수집종 자소의 주요 양적형질의 변이와 화학성분 함량 (Variation of Quantitative Charactes and Chemical Components on Local Collections of Perilla frutescens)

  • Followings are resulted through the analysis of the maln characters and the leaf ingredients, which is on the purpose of getting the basic materials to improve jaso and increase its production.Of the introduced varieties, Jukyeubjaso-stem length is 180cm, ear length is 37cm, No. of branches ofstem is 27, leaf length Is 16cm, leaf width Is 15cm-has better character than any other. Gurye local-stem length is 179cm, ear length is 38cm-is taken to be the best in the Geo-ecotypic.In the yield of leaf and seed, JukyeubJaso Is 727kg/10a, the greatest of all. In the leaf softness, allthe Inirorluced varieties are about 3.5 degrees, the Geo-ecotypic, about 2. The qualify of the introducedvat'ieties is better· than that of the Geo-ecotypic. Estimating on the chemical analysis of leaf,Jukyeubjaso has Protein 21.84%, Total carbohydrate 7.91%, Fe 126ppm, and Gurye lacal has Protein21.7 a, Total carbohydrate 8.4%, Fe 148ppm, expressing the highest. In correlation coefficients of leafchemical components, between protein and Total carbohydrate, Protein and Mn, protein and Fe, Pro-tein and Cu all the sorts show the positive correlation. Among them the Geo-ccoyplcs show the hlghestsignificance.

반응표면분석법을 이용한 FRP Leaf Spring의 최적설계 (Optimal Design of FRP Taper Spring Using Response Surface Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 겹판 스프링의 정적 스프링 상수를 가지고 복합재료 데이퍼 스프링을 최적설계 하였다. 두께와 폭을 설계변수로 실정하였다. 회귀모형의 목적함수는 상용 해석 프로그램을 통해 얻었다. 회귀모형의 함수를 가지고 회귀계수를 계산한 후, DOT를 이용하여 최적해를 구하였다. 설계에 이용된 복합재료로는 E-glass/epoxy와 carbon/epoxy를 선정하였고 겹판 스프링과 비교 해석하였다. 그 결과 정적 스프링 상수는 최적화된 복합재료 스프링들과 겹판 스프링이 1%내로 일치함을 보였다.

Bending analysis of a single leaf flexure using higher-order beam theory

  • We apply higher-order beam theory to analyze the deflections and stresses of a cantilevered single leaf flexure in bending. Our equations include shear deformation and the warping effect in bending. The results are compared with Euler-Bernoulli and Timoshenko beam theory, and are verified by finite element analysis (FEA). The results show that the higher-order beam theory is in a good agreement with the FEA results, with errors of less than 10%. These results indicate that the analysis of the deflections and stresses of a single leaf flexure should consider the shear and warping effects in bending to ensure high precision mechanism design.

내음성 지표식물 개발을 위한 애기나리의 생육환경분석 (Analysis on the Growth Environment of Disporum smilacinum A. GRAY for Development of Shade-tolerance Groundcover Plant)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the basic application of Disporum genus in landscape-arc-hitectual space. Environment of native site (Daeducksan, Piseulsan) and growth characteristics of experiment plot were investigated and analyzed in this study. The results of this study were as follows; 1. In the case of environment of native site, the relative light intensity was about 10% and distribution of species were primarily north slope. Gradient of Daeducksan and Piseulsan were 10$^{\circ}$, 18$^{\circ}$ Soil textures was Lic both and field capacity of Daeducksan and Piseulsan were 69%, 73.5%. The soil pH of Daeducksan and Piseulsan were 6.1 and 5.8. The both content of organic matter and C.E.C. were high markedly. The P2O5 content of Daeducksan showed high but total nitrogen showed nearly the same level when comparing with the common dry field condition. 2. In tree layer, Daeducksan composed of broadleaved forest of 80% involving Quercus variabilis, and Piseulsan composed of coniferous forest of 80% involving Pinus densiflora on the other hand. Daeducksan, therefore, was more appearance species than Piseulsan in herbaceous layer. 3. Result in ANOVA Test, significance followed with light intensity was recognized in plant height, leaf width, leaf length, leaf thick and No. of leaf, while in the case of soil was not. Plant height was longest in 1% and leaf width, leaf length was largest in 25%. Therefore ornamental value of leaf was the very best in 25%. 4. Result in correlation coefficient analysis, plant height was correlated leaf width, leaf length. The longer plant height, the smaller leaf width, leaf length. In relative light intensity of 1%, flower was hardly expected because of the more shade, the less flower. Disporum smilacinum is expected great use as ground covers in the shades of tall-building or hdavy woods.

