체외 상처 치유를 위한 4-채널 광 치료기 (4-channel Light Medical Therapy Apparatus for External Injury Cure)

  • We developed the 4channel Light Medical Therapy Apparatus for External Injury Cure using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on, Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, FPGA was used, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 4 levels by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled stage by stage. Compared with one LED irradiation, several LEDs irradiation could increase optical power.

High Cell Density Culture of Anabaena variabilis with Controlled Light Intensity and Nutrient Supply

  • Controlling the light energy and major nutrients is important for high cell density culture of cyanobacterial cells. The growth phase of Anabaena variabilis can be divided into an exponential growth phase and a deceleration phase. In this study, the cell growth in the deceleration phase showed a linear growth pattern. Both the period of the exponential growth phase and the average cell growth rate in the deceleration phase increased by controlling the light intensity. To control the light intensity, the specific irradiation rate was maintained above $10\;{\mu}mol/s/g$ dry cell by increasing the incident light intensity stepwise. The final cell density increased by controlling the nutrient supply. For the control of the nutrient supply, nitrate, phosphate, and sulfate were intermittently added based on the growth yield, along with the combined control of light intensity and nutrient concentration. Under these control conditions, both final cell concentration and cell productivity increased, to 8.2 g/l and 1.9 g/l/day, respectively.

  • We developed the light medical therapy apparatus for external injury cure using a ${\mu}$-controller. This equipment was fabricated by using a high brightness LEDs and a ATmega 128, and designed to enable us to control irradiation timer, intensity and reservation. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 4 step by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and the output of a high brightness LEDs could be controlled, stage by stage. In this paper, the designed device was used to find out how a high brightness LEDs light source affects the skin wound of a small animal. In result, compared with none light irradiation animal, the lower incidence of inflammation and faster recovery was shown in light irradiation animal.

  • This paper performed the basic study for developing the light therapy equipment for medical treatment. We developed the equipment for medical therapy using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. 가시광통신에서 맨체스터코드 듀티율과 스파이크 검출을 이용한 LED 조명제어 (LED Dimming Control Using Manchester-Code Duty Factor And Spike Detection in Visible Light Communication)

  • 가시광통신은 조명과 통신을 동시에 수행하므로, 데이터 전송과정에서 광전력의 변동으로 인하여 발생하는 플리커를 방지함과 동시에 조명제어 기능을 갖추는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 플리커를 방지하고 조명제어를 위하여 맨체스터코드를 사용하였다. 송신부에서는 맨체스터코드의 듀티율을 사용하여 LED의 조명을 제어하였고, 수신부에서는 RC-고역통과필터의 가장자리 스파이크 신호를 사용하여 인접된 잡음광을 차단하고 맨체스터코드를 복구하였다. 실험에서 LED 빛은 플리커가 없는 상태를 유지하였고, 맨체스터코드의 듀티율을 변경함으로써 평균 광전력을 CW LED 광의 약 8~68 % 의 범위에서 제어하였다.

토마토 온실에서 담배가루이 성충에 대한 노란색 및 백색 트랩의 방제효과 (Efficiency of Yellow and White light Traps on Controlling Tobacco Whitefly in tomato Greenhouse)

  • 토마토 작물에 발생하는 B. tabaci에 대한 예찰을 위해 시설재배지뿐만 아니라 노지 재배에서도 노란색 점착카드트랩이 주로 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 예찰트랩의 색상과 굴절되는 빛의 강도 및 환경 변화에 따라 B. tabaci 유인력은 차이를 나타내고 있다. 따라서, 온실에 발생하는 B. tabaci 성충에 대한 light 트랩의 시설 재배지내의 이용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 white light (450-625nm) 및 yellow light (590nm) 트랩과 광원이 장착되지 않은 트랩을 이용하여 유인 활성을 비교하였다. 본 시험결과 광원별 B. tabaci 포획밀도는 yellow light 트랩(525 nm)에서 $168{\pm}7.6$(마리/트랩)로 가장 높은 유인활성을 나타내었으며, white light 트랩에서는 $106{\pm}4.6$(마리/트랩)으로 다소 낮은 개체수가 포획되었다. 그러나 대조구로 사용된 광원이 설치되지 않은 트랩의 경우 광원이 설치된 트랩보다 적은 $60{\pm}4.8$(마리/트랩)의 개체수가 포획되었다. 따라서, yellow light trap과 white light 트랩에서 높은 B. tabaci 성충의 유인력을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 yellow light 및 white light 트랩이 토마토 시설 재배지에서의 B. tabaci 성충에 대한 친환경적 해충 방제법의 일환으로 적용 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

  • A visual display is formed by picture elements, which are optically coupled to optical pathways through which light is supplied from light sources. Light sources, controlled by control hardware, transmit light to the optical pathways by scanning light from the light sources to different optical pathways. The light sources and the optical pathways are mutually oriented so that light from the light sources can be canned to different optical pathways to form the displayed image. Light sources can be mounted to a rotating mounting that rotates past static pathways that transmit coupled light to the waveguide screen.

  • In this paper, we present a simple classification model based on statistical features and demonstrate the successful implementation of a brain-computer interface (BCI) based light on/off control system. This research shows study and development of light on/off control system based on BCI technology, which allows the users to control switching a lamp using electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. The logistic regression algorithm is used for classification of the EEG signal to convert it into light on, light off control commands. Training data were collected using 14-channel BCI system which records the brain signals of participants watching a screen with flickering lights and saves the data into .csv file for future analysis. After extracting a number of features from the data and performing classification using logistic regression, we created commands to switch on a physical lamp and tested it in a real environment. Logistic regression allowed us to quite accurately classify the EEG signals based on the user's mental state and we were able to classify the EEG signals with 82.5% accuracy, producing reliable commands for turning on and off the light.

레이저 구조광 영상기반 거리측정 센서 개발 (Development of Ranging Sensor Based on Laser Structured Light Image)

  • In this study, an embedded ranging system based on a laser structured light image is developed. The distance measurement by the structured light image processing has efficient computation because the burdensome correspondence problem is avoidable. In order to achieve robustness against environmental illumination noise and real-time laser structured light image processing, a bandpass optical filter is adopted in this study. The proposed ranging system has an embedded image processor performing the whole image processing and distance measurement, and so reduces the computational burden in the main control system. A system calibration algorithm is presented to compensate for the lens distortion.

  • In this paper, we wish to construct a optimal traffic cycle using wire remote control. if police vehicle or ambulance suddenly enter the traffic Intersection, it will increase the traffic accident. In this paper, wireless traffic light use the radio traffic control signal and research about the hardware manufacture to check special detectors on urgency vehicles may safety and rapidly enter traffic intersection. Also, this paper present a traffic signal control conditions that analyzes different traffic intersection flows in cases of saturated flows, where the real traffic volume demand is large and the capacity constraints of bottlenecks have significant effects on the flow patterns. Through computer simulation this wireless traffic light has been proven to be much more safety and efficient than fixed traffic signal light which does not consider emergency vehicles for safety escort.
