공진기 이론에 의한 원형 마이크로스트립 배열의 안테나의 설계 (Design of the Circular Microstrip Array Antenna using the Resonater Conception)

  • We design a circular microstrip array antenna using the admittance of circular resonator. We can design the array antenna, considering equivalent radius of circular microstdrip consistant with conductances which are obtained from excitation coefficeients of the array elements. The antenna with 10 array elements are made on teflon substrate from Tshebyscheff method. It's perfermence are the gain 8.9dB, half power beam width 11.3dge, max, side lobe level -19dB, and they are almost in agreement with the theoretical results.

  • In this study, an equivalent continuum model for single wall carbon nanotube is proposed. The model links interatomic potentials and atom structure of a materials to a constitutive model on the continuum level. The Young's modulus and shear modulus were predicted by the model. The predictions were in good agreement with the prior experimental results available in the literatures. Also, the strain energy of the carbon nanotube was predicted as a function of the radius of the carbon nanotube.

고속열차 차륜 플랜지 마모 (Flange Wear of the High Speed Train)

  • During the high speed train operation in the conventional line, it was found to have extremely severe flange wear, due to the curvy routes. This paper looks at the actions that have been taken to bring the wear to an acceptable level. In particular, it have been presented for flange wear variation depending on curve radius, cant, transition curve length by using numerical method. And the impacts on the flange wear by the application of stick type solid lubricant are also presented.

  • This paper deals with the springback characteristics of cold rolled sheet steel through the use of the V-bending process and U-bending one. The influence of material properties on the springback of forming processes was investigated. In the V-bending process there was an optimum bend radius for each combination of parameters which produced minimal springback. In the U-bending process the blank holder force can control the degree of springback. A high blank holding force resulted in a uniform strain distribution and reduced the level of springback.

위계적 모형을 이용한 주거단지특성이 주택가격에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Apartment Complex Characteristics on Housing Price by Hierarchical Linear Model)

  • The background of this study is to examine the structure of housing price of which characteristics are not equal but hierarchical in the apartment complexes. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influences of apartment complex characteristics on the housing price within the same regional boundary by HLM. The data used as dependent variables were the market prices of 938 units from 29 apartment complexes by stratified sampling. The 2nd level independent variables is the Housing complex characteristics which are composed of the housing complex & locational variables and the 1st level independent variables are the unit characteristics. The results are as follows. First, the first model shows that the 2nd level variables explains 68% of the housing prices. Second, the influential variables of the 1st level unit variable are 'dwelling exclusive area', 'floor of dwelling' and 'direction of dwelling'. Third, the influential variables of the housing complex variables in the 2nd level are 'lot area', 'the building-to-land ratio', 'the number of unit', 'the number of parking lots per unit', 'Green space area' and 'open space area per unit'. The last, the influential variables of the housing locational variables in the 2nd level are 'distance to subway and park' and the number of school and park within a radius of 1km.

개방수역 퇴적물 처리에서 유보율의 평가 (Estimation of Retained Rate in Open-water Sediment Disposal)

  • 개방수역 퇴적물 처리는 해안공사에서 다양한 목적으로 수행되고 있다. 매립토의 거동은 수중 침강단계와 하상 퇴적단계로 구분하여 해석을 수행하였으며, 이를 이용하여 매립토의 수중 투기에 의한 유보율을 평가하였다. 매립토 입자의 침강단계는 thermal 단계와 swarm 단계로 구분하여 입자구름의 침강속도와 환산 반경에 대한 일반화된 방정식을 제시하였다. 하상 퇴적단계는 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 매립토의 마찰각과 유속의 변화에 따른 퇴적형상의 성장계수를 평가하였다. 유보율은 매립토의 해수면 위의 투기지점을 원의 중심으로 하고 원의 유효 반경내에 잔류하는 매립토의 질량비로 정의하였다. 싱가포르 현장을 기준으로 수심을 20m, 유속은 0.0-1.5m/s 구간에서 유효반경 5m에 대한 유보율도를 제시하였다. 이는 해안 매립공사에서 매립토의 유실율을 저감하여 시공성을 개선하고 주변환경오염을 최소화하는 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

