The purpose of this study were to identify the different farming styles of red pepper growers, to describe their characteristics and to get some implications far planning the agricultural development strategy in the area. The researcher surveyed quantitative and qualitative data through interview with researcher developed questionnaires from selected 99 farmers in Eumsung county, Chungbuk province, Korea. The researcher found the low types of red pepper farming: 'red-pepper-centric middle farmers', 'diversified larger farmers', 'red-pepper-dependant small farmers', and 'small farmers for own use'. Based on the above findings, the researcher could derive some implications as follows. Firstly, the difference of market strategy and marketing efforts among the four farming styles should be regarded as important considerations when planning the agricultural development strategy in Emsung county. Secondly, the cooperatives' red pepper marketing strategies in Eumsung county were focused on the processed red pepper products sold at middle or low priced by big retailers in urban areas. Therefore, the cooperatives should change their view point of quality, if they want to initiate the planning process of 'the production and marketing high quality red pepper'. Thirdly, the major efforts of Eumsung county Agricultural Technology Center (ATC) made efforts on increasing the productivity of red pepper farming, however, the technologies recommended by the ATC for farmers required more cost and labour especially for 'red-pepper-dependant small farmers' and 'diversified large farmers'. The ATC should make efforts to find new technologies for helping 'red-pepper-dependant small farmers' to reduce the use of pesticides and 'diversified large farmers' to use the regional images effectively for marketing their hish quality red peppers.

The objectives of this study are to identify the self-image and preferred fashion styles that Korean career women seek in different daily situations, and to propose a positioning map in accords with the findings. The study conducted a survey and in-depth interviews. The study used twenty items of self-image adjectives extracted from existing studies, and eighteen fashion style stimuli collected by examining women's wear brands. The study surveyed 329 career women. Their daily situation was classified into five situations; external meeting and presentation, ordinary work, wedding and family gathering, blind date or date, and meeting with friends and acquaintances. The analysis results of this study showed that self-image and fashion style preferences are relevant to daily situation. The image most sought in external meetings and presentation was the 'Elegant' image, and the image most sought in meetings with friends and acquaintances was the 'active' image. Women on dates or blind dates sought the 'feminine' image the most, however they preferred to avoid this image during external meetings and presentations. Among fashion styles, the 'elegant/classic' style was most preferred, and the 'sexy/avant-garde' style had the lowest preference among all the styles. 'Mannish' was preferred in ordinary work and meeting with friends and acquaintances, however, it was shown as having the lowest preference level in blind dates or dates. The 'romantic/natural' style was highly preferred in meeting with friends and acquaintances, however it had a low level of preference for external meetings and presentations. This study has significance in providing practical information to utilize in fashion industry by identifying the relationship between self-image and preferred fashion style sought by career women according to daily situation, and using the results to propose a positioning map.

This study is to find out the changes and features of male consumers' life style and purchase tendency according to the change of Korean fashion market, and based on which to suggest the design for the 20s men as well as a proper distribution channel for it. Documentary research and investigation were done together for the study. By reviewing documents focused on previous studies and declaring the change of men's fashion shopping tendencies and the following changes and features of their fashion sense and styles a conceptional frame for a design suggestion was presented. Ways to investigate were men's wear collection research, Q-technique. First of all, they tend to boldly reduce unnecessary purchases and do not hesitate to focus on the wanted item, expanding the trend of 'value purchase.' Secondly, men's wear use various design elements with feminine images, while the materials, colors and design expressive techniques that have been exclusively used for women's wear, began to be applied to men's one, turning them into gentle styles with womanhood is stressed. Thirdly, Korean distribution channel is rapidly diversified from departments to new-concept ones such as multi-brand stores. Especially, displaying and selling various optional products, multi-brand stores lead such diversification of fashion distribution channel. Fourthly, features of the drapery types favored by the 20s men are that they like no-chromed dark or blackish colors with fixed structure and partially-applied drapery on the clothes. Fifthly, it turns out that men in their 20s set a premium on design and price while they buy clothes. In addition to that, they buy clothes mainly during discount period and displayed much bigger satisfaction for the purchase on discounted price that those on normal price.

