화장품(化粧品) 점포선택행동(店鋪選擇行動)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 백화점(百貨店)과 대형할인점(大形割引店)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on the Cosmetics Store Selection Behavior - Department Stores and Large-Scale Discount Stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the contents of department stores and large-scale discount stores of consumer on information source, shopping orientation and store image in an effort to determine which variable gave a crucial impact on cosmetics department stores and large-scale discount stores selection behavior. The subjects of this study were 557 adult women visited department store and large-scale discount store in Busan. The data were analyzed by using Factor analysis, Frequency analysis, Correlation analysis, Cronabach $\alpha$ and Regression analysis. The results were as follows; 1. There was a difference in the demographical characteristics on department stores and large-scale discount stores of consumers. 2. Shopping Orientation of consumers were categorized into 5 types, and information source of consumers did 3 types, and store image of consumers did 5 types. 3. Leisure utilization, store & brand loyalty, store information, personal information, massmedia information, product & operate on, store atmosphere & salesperson and shopping convenience had positive correlations with cosmetics department stores selection beavior. but convenient location, rationality & economy and sales promotion had negative correlations with cosmetics department stores selection beavior. 4. Rationality & economy and sales promotion had positive correlations with cosmetics large-scale discount stores selection beavior. but convenient location, leisure utilization, store & brand loyalty, massmedia information, product & operate on, store atmosphere & salesperson and shopping convenience had negative correlations with cosmetics large-scale discount stores selection beavior. 5. Age, income, business(-), convenient location(-), rationality & economy(-), leisure utilization, store & brand loyalty, store information, personal information, massmedia information, store atmosphere & salesperson, shopping convenience and sales promotion(-) had a direct effect on cosmetics department stores selection beavior. Age, income, marriage, education had an indirect effect on department stores selection beavior through information source and store image, and information source did through store image, and shopping orientation did through store image. 6. Rationality & economy, convenient location(-), leisure utilization(-), store & brand loyalty(-), buying independence(-), personal information, massmedia information(-), product & operate on(-), shopping convenience(-) and sales promotion had a direct effect on cosmetics large-scale discount stores selection beavior. Age, income, marriage, education had an indirect effect on large-scale discount stores selection beavior through information source, shopping orientation and store image, and information source did through store image, and shopping orientation did through store image.

서울지역 노인들의 근린시설 이용실태와 근접정도에 대한 분석 (The analysis of elderly using behavior and propinquity of neighborhood facilities)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine elderly using behavior and propinquity of neighborhood facilities and to analyze the relationship of propinquity and using behavior of each neighborhood facility. The results of the study indicated that the elderly are using more frequently and living more close to leisure facility such as sports/health facility, hobby/education facility, and entertainment facility. Age and health status of the elderly were the important factors on the use and propinquity of neighborhood facilities. On the other hand, the elderly having higher education and economic status were more likely to use and live close to leisure facilities. For the elderly, the need of physical propinquity to neighborhood facilities and providing information about the facility location were required. For the mid-aged people, the education about leisure culture of the later-hood years were suggested since the use of neighborhood facility is depending on one's habit.

도시 거주 중.장년층의 농촌 거주 의사 (A Study on Living Intention to Rural Area of Middle Aged People Living in Urban Area)

  • The purpose of this paper was to know perception of rural area, intention of going to rural, decision factors. It is social survey research with questionnaire which was conducted among citizen of Incheon during Oct. 11~28 2010. The data from 100 respondents were analysed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test, crosstab, and factor using SPSS 18.0 statistic program. The major findings were as followings: 1)most of the middle aged people(90%) are interested in living in rural area, and 96% of middle aged people have positive perception of living in rural area. 2) most of respondents(86%) have intention to living in rural area, and it is different between man and women. 3) most of respondents think distance to hospital is more important than others. Also, women consider location more than men, high income people consider quality of housing more than others, and older people consider neighbor and leisure more than other people. In conclusion, environment of housing in terms of location, community center, and leisure facilities need to be developed.

