텍스트 분석을 통한 이종 매체 카테고리 다중 매핑 방법론 (Mapping Categories of Heterogeneous Sources Using Text Analytics)

  • 최근 다양한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 증가로 인해 사용자들은 각자의 목적 및 취향에 따라 여러 매체를 동시에 이용하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 또한 특정 주제에 대한 정보를 수집할 때에도 소셜 네트워크 서비스, 인터넷 뉴스, 블로그 등 여러 매체를 동시에 활용하는 것이 일반적이다. 하지만 다양한 매체를 통해 유통되는 문서들은 서로 유사한 주제, 심지어는 동일한 내용을 다루더라도 각 매체 별 정책 및 기준에 따라 각기 다른 카테고리로 관리되고 있으며, 이는 이종 매체를 아우르는 범위에서 특정 카테고리에 대한 탐색을 수행하고자 하는 시도에 걸림돌로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 기존 매체 고유의 카테고리 체계는 그대로 유지하면서 이종 매체 간 카테고리 매핑을 수행하는 방법을 제시한다. 즉, 개별 문서를 다양한 매체의 관점에서 재분류하고 이러한 결과를 문서에 2차원 레이블로 저장함으로써, 이종 매체에 속한 다양한 문서들을 마치한 매체에 속한 것과 같이 동일한 카테고리 기준으로 탐색할 수 있는 논리적 장치를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 인터넷 뉴스 포털 사이트 두 곳의 뉴스 기사 6,000건에 대해 제안 방법론을 적용한 실험을 통해 각 기사에 매체와 카테고리 정보로 구성된 2차원 레이블을 부여하였으며, 매체 간, 지도 학습과 준지도 학습 간, 동질 학습 데이터와 이질학습 데이터 간의 정확도 비교 실험을 수행하였다. 특히 매우 흥미롭게도, 일부 카테고리에서 이질 학습 데이터를 사용한 준지도 학습의 분류 정확도가 지도 학습 및 동질 학습 데이터를 사용한 준지도 학습의 분류 정확도보다 높게 나타나는 현상을 발견하였다.

초등학교 교사의 정보 요구 및 이용 행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Information Need and Use Behavior of Elementary Teachers According to Their Task)

  • 본 연구는 초등교사들의 정보추구행태를 분석하여 학교도서관의 교육정보서비스 개발에 시사점을 얻는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 초등교사 11명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하여 초등교사들이 인식하는 역할과 업무에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 이에 따른 정보 요구와 주 정보원을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 초등교사들은 자신의 역할과 업무를 담임 업무, 교수·학습활동, 학교 담당 업무, 기타 업무 순으로 그 중요성을 인식하고 있었으며, 이에 따라 웹정보 및 인적 정보, 도서 정보 등을 정보원으로 활용하고 있었다. 각 역할과 업무에 따라 웹정보 또는 인적 정보를 주로 활용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 초등교사 간 웹 커뮤니티가 주 정보원으로 인식되는 경향을 보였다. 이에 학교도서관에서 운영하는 다양한 교육정보를 많은 초등교사들이 이용하는 웹 정보원에서 공유하는 것, 초등교사들과 학습 공동체 형성을 통해 협력적 교육 정보서비스를 제공하는 것, 학교도서관을 통해 다양한 담임 업무 관련 도서를 제공하는 것 등을 제안하였다.

Research and Implementation of U-Learning System Based on Experience API

  • Experience API provides a learner-centered model for learning data collection and learning process recording. In particular, it can record learning data from multiple data sources. Therefore, Experience API provides very good support for ubiquitous learning. In this paper, we put forward the architecture of ubiquitous learning system and the method of reading the learning record from the ubiquitous learning system. We analyze students' learning behavior from two aspects: horizontal and vertical, and give the analysis results. The system can provide personalized suggestions for learners according to the results of learning analysis. According to the feedback from learners, we can see that this u-learning system can greatly improve learning interest and quality of learners.

