간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습, 자아탄력성, 비판적 사고성향이 기본간호술기 수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-Directed Learning Ability, Ego Resilience, Critical Thinking Disposition on the Competency of Nursing Students's Basic Nursing Skills)

  • 기본간호학 교과목은 간호대학생이 임상실습을 하기 전에 간호실무를 경험하는 교과목으로 이론과 실습으로 구성되어 있으며, 기본간호술기는 대상자의 건강문제를 해결하는데 있어서 핵심적 간호술기이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력과 관련된 영향요인을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 간호학과에서 기본간호학 교과목을 수강하는 학생 중 연구 참여에 동의한 총 181명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자기기입식 질문지법으로 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 입학동기, 전공만족도, 실습 흥미도에 따라 기본간호수행능력에서 차이가 나타났다. 간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향, 자율실습 도움정도 이었으며, 이들 변인은 기본간호술기 수행능력 총 변량의 23.8%를 설명하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 비판적 사고 향상을 위한 다양한 교수법의 활용과 자율실습을 활성화 하기 위한 교과목 운영 방법을 제언한다.

전국 간호전문대학 남학생의 제특성에 관한 조사연구 (Characteristics of Male Diploma Nursing Students in Korea)

  • This study was performed to investigated of characteristics of male diploma nursing students. Data were collected by means of a mailed questionnaire. The sample included 29 respondents from 3 diploma nursing colleges during the period of Nov. 1st-15th, 1978. Major findings included. 1 ) Motive by which the objects of this investigation have chosen the science of nursing. Twenty-one (72.4%) responded, “As nursing occupation is a public welfare work, ”the highest rate, eighteen (62.3%) chose on advices of their parents and acquaintances. Seventeen (58.6%) reflected as a means of life with an occupation in hope of employment abroad. 2) Appreciation of nursing occupation. Twenty-two (75.9%) of opinions that the nursing job is called for by society was pre-dominent. While eighteen (62.1%) replied, “It is the job fit for the male sex, too.”“It is admitted as specialized occupation.”, or“It needs various human relation.”3) Degree of satisfaction wilt the science of nursing. Fifteen (51.7%) responded neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, while eight (27.6%) indicated as “satisfied”and four (13.8%) as“dissatisfied.”4) Degree of satisfaction with the faculty. Sixteen (55.2%) replied, “common, ”the highest, while ten (34.5%) indicated as“dissatisfied, ”two (6.9%) as“satisfied.”The reason for dissatisfaction with the faculty; The responses regarding dissatisfaction was twenty-three (79.3%) as insufficiency of the faculty. Thirteen (44.8%) indicated“the lack of personal cultivation of the faculty.”, And eleven (37.9%) indicated as“the quantitive shortage of the faculty, ”or“the vagueness of learning estimation.”5) Degree of satisfaction with the clinical, training. Eight (27.6%) responded as“common, ”or “dissatisfied, ”while seven (24.1%) indicated as“satisfied.”Reason for dissatisfaction with the training ; Twenty (69.0%) indicated“deficiency of personal treatment to the students of the men of business in the hospital”with respect to the reason, eighteen (62.1%) was indicated as gap between theory and practice, while eleven (37.9%) indicated“insufficiency of the equipment and materials of the hospital.”6) Interest in employment after graduation. Twenty-five (86.2%) indicated“going abroad”while fifteen (51.7%) indicated “education of nursing, ”which were the highest responses. Thirteen (44.8%) chose“Community Health Nursing (Health Center, Industrial Health).”7) Interest an employment during clinical nursing. Sixteen (55.2%) was interested in an operating room or the department of anesthesia, while fifteen (51.7%) was indicated “psychiatry, ”Eight (21.6%) chose a intensive care unit or a emergency room.

간호대학생의 스트레스와 학업열의가 극복력에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Stress and Academic Engagement on Resilience in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 스트레스와 학업열의 및 극복력의 정도와 그 관계를 확인하고, 스트레스와 학업열의가 극복력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시 1개 대학 간호대학생 192명이었고, 자료수집기간은 2019년 12월 23일에서 26일까지이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 program으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Sheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석으로 실시하였다. 간호대학생의 극복력은 제 특성에서 성별, 학년, 대인관계, 지원동기, 전공만족도, 학점평균 평점에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 극복력과 학업열의는 정상관관계, 스트레스와는 역상관관계로 나타났다. 다중회귀모형분석에서는 학업열의가 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 주관적 건강상태 중 나쁨, 여성, 3학년 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모형의 설명력은 33.0%이었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 극복력을 강화시키기 위해 정기수업시간에서부터 내재적 동기부여를 통한 학습이 권장되는 지지적인 분위기 조성과 학업에 대한 긍정적인 생각과 성취감을 가질 수 있는 다양한 학업열의 향상 교육프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 학업열의를 향상시킬 수 있는 PBL 등 교수법 활용을 통하여 극복력을 강화하여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

