Companies operating in social network platforms continue to improve and expand their marketing techniques. This study examines the practice of "gating", which involves virtual barriers between social network users and company content. Gates demand mandatory user endorsements, in the form of a Facebook "Likes", Twitter "retweets" etc., to gain access to company content, such as coupons and rewards,. Gating practices demand a mandatory endorsement before any content consumption takes place. Thus, while user endorsements are assumed to arise voluntarily from trusted known sources, gating practices would appear to violate this assumption. However, whether this violation lessens the effectiveness of gating practices still requires empirical validation. We investigate this question through the use of a unique panel data set that includes data on "like" endorsements obtained from a number of real-world Facebook business pages. Results of the study show that gating practices are effective for endorsement solicitation; however, gates may interfere with more traditional marketing activities.

Since the internet is open to public in 1990, electronic commerce(EC) user has increase rapidly. Now EC is considered not only as communication method but also as new economical activities. EC is a kind of new commerce model which uses electronic means. And EC has global characteristics so that many country's legislation which regulates it differently makes an obstacle to vital of EC. The purpose of this study is to examine legal problems of internet electronic commerce. First, there are some legal problems whether electronic document has same legal function like traditional documents. Second, electronic signature must has authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation, writing and confidentiality in order to use looks like common signature. Finally, electronic contract is concluded on principle of mutual agreement. It is apparent that the concept of arrival is applied to the date and place in conclusion of electronic contract.

Freestanding azobenzene-containing liquidcrystalline network (LCN) films. with macroscopic uniaxial molecular alignment were prepared by insitu photopolymerization. By polarizing microscopy, fiber-like structures aligned in one direction were observed. Furthermore, with a confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM), it was confirmed that the fiber-like structures were formed even in the bulk of the LCNs. Upon UV light irradiation to cause trans-cis photoisomerization of the azobenzene molecules, the LCNfilms underwent a significant and anisotropic bending toward the irradiation direction of UV light. When the bent LCNfilms were exposed to Vis light, unbending of the LCN films immediately took place and the initial flat LCN films were restored. This bending and unbending behavior of the LCN films could be repeated just by changing the wavelength of the irradiation light. It was suggested that the bending was induced by an absorption gradient which produced a volume difference between the front surface area and the bulk of the network films.

The Korean Peninsula, located at the southeastern tip of the Eurasian Plate, is known to be tectonically stable, and no critical evidence has yet been found that would override the safety design of nuclear facilities in South Korea. Because a nuclear power plant, like other major social overhead capital facilities, could cause great damage to both the environment and society through an unexpected tectonic event, even one of extremely low probability, like the Fukushima accident, a defense-in-depth safety approach is required in geological and geotechnical site safety evaluation for nuclear projects. This paper introduces the regulatory procedures that are in place to confirm nuclear site safety and site monitoring (e.g., earthquakes and groundwater) systems applied to nuclear facilities in order to reduce inherent uncertainties within the site safety review of geological and seismological issues related with a NPP project.

Representative of Korean accidents is that occurrence number of accidents is not many. But the extra-large size disaster like as Taegu subway accident are occurred continuously from multi place. It brings a big problem that people has spirit shock and a life damage nationally and socially. The problem point which brings like this tragic death is caused from the fire confrontation system of absent and human confrontation mistake. Therefore, we need the confrontation plan to overcome these accidents. It will be able to prepare favorably in accident confrontation. In this paper, we analyzed fire accidents case study on domestic and oversea and proposed the plan which confronts encounter to fire accidents in subway system urgently and properly.

The purpose of this study is to interpret the townscape of Kyungju based on the urban images captured by citizens. 58 verval interviews and 50 sketch maps were collected and analized comparing with York which was a similar old city in England. In the verbal questions, elements like tombs, historic remains, families and historic values were frequently mentioned mainly because of their social and historic meaning. But in the sketch maps, physical elements like railroad station, city hall, roundabouts and streets were more frequently appeared probably because of their visibility. As a whole, many tombs which were built long ago in and around the city were commonly mentioned in verbal questions, sketch maps and even in nicknames. As the most dominant factors, it can be compared with York Minster in York. But whereas the shopping streets in York were very attractive to the people, many streets in Kyungju were regarded as dirty and inharmonious elements in townscape. In conclusion, we can call Kyungju 'the city of tombs', but to evoke the sense of place in the city the streets should be improved and activated as the center of city life.

For forest fire monitoring in relatively cool area like Siberia, design of Decision Support System (DSS) is proposed. The DSS is consisted of three different algorithms to detect potential fires from NOAA AVHRR image. The algorithm developed by CCRS (Canada Center for Remote Sensing) uses fixed thresholds for multi-channel information like one by ESA (European Space Agency). The algorithm of IGBP (International Geosphere Biosphere Program) involves contextual information in deriving fire pixels. CCRS and IGBP algorithms are rather liberal compared to more conservative ESA algorithm. Fire pixel information from the three algorithms is presented to the user. The user considers all these information in making decision about the location fire takes place.

This study, for the purpose of comparing and analyzing 23ea of national unisex apparel brands website consists of product, price, promotion and place divided by marketin gmix. Based of theoretical study and pre-research about the marketing mix, we made the classification standard for the marketing mix and analyzed the unisex apparel brand website according to 4P's individual item and the result was appeared like this. First of all, in the product section, this study provide information about product introduction/guidance, a product figure for item, introduction for new items, propose for coordination and brand introduction/information. Secondly, in the price part, almost apparel brands are provide their product's image, or present their goods photo with price, or displayed through the banner advertisement of discount or special price. Thirdly, For the marketing promotion part, compare to the other component in the most of apparel brand's website, marketing promotion has more section than the other marketing mix. And, especially, various events and customer service space has more weight than the others. Forth, in the place section, it's focused on the information of shopping mall location, contact number, address, and on-line shopping mall. In Conclusion, when the most of apparel brands are doing internet marketing, they're concern to product and promotion, but price and place needs more supplement in the unisex apparel brand's marketing mix.

This study was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about food preference of an expressway resting place customer. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into four types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided '1[(N=7) : Cleanliness-selection Type], 2[(N=13) : Economy Type], 3[(N=9) : Selling-area Goodwill Type], 4[(N=10) : Self-satisfaction Type]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about reception type on food-preference of an expressway-resting-place-customer ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

Social unrest from retaliatory crimes is increasingly becoming problematic. Recently, there was an accident involving a suspect who went to a hospital and committed acts of retaliatory violence 11 times. This person's reasoning was that he was imprisoned due to the hospital's reporting to the police. He was consequently arrested in Boeun Choongbook on December 27th 2014. Accidents like this one take place frequently around our surroundings. There are regulations and systems in place. Nevertheless, similar cases that continue to take place makes us wonder if criminal judicial systems work well. Lukewarm responses to retaliatory crimes is not only threatening social security, but also placing fears in the minds of ordinary citizens. If retaliatory crimes take place, most citizens become apprehensive about criminal judicial activities of the police and mistrust for criminal judicial system. This at times discourages people from reporting incidents and could eventually increase crime rate and cause various social problems. Even though there are legal and systemic control measures, retaliatory crime is an increasing trend. This study is going to examine tendencies of internal retaliatory crimes and discuss legal-systemical responses.
