공동주택 거주자 특성에 따른 주생활양식의 하위구성요인 (Sub-components of Housing Life-styles by the Characteristics of Apartment Housing Residents)

  • This study designed to explore the patterns of housing life-styles and the characteristics of apartment housing residents and to examine the relationships between housing life-styles and the characteristics of apartment-housing residents. The data for this study was collected by questionnaires administered to 278 homemakers living in apartment housing over 20s pyong(66$m^2$) in the Kwangju area. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Housing life-styles were grouped into 9 sub-categories : the Anbang-centered, the dining-centered, the pursuit of conspicuosness and conformity, orientation to change, the pursuit of orderliness, the pursuit of decoration, orientation to community, pursuit of individuality and the orientation to a natural environment. 2. Housing life-styles were significantly different according to age, educational background, and employment status of homemakers, occupation of the primary income provider, family-life cycle stage, total household income, and housing size. 여대생의 생활양식에 따른 의복행동에 관한 연구 - 청주시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Female College Students′ Clothing Behaviors according to Their Life Styles - focused on Chungju city -)

  • The purposes of this study were : 1) to investigate the differences of female students' clothing behaviors and their life styles according to their demographic data, 2) to examine the differences of their clothing behaviors according to their life styles. The data were collected from 440 female college students in Chungju city through self-administered questionnaires, and were analyzed by frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, t-test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one way ANOVA and Sheffe test. The results of the study were as follows : Four variables of clothing behavior were significantly different according to father's occupation, father's monthly income, student's major, student's monthly expenditure on clothing and her companion when purchasing her clothing. Life styles were classified five types. The dimensions of life styles were significantly different according to student's major and monthly expenditure on clothing. There were highly significant differences between life style dimensions and clothing behavior variables.

한국인의 세대별 가치관과 생활행동 (Life Styles and Value Systems in Different Generations of Korean People)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how the life styles of Korean people are influenced by the value systems of different generations. We analyzed the survey data of the 869 Korean participants aged from 20 to 69. The following results were obtained. First, differences exist among generations in various values such as collectivism, authoritarianism, environmental control, individualism , universalism, egalitarianism, and environmental accommodation. Especially, the older generation shows high scores in collectivism, authoritarianism and environmental accommodation, among traditional values. On the other hand, younger generation scored a higher level in individualism and egalitarianism. Second, there is a generation gap in the life style, as shown in family activities, household work, consumption activities, and leisure activities. In family activities, leisure activities and consumption activities, the younger generations gained higher scores than the older generations. Third, Korean people's value systems affect their life styles. Also, it was found that the interaction between the genera(ion and the value systems affects the life styles of Korean people.

울산시 중소형 개조 아파트 거주자의 주거생활양식 (Housing Life Styles of Apartment Dwellers by Alteration in Ulsan)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan, got hold of the influencing variables of housing life styles and indicated source materials about the plan of alteration of apartment dwellers. As a methodology for this study, questionnaire survey were used. The number of 228 cases were analyzed through SPSS PC+. For the analysis of the data, such techniques were used as reliability analysis, frequence analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.The major findings of this study were as followings: 1. Housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan identified five factors. In order of decreasing importance, these factors included: i)practicality, ii)ornament, iii)the faculty of space, iv) actuality, and v) spending habits. 2. The size of a family, wife's education, income, cost of alteration, and the area of installment sale were the most significant factors that influenced housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan.

도시주부의 라이프 스타일 (Urban Housewives' Life Style)

  • The aim of this study is to classify the life styles of urban housewives, to see their correlation with demographic and socioeconomic variables, and finally to provide some useful for their ideal home management. This study has been based on a questionnaire on the demographic characteristics of housewives, and their life styles. The selected samples were 650 and 514 of them were analyzed. The data wee analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test and X2-test. As a result of factor and cluster analyses of 64 items th life styles of urban housewives were classified into 5 types; 'conservative stagnant type', 'sound and thrifty type', 'passive stagnant type', realistic and stable type', modern and evolutional type', The life styles of the respondents showed significant differences by the variables of age , family life cycles, the number of family members, the number of children, family type, education, occupation, income, the type of housing, and religion.

