Several ITO-less PDP cell structures are presented to improve luminous efficacy. The ITO-less PDP have been applied recently at actual panel manufacture. The influence of ITO-less PDP cell structure on the discharge characteristics has been investigated by using three-dimensional fluid simulation. The variations of electrode geometry parameters such as gap distance, cross bar length, and hump length are investigated for the optimization of cell design.

In this study, we propose Ti hole pattern structure on the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) less dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) using the lift-off process to improve the low light transmittance and low efficiency caused by opaque Ti electrode. The formation of Ti hole patterns make it possible to move the dye adsorption and electrolyte. The DSSCs with Ti hole patterns showed a higher photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) than those with general structure by 11.1%. As a result, The Ti hole pattern structure can be improved to increase the light absorption of the dyes and PCE of the TCO-less DSSCs is also increased.

This study was to investigate differences in depression, parenting, and peer relationship perceived by adolescents from divorced and non-divorced families. Also, aim that identifies variables which have influences on adolescents' depression. The subjects were 356 middle and high school students who live in Seoul and Incheon. All respondents answered by self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by t-test and hierarchical regression. The major findings were as follows. First, adolescents from divorced families perceived more depression than those from non-divorced families. Second, adolescents from divorced families perceived parenting attitude less warm than those from non-divorced families. Third, adolescents from divorced families perceived themselves more isolated and less understood in their peer relationships than those from non-divorced families did. Finally, adolescents from divorced families who feel less isolated and perceive parenting attitude more warm and less maturity-demanding perceived less depression.

This study explored age and sex differences in preschoolers' narrative representations of their mothers. Subjects were 120 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-year-old children, with 15 boys and 15 girls in each age group. Using the MacArthur Story Stem Battery(Bretherton et al., 1990), observations were made to obtain children's narrative representations of their mothers. content themes and emotional responses. Boys' representations were more negative and less positive than girls' regardless of their age. Boys talked about more aggressive themes and showed more anxiety and less joy. Five and 6-year-old children had less negative and disciplinary representations of their mothers than 3- and 4-year-olds. Six-year-olds showed less prosocial themes than 3- and 5-years, and fewer aggressive themes than 3-and 4-year while they showed less joy, distress and concern responses than 3-years.

S.S.Al-Riyami와 K.G.Paterson에 의해 제안된 Certificate-less 공개키 암호 시스템은 기존 공개키 암호 시스템이 가지는 인증서 관리의 불편함과 ID-based 암호 시스템이 가지는 Key Escrow문제를 동시에 해결해 주었다. 하지만 대부분의 공개키 암호 시스템 과 마찬가지로 Certificate-less 공개키 암호 시스템 역시 비공개키의 노출에 대한 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 Certificate-less 공개키 암호 시스템에 Strong Key Insulation을 제공함으로써 보다 안전한 암호 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 이 시스템은 기존 Key Insulated 공개키 암호 시스템에 비해 계산량을 줄임으로써 보다 효율적인 암호 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

This paper aims at suggesting design guidelines for a perimeter-less HVAC system that contributes energy savings. Perimeter-less HVAC system is one that relieves difficulties such as handling mixing loss, uneven radiative environment, and maintenance and repair. It prevents heat load gained through window and outdoor wall without modifying a previously equipped building skin system. In this paper, we conducted a large-scale model experiment to see how the push-pull air flow would handle indoor heat to obtain an optimized perimeter-less design, and then we plan to perform several kinds of CFD (computational fluid dynamics) cases through numerical simulation

본 논문은 선행 연구에서 개발한 MissLess 키보드의 성능을 평가한다. MissLess 키보드는 모바일 단말기 내의 사전에 저장되는 모든 어휘에 해시 코드 값을 할당한다. 그리고, 사용자가 입력한 어휘와 일정 범위의 해시 코드를 가진 어휘를 골라내는 해시필터링, 골라낸 어휘와 입력된 어휘의 철자 유사성을 실시간으로 비교하여 유사 단어를 추려내는 철자 유사성 기반 정렬, 그리고 마지막으로 사용자의 사용 빈도가 놓은 어휘를 우선적으로 골라내는 사용자 패턴 기반 추천의 3 단계를 거쳐 어휘를 추천한다. 본 논문은 추천 알고리즘의 각 단계별로 성능 요소를 분석하고, 이들 요소가 미치는 추천 성능의 영향을 평가하고 평가된 결과를 보인다.