계단형 배수구를 가진 원통 용기에서의 배수 과정에 관한 수치해석 연구 (Numerical Study on Draining from Cylindrical Tank Using Stepped Drain Port)

  • 물이 채워진 원통 용기를 회전시킨 후 배수하면 일정시간이 지난 후 공기기둥이 발생한다. 용기의 크기, 초기 회전 속도나 교반 속도, 배수구 모양 등의 배수조건에 따라 공기기둥의 발생 여부나 발생시간이 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 2 단으로 구성된 계단형 배수구를 가진 원통 용기에서 물이 배수되는 과정을 수치해석적으로 연구하였다. 하부에 위치한 배수구 1 단은 길이와 반경이 고정되어 있고, 상부에 위치한 2 단은 길이와 반경을 변화시켰다. 2 차원 격자계에 축대칭 조건을 적용하여 원통 용기 내부의 배수유동을 해석하였다. 물과 공기의 자유표면 모양을 추적하여 수위 변화를 관찰하였으며, 배수구 2단의 형상이 공기기둥 발생시간과 내부 유동구조 변화에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다.

WSN에서 전파범위 기반의 저 전력 클러스터링 알고리즘 (A Low-Power Clustering Algorithm Based on Fixed Radio Wave Radius in WSN)

  • 최근 무선 센서 네트워크(WSN : Wireless Sensor Network)에서 센서노드의 에너지 소모 균등성과 효율성을 향상시켜 전제 네트워크의 수명을 최대화하기 위한 다양한 계층적 라우팅 프로토콜들이 제안되고 있다. 특히, 멀티홉기법이 향상된 에너지 효율성과 실제 적용 가능한 모델로 큰 각광받고 있다. 멀티-홉 기법에서는 센서 노드사이 거리에 따라 발송 에너지 능동조절 가능하다고 가정한다. 그러나 무선센서의 물리적 특성을 고려해보면 멀티-홉 기법의 이 가정은 현재 기술로 실제 실현하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 센서노드의 전파범위를 기반으로 에너지 효율성을 향상시킨 저 전력 클러스터링 기법을 제안한다. 제안기법은 에너지 효율적이고 기존기법보다 실제 무선센서네트워크에 적용하기 용이하다.

링크식 격발기구 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Designing Link Type Percussion Lock)

  • In the traditional percussion locks of small arms, a firing pin is struck by a hammer rotating on a single center of rotation, which makes the percussion mechanism simple and reliable. In order to strike the firing pin by the hammer, however, the firing pin should be located within the radius of rotation of the hammer. As the distance between the striking point of the firing pin and the center of rotation of the hammer becomes longer, the radius of rotation of the hammer should also be increased, which results in the increase of the volume and weight of the small arms because the hammer needs the more space for its operation inside of the small arms. In this paper, a link type percussion lock was newly proposed in order to overcome the limitation of designing small arms when using traditional percussion locks, as mentioned above. The link type percussion lock was modeled by using multi-body dynamics software and designed to satisfy the requirements such as striking force level of the hammer exerting on the firing pin enough to detonate the percussion cap of ammunitions and the safety on the accidental drop. It was applied to the newly developed dual-barrel weapon system, in which the weight and overall length are important design factors, and verified by durability test and drop test on the ground.

고속 이송계의 통합설계 (Integrated Design of High-speed Feed Drive Systems)

  • High-speed feed drive systems have been widely used in the manufacturing and semiconductor industries. Specifications for high-speed systems require more advanced capabilities than conventional feed drive systems. It is necessary to devise special design concepts to achieve the level of performance for high-speed feed drive systems. In this paper, an integrated design method is proposed for high-speed feed drive systems in which the interactions between mechanical and electrical subsystems ought to be considered simultaneously during the design process. Based on the integrated design method, a nonlinear optimal design procedure of mechanical subsystems considering the Abbe and radius errors is accomplished through the design process of electrical subsystems satisfying the control stability and the saturation condition of actuators as well as the relative stability. Both mechanical and electrical parameters are considered as design variables. Simulations and numerical case studies show that the integrated design method of high-speed feed drive systems creates results satisfying the desired performances of mechatronic systems.
