The target localization using the line arrays buried in the seabed is a difficult problem due to the complex sea bottom characteristics and need to compensate the wave propagation effect to localize the target accurately Sound speed mismatch in the seabed causes a bias in the target bearing estimation and induces the localization error. In this paper we describe a target localization method with improved accuracy of target bearing and localization by calibration the sound speed in the seabed. The proposed algorithm is verified through the ocean data.

Die-casting burr due to casting process is removed by post-process for assembly and quality control of product. Though robot has been widely used for deburring job before, CNC exclusive machine is currently developed f3r high power, high speed machining and quick tool change. Deburring tool path with complex 3D curve type is defined to make out deburring NC program. But there is no efficient method to define it currently used methods with teaching probe on machine. In this study the efficient method to make out deburring NC program is developed. 5-axis digitizing machine is used to receive data of deburring path. And the post processor for NC program generation is developed in consideration of the machining conditions. The developed system is not dependent on the skill of operator and has the advantage to maintain the flexibility of job to modify NC program due to the wear of tool and aging of the die casting.
Ligand field calculations have been performed based on the data from the absorption and low temperature sharp-line excitation spectra of fac-Cr(gly)₃, fac-Cr(L-serine)₃ · 2H₂O and fac-Cr(L-leucine)₃·2H₂O. The optimized ligand field parameters for all complexes show that the carboxylate and the amino groups are moderate σ-donor. The values of $e_{{\pi}O}$ are typical of other complexes with carboxylate ligands. However, the π-interaction of carboxylic oxygen to the chromium in serinato complex is much weaker than that of other complexes. The inclusion of π-anisotropy is necessary to adequately explain the large doublet splittings.
The station area development planed to improve the old and narrowed station and to enhance the train passenger's convenience through private capital attraction in the past. But it has been faced with difficulty for the creative of transfer demand. Because of lean upon building facilities were caused by shortage of business profitability as to development of the upside a railway line, and lack of public utilities. The station area development requires that it's trend to large scale development of station areas, korail's direct development, deputation of specialty company to development, collaboration between local government and korail in development, diversification of process & installed facility, building multi-transfer center and one-stop transfer system. This trend caused by low profitability in development of the upside a railway line. The purposes of study are to make the system and law reflected to the property of station area development, investment in kind of needed land, and change railroad areas to high-rise and complex development, and make a forum between government and korail, etc.

This article presents techniques for improved estimation of symbol timing offset (STO) and carrier frequency offset (CFO) for dual-polarization (DP) orthogonal frequency division multiplex (DP-OFDM) systems. Recently, quaternion multiple-input multiple-output OFDM has been proposed for high spectral efficiency communication systems, which can flexibly explore different types of diversities such as space, time, frequency, and polarization. This article focuses on synchronization techniques for DP-OFDM systems using a cyclic prefix, where the application of quaternion algebra leads to new improved estimators. Simulations performed for DP system methods show faster reduction of STO estimator variance with a double-slope line in the logvariance line versus signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) plot compared with singlepolarization (SP) counterparts, and simulations for CFO estimates show a 3-dB gain of DP over SP estimates for same SNR values defined, respectively, for quaternion-valued or complex-valued signals. Cramer-Rao bounds for STO and CFO are derived for the synchronization methods, correlating with the observed gains of DP over SP OFDM systems.

With the social atmosphere of respect for human life and the increasing interest in safety of field workers, research and development is underway in various ways to transform direct live method into indirect live method in the field of distribution. As part of this measure, it was necessary to convert electric pole and complex facilities work from machining power distribution to indirect live operation, and install a straight connecting sleeve that connects cut wires for by-pass method, but it failed to meet the tensile strength standard when constructing a sleeve constructed by direct method. In this paper, the design factors were derived based on the case of overseas similar sleeves and the tensile strength evaluation of each variable was performed, based on the analysis of these test results, the method for securing tensile strength of straight-line access sleeves for indirect running was presented.