The anthracnose disease on pepper fruits in Korea was caused by Colletotrichum acutatum as well as C. gloeosporioides. Since C. acutatum showed less sensitivity to benomyl, it was analyzed whether the less sensitivity was given by the same mechanism for the fungicide resistance of C. gloeosporioides. The isolates of C. acutatum were less sensitive to the three benzimidazole fungicides tested, benomyl, carbendazim, and thiophanate-methyl. However, the of C. acutatum isolates were different from the resistant isolates of C. gloeosporioides in their response to diethofencarb, one of N-phenyl-carbamates; the former was still less sensitive to diethofencarb than the latter. The differences in the resistance mechanisms in two species were conspicuous in sequence analysis of the tub2 genes. The genes from C. acutatum did not show any non-synonymous base substitutions at the regions known to be correlated with the benzimidazole-resistance. All of these data may indicate that the less sensitivity of C. acutatum to benomyl is based on different mechanism(s) from that of C. gloeosporioides.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic difference between skilled and less skilled group for the forward walk at dance sports rumba. Six female players(skilled group: 3, less skilled group: 3) were participated as the subjects. To obtain the three-dimensional location coordinates in the joints and segments, it shot with 100Hz/s using 8 video cameras. Step length, shoulder rotation angle, orientation angle and angular velocity of pelvis were analyzed for each trail. The skilled group showed a bigger movement than the less skilled group at the shoulder rotation angle and ROM. The skilled group showed a bigger movement than the less skilled group at the up/down obliquity and internal/external rotation movement for pelvis. And the skilled group showed a bigger movement than the less skilled group at Maximum angle (down obliquity) of P2 and Maximum angle (up obliquity) of P3 to pelvis ROM. The skilled group showed a faster angular velocity than the less skilled group at P2 (+ direction, posterior) of anterior & posterior tilt, P2 & P3 (- direction, up) of up & down obliquity, and P2 (+ direction, external) of internal & external rotation.

Since 1980, the water quality of ultra-pure water has been rapidly improved, and presently ultra-pore water producing equipment for 64Mbit is in operation. Table 1 shows the degree of integration of DRM and required water quality exlmple. The requirements of the ultra-pure water for 64Mbit are resistivity: 18.2 MQ/cm or higher, number of particulates: 1 pc/ml or less (0.05 $\mu$m or larger). bacteria count: 0.1 pc/l or less. TOC (Total Organic Carbon, index of organic snbstance) : 1ppb or less, dissolved oxygen: 5ppb or less, silica: 0.5ppb or less, heavy metal ions: 5ppb or less. The effect of metals on the silicon wafer has been well known, and recently it has been reported that the existence of organic substance in ultra-pure water is closely related to the device defect, drawing attention. It is reported that if organic substance sticks to the natural oxidation film, the oxide film remaims on the organic substance attachment in the hydrofluoric acid treatment (removal of natural oxidation film). The organic substance forms film on the silicon wafer, and harmful elements such as metals and N.P.S., components contained in the organic substance and the bad effect due to the generatinn of silicon carbide cannot be forgotten. In order to remove various impurities in raw water, many technological develoments (membrane, ion exchange, TOC removal, piping material, microanalysis, etc.) have been made with ultra-pure water producing equipment and put to practical use. In this paper, technologies put to practical use in recent ultra-pure vater producing equimeut are introduced.