Adaptive group of ink drop spread: a computer code to unfold neutron noise sources in reactor cores

  • The present paper reports the development of a computational code based on the Adaptive Group of Ink Drop Spread (AGIDS) for reconstruction of the neutron noise sources in reactor cores. AGIDS algorithm was developed as a fuzzy inference system based on the active learning method. The main idea of the active learning method is to break a multiple input-single output system into a single input-single output system. This leads to the ability to simulate a large system with high accuracy. In the present study, vibrating absorber-type neutron noise source in an International Atomic Energy Agency-two dimensional reactor core is considered in neutron noise calculation. The neutron noise distribution in the detectors was calculated using the Galerkin finite element method. Linear approximation of the shape function in each triangle element was used in the Galerkin finite element method. Both the real and imaginary parts of the calculated neutron distribution of the detectors were considered input data in the developed computational code based on AGIDS. The output of the computational code is the strength, frequency, and position (X and Y coordinates) of the neutron noise sources. The calculated fraction of variance unexplained error for output parameters including strength, frequency, and X and Y coordinates of the considered neutron noise sources were $0.002682{\sharp}/cm^3s$, 0.002682 Hz, and 0.004254 cm and 0.006140 cm, respectively.

교육용 기록정보콘텐츠 개발 절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on developing procedures of an archival contents for education)

  • 교육과정에 기반한 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠는 역사적 사고력 함양에 가장 효과적인 교수 학습 도구라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠의 개발 방법론을 제안함으로써 국립 기관인 국가기록원이 본격적인 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠 서비스를 제공함에 있어 이론적 지침이 되고자 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠의 개발 절차는 e-러닝 콘텐츠의 개발 단계인 '기획-분석-설계-개발-평가'의 단계를 거친다. 구체적으로는 교육용 기록정보콘텐츠로서의 특성을 띤 교육과정 분석과 컬렉션 분석, 교수 학습 목표를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 구조화된 형태로 설계하기 위한 세부 단계를 거친다. 교육과정 분석에선 일차 사료를 활용한 학습이 가능한 주제 항목을 설정하고 이를 검색을 위한 키워드로 도출하는 절차와 일차 사료별 교수 학습 활동에 적용할 수 있는 교수 학습 방법을 분석하였다. 컬렉션 분석에선 키워드별로 기록 검색을 실시한 뒤 일차 사료의 선별 기준에 따라 최종적인 기록을 선정하는 과정을 제안하였다. 분석의 결과를 토대로 설계 단계에서는 콘텐츠의 제목 및 내용 구조를 결정하고, 학습 흐름도를 기반으로 스토리보드를 작성하여야 한다. 개발 시엔 일차 사료의 질감을 원본에 최대한 가깝게 제작하는 것이 핵심이며, 평가 단계에선 콘텐츠의 교수 학습 내용이 학습 목표를 효과적으로 성취할 수 있도록 개발되었는지를 평가하고 실제 콘텐츠 서비스 운영 후 이용자 만족도 조사에 의한 평가 결과를 새로운 콘텐츠 개발이나 콘텐츠 업데이트에 반영하도록 하였다.

  • This paper provides an overview of the E-learning service education on the last decade, In the early 2000's the emphasis of educational technology was on interactive multimedia- stand alone packages on computer hard disks or portable memory, which integrated a range of media forms in the lately. Customers handle finding the best sources of content.The system then uses social signals such as those coming from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, delicious as well as clicks and views. The SNS and network infrastructure is sufficiently mature that the focus should shift to how to use the technology most appropriately to facilitate learning. As we study environmental conditions of the traditional internet and the mobile internet users in some ways. In this paper, analyze the nature of learning, role of educational and suggest alternative policy, innovation of e-learning service and effective e-learning environment in developing technology.

Organizational Learning as Catalyst to Technological Innovation

  • With rapid change and intensive competition in the global economy, the capability to capture, absorb, develop, and transfer new knowledge is a key organizational success factor. Through effective learning, companies are more likely to develop the innovation, quality, and responsiveness essential to meet the growing expectations of customers and the disruptive threats of competitors and new technologies. In the paper the role of technological innovation and its relationship to organizational learning in managing technology-based new products are examined. Several factors which can influence the rate and effectiveness of organizational learning are identified. Barriers to learning also are discussed. Finally, several managerial implications and propositions for future research on learning and technological innovation are advanced.