An upper-bound elemental technique (UBET) analysis is carried out to improve the material flow and to reduce the load of bearing-race forming process. The UBET analysis, which adapts the advantages of stream function and finite element method, is useful for predicting the profile of complex geometric bound- ary. From the UBET analysis, the forming load, the velocity distribution and the stream line of the deformed billet are determined by minimizing the total power consumption with respect to chosen parameters. The results of present UBET analysis are better than those of previous UBET analysis. Experiments have been carried out with model material plasticine billets at room temperature. The theoretical predictions for forming load and flow pattern(stream line) are in good agreement with the experimental results.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary natural mineral liquid complex on egg production and characteristics in laying hens. A total of two hundreds fifty two, 63-weeks-old, Hy-line brown commercial layers were used for 6 weeks. Seven dietary treatments included CON (Control), C1-M0.25 (CON diet+1% chitosan+0.25% natural mineral complex), C1-M0.5 (CON diet+1% chitosan+0.50% natural mineral complex), C2-M0.25 (CON diet+2% chitosan+0.25% natural mineral complex), C2-M0.50 (CON diet+2% chitosan+0.50% natural mineral complex), C3-M0.25 (CON diet+ 3% chitosan+0.25% natural mineral complex) and C3-M0.50 (CON diet+3% chitosan+0.50% natural mineral complex). For overall period, egg production, egg shall breaking strength, haugh unit, K and Fe concentrations of blood and Fe concentration of yolk were improved in additive natural mineral treatments compared to control treatment(P<0.05). K and Fe concentrations of blood and Fe concentration of yolk were increased in added 0.5% mineral treatment compared to added 0.25% mineral treatment(P<0.05). Additive 3% chitosan + 0.5% mineral treatments were improved on egg Production and egg shall breaking strength in laying hens(P<0.05). In conclusion, chitosan and natural mineral complex supplementation in lay hens diet improved egg oduction, egg all strength and mineral concentrations of blood and yolk.
The sharp-line absorption spectrum of microcrystalline samples of cis-[Cr(cycb)$Cl_2$]Cl (cycb=rac-5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) has been measured between 13000 and $16000 cm^{-1}$ at temperatures down to 5K. The 77K emission and excitation spectra, and 298 K infrared and visible absorption spectra have also been measured. The nine electronic bands due to spin-allowed and spin-forbidden transitions were assigned. Using the observed transitions, a ligand field analysis has been performed to probe the ligand field properties of coordinated atoms in the title chromium(III) complex. The zero-phonon line in the sharp-line absorption spectrum splits into two components by $240 cm^{-1}$ , and the $large ^2$$_E{g}$ splitting can be reproduced by the modem ligand field theory. It is confirmed that nitrogen atoms of the macrocyclic cycb ligand have a strong $\sigma$-donor character, but chloride ligand has weak $\sigma$- nd $\pi$-donor properties toward chromium(III) ion.n.
The aim of this study is to identify hRad21-binding sites in human chromosome, the core component of cohesin complex that held sister chromatids together. After chromatin immunoprecipitation with an hRad21 antibody, it was cloned the recovered DNA and sequenced 30 independent clones. Among them, 20 clones (67%) contained repetitive elements including short interspersed transposable elements (SINE or Alu elements), long terminal repeat (LTR) and long interspersed transposable elements (LINE), fourteen of these twenty (70%) repeats clones had Alu elements, which could be categorized as the old and the young Alu Subfamily, eleven of the fourteen (73%) Alu elements belonged to the old Alu Subfamily, and only three Alu elements were categorized as young Alu subfamily. There is no CpG island within these selected clones. Association of hRad21 with Alu was confirmed by chromatin immunoprecipitation-PCR using conserved Alu primers. The primers were designed in the flanking region of Alu, and the specific Alu element was shown in the selected clone. From these experiments, it was demonstrated that hRad21 could bind to SINE, LTRs, and LINE as well as Alu.
