Organic light-emitting diode is quick response speed, low power consumption and the self-interest has many advantages, such as insanity. So, organic light-emitting diode mechanism of light-emitting diode in order to more clearly understand the changes in the thickness of emitting materials for OLED characteristics of the simulation. emitting layer to a thickness of 10 [nm] ~ 100 [nm] changed the experiment, and hole transport layer 190 [nm] as a fixed. and emitting layer 10 [nm] ~ 100 [nm] to change the simulation results. Changes in the thickness of emitting layer gradually increased. depending on the emitting was 20 [nm] in the high 441 [lm / W] shows. and was gradually reduced. emitting layer 190 [nm] when fixed, hole transport layer, depending on changes in the thickness of 70 [nm] in the efficiency maximum value of 477 [lm / W], and was gradually reduced.

This report makes an important correction to estimating angular dependent emission pattern of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs). Today, experiments on measuring angular light intensity of OLEDs are conducted without considering the difference between the view angle identified by photodiode and the actual angle being measured. ITO-TPD-$Alq_3$-LiF-Al Organic Light-Emitting Diode was used to find out the degree of the error. In this case, the difference in average was about $1^*$, which is highly significant. Since the difference varies from case to case, the need for adjustment must be evaluated for each case.
Through the engineering of recombination region and energy transfer in organic light emitting device, blue and red light emitting device with good color stability has been successfully obtained. A Color control layer (CCL), which emits green light through the energy transfer from the emission layers, has been introduced into the blue and red light emitting device for RGB white OLED. The RGB white OLED showed the current efficiency of 13 cd/A and the CIE coordinates of (0.33, 0.38) at $1000\;cd/m^2$. The device exhibited very stable spectrum with respect to operating current density and the CIE coordinates varied from (0.34, 0.38) to (0.31, 0.37) for $100-22000\;cd/m^2$.
The bilayer organic light-emitting diode using Al (DBM) $_3$ (DBM=Dibenzoylmethane) as an emitting material and poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) as hole-transport material, emitted bright blue-green light instead of blue light. The blue-green emission is attributed to exciplex formation at the solid interface between Al (DBM) $_3$ and the hole-transport material. The exciplex formation was evidenced by the measurement of the photoluminescence spectra and lifetimes of Al (DBM) $_3$, PVK and an equimolar amount of mixture of Al (DBM) $_3$ and PVK.

In this study, the wear characteristics of five different dental composite resins cured by conventional halogen light and LED light sources were investigated. Five different dental composite resins of Surefil, Z100, Dyract AP, Fuji II LC and Compoglass were worn against a zirconia ceramic ball using a pin-on-disk type wear tester with 15N contact force in a reciprocal sliding motion of sliding distance of 10mm/cycle at 1Hz under the room temperature dry condition. The wear variations of dental composite resins were linearly increased as the number of cycles increased. It was observed that the wear resistances of these specimens were in the order of Dyract AP > Surefil > Compoglass > Z100 > Fuji II LC. On the morphological observations by SEM, the large crack formation on the sliding track of Fuji II LC specimen was the greatest among all resin composites. Dyract AP showed less wear with few surface damage. There is no significant difference in wear performance between conventional halogen light curing and light emitting diodes curing sources. It indicates that a light emitting diodes (LED) source can replace a halogen light source as curing unit for composite resin restorations.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of a plasma arc light and light emitting diode (LED), compared with shear bond strength and the failure pattern of brackets bonded with visible light in direct bonding. Brackets were bonded with Transbond XT to 60 human premolars embedded in the resin blocks according to different light-curing methods. Then, the shear bond strength of each group was measured using a universal testing machine (Instron) and the adhesive failure pattern after debonding was visually examined by light microscope. The results were as follows: 1. The shear bond strength showed no significant difference between the visible light and light emitting diode, but the plasma arc light exhibited a significantly lower shear bond strength compared with the visible light and light emitting diode. 2. In the visible light and light emitting diode, adhesive failure patterns were similar. Bond failure occurred more frequently at the enamel-adhesive interface. 3. The bonding failure of brackets bonded with plasma arc light occurred more frequently at the bracket-adhesive interface. The results of this study suggest that plasma arc light, light emitting diode and visible light are all clinically useful in the direct bonding of orthodontic brackets.
In order to achieve white emission from organic light emitting devices (OLEDs), five distinct structures were fabricated and tested. The white emission was obtained using two different color-emitting materials (yellow from rubrene-doped $Alq_3$ and blue from DPVBi) with or without a carrier-blocking layer. For enhancing the red emission, two types of devices with three-color emitting materials were fabricated. The white emission, close to the CIE coordinate of (0.3,0.3), was achieved by using two blocking layers as well that as without a blocking layer. This paper covers the subject of controlling the location of exciton recombination zone. It has been found that there is a trade-off in that the devices with three color emitting layers do not show as much luminescence efficiency compared to those with two color emitting layers, but rather, show distinct red emission in the resultant emission spectra. The highest power efficiency was measured to be 1.15lm/W at 2,000 $cd/m^2$ for a structure with two color-emitting layers.

We have studied a conduction mechanism and equivalent circuit analysis in $Alq_3$ based Organic Light Emitting Diode. The conduction mechanism in organic light emitting diode can be classified into three regions; ohmic region, space-charge-limited current (SCLC) region and trap-charge-limited current (TCLC) region depending on the region of applied voltage. Equivalent circuit model of organic light emitting diode can be established using a parallel combination of resistance $R_p$ and capacitance $C_p$ with a small series resistance $R_s$.
We investigate the light-emitting performances of blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) with three different electron injection and transport materials, that is, bathocuproine(2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline) (Bphen), 1,3,5-tri(m-pyrid-3-yl-phenyl)benzene (Tm3PyPB), and 2,6-bis(3-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)pyridine (26DCzPPy), which are partially doped with cesium metal. We find that the device characteristics are very dependent on the nature of the introduced electron injection layer (EIL) and electron transporting layer (ETL). When the appropriate EIL and ETL are combined, the peak external quantum efficiency and peak power efficiency improve up to 20.7% and 45.6 lm/W, respectively. Moreover, this blue PHOLED even maintains high external quantum efficiency of 19.6% and 16.9% at a luminance of $1,000cd/m^2$ and $10,000cd/m^2$, respectively.
High efficiency deep blue and pure white phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes were developed using a new deep blue phosphorescent dopant, tris((3,5-difluoro-4-cyanophenyl)pyridine) iridium (FCNIr). A high quantum efficiency of 9.1 % with a color coordinate of (0.15, 0.16) at 1,000 cd/$m^2$ was obtained in the deep blue device and a high quantum efficiency of 15.2 % with a color coordinate (0.30, 0.32) was obtained in the pure white organic light-emitting diodes. The quantum efficiency of the pure white device is the best quantum efficiency value reported in the pure white device up to now.
