CIELab 표색계를 이용한 Panel D-15의 색각이상 혼돈색 line 연구 (The Confusing Color line of the Color deficiency in Panel D-15 using CIELab Color Space)

  • 색각 검사용 Farnsworth Test Panel D-15를 CIELab color space 좌표에서 분석하기 위해 380~780nm의 반사광 spectrum 세기를 측정하였다. Test Panel D-15는 CIELab의 좌표(a,b)상에서 채도가 앞은 원점 근방에 위치하였다. 정상인은 색 차가 작은 색을 비슷한 색으로 지각하였고, 색각 이상자는 색차와 무관한 혼돈색 line과 중성점에 의존하였다. 색각이상인 제1색각 이상, 제2색각 이상, r-g defect, y-b defect의 경우 중성점 위치(a,b)는 각각(2.12, 1.02), (4.25, 2.05), (2.51, 0.25), (1.20, -1.10)였다.

Applicability of Existing Fracture Initiation Models to Modern Line Pipe Steels

  • The original fracture criteria developed by Maxey/Kiefner for axial through-wall and surface-cracked pipes have worked well for many industries for a large variety of relatively low strength and toughness materials. However, newer line pipe steels have some unusual characteristics that differ from these older materials. One example is a test data that has demonstrated that X80 line-pipe with an axial through-wall-crack can fail at pressures about 30 percent lower than predicted with commonly used analysis methods for older steels. Thus, it is essential to review the currently available models and investigate the applicability of these models to newer high-strength line pipe materials. In this paper, the available models for predicting the failure behavior of axial-cracked pipes (through-wall-cracked and external surface-cracked pipes) were reviewed. Furthermore, the applicability of these models to high-strength steel pipes was investigated by analyzing limited full-scale pipe fracture initiation test results. Based on the analyzed results, the shortcomings of the available models were identified. For both through-wall and surface cracks, the major shortcomings were related to the characterization of the material toughness, which generally leads to non-conservative predictions in the J-T analyses. The findings in this paper may be limited to the test data that were consider for this study. The requisite characteristics of a potential model were also identified in the present paper.

한전 765 kV 2회선 송전선로의 전기환경장애 특성 (Environmental Impact on the KEPCO 765-kV Double Circuit Transmission Line)

  • The environmental impact of the KEPCO 765-kV transmission line was studied using a full scale test line in order to develop the design technology. Therefore this paper describes an environmental design summary of the audible noise, hum noise, wind noise, radio interference, TV interference and electric field measurement from the KEPRI 765-kV double circuit transmission test line with a bundle of $6-480mm^2$ conductors per phase. The analysis of the test results shows that 6-Rail and 6-Cardinal conductors bundle satisfy the audible noise criterion & TV interference under the stable rainy weather condition and the radio interference level under the fair weather. And the other items are also agreed with the design level criterion for KEPCO 765-kV transmission line.

경간형식과 고속열차 판토그라프 접촉력 특성의 상호관계에 대한 시험적 고찰 (An Experimental Study on the Correlation between Span Types and the Contact Force of the Pantograph for High-speed Train)

  • In this paper, we introduce the on-line test of the current collection characteristics for HSR 350x(Korea High Speed Train project) that have been performed in the Kyoung-bu high-speed line since 2002. Through the analysis of measured data during on-line test, the variation trend of contact force between pantograph and contact wire of catenary according to the span type, the track conditions and driving patterns is reviewed. In order to analyze the variation trend of contact force, we have checked the span type of catenary in KP 24 - 125 out of Kyoung-bu high speed line and obtained the statistical processing result per each span type. This study shows that the track conditions do not affect on the dynamic performance between pantograph and contact wire catenary, and the span type and the driving pattern are important factors in determining the good interaction between them.

시운전 시험을 통한 한국형 고속열차의 승차감 변화추세에 관한 연구 (Examination on the variation of ride comfort for korean high speed train through on-line test)

  • In this paper, we introduce the variation of ride characteristics for HSR 350x(Korea High Speed Train project) through on-line test during about 3 years. The concept of term "ride comfort" is equivocal. Generally it is evaluated as the vehicle vibration. The ride comfort for HSR 350x has been assessed by statistical method according to UIC 513R. The testing results show that HSR 350x has no problems from the viewpoint of the comfort ride on the high speed line and conventional line and that 1st and 2nd suspensions play an important role in the ride characteristics for high speed train.

  • 후막광식각 기술은 스크린 인쇄 등의 일반적 후막공정에 노광 및 현상등의 리소그라피 공정 을 접목시킨 새로운 기술이다. 그린시트를 적층한 후 감광성 Ag 페이스트를 도포하고, 패턴을 노광, 현상, 동시소성하여 스크린 인쇄법으로는 어려운 25 $\mu\textrm{m}$ 선폭과 25 $\mu\textrm{m}$ 선간공백을 구현하였다. 알루미나 기판을 사용하였을 경우에도 유사한 방법으로 20 $\mu\textrm{m}$에 가까운 선폭이 구현 가능하였으며, 노광량과 현상시간이 미세라인 형성에 있어서 가장 중요한 공정변수임을 확인하였다. 또한, 광식각 기술을 이용하여 정밀도가 높고 고주파 대역에서 전송특성이 우수한 microstrip 전송선로와 series gap 공진기를 제작하여, 이로부터 기판의 유전률 및 유전손실을 계산하였다.