This study is an attempt to analyze the daily life of the Western-yearning Seoul citizens and the inflow of the Western culture into certain social classes. The customs of the characters in the film are studied to illustrate the process of deconstruction of Korean traditional clothes due to the Western influence. The combined application of the Western and Korean styles is also observed. All this study leads to the sense of homogeneity of the times and the conformity to the culture the Korean women shared, which boils down to the social identity of the Korean women who sought an escape from the men-centered social structure by displaying their competence in the field of global modern fashion. As Seonyeong Oh, the main character of the film, , was wearing in the movie the Korean traditional dress, socks, rubber shoes, and then a western-style coat, it well shows that in 1950's, the traditional dress and ornaments were mixed with Western styles. In time, men's wear were completely changed from the traditional Korean clothes to suits, while women's could not break off from the traditional clothes and become westernized, which indicates that the men-centered conservative ideas to keep women within the feudal regime of the society remained. The military look of Seonyeong Oh while she was acting in the society was a symbol of anti-bias against women and anti-convention as well as the will of freedom as an independent woman. Besides, the modern girls would wear clothes of military fashion, Dior's trapeze line, and knit styles flattering the figures. All these well show their desires to embrace Western cultures, especially their dress fashions as well as manners as so-called enlightened ladies. All these elements show that the director was trying to represent the progress of the drama, characters, and psychological states by means of the dress and ornaments.

Early childhood education has a huge impact on the development of one's life. Therefore, it is necessary to implement effective education in childhood in order to develop abilities such as creativity, which is essential for future society. Thus, through narrative inquiry, the characteristics creativity factors, family backgrounds, and parenting styles of the three great Korean were identified, and the commonalities of the three were analyzed. Research shows that all three great people had intellectual curiosity and productive thinking skills. And most of them were born into economically rich families and had an environment where they could experience various things, and there were people who supported them. In addition, there were nurturing people around them who discovered talent and actively participated in education, and their parents formed a stable emotional attachment with their children.

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effects of the stress coping styles on the effects of internet addiction on the self-esteem of the 2030 generation during the Covid19 period. The 762 samples were selected through an online survey, and the collected data were conducted using the SPSS WIN26.0 program for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, Internet addiction had a negative effect on self-esteem, and only seeking social support among the four sub-factors of stress response served as a moderator variable in the relationship between Internet addiction and self-esteem. Based on the results, the followings were suggested: expansion of research subjects regarding Internet addiction and interdisciplinary convergence study, providing universal provision of stress coping management programs, building a community at the local level, and discovery and reinforcing variables that offset the negative role of self-esteem of 2030 generations.

This study examined the relationship between children's academic stress and their sense of hopelessness. In order to expand the study on this relationship, special attention was given to the possible effects of moderators on children's emotional processing style as manifested in a depressed mood. The subjects were 424 $5^{th}$ and 6th graders(197boys and 227 girls) residing in Seoul City and Kyunggi Province, South Korea. It was found that the children's level of academic stress was significantly related to their sense of hopelessness. The results indicated that the higher the children's academic stress, the higher the levels of hopelessness they indicated. No significant effects from moderators as applied to a ruminative emotional processing style were found in the relationship between children's academic stress and their sense of hopelessness. In addition, children's reflective or distractive emotional processing styles were found to be a significant moderator in the relationship between their academic stress and hopelessness. These findings indicate that children's reflective or distractive emotional processing styles could function as a bumper for children who feel academic stress.

The purpose of this study was to analyze decision making styles and career decision making progress of Dental Laboratory Technology college students, and to test hypotheses which are related to the effects of counseling programs on students' decision making styles.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of expression and their effects of New painting in fashion illustration since 1990s. This study is focused on searching for the development in expressional techniques of the fashion illustration on the basis of various techniques of New painting. New painting as a trend of new expressionism in America was developed in opposition to the minimalism in the 1980s when the discussion of the post-modernism was most widely. The artists of New painting attempted to resurrect figure through the representation of figure and concrete image, rich in color and strong in image. They also expressed the realistic scene of life with the various kind of medium, materials and styles and appropriation of image from mass media and popular culture. The representation of fashion figure and image through the various kind of painting medium, techniques and styles can express the realistic and sensitive image and increase the communication ability in fashion illustration. It could also deliver the fashion message more clearly through the appropriation of image. These findings indicate that fashion illustrations accept variety by interacting with fine arts and expand the scope of expression.

This study explores terminology for legs and feet in the traditional Korean and Western furniture. Pieces of traditional Korean and Western furniture have been largely made of the eco-friendly material, natural wood, and thus important in the latest trends of wellness, such as LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) and a green period. Legs in traditional Korean furniture appeared in dinging tables, and the feet in wardrobes. The limited use of legs and feet seems to be influenced by floor-oriented lifestyles of Korean ancestors. In contrast, most pieces of Western furniture, which is from the chair and bed culture, have various styles of foot and leg. While th two groups are from different backgrounds, both of them have developed various legs and feet applying natural subjects such as animals and plants to each of their furniture including wardrobes, cabinets, dining tables, chairs, consoles, etc. It is also found that the traditional Korean furniture can be influenced by a traditional Chinese chair foot called Neabunmajae, which describes inner horse foot. Neabunmajae was known in Korean furniture legs and feet, but the terminology has not been known. The study suggests that terms which appear in traditional furniture but are unknown should be studied more.