의학교육에서 기계학습방법 교육: 석면 언론 프레임 연구사례를 중심으로 (Machine Learning Method in Medical Education: Focusing on Research Case of Press Frame on Asbestos)

  • There is a more urgent call for educational methods of machine learning in medical education, and therefore, new approaches of teaching and researching machine learning in medicine are needed. This paper presents a case using machine learning through text analysis. Topic modeling of news articles with the keyword 'asbestos' were examined. Two hypotheses were tested using this method, and the process of machine learning of texts is illustrated through this example. Using an automated text analysis method, all the news articles published from January 1, 1990 to November 15, 2016 in South Korea which included 'asbestos' in the title and the body were collected by web scraping. Differences in topics were analyzed by structured topic modelling (STM) and compared by press companies and periods. More articles were found in liberal media outlets. Differences were found in the number and types of topics in the articles according to the partisanship and period. STM showed that the conservative press views asbestos as a personal problem, while the progressive press views asbestos as a social problem. A divergence in the perspective for emphasizing the issues of asbestos between the conservative press and progressive press was also found. Social perspective influences the main topics of news stories. Thus, the patients' uneasiness and pain are not presented by both sources of media. In addition, topics differ between news media sources based on partisanship, and therefore cause divergence in readers' framing. The method of text analysis and its strengths and weaknesses are explained, and an application for the teaching and researching of machine learning in medical education using the methodology of text analysis is considered. An educational method of machine learning in medical education is urgent for future generations.

자기주도형 중환자간호 이러닝 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Implementation of a Self-directed Critical Care Nursing e-Learning Program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a self-directed e-learning program for ICU nurses and to evaluate how the proposed e-learning program affects the level of knowledge, nursing performance and job satisfaction of ICU nurses. Methods: The e-learning program was developed with the Computer Assisted Instruction Design Model using sources of self-efficacy which included the inactive attainment, vicarious experience, and verbal persuasion of ICU nurses. The program was evaluated by experts. Following the revision of the program, it was applied to a total of 59 ICU nurses (experimental group n=29, control group n=30) from three hospitals. Four weeks later, we measured the level of knowledge, nursing performance and job satisfaction. Results: The level of knowledge significantly improved in the experimental group (t=5.691, p<.001). Moreover, the level of nursing performance significantly increased in the areas of circulatory diagnostic test (t=2.143, p=.039), EKG (t=2.911, p=.006), aortic balloon pump (t=2.491, p=.017), and nebulizer therapy (t=2.085, p=.044). Overall, job satisfaction did not significantly increase (t=1.664, p=.105); however, job satisfaction in terms of relationships with coworkers (t=2.371, p=.023) and the needs of nursing performance (t=2.940, p=.006) were significantly increased. Conclusion: The results showed that the proposed e-learning program using sources of self-efficacy from ICU nurses was an effective learning method to increase the level of knowledge and nursing performance. The propose de-learning program would be a useful teaching tool for ICU nurses improving the quality of ICU patient care.

강의식교수법과 프로그램식교수법에 의한 참고정보원의 학습효과 비교연구 (A comparison of the effects of a programmed instruction method and a lecture/laboratory method on achievement in a course in reference materials)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of programmed instruction versus lecture and discussion method on the knowledge of basic reference sources among undergraduate library and information science students. The hypotheses of the study were: 1. Programmed instruction will be more effective than the lecture/discussion method with regard to academic achievement. 2. There will be a significant difference in learning time between the experimental and the control groups. Seventy-eight library and information science students were participated m the study from the two universities in Chungchong Province. A programmed instruction manual, including 4-types of reference sources-dictionary, encyclopaedia, bibliography, indexes and abstracts, 40-item multiple choice post-test, and a questionnaire for the students' attitude toward programmed instruction were developed specifically for this research. The post-test only control-group design was selected for this experimental study. Students were given instruction on the specific reference titles in dictionary, encyclopedia, bibliography, indexes and abstracts. The control group was instructed by the lecture and discussion method while the experimental group completed a programmed instruction manual by themselves. Both the control and the experimental group were tested right after the instruction of 4-types of reference sources. In addition, a questionnaire asking students' attitude toward programmed instruction was administered to the experimental group. The findings from this study are summarized as follows: 1. The results showed that there were no significant difference in the mean of the post test score between the two groups. Therefore, programmed instruction is viable as an alternative method of instruction in the teaching of reference sources. 2. There was a significant difference in the mean of time spending for the leaning of bibliography, indexes and abstracts between the two groups. Accordingly, programmed instruction proved to be more efficient than the conventional lecture/discussion method in terms of learning time. 3. Students showed positive response to programmed instruction and evaluated it very interesting and challenging. In conclusion, the programmed instruction method was just as effective as the lecture/discussion method in the teaching of reference sources. And students' attitude toward the programmed instruction was favorable enough to secure a continued use of this method for the teaching of reference sources.
