varying system.

  • We give a representation of the component of solutions with characteristic multiplier 1 in a periodic linear inhomogeneous continuous system. It follows from this representation that asymptotic behaviors of the component of solutions to the system and to its associated homogeneous system are quite different, though they are similar in the case where the characteristic multiplier is not 1. Moreover, the representation is applicable to linear discrete systems with constant coefficients.

구분적선형시스템을 이용한 해양 구조물의 거동분석 (Analysis of Response behaviors of offshore mooring structures by a piecewise-linear system)

  • 해양계선시스템(offshore mooring system)의 거동을 구분적선형시스템(piecewise-linear system)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 계선시스템의 복원력을 유도하고 거기에 상응하는 근사치 구분적선형시스템의 복원력을 구하여 두 시스템의 복원력을 비교하였다. 다양한 파력 하에서의 계선시스템의 응답거동을 분석하였다. 시스템의 비선형정도 및 매개변수의 영향에 대하여 집중적으로 연구하였다. 시스템의 응답거동의 특성은 포인케어맵(Poincare map)을 통하여 확인하였다. 구분적선형시스템을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 계선시스템은 일반 조화, 열조화 및 복잡한 비선형거동인 chaos를 포함한 다양한 응답거동을 갖음을 알아냈다. 여러 값의 매개변수를 적용하여 시스템의 응답거동에 미치는 영향을 알아냈으며, 매개변수지도를 통하여 응답거동의 영역을 확인하였다.

  • The Linear system analysis for physical system is very powerful tool for system diagnostic utilizing relationship between the input signal and output signal. This method utilized generally to investigate physical properties of system and the nondestructive test by ultrasonic signals. This method can be explained by linear system theory. In this paper the Continuous Wavelets Transform is utilized to search the relation between the linear system and continuous wavelets transform.

Trajectory Following Control Using Cogging Force Model in Linear Positioning System

  • To satisfy the requirement of the one axis linear positioning system, which is following control of the desired trajectory without following error and is the high positioning accuracy, feed-forward loop having cogging force model is proposed. In the one axis linear positioning system with linear PM motor, cogging force acting as disturbance is modeled analytically. Analytic model of cogging force is verified by result measured from positioning system constructed with linear PM motor. Measured result is very similar with proposed analytic model. Cogging force model is used as feet forward loop in control scheme of linear positioning system. Cogging force feed-forward'loop is obtained from analytic model of cogging farce. Trajectory following error is reduced from 300nm to 100nm by applying the proposed cogging farce feed-forward loop. By using analytic model of cogging force, the control scheme is simplified. Also this analytic model is applicable to calculation of characteristic value of positioning system in design process.

  • Most of real world systems are highly non-linear. But due to difficulties in analyzing and dealing with it, only the linear system theory is well estabilished. Bilinear system where state and control are linear but not linear jointly is introduced. Here shows that optimal state estimation of stochastic bilinear system requirs infinite dimensional filter, thus onesub-optimal estimator for this system is suggested.

  • This paper studies on the feedback linearization of the looper system for hot strip mills, where the looper system plays an important role in regulating the strip tension. Firstly, nonlinear dynamic equations of the looper system are simply introduced. Secondly, using the static feedback linearization algorithm, a linear model of the looper system is obtained, of which usefulness is validated from comparison between the linear model and the nonlinear model, and design of LQI(Linear Ouadratic Integral optimal control) and ILQ (Inverse Linear Quadratic optimal control) looper control systems.   • Free-piston engine system is a new type energy converter which uses a linear motion of piston by using linear generator. In free-piston engine system, the piston is not connected to a crank-shaft. The major advantages of free-piston engine system are high efficiency and low mechanical loss from the absence of motion conversion devices. Linear generator of free-piston engine system is used as generator and starting motor. In design step, considering of back-emf and detent force characteristics for generating mode and thrust and control characteristics for starting mode is needed. In this research, generating mode of flat-type linear generator and tubular-type linear generator is analyzed by finite element analysis method and starting mode of both type linear generators is analyzed by using capability curve. Capability curve is plotted from electrical parameters of both type linear generator and motion profile is calculated from mechanical parameters.

  • Light rail vehicle is optimized vehicle system for complex urban circumstance. LRT systems have many merits such as improve accuracy, speediness and safety. There are many LRT systems such as monorail, tram, automated guideway transit, linear induction motor propulsion and so on. These systems have operated in Japan and other advanced countries. In Korea, local government has many projects to apply the advanced LRT system. But there are no standardized specification, performance test specification, construction specification for monorail system, linear induction motor propulsion system, tram in Korea up to now. So, we need to establish of standardized to economical construction and safety. The linear induction motor system has been usually applied in Japan subway and ART(Advanced Rapid Transit) of Canada. In Korea, the linear induction motor system has been adopted for Yongin LRT and currently under construction. This paper covers the contents and technical base for main items of rolling stock, performance standard, carbody structure, bogie, electronic unit and brake equipment in order to implement linear induction motor LRT system according to local conditions.
