고객 서비스 품질에 대한 구매 후기 댓글이 구매과정에 미치는 영향 - 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of After-purchase Feedback About Customer Service Quality on Purchase Process - Focusing on Internet Shopping Mall -)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 고객서비스 요인이 구매후기 댓글고객의 구전에 따라 소비자의 구매와 재 구매에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가에 대하여 실증 분석을 통하여 규명하고자 하였다. 분석결과는 다음 두 가지로 설명된다. 첫째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 고객서비스 요인에 따른 소비자의 구매 및 재 구매 중 오프라인에 대한 강매로부터의 회피와 구매의 편의성을 추구하기 위하여 온라인 쇼핑몰을 활용한 구매자의 경우 구매후기 댓글고객의 영향보다는 방문한 쇼핑몰의 명성이나 보안의 믿음성, 신속한 제품 검색 등의 확신성과 반응성이 온라인 구매자의 결정 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 인지도 향상과 보안시스템 구축, 검색엔진 개발이 온라인 쇼핑몰의 전략적인 요소임을 시사하고 있다. 둘째, 온라인 구매자의 경우 구매후기 댓글고객의 구전 요인을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 재구매자의 경우는 구전의 긍정적인 조절역할에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 구매경험의 준거(Reference)가 작용하는 것으로 사료된다.

  • The reliability of power transmission lines depends on long-term performance of the suspension insulators used on the lines. The importance of such long-term performance of the insulators has been recently noted, but its evaluation method has not been established yet. In this paper, various causes of insulator deterioration are verified and laboratory test method for evaluating the long term performance of insulators are studied.

  • This paper describes the synergism of Artificial Neural Network and Fuzzy Logic based approach to improve the reliability of transformer differential protection, the conventional transformer differential protection commonly used a harmonic restraint principle to prevent a tripping from inrush current during initial transformer´s energization but such a principle can not performs the best optimization on tripping time. Furthermore, in some cases there may be false operation such as during CT saturation, high DC offset or harmonic containing in the line.   • 본 논문에서는 화약작동식 밸브 개발에 관해 전반적으로 설명하였다. 화약작동식 밸브는 추진기관의 연료와 공기를 조절하는 파이로장치이므로 신뢰도를 확보하는게 무엇보다도 중요하다. 그러므로, 해석과 성능시험을 통해 작동 신뢰도를 증가시키는데 역점을 두었다.

  • Sometimes we have two groups of inbred lines and there are only interest in gca comparisons within two groups of lines of sizes$\P_1$ and $\P_@$, not between two groups. For example, suppose there two Lab, each of the 2 Labs have obtained the best line. For this purpose we now give a method of constructing block designs for diallel cross experiments and we will explain how to calculate efficiency. Then we show the efficiencies in the table.

  • Polymer stem insulator for an electric railway has been developed in 1995 in Korea. Owing to its excellent electrical and physical characteristics, KT mark was awarded for the developed polymer stem insulator. After new specification of KNR(Korea National Railway) was established, tile evaluation of long-term reliability combined with the improvement of manufacturing process was carried out. In 1998, this polymer stem insulator was installed in commercial electrical railway line. This paper presents the long-term reliability properties of the installed polymer stem insulator compared with conventional insulator. The location of tile installed polymer stem insulator in KNR is also introduced.

오프라인 필기체 슷자 인식을 위한 다양한 특징들의 성능 비교 및 인식률 개선 방안 (Performance Comparison of Various Features for Off-line Handwritten Numerals Recognition and Suggestions for Improving Recognition Rate)

  • 본 논문에서는 오프라인 필기체 숫자의 변형을 흡수할 수 있는 효과적인 특징을 찾기 위해서 여러 가지 특징의 성능을 비교하였다. 실험적인 성능 비교 결과는 윤곽 선을 이용한 4방향성 특징 그리고 교차 거리+교차+망+투영 특징이 오프라인 필기체 숫자 인식에서 인식률과 인식 시간측면에서 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 단일 신경회로망에서 인식률의 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 효과적인 특징을 조합한 복합특징 으로 다수결투표와 신뢰도 지수를 이용한 모듈화된 신경회로망을 제안한다. 제안된 방식의 성능을 검증하기 위해서 캐나다의 Concordia 대학교와 한국의 Dong-A 대학교 오프라인 필기체 숫자 데이터베이스에 대하여 실험을 하였다. Concordia 대학교의 데이터 베이스는 97.1%의 정인식률, 1.5%의 기각률, 1.4%의 오인식률 그리고 98.5%의 신뢰도가 나타났으며, Dong-A 대학 교의 데이터 베이스는 98%의 정인식률, 1.2%의 기각률, 0.8%의 오인식률 그리고 99.1%의 신뢰도가 나타났다.

  • An organic light emitting diode (OLED), also light emitting polymer (LEP) and organic electro luminescence (OEL), is any light emitting diode (LED) whose emissive electroluminescent layer is composed of a film of organic compounds. The layer usually contains a polymer substance that allows suitable organic compounds to be deposited. They are deposited in rows and columns onto a flat carrier by a simple "printing" process. The resulting matrix of pixels can emit light of different colors. Such systems can be used in television screens, computer displays, small, portable system screens such as cell phones and PDAs, advertising, information and indication. OLEDs can also be used in light sources for general space illumination, and large-area light-emitting elements. In this paper, we develop the general guide line of the accelerated life test for assuring B10 life of AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) and PMOLED(Passive Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) which are widely used for display monitor less than 115 mm.

Development of On-line Performance Diagnostic Program of a Helicopter Turboshaft Engine

  • Gas turbine performance diagnostics is a method for detecting, isolating and quantifying faults in gas turbine gas path components. On-line precise fault diagnosis can promote greatly reliability and availability of gas turbine in real time operation. This work proposes a GUI-type on-line diagnostic program using SIMULINK and Fuzzy-Neuro algorithms for a helicopter turboshaft engine. During development of the diagnostic program, a look-up table type base performance module are used for reducing computer calculating time and a signal generation module for simulating real time performance data. This program is composed of the on-line condition monitoring program to monitor on-line measuring performance condition, the fuzzy inference system to isolate the faults from measuring data and the neural network to quantify the isolated faults. Evaluation of the proposed on-line diagnostic program is performed through application to the helicopter engine health monitoring.

On-Line Aircraft Parameter Identification Using Fourier Transform Regression With an Application to NASA F/A-18 Harv Flight Data

  • This paper applies a recently developed on-line parameter identification (PID) technique to sets of real flight data and compares the results with those of a state-of-the-art off-line PID technique. The on-line PID technique takes Linear Regression from Fourier Transformed equations and the off-line PID is based on the traditional Maximum Likelihood method. Sets of flight data from the NASA F/A-18 High Alpha research Vehicle (HARV) circraft, which has been recorded from specifically designed maneuvers and used for our line parameter estimation, are used for this study. The emphasis is given on the accuracy and on-line measure of reliability of the estimates. The comparison is performed for both longitudinal and lateral-directional dynamics for maneuvers at angles of attack ranging u=20°through $\alpha$=40°. Results of the two estimation processes are also compared with baseline wind tunnel estimates whenever possible.
