This study was conducted from 18th May through 6th June 2015, targeting 340 students enrolled four universities, by t-test, variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. As a result of this study, the point of protection recognition and practice recognition is 3.55 and 3.49, respectively, out of 5. With regard to recognition of medical information protection, there was a significant difference in grade, satisfaction for major, experience of medical information protection education and recognition of law, while for recognition of practice, in grade, satisfaction for major, educational experience and damage of medical information exposure. Recognition of protection and recognition of practice had a significant static correlation, and recognition of information exposure, recognition of social issue and recognition of legal system had significant positive effect on recognition of practice. In order to raise the recognition of protection and recognition of practice, based on this study, it is considered necessary for the universities to educate the damage of medical information exposure and importance of medical records management, and to raise the students' recognition.

Game Industry submitted the legal petition and claimed that the rule is against the Constitution, because that rule based on the assertion that the game is poisonous such as drugs without apparent scientific evidence. It's in controversy in terms of science/medical care up to now; for all that it became to receive in social level. We can find a kind of technology-hatred that come out state-driven radical technological reception. It is required critical-discourse frame on new technology, not pathological frame.

  • RFID is the core of realizing ubiquitous environment. This is expected to improve economical effect through related industry revitalization, make-work, and so on, in the future, and to be linked to social see-through enhancement via national life change. However unchecked RFID use lets retailers collect unprecedented huge information and they link it to customer information database, so the voice of worry to bring about a result of trampling down consumer privacy doesn't make a negligible situation. Although RFID system is spreaded out socially, the servicing of law and system is not accomplished to protect individuals from personal information violation threat. At the same time, in ubiquitous computing environment, to protect individual information efficiently, from the step of planning and deciding this technology system, constitutional law, norm, the basic legal rights of the people, and so forth is to be considered. The objective of the research is to persent the privacy protection from the viewpoints of law on RFID.

  • These days, modern society is facing a 'turning point of paradigm' from industrial society to knowledge and information society. It indicates an entry to the high-speed network society centering on knowledge. Specifically, Korea has invested enormously to If Industry and finally other advanced countries are eager to export technologies of our country through benchmarking. However, because of our growth-oriented policy, Korea is not very good at dealing with the dysfunctions of information-centered society, and one of the representative problems is cyber-terrorism. Cyber terrorism which anonymous actors do to the uncertain number of people is one of the new types of terrorism. • UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is increasingly used in diverse fields such as disaster, distributi on, and logistics, but it is pointed out that the inadequacy of related laws and invasion of privacy is an obstacle to industrial growth. The regulatory framework for UAV convergence services is pr oposed based on the regulatory framework. From the technical point of view, regulation on archite ctural design, from the market point of view, concurrent operation of services in a limited area, a l egal evaluation based on post-evaluation rather than a pre-regulation under the legislation of visua l information protection law and a social consensus will contribute to the early settlement of UAV -based convergence services.

  • E-mail system is considered as a most important communication media, which can be used to transmit personal information by internet. But e-mail attack also has been increased by spoofing e-mail sender address. Therefore, this work proposes sender verification faculty for spam mail protection at sender's MTA by using security card for protection forged sender and also for authenticating legal sender. Sender's mail MT A requests security card's code number to sender. Then sender input code number and generate session key after sender verification. Session key is used to encrypt sender's signature and secure message transmission. This work can provide efficient and secure e-mail sender authentication with sender verification and message encryption.

  • Natural environmental protection system in North Korea is rarely understood mainly because of lack of information in scientific and legislative fields. Legislation is very important to achieve goal for protected areas, which are described in "Natural Protected Area Law(NPAL)". Cabinet of North Korea has authorities to lead the Central Agency for Land and Environment Conservation(CALEC). Designation and managements of natural protected areas are regarded as CALEC and local governments responsibilities. There are many differences between South and North Korea. Especially legislation system has many differences. North Korea's Labor Party is superior to the Government and Labor Party's order has at least the same authority to regulate and manage the national policy and means. With NPAL, CALEC organizes the national plan for natural protected area and regulate the activities of the Agencies for Land and Environment Conservation in the aspects of action plan, budget and other resources. For the reunification in the future, legislation system of North Korea should be understood.

  • As the major information communication infrastructure had been getting more important, 'Act on the Protection of Information and Communications Infrastructure'(APICI) was legislated in Korea 2001. Consequently, the major information system, nationwide monitering service systems and government administration operation & management systems have been registered and managed under the APICI. The authorized organizations related to above service and system, perform vulnerability analysis and evaluation for chief communication infrastructures by themselves or registered agencies. In this research, we propose an advanced model for vulnerability analysis and evaluation and apply it to the main information and communication infrastructures through the case study. We hope each related organization could apply this model for analysis and evaluation of vulnerability in these infrastructures.

  • The endowed privilege to an established profession acts as an important motivation related to professionalization of occupations. The established profession enjoys cognitive, legal, and economic privilege. This study analyzes the professionalization process of interior design. Specifically, the study evaluates the suitability of the body of knowledge and professional ethos(i.e., protection of citizen's health, safety, and welfare), while analyzing the professionalization of interior design in the United States. The research aims at proposing a reference point for the professionalization of Korean interior design. Utilized data include research paper, court sentencing, and reports published by related professional organizations. The study concludes that 3E's are a means of professionalization of interior design, while separating interior design from interior decorating. In addition, there is no evidence to the protection of citizen's HSW. Rather, it increases service costs and restricts the job opportunities. When the public is not persuaded, the argument related to the necessity of license for the protecting citizen's HSW can be consumed as a mere rhetoric, concealing intentions for formulating a cartel. Thus, this study proposes that the professionalization of interior design may focus on the establishment of identity and body of knowledge, which are specific to interior design.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the human resource management strategies of non-standard workers that can contribute to accomplishing both corporate social responsibility and business purpose in efficient and effective ways. For the purpose, this researcher investigated circumstances under which Korean companies are using non-standard workers and systems related to those workers. In Korea, the Non-Standard Workers Protection Act was enacted and revised, and became effective on July 1, 2007. The main provisions of the act are as follows. First, the systems of discriminatory treatment prohibition was legally stipulated, Second, restrictions on overwork for fixed-term and part-time employees and the written statement of working conditions were compelled. Third, only 26 kinds of jobs were permitted for worker dispatch in accordance with positive list system. To achieve their business purpose, companies often use standard workers, but sometimes non-standard workers unavoidably in accordance with their business strategy. This study propose main human resource management strategies of non-standard workers such as determining the scope of jobs, strengthening legal and systematic human resource management, improving human relations, extending the grievance procedure and converting non-standard workers into standard ones.