  • This study is designed to identify the dimensions of clothing shopping motives and clothing involvements which influence consumers' store choice behaviors and to find out what variables have a direct influence on the attitudes of customers toward stores. The empirical research was made through the survey on 300 female and male shoppers who purchased clothing. The major results of this study are as follows : 1. The dimension of clothing shopping motives is composed of leisure-related shopping motive, products-related shopping motive, and economy-related shopping motive. And the dimension of clothing involvement consists of pleasure involvement factor, fashion involvement factor, and symbol involvement factor. 2. The dimension of the store choice criteria is composed of such five factors as promotion, products, prices/salespersons, service, and location. 3. There is a positive correlation of the products-related shopping factor and the leisure-related shopping motive only. And the store choice criteria have a positive correlation with all the factors of clothing involvement. 4. The high-shopping-motive group turns out to pay more importance to such factors as products and location than the low-shopping-motive group. 5. The variables which have influences on the attitudes of customers toward stores tum out to be such factors as fashion involvement, promotion in the store choice criteria, and gender.

유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인 분석 (The Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym)

  • 본 연구는 유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 원활한 유도체육관 운영을 위하여 수련생의 만족에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인에 대해 가이드(guide)가 될 수 있는 실증적 자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 총 350부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답된 11부를 제외하고 총 339부를 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 IBM SPSS 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인이 수련생의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 운영, 지도자, 커뮤니케이션, 수련생가치, 시설, 입지 요인 순으로 모두 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 첫째, 운영 요인에서 상해보험 가입 여부, 체육관 자유로운 이용, 운동 프로그램 운영 요인 순으로 수련생 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 지도자 요인에서는 지도자 신뢰도 요인이 영향을 미쳤고, 셋째 커뮤니케이션 요인에서는 회원 간 의사소통 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 넷째, 수련생가치 요인에서는 건전한 여가활동과 운동수행능력 향상 요인 순으로 영향을 미쳤고, 다섯째, 시설 요인에서는 부대시설 수준과 주요시설 수준 요인 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여섯째, 입지 요인에서는 체육관의 가시성 여부 요인만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유도체육관 입지 형태(역세권, 주거지역, 상업지역)에 따른 체육관 특성의 차이에 대해서는 우선 역세권에 위치한 체육관은 수련생가치, 입지, 커뮤니케이션, 시설이 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주거지역에 위치한 체육관은 운영, 수련생가치, 커뮤니케이션, 시설이 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 상업지역에 위치한 체육관은 운영, 입지, 커뮤니케이션, 시설이 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

대학생 목적지 선택 행태 분석: 선택 영향 요인을 중심으로 (An Analysis of University Students' Trip Destination Choice Behavior focusing on the Influential Factors)

  • 목적지 선택 행태 분석은 교통 수요 연구의 중요한 주제이다. 본 연구는 일반적인 교통 수요 연구와 달리 일반인과 다른 인구집단적 특성을 갖고 있는 대학생들의 통학 등의 쇼핑, 여가, 오락 활동을 위한 통행의 목적지 선택에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 대학생들의 일상은 취업자나 중고등학생보다 상대적으로 자율적이나 수업 등의 의무 활동이 혼재되어 있다. 쇼핑, 여가, 오락 활동은 업무나 학업 등의 활동과 달리 그 실행의 구체적인 내용의 선택이 상대적으로 자유롭다. 본 연구는 다항로짓 분석을 통해 대학생들의 거주지 주변, 학교 주변, 강북 지역, 강남 지역 등의 통행 목적지 선택에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 이들 활동들의 목적지 선택에는 거주지와 성별, 소득 등이 많은 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 대학생에 특징적인 다양한 해석이 도출되었다. 일반인과 다른 특성의 대규모 인구집단인 대학생의 통행 특성 연구는 교통계획에 시사점을 준다.

해외여행 동기가 쇼핑행동에 미치는 영향 -상품과 매장특성을 중심으로- (Effect of Overseas Tourists' Motivation on Shopping Behavior -Emphasis on Product and Store Characteristics-)