Antioxidant Properties of Lotus Leaf (Nelumbo nucifera) Powder and Barley Leaf (Hordeum vulgare) Powder in Raw Minced Pork during Chilled Storage

  • The effects of additions of lotus leaf (0.1 and 0.5%) and barley leaf powder (0.1 and 0.5%) on the lipid oxidation and microbiological analysis of raw minced pork were investigated after 1, 4, 7, and 10 d at chilled storage. Days of storage caused (p<0.05) decreases in pH values in samples with lotus leaf (LP) and barley leaf powder (BP). $L^*$ and $a^*$ values decreased, and $b^*$ values increased in the treatments with increasing lotus leaf and barley leaf powder contents, respectively. The decrease in $a^*$ values was lowest (p<0.05) in the treatment with 0.1% BP. Thiobarbituric acid reaction substance values and free fatty acids in 0.5% LP were lowest (p<0.05) on day 10. Thus, the addition of lotus leaf powder significantly improved lipid oxidative stability in the raw minced pork during chilled storage of 10 d. Furthermore, the raw minced pork treatments with LP and BP presented low peroxide values and total microbes as compared to control (-) (without LP and BP). These results indicate that LP and BP can be incorporated into raw minced pork as natural additives to retard oxidation.

다변량 분석에 의한 국내산 대추나무 품종의 형태적 특성과 유연관계 (Morphological Characteristics and Classification of Zizyphus Cultivars in Korea by Multivariative Analysis)

  • 대추나무에 관한 연구 및 2008년부터 시행될 산림수종의 품종보호제도에 대비하여 대추나무의 특성조사요령검정지침서(TG : Test guidelines) 작성 등에 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 우리나라에서 가장 많이 재배되고 있는 대추나무 복조 등 5품종을 대상으로 과실과 엽의 형태적 특성들을 조사, 주성분분석 및 군집분석 등과 같은 다변량 분석법을 이용하여 분석 고찰한 결과, 인(仁)과 관련된 특성에서는 유의성이 인정되지 않아 대추나무의 품종간 유연관계를 고찰하는 특성으로는 부적절 한 것으로 판단된다. 과실중량을 비롯한 모든 특성들에서 보은대추 품종이 복조를 비롯한 다른 4품종과는 형태적 특성에서 명확하게 구분되는 것으로 나타났다. 주성분분석 결과, 제1주성분의 고유값은 10.45로 전체 분산에 대하여 65.3%의 기여도가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 고유 값이 1이상인 제3주성분까지의 전체 분산에 대한 기여도는 96.5%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 과실종경을 비롯하여 엽장과 엽병장 및 정엽장과 정엽폭, 과형지수와 핵형지수 및 정엽형지수와 같은 형태적 특성들이 대추나무 품종의 유연관계를 구명하는데 높은 기여도를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 군집분석 결과, 거리수준 3.3을 기준으로 보은대추를 제외한 무등과 월출 및 금성과 복조품종이 포함된 I group과 보은대추 품종만이 포함된 II group등 크게 2개의 group으로 구분할 수 있었으며 I group은 무등과 월출 및 복조품종이 포함된 sub group과 금성 품종 등 2개의 sub group으로 다시 구분할 수 있었다.