서울시내 남녀고교생의 흡연에 관한 태도 조사연구 (A Study and Investigation for the Attitude about Smoking of Boys' and Girls' High School in Seoul)

  • Inspite of the lots of studies on the harmfulness of cigarette smoking to the body published by many researchers since 1950, cigarette smoking people are increasing in number especially, cigarette smoking by young and women causes a serious problem. Examining the physiological motives of youth shows that, impulse which the youth want to immitate the adults, alluring curiousity, and defiant physiology of escaping from the norm of traditional groups which has been banned are cooperated well compoundly. As the period of the youth is the one which they accumulate knowledge and charactor by learning as well as the period of growth mentally, and physically they should be rightly educated about smoking before they addicted to smoking and it is desirable for us to make the youth to understand how harmfully the smoking is to effect to their growth and mental soundness simply not as a social norm which they should not smoke. The main motive of this study on the attitude of smoking by the youth is to give basic materials related on this field. For this study, 647 questionnaires were used as studying material which were able to analyze among 720 questionnaires of 2 classes of each grade of 3 high schools among the high schools of boys, girls and co-educated in Seoul from Oct. 21, 1988 through Oct. 26, 1988. Study Instrument are graded in Likert's 5 point from 40 questions which are 20 questions m affirmations and 20 questions in negations after analyzing the factors on 60 simple sentence questions which the students showed in preliminary studies. And these are systemized to be measured from 1 point which means they think smoking IS very bad to 5points which means they think smoking is really good. In these collected materials, technical statistics of frequency. percentage, average, standard deviation are used for general character and smoking attitude, $X^2-test$ for examinning Independant variables of physical. emotional, ethical and other areas pearson's coefficient of correlation for related direction and degree" and step­regression analysis for the degree of relative contribution of all variables which effect smoking attitude. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The smoking attitude of high school boys and girls showed average of 1.78 in physical area, 2.63 in emotional area, 2.61 in ethical area, 2.29 in other area respectively in a negative attitude generally also the negative attitude are expressed most strongly in physical area. I've can also say by this results that smoking is harmful to their health and further more it can be judged that this proves the youth in the period of preparation be adults have a strong curiousity in the emotional, ethical and other areas. 2. The most influential variables in each field as related factors effecting smoking attitude of the student can be explained from 13.2 in physical area the lowest experienced variables to 25.2 in emotional area the highest of degree of smoking experience. The fact that the more the smoking experienced students are increasing in number the higher tendency which accept the' smoking tells as the importance of health education about the population of latest student's smoking as important variables shown equally in each area. Those of grade, age, numbers of smoking people in house are showed meaningful in pure interrelation. Those related to the acceptance of teacher's smoking, sex, mothors education are shown meaningful in opposite interrelations. This means that the' increasing number' of smoking people in grade age, the number of smoker in family have a affirmative attitude. And people who are not interested in teacher's smoking wants to quit it, and whose mother's education is higher have a negative attitude. 3. The most negatively answered questions of the smoking attitude In physical, emotional, ethical and other areas are as belows; Firstly too much smoking is harmful to our health is 1.12 point. Secondly smoking have a ill-effect on pregnancy and embryo is 1.13 point. Thirdly smoking is harmful· to our health is 1.27 point. Fourthly smoking in crowed area with the people such as In a bus or subway should be prohibited is 1.27point. Fifthly smoking can ruin lungs is 1.31 point. And the most affirmatively answered questions are also as below; Firstly we showed smoke depending on time and place is 3.96 points. Secondly smoking is just habit is 3.83 points. Thirdly smoking people seem to be unable and deplorable is 3.69 point. Fourthly smoking should be prohibited by law is 3.56 points. Fifthly high school student's smoking is immitation of adults is 3.52 points.

통합과학교육의 방향 설정을 위한 이론적 고찰 (A Theoretical Study to Formulate the Direction of Integrated Science Education)

