Recently there have been great interest in the street landscapes, and numerous studies have been investigating shaping processes of urban landscapes, legal systems for scenery management, landscape preference and evaluation techniques. However, there are only few studies investigating how planting types influence on street landscape evaluation and how the relationships among street landscapes are. This study aims to make a guidelines which can be used for securing afforestation in urban settings and improving urban environment. In specific, the results of this study can provide guidelines for urban street design and the base knowledge for identifying appropriate requirements for better street landscapes. We identify factors which make shape certain images of street landscape, and draw physical factors influencing on visual appropriateness through visual landscapes evaluation process. To evaluate landscapes according to planting types, on-the-spot survey at 14 streets in Gang-Nam district were made. The district is under executing street improving projects and shows the most satisfying planting types. To evaluate street landscapes which people experience during their walking, 100m of continuous streets are chosen. The survey sites exclude streets with irregular pattern, are adjacent to large urban parks or are used as parking spaces in part. We evaluated 9 street landscapes classified into 1-line-planting, 2-line-planting and 3-line-planting on the basis of the location of planting and the planting methods.
With the obligation of information system supervision and an increase in supervision demands, the quality improvement in information system supervision has been of significance, and the supervision system has been enhanced in the way of preventing information systems from being poorly established. In the meantime, recently the supervision industry has received administrative punishment due to violation of supervision guidelines and false reports. As a result, the introduction of the responsible supervision of information systems to strengthen the rights and duties of supervisors and supervision corporations has been discussed by supervision corporations. Therefore, this work was intended to propose success factors to introduce responsible supervision in the information system supervision sector, and thereby contribute to the introduction of responsible supervision system that plays a successful role in preventing poor supervision and establishing information system business. The success factors of the responsible supervision of information systems, proposed in this work, were categorized into legal system, standardization of supervision work, those concerned with supervision. And, detailed success factors of each category were proposed, and on the basis of that, the success model to introduce responsible supervision successfully was proposed.

The frequently covered areas were trauma, cardiac arrest, and respiratory care; however, severity classifications were the most important. Concerning drug administration, epinephrine administration seemed to be the most necessary. Conclusions: The findings of this study can be used as basic data to broaden the capacity building and business scope of paramedics. Furthermore, to increase the resuscitation rate of emergency patients, the various tasks of paramedics must be incorporated, and these should be supported by laws and institutions.
With the ready access to the high resolution satellite image data, users of and areas covered by satellite image data are constantly on the rise world-widely. Korea will also be able to take full advantage of the satellite data once the Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite 1 (KOMPSAT-l) is successfully launched. Harmonizing satellite data production and application technology and users' needs, along with the guiding policy is essential for promoting satellite data use. Up to now, the Korean government has mainly concentrated on developing production technology for the satellite instruments. However, the imminent task of independent satellite data production demands a promotion policy for satellite data use. In this context, the policy is defined as an important medium for identifying the role and status of satellite image information at the national level and also preparing the legal as well as systematic foundation for producing, building, distributing, and packaging satellite data. The present paper aims to examine the role and status of the satellite data as well as their current status and problems in Korea in reference to the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, and finally to provide the policy directions to promote the satellite data use in public sector on the basis of the preceding analyses.

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of liability for the dissemination of inaccurate information on the Internet. The article emphasizes that now the public opinion of socially active segments of the population is mainly formed on the basis of not critical but subjective ("consumer") analysis of the received information. The modern realities show that the main source of its origin is the Internet: electronic media and, above all, the relevant social networks. The problem of dissemination by the mass media of inaccurate information obtained via the Internet is solved; it is seen in bringing the laws of Ukraine, which regulate public relations regarding the dissemination of information, into compliance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The issues of development and implementation of new legislative acts aimed at regulating the status of subjects of informational relations on the Internet and establishing the grounds for their liability are also investigated.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest directions for improving Authentication Of A Barrier-Free Living Environment(BF) of passenger facilities. Methods: We examined the parts (terms, Authentications, and dimensions) where the difference in the legal standards between the relevant items in the "ACT ON GUARANTEE OF PROMOTION OF CONVENIENCE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, THE AGED, PREGNANT WOMEN, ETC." and the "ACT ON PROMOTION OF THE TRANSPORTATION CONVENIENCE OF MOBILITY DISADVANTAGED PERSONS", which are the basis of Authentication of BF for buildings and passenger facilities. We also mention the differences by comparing and analyzing Authentications of BF. In addition, we survey the current status of passenger facilities in Korea that have been granted and not granted Authentication of BF of passenger facilities. and we describe improvement directions of Authentications of BF. Implications: Improvement of Authentications of BF should be made in accordance with relevant laws, and improvement of Authentications of BF to reflect various situations in the field is needed. Authentications of BF according to the type of passenger facilities should be distinguished.
The purpose of this study is to examine woodblock prints possessed at Komazawa University and Hosa Library which are most precedent versions among a number of different versions of Daemyeongryul- Jikhae. This study has determined that both of two prints are same version printed by identical woodblock and the print of Hosa Library out of them was the fine version printed at an earlier stage. Moreover, this study has compared the print of Hosa Library with that of Mansong's collection of books in Korea University, thus the distinction has been classified into 4 types and described in detail. From the analysis about the difference between the prints of Hosa Library and Mansong's collection of books, this study has extrapolated the versions of Daemyeongryul-Jikhae in the early period of the Joseon Dynasty. This study suggests that the print of Daemyeongryul-Jikhae in Hosa Library demonstrates revision of legal articles and literal translation of the articles and thus, it is valuable literature that provides a basis for revising error in later versions including the print in Mansong's collection of books. Since various simplified forms and variants of Chinese characters were used in the print of Hosa Library, it is useful literature for studying Chinese character culture which was prevalent in local at the early period of the Joseon Dynasty.
Infection with salmonid alphavirus (SAV) is a serious disease that mainly affects rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.) reared in seawater or freshwater. SAV is prevalent in European countries including Norway that exports rainbow trout and Atlantic salmon to Korea. Consequently, SAV was listed as a disease notifiable to the OIE and many salmonid-producing countries either designate SAV as their notifiable disease or do research on the development of diagnosis and epidemiology to reduce the possibility of SAV infection. Unlike other salmonid-producing countries, SAV is not listed as a notifiable disease in Korea, thereby arousing concern that SAV will get into the country through the importation of live salmonids. Under the circumstance, Korea needs to have a legal basis to take much stricter follow-up measures, including listing SAV as a notifiable disease, establishing surveillance system based on OIE standards to declare Korea free from SAV, killing infected fish and conducting fallow system against affected farms.
Objectives: We conducted research on 100 cases of Korean medical health promotion programs to determine how they work. The objective was to report trends in such programs and, by extension, to suggest a development plan for the Korean medical public health program. Methods: To research 100 Korean medical health promotion programs, we analyzed source data published by the Korea Health Promotion Institute in 2014-2018 using 10 criteria. Results & conclusions: Based on effective trends, the development of a Korean medical public health program requires the following options. First, we should complement the systems with related legislation and deal with Korean medical doctors who mainly participate in public health programs. Second, we should improve the infrastructure of the program with internal support from the Korean medical association and clarifying the legal basis of the national budget. Third, we should seek substantiality of public health programs. Korean medical doctors should actively participate in the program, and related agencies should support the public health care center for the development of Korean medical public health programs in which many people can participate.