모링가 잎 열수 추출물을 첨가한 설기떡의 항산화, 이화학 및 관능 특성 (Antioxidation, Physicochemical, and Sensory Characteristics of Sulgidduck Fortified with Water Extracts from Moringa oleifera Leaf)

  • The aim of this investigation was to examine the antioxidation, physicochemical, and sensory activity of a Korean steamed-rice cake, Sulgidduk, fortified with water extracts from Moringa oleifera (M. oleifera) leaf. M. oleifera leaf extracts were added to rice powder at rations of 0.1%, 1% and 10%. To examine antioxidation properties, the scavenging activities of DPPH radicals, hydroxyl radicals, ABTS+ radicals, and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power were investigated. M. oleifera extracts significantly increased the antioxidation activities of Sulgidduk in a dose dependent manner (p<0.05). Physicochemical characteristics were measured by proximate composition, color, texture profile analysis, and sensory evaluations. As the concentration of M. oleifera leaf extracts increased, L-values and a-values significantly decreased while b-values increased. Texture profile analysis demonstrated that the control groups showed significantly higher values for hardness, cohesiveness, chewiness, and adhesiveness as compared with groups containing M. oleifera leaf extract (p<0.05). In the sensory evaluation, the sample containing 0.1% of M. oleifera leaf extract obtained the best results in overall preference. Taken together, these results suggest that M. oleifera leaf may have the potential to increase the consumer acceptability and the functionality of Sulgidduk.

돌산갓의 부위별 sinigrin 함량 (Sinigrin content of different parts of Dolsan leaf mustard)

  • 돌산갓에서의 glucosinolates인 sinigrin의 분석법을 확립하기 위해 다양한 용매를 이용하여 추출 후 정성 정량하였다. 돌산갓을 뿌리, 줄기, 잎으로 구분하여 50% $CH_3CN$, 10% $NH_4Cl$, 60% $CH_2OH$, 70% $CH_3OH$ 을 이용해 추출시 50% $CH_3CN$이 가장 sinigrin 함량이 높게 나타났으며 나머지 용매들은 큰 차이가 없었다. 또한 갓 부위별에서 sinigrin함량은 큰 차이가 없었으며 줄기 부위의 50% $CH_3CN$추출물의 sinigrin함량이 728 ppm으로 다소 높게 나타났다. Sinigrin은 농도별로 standard curve를 작성하여 HPLC에 의한 돌산갓 부위별 sinigrin 함량을 정량화 하였고 HPLC로 분석시 UV detector 감도는 242 nm보다 228 nm에서 높게 나타났으며 228 nm에서는 줄기, 뿌리, 잎 순서로 sinigrin함량이 나타났다. 50% $CH_3CN$로 추출한 돌산갓의 chromatogram은 표준물질인 sinigrin의 retention time과 일치하였으며, 잎에서 나타난 peak는 glucosinolates인 glucoraphanin으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 돌산갓에 함유된 sinigrin 분석을 위한 추출용매는 50% $CH_3CN$, UV detector 파장은 228 nm가 가장 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, sinigrin의 추출 및 분석이 체계화됨으로써 돌산갓을 이용한 다양한 식품의 저장기간에 따른 sinigrin 함량변화 및 생리기능에 관한 연구에 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

겹판스프링의 진동수해석에 관한 연구 (Study on the frequency analysis of the leaf spring)

  • In this study, the deformation and stress are analyzed through modal and harmonic response analysis at resonance on leaf spring. The displacement range of 7 to 14 mm is shown at natural frequencies as 6 kinds of resonance modes. The maximum deformation is shown as 8.8781mm at Mode 2. The maximum displacement and stress at leaf spring are shown as 0.0458 mm and 72.533 MPa respectively on 1200 Hz. The comfortability of passenger becomes better on leaf spring at suspension system by use of this design model.

유체감쇠 커플링의 동특성에 관한 이론적 연구(I) (A Theoretical Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of Damping Flexible Coupling(I))

  • The present works are the theoretical results of the study to develope a damping flexible coupling which has a high performance of control for the torsional vibrations of power shafts in a large machinery. It is established the analysis scheme of the multiple-leaf spring, to obtain the static coefficient of stiffness of the coupling. Also, the dynamic coefficient of stiffness and the damping coefficient of the coupling are indentified through the flow analysis for a induced flow of working fluid by the deflection of multiple-leaf springs. This paper dealt with damping contributions by the friction between each plate of the multiple-leaf spring. In this paper, it is found that the dynamic characteristics of the damping flexible coupling are strongly dependent on the stiffness and the number of the multiple-leaf spring, and also vary with the viscosity of working fluid and the vibration speed of the inner star.