  • 본 논문은 정성적인 연구방법의 하나인 문헌분석법에 의하여 이루어졌다. 문헌 분석의 방법은 본 논문의 목적에 비추어 교육철학, 교육이론, 과학철학, 교육심리학, 통합교육과정과 관련된 국내 외의 주요 단행본, 연구보고서 및 논문, 전문지에 수록된 자료를 수집하고, 이를 연구내용에서 제시한 관점에 따라 분류 분석 추출 정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합과학교육의 방향을 설정하였다. 즉, 먼저 과학의 본성을 과학지식으로 보는 관점, 사회적 합의과정으로 보는 관점, 개인 삶의 창조로 보는 관점의 3가지, 그리고 교육의 본성을 지식의 형식으로 보는 관점, 경험의 확대로 보는 관점, 자아실현으로 보는 관점의 3가지로 분류하고, 이를 근거로 하여 통합과학교육의 방향을 지식내용중심, 사회문제 중심, 개인흥미중심의 3가지로 모색하였다. 다음으로, 이상에서 모색된 지식내용중심, 사회문제중심, 개인흥미중심의 3가지 통합과학교육의 방향이 교육철학적, 과학철학적, 교육심리학적 측면에서 정당화되는 근거를 밝혔다. 마지막으로 이상에서 정당화된 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 하여, 통합과학교육의 방향을 지식내용중심, 사회문제중심, 개인흥미중심의 방향의 3가지로 설정하였다. 여기서 설정된 3가지 통합과학교육의 방향은 앞으로 후속 논문의 논지를 이끄는 데 기본적인 준거가 될 것이다. 이러한 연구 단계에 따라 분석된 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다 첫째, 과학의 본성을 '과학지식' 으로, 교육의 핵심을 '지식의 형식' 으로 보는 관점을 이론적 근거로 하여 지식내용중심의 통합과학교육이 설정된다. 따라서 이는 'Hirst의 통합논리' 가 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있으며, 통합화의 초점은 지식의 의미와 그들간의 논리적 관련성을 탐구양식에 따라 보다 분명히 밝히려는데 있다. 둘째, 과학의 본성을 '사회적 합의과정'으로 교육의 핵심을 '경험의 확대'로 보는 관점을 이론적 근거로 하여 사회문제중심의 통합과학교육이 설정된다. 따라서 이는 'Dewey의 통합논리'가 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있으며, 통합화의 초점은 사회적 경험의 과정을 용이하게 해 주는 방법적 측면에 있다. 셋째, 과학의 본성을 '개인 삶의 창조'로 교육의 핵심을 '자아실현'으로 보는 관점을 이론적 근거로 하여 개인흥미중심의 통합과학교육이 정당화될 수 있다. 따라서 이는 'Patterson 의 통합논리'가 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있으며, 통합화의 초점은 개인의 자아실현을 위한 심리적 측면에 있다. 앞으로 학교현장에서 "효과적인" 통합과학교육이 이루어지기 위하여는 본 연구에서 논의된 통합과학교육의 방향을 이론적 준거로 하여, 교사 교재 학생의 역동적인 관계성을 고려한, 체계적이고 종합적인 통합과학교육과정이 개발되어야 한다. 그리고 개발된 통합과학교육과정을 교사가 실제로 학교수업에 충분히 활용할 수 있도록 하는 노력을 기울여야만 한다.

대학전공별(大學專攻別) 전문직학생(專門職學生)들의 인구관련문제(人口關聯問題)에 대한 연차적(年次的) 변화(變化) 연구(硏究) (A Prospective Study on Attitude of Professional Student toward Population Related Issues in Korea)