구성가능한 소프트웨어 제품라인 시험에서 코드 커버리지 측정 (Code Coverage Measurement in Configurable Software Product Line Testing)

  • 구성가능한 소프트웨어 제품라인 시험은 모든 멤버제품들에 포함되는 공통 부분과 일부 또는 단일 제품에 포함되는 가변 부분을 고려해야 하기 때문에 단일 제품 시험 방법들을 그대로 적용하기 어렵다. 소프트웨어 시스템 시험에서 시험 커버리지는 수행된 시험의 적절성을 측정하는 척도이다. 구성가능한 소프트웨어 제품라인으로부터 생성될 수 있는 멤버제품들은 수백 개에 이를 수 있기 때문에 시험 커버리지 측정은 소프트웨어 제품라인 수준에서 시험의 적절성을 평가하기 위해 중요하다. 이 논문은 구성가능한 소프트웨어 제품라인 시험에서 제품라인 수준의 코드 커버리지 측정 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 피처 집합의 포함 관계를 기준으로 제품들을 계층화한 후 제품라인의 멤버제품들을 시험하고, 시험으로부터 얻어진 각 제품의 시험 커버리지들을 종합하여 SPL 시험 커버리지를 정량화한다. 제안한 방법을 11개의 구성가능한 소프트웨어 제품라인 사례에 적용하여 검증한 결과, 제안한 방법은 SPL 시험이 얼마나 철저하게 수행되었는지를 정량적으로 기술하여 SPL 시험의 적정성을 확인할 수 있도록 도왔다. 또한, 새로 추가된 SPL 멤버제품의 시험이 이전 멤버제품 시험 대비 커버리지를 증가시키는 방향인지 확인할 수 있어 새로운 시험케이스들이 멤버제품들 간의 차이를 커버하는 방향으로 시험이 이루어지고 있는지 확인할 수 있었다.

  • It has been reported that more than 50% of breakdown in transmission line for 154kV and above is due to lightning stroke. The flashover failure due to lightning stroke causes outage, voltage drop and instantaneous outage, Therefore line arrestors have been used in transmission line for protection from lightning stroke. In this paper, we describes electrical characteristics and performance test of line arrestor for transmission line.

직물의 구조와 감각특성에 따른 온라인과 오프라인에서의 주관적 태평가 비교 (The Comparison of Subjective Evaluation of Band between On-line and Off-line by Structure and Sensibilities of Fabric)

  • This research was designed to compare the subjective evaluation of Hand between on- and off-line by structure and sensible characteristics of fabric. 113 subjects who have a fashion design major evaluated the subjective evaluation of Hand of various 16 kinds of specimens on- and off-line. T-test and pearson correlation coefficient were used for statistical analysis by SPSS WIN 11.0. The results of this study were as follows: The results of correlation analysis of the evaluation score indicated that Crash and Satin show high correlation between two kinds of evaluation score. But, fabrics which have distinct characteristics such as Plush, Dobby, Seersucker represented low correlation coefficient. The results of t-test fer the difference of the evaluation score showed that thin fabrics like Organdy represent a large difference between on- and off-line evaluation. On the other hand, twill weaved fabrics like Drill, Tweed, Saxony did not show many differences. Analysing each item in terms of correlation of evaluation of hand between on- and off-line gave results that the shininess was most deliverable through on-line and density and the dryness was not so deliverable through on-line. Comparison of evaluation score between on- and off-line items showed that the estimation to real fabric is more negative than that of on-line. The results of most preferable hand between on-and off-line showed exact opposite preference between shinny, smooth and soft Satin and rough, woolen Tweed. Organdy showed the most different subjective evaluation of hand in real ones compared with that of on-line.

Seismic responses of transmission tower-line system under coupled horizontal and tilt ground motion

  • Tests and theoretical studies for seismic responses of a transmission tower-line system under coupled horizontal and tilt (CHT) ground motion were conducted. The method of obtaining the tilt component from seismic motion was based on comparisons from the Fourier spectrum of uncorrected seismic waves. The collected data were then applied in testing and theoretical analysis. Taking an actual transmission tower-line system as the prototype, shaking table tests of the scale model of a single transmission tower and towers-line systems under horizontal, tilt, and CHT ground motions were carried out. Dynamic equations under CHT ground motion were also derived. The additional P-∆ effect caused by tilt motion was considered as an equivalent horizontal lateral force, and it was added into the equations as the excitation. Test results were compared with the theoretical analysis and indicated some useful conclusions. First, the shaking table test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis from improved dynamic equations and proved its correctness. Second, the tilt component of ground motion has great influence on the seismic response of the transmission tower-line system, and the additional P-∆effect caused by the foundation tilt, not only increases the seismic response of the transmission tower-line system, but also leads to a remarkable asymmetric displacement effect. Third, for the tower-line system, transmission lines under ground motion weaken the horizontal displacement and acceleration responses of transmission towers. This weakening effect of transmission lines to the main structure, however, will be decreased with consideration of tilt component.
