자동차 조립공장을 위한 Web기반 협업 공정 및 자재 계획 (Web-based Collaborative Process and Material Planning for Automotive General Assembly)

  • To ensure competitiveness in the modem automotive market, process and material planning should be performed concurrently with new car developments. In automotive general assembly shops, thus, new business workflows and supporting environments are inevitable to reduce the manufacturing preparation time in developing a new car in the manner of concurrent and collaborative engineering. Since complete material planning for a whole general assembly system is a huge and complex job, several planners should execute their planning jobs and share information. Therefore, each planner should provide others with his/her results with continuous on-line communication and cooperation. In this research, a web-based system for concurrent and collaborative process and material planning for automotive general assembly via 3D digital mock-up S/W is developed. By using this system, savings in time and cost of process and material planning are possible, and the reliability of the planning result is improved.

중립파일 기반의 조선소 시뮬레이션 환경에 관한 연구 (An Approach for Construction of Shipyard Simulation Environment based on Neutral File Format)

  • In shipbuilding, the scheduling system is susceptible to sudden changes and thus it turns to be difficult to predict the differences between schedule and production records in advance. A computer-based simulation is commonly utilized to overcome the discrepancies occurred in estimating workloads and resulting processing times. The main drawback of this simulation-based solution is its limited applicability because, in most cases, each shipyard requires specific and customized simulation environment. By standardizing the planning data of the midterm scheduling system, as proposed in this paper, the efficiency of the current simulation model can be enhanced. To present an alternative approach, this paper begins with the analysis of the complex planning data structure of several shipyards and then proceeds to construct a standard data structure based on the neutral format. An interface application is developed for the data transaction and simulation in on-line environment. As a result, a simulation-based production management of shipyards can be achieved by the efficient prediction of planning and scheduling.

새로운 S자형 피판을 이용한 결손형 선천성 이수열의 재건 (Reconstruction of Defective Type Congenital Cleft Earlobe with S-shaped Flap)

  • Purpose: Congenital cleft earlobe is relatively rare malformation and defective type congenital cleft earlobes are reconstructed with mainly local flap methods rather than primary closure or z - plasty. Various methods are introduced but many of these remain visible scars or require complex operative techniques. We designed a new and simple method of reconstruction for defective type cleft earlobe. Methods: On the posterior surface of the auricle and mastoid area, S - shaped line was drawn continuously. One arc is for turnover hinge flap to make the anterolateral surface of the earlobe, and the other is for transposition flap to reconstruct the posterolateral surface. The donor site of the transposition flap was closed primarily. Results: Four patients were operated by S - shaped flap design method. They were all female and two were right side and others were left. We obtained aesthetically satisfactory postoperative results with inconspicuous scars at the posterior side of the auricle. In one case, minor revision was performed because of insufficient blood supply of the hinge flap. Conclusion: We can reconstruct defective type cleft earlobe with new, simple S - shaped design for hinge flap and transposition flap.

국내외 지목체계 운용실태 연구에 관한 새로운 시각 (A New Perspectives on the Research of Domestic and Overseas Land Category System)

  • 한국의 현행 지목 분류 체계로는 복잡하고 다양하게 사용하는 토지의 이용 현황을 정확하게 지적공부에 등록할 수 없다. 따라서 우리나라 지목 분류 체계 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하기 위하여 2013년에 신승우 외 4인이 '국내외 지목체계 운영 실태 연구'라는 논문을 발표하였다. 이 논문은 6개국의 '지목'과 '토지이용' 및 '토지피복'을 동일선 상에서 비교하고, 일부 사실이 아닌 내용이 서술되어 있어, 이에 관한 새로운 시각을 제시하였다. 앞으로 독일·일본·대만의 지목 분류 체계에 관한 이해를 바탕으로 합리적인 대안이 제시되길 기대하며, 향후 연구 과제로 독일과 대만의 지목 분류 체계의 변천연혁을 연구하여 한국의 지목 분류 체계 개선에 참고할 것을 제안한다.

GIS를 이용한 상수도관의 안전도 관리시스템 개발 (A Development of Pipe Safety Management System by GIS)

  • GIS는 많은 양의 도형자료와 문자자료를 통합 관리 분석하는 시스템으로 복잡한 네트웍을 형성하고 있는 도심의 지하매설물을 관리하는데 적합한 시스템이다. 상수도관의 안전도 시스템은 상수도관과 지형자료를 데이터베이스화하고 여기에 상수도관의 안전도를 모델화하여 이들에 대한 안전상태를 수시로 평가할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 시스템에서는 상수도관의 노후도 평가결과에 대한 도면 출력 시스템을 구축, 사용자가 상수도관의 노후 정도를 쉽게 추정할 수 있도록 하였으며 상수도관이 파괴될 경우, 주변피해요소에 대한 추적 기능을 구축하였다. 또한 안전사고시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 응급정보 조회 기능을 구현하였다. 마지막으로 지하매설물 현황과 공사 현황을 출력하여 각종 공사시 초래될 수 있는 사고를 방지 할 수 있는 공사 관리 기능을 구축하였다.