  • This study was a part of large scale of a prospective study on attitudes of professional students in medicine, nursing and teaching toward population related issues in Korea. The study was first conducted in May 1974 and then in May 1975 for the 1974 class cohot using a questionaire consisted of attitude scales and other items developed by Lee. The purpose of stuay was twohold, namely, to determine the difference in students among specializations on one hand and between the first and second years in the 1974 class cohot regarding tile subject matter. A one-way analysis of variance was used for attitude scale, and absolute and relative frequency were computed for the analysis of non-attitude scale items by employing Fishers' Ratio and Duncan's multiple range test at 5% level and chi square test at 5% level as significance tests. The hypothesis 'students in health profession are more likely to have positive attitudes toward population related issues progressively as class year advances than students in teaching profession' was tested and the following results were obtained: 1) Nursing students were more likely to display favarable attitudes toward family planning than medical or teaching students although the class cohot showed slightly negative improvement in the second year. Medical and teaching students apperaed to have slightly improved attitudes in the second year. 2) Respondents in general perceived national family planning program as a means of population control and this tendency was more true among nursing students as the class year advances than two other professional groups of students. Students in teaching profession appeared to perceive it more as a means to improve individual family welfare while health students were likely to see as to improve maternal and child health. This tendency was progressively improved as the class year advanced. 3) The majority of students regardless of their respective specializations believed that family planning program should be directed toward the improvement of individual family welfare. No progressive changes in the class cohot were observed. 4) About the plan to use contraceptives in future, no singnificant differences were observes among different specializations nor in different class years. However, the majority was confirmed to have a plan to use contracepives in future. An increasing proportion of the undecided category was observed, as class year advanced among health students. 5) Students in health profession were found to be more favorable about 'more leisure opportunities' as motive for limiting number of children whereas education students indicated the reasons as 'facilitate ambitions' and 'economic base' The progressive changes toward positive direction in both groups were observed as the class years advanced. 6) Attitudes toward induced abortions of the health students were observed to be positively related to class years while an inverse relationship was found in teaching students who showed much less favor in the subject matter than health students. This phenomenon may be due to the different exposure to learning environments unique to respective specializations. 7) Health students were found to have more favorable attitudes toward population education in general than the teaching students. The teaching students appeared to have changed more to the negative direction when they became the second year while no such development was observed in health students. The teaching students seemed to hold a very conservative position with regard to sex education in schools. 8) About the equality of sexes, the nursing group was found to be most favorable while the reverse was true in the teaching group. A change in the negative direction as the class year advanced was found in the teaching group. 9) About questions related to fertility values-the 10 percent of respondents regardless of specialization indicated that they would maintain their single status in future, however no change was observed in the second year. The desired number of children was found to be two by the majority of students in nursing, medicine and teaching in order of high proportion. No changes in a different class year were observed. The childless marriage was seen by nursing students as a problem more than other students, but a slight change in positive direction was found when the nursing students became the second year. In summing, as data supported in the above, students in health profession demonstrated more favorable attitudes toward population related issues than the teaching students and this tendency became more apparent in the second year. It was noticed that health students were more conscious about the health aspect of population and family planning program while the teaching students gave more attention to the socioeconomic aspect. The sex variable seemed to have operated in the item related to the equality of sexes. In conclusion, as data presented in the above, the hypothesis of this study was accepted except in the few items. It should be noted that the limitation of this study is the short duration of the observation in measuring the possible attitude changes. It should include curriculum analysis for the respective specializations in order to indentify the area of curriculum impact on students in future study.

노론의 연원과 전개, 철학사상과 현실인식 (An origin and development, the thought and understanding of actual world of Noron)

  • 노론(老論)은 숙종대에 결성된 이후 조선의 정국을 주도한 집권 세력으로서 조선이 멸망할 때까지 지속적으로 조선의 정국을 주도했다. 노론의 학문과 사상의 전개는 크게 네 시기로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 17세기 후기에서 18세기 초에 이르는 숙종대의 붕당 정치 시기, 둘째 18세기 중기에서 후기에 이르는 영정조대의 탕평 시기, 셋째 19세기 이후의 세도 정치 시기, 넷째 19세기 후기에서 구한말에 이르는 시기 등이다. 이렇게 구분하여 노론의 연원과 전개 양상을 개략적으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 노론의 전반적인 특징은 노론의 정신적 지주로 송시열을 존숭하였고, 존주자 양이적을 추구하는 조선중화론에 의한 군자당론을 주장하였으며, 일도설(一途說)과 기질지성(氣質之性)에 관한 학설에 대해 율곡 성리학을 보완적으로 계승하였고, 이단 배척과 정학 수호를 중시하여, 결국 천주교 탄압으로 표출된 양상으로 요약 정리할 수 있다. 노론계의 특징적인 학자로는 학문과 정치 양 측면에서 보았을 때 수암(遂庵) 권상하(權尙夏)(1641~1721), 농암(農巖) 김창협(金昌協)(1651~1708), 도암(陶庵) 이재(李縡)(1680~1746) 등이 주목되는 인물이다. 17세기 이후의 치열한 권력 쟁탈 가운데에 사상적 맥락이나 학문사상이 정국 변화의 핵심적인 요인이라고 보기는 어렵다. 조광조의 지치주의 이후 조선시대 공론(公論)은 누구나 동의하는 보편적인 논의를 지칭하지만 사림이 분열한 이후에는 당파적 이해를 반영하는 당론(黨論)과 구분하기 어려워지게 되었다. 이런 가운데 송시열을 추숭한 노론 계열의 학자들은 존주자(尊朱子) 양이적(攘夷狄)을 기치로 삼고 왕이나 권세가들의 권력 남용을 제어하고 강력한 정치적 통일을 이루어 도의(道義) 사회를 구현하려고 했다. 그러나 점차 17세기에 수립한 당시의 정치적 동기와 목표는 상실하고 결국 탕평에 반대한 노론 벽파가 정조(正祖) 사후에 세도정권(勢道政權)을 만들어 내면서 정국을 장악하고 권세를 전횡하는 폐해로 귀결되었다. 노론의 현실 대응 논리와 행적은 정학일치(政學一致)라는 한국 도학정치의 특성이 극단화되어 표출된 모습이라고 평가할 수 있다.
