안료분산 및 희석용 실리콘/아크릴수지의 배합비에 따른 고내후성 물성비교 (Weatherability Comparison with Changing Mixing Ratios of Mill-Base and Let-Down Silicone/Acrylic Resins)

  • Three different weather-resistant coatings were fabricated with the various weight ratios of a mill-base silicone/acrylic resin to let-down silicone /acrylic resin at 2:8, 3:7, and 4:6 respectively. The prepared coatings were tested to investigate the effect of composition of weather-resistant coatings on the physical properties. The thermal stability, salt spray exposure, and weather-resistance were improved with the increased silicone content. It was concluded that the optimum retio of mill-base silicone/acrylic resin to let-down silicone/acrylic resin would be 2:8 and the coating with 30 wt% of silicone content would have high weather-resistance.

Let-7c miRNA Inhibits the Proliferation and Migration of Heat-Denatured Dermal Fibroblasts Through Down-Regulating HSP70

  • Wound healing is a complex physiological process necessitating the coordinated action of various cell types, signals and microRNAs (miRNAs). However, little is known regarding the role of miRNAs in mediating this process. In the present study, we show that let-7c miRNA is decreased in heat-denatured fibroblasts and that inhibiting let-7c expression leads to the increased proliferation and migration of dermal fibroblasts, whereas the overexpression of let-7c exerts an opposite effect. Further investigation has identified heat shock protein 70 as a direct target of let-7c and has demonstrated that the expression of HSP70 in fibroblasts is negatively correlated with let-7c levels. Moreover, down-regulation of let-7c expression is accompanied by up-regulation of Bcl-2 expression and down-regulation of Bax expression, both of which are the downstream genes of HSP70. Notably, the knockdown of HSP70 by HSP70 siRNA apparently abrogates the stimulatory effect of let-7c inhibitor on heat-denatured fibroblasts proliferation and migration. Overall, we have identified let-7c as a key regulator that inhibits fibroblasts proliferation and migration during wound healing.

An example shows that the "if" part of the assertion fails if P is taken to be the "divided domain" property.

  • 실리콘/아크릴수지를 기반으로 한 내후성 도료의 조성이 물성에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여 안료분산 용 및 희석용 실리콘/아크릴수지의 배합비를 중량비율 2 : 8, 3 : 7, 4 : 6 의 3종으로 변화시키면서 내후성 도료를 제조하였다. 제조된 도료의 도막물성 및 내후성이 판단할 수 있는 각종 도막실험을 실시한 결과, 실리콘 성분함량이 증가할수록 열적안정성, 염수분무 및 내후성 등이 향상되었으며, 적정배합비는 2 : 8임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 실리콘 성분을 30 wt% 함유한 도료는 고내후성을 보유함을 확인하였다.

  • 연속감속근사법(CSDA)과 감속평균선질계수를 이용하여 선량당량 정의에서의 본래의 LET분포 개념을 하전입자속 스펙트럼의 개념으로 변환함으로써 새로운 선량당량 산정법을 도출하였다. 이 산정법을 몬테칼로법에 적용함으로써 주어진 방사선장에 위치한 피사체 내에서의 선량당량을 직접적으로 간편하게 산출할 수 있다. 산정에 필요한 감속평균 선질계수는 중성자와 연조직과의 상호작용으로부터 발생될 수 있는 모든 하전입자에 대하여 10 MeV 이하의 에너지 범위에서 산출하여 제시하였다.

Micro RNA 34a and Let-7a Expression in Human Breast Cancers is Associated with Apoptotic Expression Genes

  • Breast cancer is the most common cause of cancer-related death among women in the whole world. MiR- 34a and let-7a are well known tumor suppressors that participate in the regulation of apoptosis, invasion and other cellular functions. In this study, expression of miR-34a, let-7a and apoptosis pathway genes such as Bcl-2, Caspase-3 and P53 were evaluated using quantitative real-time PCR in 45 paired samples of normal margin and tumor tissue collected from breast cancer patient at advanced stage (3-4). MiR-34a, let-7a, caspase-3 and P53 expression are reduced and Bcl-2 expression is increased within tumoral tissues in comparison with normal margin tissues. P53 expression directly or indirectly was correlated with miR-34a, let-7a, Bcl-2 and caspase-3 expression. In This study we found that MiR-34a and let-7a expression are reduced in the tumoral tissues. Down-regulation of these two molecules correlated with expression of genes associated with apoptosis. These results suggest that due to the correlation of miR-34a and let-7a with apoptotic and anti-apoptotic pathways these molecules could participate as regulators in advanced clinical stages of breast cancer and should be considered as markers for diagnosis, prognostic assessment and targeted therapy.