Deformation Monitoring and Prediction Technique of Existing Subway Tunnel: A Case Study of Guangzhou Subway in China

  • During the construction of crossing engineering one of the important measures to ensure the safety of subway operation is the implementation of deformation surveying to the existing subway tunnel. Guangzhou new subway line 2 engineering which crosses the existing tunnel is taken as the background. How to achieve intelligent and automatic deformation surveying forecast during the subway tunnel construction process is studied. Because large amount of surveying data exists in the subway construction, deformation analysis is difficult and prediction has low accuracy, a subway intelligent deformation prediction model based on the PBIL and support vector machine is proposed. The PBIL algorithm is used to optimize the exact key parameters combination of support vector machine though probability analysis and thereby the predictive ability of the model deformation is greatly improved. Through applications on the Guangzhou subway across deformation surveying deformation engineering the prediction method's predictive ability has high accuracy and the method has high practicality. It can support effective solution to the implementation of the comprehensive and accurate surveying and early warning under subway operation conditions with the environmental interference and complex deformation.

  • 데이타 link의 효과적인 이용과 host 컴퓨터의 자원을 공유하기 위해 미니 컴퓨터를 통한 회선 공유, 메시지 concentration 메시지 교환 및 통신 preprocessing 기법 등이 그동안 제시되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 위에서 열거한 필 요성을 만족시키며 회신의 효율성과 자원 공유를 얻기위해 TTY 모델 ASR 33을 원격 단말장치로 이용해서 동시에 여러대의 TTY를 운영할 수 있게끔 샐운 시스 템 UNIVAC-No.A 데이타 통신 시스템(UNDCS)을 설계해서 그것을 실제로 No.A-840에 설치하였다. 또한, 통신 preprocessor로서 UNDCS는 원격 단말장치 로서 TTY를 사용하나 host컴퓨터인 UNIVAC 1106는 마치 Uniscope 300 디스플 레이 단말장치와 통신을 하고 있는 것처럼 믿게끔 프로그램을 작성하였다. 따라 서 UNDCS 소프트웨어의 중요한 기능은 다음과 같다. \circled1데이타 link로부터 발생 하는 모든 인터럽트의 처리, 메시지의 송수신 및 buffer경영 \circled2메세지 concentration과 메시지 교환 수행 \circled3데이타 동 기형 전송을 하는데 있어서, UNIVAC의 요구에 상응할 수 있게끔 모든 필요한 메시지 format과 line protocol 을 마련함. \circled4EXEC 8의 demand processing을 서어비스 함. 본 논문에서는 이러 한 목적과 메시지 concentration 및 교환, 통신 preprocessing과 서어비스가 어떻 게 달성되었는가를 기술하였다.

의복디자인 요소 변화에 의한 착시현상이 얼굴지각에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on illusion of Clothing Design Factors Variation Effecting Perception of Face)

  • The purpose of the study is to make experimental whether three-dimensional body (especially face) has illusion based on theoretical background of form dimensions and color bright among precedent multi-form illusion, using the function of computer simulation. To investigate illusion that factors of clothing design(line, color, material) effect face, as the following is tried to solve giving change to neckline, collar, scarf which is believed to influence near face. How to make experiment as follows watching in order 13 scenes of a pair of with basic design and experiment design. Then the data were subjected to analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range test. The result of this studying as follows, 1. Face looks larger in complex neckline than simple neckline. The larger collar is the larger face looks. 2. In white jacket, illusion(the lower luminosity of scarf color gets, the brighter face brightness gets) is shown. In black jacket, also illusion(the higher luminosity of scarf color gets, the darker face brightness gets) is shown. 3. In experiment on hardness and softness of face impression according to the material of collar, collar of knit and fur gives us assimilation illusion bring softer impression of face.

t-ws 고장 검출을 위한 테스트 방법의 개선 (Improvement of Test Method for t-ws Falult Detect)

  • This paper aims at studying the improvement of test method for t-weight sensitive fault (t-wsf) detect. The development of RAM fabrication technology results in not only the increase at device density on chips but also the decrease in line widths in VLSI. But, the chip size that was large and complex is shortened and simplified while the cost of chips remains at the present level, in many cases, even lowering. First of all, The testing patterns for RAM fault detect, which is apt to be complicated , need to be simplified. This new testing method made use of Local Lower Bound (L.L.B) which has the memory with the beginning pattern of 0(l) and the finishing pattern of 0(1). The proposed testing patterns can detect all of RAM faults which contain stuck-at faults, coupling faults. The number of operation is 6N at 1-weight sensitive fault, 9,5N at 2-weight sensitive fault, 7N at 3-weight sensitive fault, and 3N at 4-weight sensitive fault. This test techniques can reduce the number of test pattern in memory cells, saving much more time in test, This testing patterns can detect all static weight sensitive faults and pattern sensitive faults in RAM.

Changing Perspectives of Managing Human Resources in Nepal

  • Sustainable competitive advantage depends on formulation and implementation of appropriate human resource management (HRM) strategies and deployment of their competencies effectively in dynamic and complex environment. Competencies deployment is an approach to make decisions on the intentions and plans of organization concerning employment relationship and its recruitment, training, development, performance appraisal, reward and employee relations policies and practice. The improvement of organizational effectiveness is an overall objective of people management in organizations. In light of these, this study explores the present practices of HRM like: HR departments, HR policies and strategies, HR planning, recruitment selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, employee relations and communications. Based on the survey in 204 Nepalese organizations as a unit of analysis, the study concludes that HR practices in few organizations have action program for minorities, ethnic group, older employees and people with disabilities. Due to centralized organizational structure, most of HR decisions are taken into central office and line managers being involved highly in planning and implementing HR policies. In a nutshell, though HRM practices are not developed like developed countries, Nepalese organizations are realizing the significance of people management at work and changing their practices in the present dynamic environment.