  • This study analyzed the relationships among the components of home management system. Through this it make to explain relationship between values and planning exactly and partially to test empirically system model to home management 650 housewives were adapted as data. Cluster analysis \chi$2 and ANOVA were used as statistical analysis. The resultes are summarized as follows 1) Goal-centered planning level was higher than that of resource-centered By 2 plannings subjects were classified into 4 planning styles : active morphogenic resource-reorganized demand-reorganized passive morphostatic style. 2) A difference between terminal value patterns and planning styles was no significant but a difference between instrumental value patterns and planning styles was significant. Family life satisfaction showed significant differences by not value patterns but planning styles. Because of high family life satisfaction as output of management active morphogenic style was successful. For succ ssful planning, it was suggested that homemarkers should possess values related broadminded loving and forgiving.

라이프스타일이 의복스타일 이미지평와 선택에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Women′s Life-Style on Image Evaluation and Selection in Clothing Styles)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of women's life-style on image evaluation of clothing styles, and on their selection of clothing styles by situations. The subject of investigation was 441 women above 20 living in Daegu. 6 types of clothing styles including classic, casual, elegant, dramatic, romantic, and mannish and 7 social situations including shopping near house, shopping in a busy street, cultural center, wedding ceremony, eating out, alumni meeting or fraternity meeting, and couples meeting were used for this study. Data analysis was performed using SPSS package, which included factor analysis, reliability test, cluster analysis, frequency, percentage, ANOVA, and $\chi$$^2$-test. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Adult women could be classified into 5 groups including activist, in-activist, the leisured well-off, the wholesomely economical, and the appearance showing-off by their life-styles. 2. The clothing image according to the 6 clothing styles was different. In the image evaluation of each clothing style by life-style groups, in-active group thought classic style most functional and leisured well-off group, mannish style. Elegant style and dramatic style were estimated positively by the leisured well-off and the appearance showing-off. 3. Selection of clothing style differed according to situations. More formal the situation was, more formal style tended to be selected and for less formal situation, active and mannish style was selected.

가족특성과 생활습관이 아동의 정서문제에 미치는 영향: 초등 2학년 아동을 중심으로 (Effects of Family Characteristics and Life-Styles on Children's Emotional Problems: The Second Grade Elementary Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate children's emotional problems (attention problem, aggression, somatic symptom, social withdrawal, depression) and to examine the relationship between children's emotional problems with family characteristics (parent education, parent job, family income), life-styles (gaming times, TV times, sleep time). The sample was 2,140 collections of second grade children and their parents who participated in Korea Youth Panel Survey on 2011. We analyzed the data which were collected by means of questionnaires and the data were analyzed with t -test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS ver. 19.0. The results were summarized as follows. The level of children's emotional problem was relatively low on average. There is a significant difference in the children's emotional problems according to family characteristics and life-styles. There was a relationship between children's emotional problems (attention problem, aggression, somatic symptom, social withdrawal, depression) and life-styles (gaming times, TV times). The significant factors influencing the children's emotional problems are connected with father's education, mother's job, family income, family characteristics, gaming time and TV time of life style. It is noted that parent education level was an important factor for children's attention problem and aggression. Amongst children's life-styles, gaming time and TV time are negative factors for social withdrawal and depression.

여대생의 생활양식에 따른 의복선택기준에 관한 연구­청주시를 중심으로­ (A Study on Female College Students's Clothing Selection Criteria according Their Life Styles­Focused on Chungju city)

  • The purposes of the study were to investigate the differences of female students' clothing selection criteria and their life styles according to their demographic data and to examine the differences of their clothing selection criteria according to their life styles. The data were collected from 400 female college students in Chungju city through self-administerd questionnaires, and were analyzed by frequencies, Cronbach' s α, F­test, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, one way ANOVA and Duncan Test. The results of the study were as follows: There were significant differences between variables of clothing selection criteria according to student's major, father's education level, family's monthly income, student's monthly expenditure on clothing and her companion when purchasing her clothing. Life styles were classified five types. The dimensions of life style were significantly different according to student's major and monthly expenditure on clothing. There were significantly different between life style dimensions and clothing selection criteria.

라이프 스타일 유형에 따른 침구 사용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Life Styles and Use of the Bedclothes)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between life styles and use of the bedclothes. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 356 women in Daegu area whose age was 20 years and older. The SPSS package was used for data analysis which includes frequency, percentage, $\chi$$^2$-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and cluster analysis. The life styles of the respondents were classified into 6 factors such as shopping-oriented, family-oriented, achievement-oriented, value-oriented, conservative, and economic type. Three clusters were developed by 6 factors of life styles. Demographic characteristics and preference, use, and purchase behavior of the bedclothes for three clusters were analysed.