The ultimate aim of the TDR activity induces the employees to do more productive business and obtain excellent results in the future by solving the problems, which are the nonproductive business in the business process on the objective view, the business that customers don't recognize the value, the same old practice of business, and the unsettled business from the restriction of resources. By organizing the related to workers of those business, they can solve the problems for 3-4months by full time working This paper inquires what are the obstruction factors on the process of executing TDR activity. Through the search of the reformation plan for the improvement of immersion degree, it presents some methods to be successful business.

풍.파랑중에서 투망중인 트롤어선의 슬립웨이를 통한 갑판침수에 관한 연구 (On the Deck Wetness Through Slipway of a Stern Trawler in Wind and Waves)

  • The slipway, which is one of stern construction, is necessary for stern trawler to let fishing implements, such as fishing net, otter board and warp, go out effectively. It may be doubtable whether there is any possibility for deckwetness to occur because the slipway is obliquely in contact with sea surface. The author discusses any possibility for deckwetness through slipway of stern trawler in wind and waves. A 350 G/T class, ocean-going stern trawler is adopted for the present study. The stem trawler is particularly assumed to drift with fishing implements hung down the slipway due to internal or external accident during fishing operation in real sea. The author considers two factors as possibility for deckwetness to occur through slipway. One is mooring effect of fishing implements hung down the slipway under wind pressure, and the other is relative ship motion in vertical direction in waves. Through the numerical calculation, the author clarifies that there is thin possibility for deckwetness to occur from above two points of view.

  • 본 기술은 기존의 빗물받이 및 도시형수로 시스템의 대체 가능한 기술로서 적용시 빗물은 빠르게 투수됨으로써 도시홍수를 저감할 수 있는 기술이다. 강우시 인도 방향의 제1 수로 공간으로 유입되는 빗물은 담배꽁초 등의 쓰레기는 유입되지 않고, 채움재를 통해 미세먼지 등의 오염물질을 감소시킨 후 지하로 투수시킬 수 있다. 제2 수로 공간으로 유입되는 빗물은 유속을 떨어뜨려 임시로 저류하였다가 배수관으로 배수시킴으로써, 배수관에서의 병목현상을 방지할 수 있는 도시형 수로 시스템 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로 이를 통해 도시홍수 및 미세먼지 저감에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The Jeungsan(1871-1909)'s revelation is the important meaning. Jeungsan hands down the two revelation for solution of Chosun postscript problem and presentation of Utopia. One time Suwun(1824~1864) is handed down and afterwords Jeongsan(1895-1958) after Jeungsan's Hwachon at 1917. Two revelations accomplish the day of the Jeungsan in public but the character is the countenance. The Jeungsan's revelation to Suwun solves present generation problems, the Jeungsan revelation to Jeongsan is continuously to do the day of the Jeungsan even after Hwachon. The Jeungsan stepped on the failure of the Donghak and on the upper lifestyle with the Cham-Donghag it opened the different side. The Cham-Donghag is concerned about the future Chosun to be the first-class country and Chosun Haewon is related with Danju Haewon. Danju Haewon is to be a fifty years religous study of Jeongsan. The Jeungsan's Gangse is to accomplish the Sungsajaein and it actualizes the appearance of Dotonggunja. Jeongsan is trying to do the religious activity about Sungsajaein and Dotonggunja as the Daedumok. The Jeungsan starts from revelation to the Suwun, to accomplish thought of the Cham-Donghag after Hwachon. The Jeungsan continuously has handed revelation led from religion activity, let Jeongsan do fifty years religious study. In the long run, it completes the fact that it accomplishes the outer space and the Chosun society of new setup, and a sacred religious work has been arranged the advocate of the Cham-Donghag through the Jeongsan by Woodang(1917-1996)'s Daesoonjinrihoe(1969).
