The study considers trends and prospects for developing virtual (augmented) reality and civil transactions in relation to digital property. In jurisprudence, there is a need to determine the legal status of virtual and augmented reality to regulate legal relations in the digital environment. Legal relations using new digital technologies require the creation of new legislative approaches and rules of their legal regulation. The article dwells on the legal status of virtual (augmented) reality and determines the methods of regulating legal relations in the sphere of digital property. The study utilized methods for collecting single and multiple facts in order to identify the main trends in the civil circulation of digital assets, as well as private law methods. The methods of generalization, concreteness, induction and deduction reveal the legal nature and main features of virtual (augmented) reality and digital property. The paper highlights the specifics of virtual reality and civil transactions in relation to digital assets. The research has concluded that the sale, exchange and other actions with digital objects in virtual reality have distinctive features, while digital property has also unique characteristics since it is involved in civil circulation and legal relations.

Keyword-oriented search methods are mainly used as data search methods, but this is not suitable as a search method in the legal field where professional terms are widely used. In response, this paper proposes an effective data search method in the legal field. We describe embedding methods optimized for determining similarities between sentences in the field of natural language processing of legal domains. After embedding legal sentences based on keywords using TF-IDF or semantic embedding using Universal Sentence Encoder, we propose an optimal way to search for data by combining BERT models to check similarities between sentences in the legal field.

National libraries have an obligation to meet the information needs of users by collecting as many various materials as possible. As legal deposit accounts for the highest percentage of the collection building methods of national libraries, they are trying to encourage the legal deposit of the publishers. However, the rate of legal deposit for the most publishers are pretty low. Therefore, in this study, the improvement plans of legal deposit system for the purpose of helping legal deposit of national libraries improve smoothly has been investigated by identifying the problems with the legal deposit system that publishers had and by suggesting the matters that should be improved based on the recognition of legal deposit by publishers. The plans for the revitalization of legal deposit for the publishers are as follows: promoting factors of legal deposit systems such as scope, deadline, compensation, fine and legal deposit libraries, simplification of legal deposit procedures, set-up of automated online system for legal deposit and strengthening of the method for promoting and educating the legal deposit.

In this paper, we propose a legal document search method that uses the Sentence-BERT model. The general public who wants to use the legal search service has difficulty searching for relevant precedents due to a lack of understanding of legal terms and structures. In addition, the existing keyword and text mining-based legal search methods have their limits in yielding quality search results for two reasons: they lack information on the context of the judgment, and they fail to discern homonyms and polysemies. As a result, the accuracy of the legal document search results is often unsatisfactory or skeptical. To this end, This paper aims to improve the efficacy of the general public's legal search in the Supreme Court precedent and Legal Aid Counseling case database. The Sentence-BERT model embeds contextual information on precedents and counseling data, which better preserves the integrity of relevant meaning in phrases or sentences. Our initial research has shown that the Sentence-BERT search method yields higher accuracy than the Doc2Vec or TF-IDF search methods.

As entry barriers at the legal service market in Korea have been recently lifted, the legal service market has dramatically changed from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Externally, the Korean legal service market has been open to foreign law firms and internally, lawyers graduating from law schools have been increasing. In addition, as even the general public can easily access, through the official sites of government organizations, to the basic legal information such as laws and judicial precedents, the degree of information asymmetry has also decreased. These phenomena require the legal service industry to be a more client-oriented and more quality-oriented one. Having said that, legal service providers also need to continue to make strenuous efforts to measure and improve the service quality from the customers' perspective. Under these circumstances, this study introduced a certain type of model which may be of help of measuring and improving the quality of legal service of law firms, in particular, with a focus on those firms providing corporate legal service. This study used a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in order to measure and thereby improve the quality of corporate legal service in the law firm industry. Above all, this study showed, by using SERVQUAL, each and every service attributes of quality measurement of the corporate legal service and also calculated the degree of importance of service quality at each process of providing corporate legal service. Next, this study introduced all supporting factors necessary for the provision of corporate legal service and calculated the degree of importance of each and every supporting factors in the service process. This study may be of help to provide the substantial and systematic approaches to the corporate legal service providers who would like to set up a certain methods of measuring and further improving the quality of corporate legal service from the customers' perspective.