  • This study investigated how the travel motivation of Korean overseas tourists influenced shopping behavior. We first identified factors of the travel motivation and then categorized types and attributes of shopping products and shopping stores. We then examined the relationship between the travel motivation and shopping products and shopping channels. A questionnaire method was applied for this survey, while factor analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze data. The results are listed below. First, nature & leisure, rest, family, pleasure, hobby & fitness, and discovery were identified as 6 factors of travel motivation. Second, shopping products of overseas tourists were categorized into three types: fashion & luxury, daily goods, and memento. There were four attributes of products, namely, design, utility, economy, and prestige. Major types of shopping stores were souvenir shops, fashion channels and local markets; the shopping store attributes identified were location & salesperson, assortment & atmosphere, and display. Third, overseas tourists' motivation was shown to influence the selection of product types and attributes. Those who traveled for rest, family, pleasure, hobby & fitness orientation were inclined to purchase fashion & luxury goods, and daily goods; however, those who traveled for rest and hobby & fitness orientation also tended to buy memento. The effect of the travel motivation was shown to be different according to product attributes. Fourth, tourists' motivation was shown to affect store type selection and attributes. Those whose traveled for rest, family, pleasure, hobby & fitness preferred souvenir shops while those seeking nature & leisure and pleasure tended to visit fashion channels and local markets more often. Travelers seeking nature & leisure and discovery cared for all three store attributes while family oriented and pleasure seeking tourists considered shopping store location, salesperson and display attributes as important.

서울시 아파트 거주 중년기 가정의 생활 실태와 문제(IV): 가족관계를 중심으로 (Family Life of Middle-Aged Apartment-Residents in Seoul: Focused on Family Relations)

  • The purpose of this research was to analyze the family relationships of the middle aged women residing in an apartment house in Seoul as a part of a collaborative study on their family life issues. the sampling area was divided into Kangnam and Kangbuk according to the residential location and upper middle group and lower middle group according to the size of the apartment unit. The data were collected from 307 fulltime housewives with at least one child in a junior or senior high school. the self-identity scores of middle-aged wives were found generally somewhat higher and were explained by satisfaction with time use and leisure activities, husband's help with raising children, and feeling after quarrel with husband. most wives felt very comfortable and intimate about their husbands. the relationship between wife and husband was influenced by feeling after quarrel with husband, husband's help with raising children, and satisfaction with leisure activities. Most wives reported stresses in raising children. Help from husband, satisfaction with time use, and financial debt were influencing the level of stress perceived by the wives in raising children.

위드 코로나(With COVID-19)시대 노인의 여가활동과 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Leisure Activities and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly in With COVID-19 Era)

  • 본 연구는 위드 코로나(With COVID-19)시대 노인의 삶의 만족도와 여가생활 현황과 노인의 삶의 만족을 증진하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 노인복지관 노인 107명을 대상으로 삶이 만족도, 여가생활에 대해 알아보았으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 전체적으로 삶의 만족도가 코로나 이전보다 이후에 상대적으로 낮아졌음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 여가활동과 삶의 만족도 상관관계에서는 코로나 이전의 경우 여가활동 정도와 삶의 만족도가 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았고, 코로나 이후의 경우 여가활동 정도와 삶의 만족도가 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 대안방안을 제시하면 첫째, 지역사회에서 위드 코로나 시대에 맞는 노인을 위한 환경 개선과 관리할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 특히 디지털에 많은 변화로 노인들의 적응 격차를 줄이기 위해 노인관련 기관에서는 스마트폰, 키오스크 사용 방법 등의 교육을 실시하고 있으나 지역사회 차원의 방안으로 좀 더 확대될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 위드 코로나 시대에 노인건강관리를 위한 체계적인 시스템이 갖춰 줘야 한다. 셋째, 코로나로 인해 경제적인 어려움을 겪고 있는 노인을 위해 최소한의 생활보장이 보장되도록 노후소득보장제도 및 지원이 요구 되어진다. 넷째, 코로나로 인해 사회적 거리 및 관계위축으로 인한 관계 개선 및 위치 만족을 위한 노인들의 말벗과 상담 관련 프로그램 활성화가 필요하다.

Building Smarter City through Big Data - Best Practices in Seoul Metropolitan Gov.

  • Since 2013, Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) has introduced big data initiatively in administration and put into practices in transportation, safety, welfare in order to overcome limited resources and conflicting interests. For establishing a new midnight bus service, SMG prepared optimized midnight bus routes by analyzing big data from mobile phone Call Data Record (CDR) through collaboration with a telecommunication company. Despite of limited budget and resources, newly identified routes can cover over 42% of the citizen with 9 routes and less than 1% of buses compare with day time operation. In addition to solve transportation problem, SMG utilizes big data to resolve location selection problem for choosing new facility locations such as life double cropping centers and senior citizen leisure centers. As results, SMG demonstrates big data as a good tool to make policies and to build smarter city by overcome space-time limitation of resources, mediation of conflicts, and maximizes benefit of the citizen.