Thanks to the informatization of society, complex and high-tech devices are being introduced in all areas of human life, and the latest technologies are being actively improved in the modern, globalizing world. The article deals with the issues of using information and communication technologies in legal activities. It also covers the main types of such activities: law-making, law enforcement, and interpretive activity. Since there is an increase in the flow and accumulation of legal information, it is practically impossible to use traditional methods of working with legal information. The article considers and analyzes the role of information and communication technologies in modern legal activity. It is necessary to reveal the principles, concepts, conditions, and factors of their development and develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the use of such technologies in order to solve legal tasks. The authors of the article raise the issues of increasing the efficiency of legal activity, as well as the integration of information technologies into practical legal activity and their use for collecting, storing, searching, and issuing legal and reference information. Much attention is paid to the specific use of automated data banks and information retrieval systems in legal practice that ensure the accumulation, systematization, and effective search for legally important information. The development of such technologies leads to the creation of comfortable conditions for a lawyer in the course of their professional activity. Currently, legal activity cannot exist without telecommunication technologies, legal reference systems, and electronic programs. The authors believe that due to the use of the latest information technologies, the time for making legal decisions has significantly accelerated, the process of searching and systematizing evidence has been worked out, and it has become possible to quickly and efficiently find information on adopted laws and legal acts.

The study identifies the importance of informational and legislative support in ensuring gender equality. It determines the relevance of gender inequality, the main problem, which is confirmed by research and statistical information. The study aims to determine the methods of collecting information and legal regulation of gender issues and the possibility of solving them by public authorities. The main methods of gathering information are census surveys, questionnaires, surveys on public service websites, work with local communities, surveys in nursing homes and orphanages, special survey programs, and election polls. The paper considers the legal regulation of gender inequalities at the international, state, local and organizational levels. According to the analysis of the problem of gender inequality, it is established that the problem is practically eliminated in many developed countries, while countries with low incomes face gender inequality constantly.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate the spread pattern of Korean legal certification systems and their impact on industry performance. Methods: It first analyzes the life cycle of legal certification systems and classifies them into four categories based on the spread patterns in a chronological view. A survey study is then conducted to find out the impact of legal certification systems on financial performance. Both the legal mandatory certification systems and the legal voluntary certification systems are included in the survey. Results: Four spread patterns of legal certification systems are sustainable growth, stagnation after growth, decrease after growth, and repetition of growth and declination. 56% of 293 certified corporations responded positively about the financial impact of their certification systems. Conclusion: The policy makers can utilize the results of this study in designing additional certification systems as well as promoting the current legal certification systems.

The purpose of this study is to suggest guidelines for legal deposit process on online digital materials and use of the deposited materials both in National Digital Libraries and other places. At present, two Acts -- 'Act on Legal Deposit Process and Use of Online Digital Materials, ' 'Act on Partially Revised Library Law' -- are still pending in National Assembly. For the establishment of the guidelines in this study, advanced countries' legal deposit Acts in this area are searched and investigated. Also, in order to present various opinions from many parties immediately interested in the guidelines and Acts, survey, visitation, and consultancy methods are used.

The article is devoted to the issue of the content of legal instruments in terms of tourism business, namely the problems of legal regulation of insurance in tourism. The analysis of the state of development of the problem in question shows that the issue of legal regulation of the insurance contract in general and the contract in tourism services, in general, is insufficiently studied. The article is devoted to topical issues of legal regulation of insurance in the field of tourism, the search for effective mechanisms to increase the liability of both underwriters and insurers. Therefore, insurance can be considered as one of the methods of preventing unfortunate consequences during the implementation of tourism activities. The author's vision of the content of the package of measures that can positively influence not only the development of the tourist industry in general but primarily to help identify those legal segments that need improvement in the future has been stated.
