IT융합은 제조업 등 타 산업 분야의 경쟁력을 향상시키는데 기여하고 있다. 지금까지 정부는 융합기술 개발 및 사업화에 많은 지원을 해왔으며 몇몇 선도기업에서는 의미 있는 성과를 거두고 있다. 그러나 IT융합을 기반으로 산업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 다양한 융합 시도가 이뤄질 수 있는 생태계가 구축되어야 하며, 많은 기업들이 융합에 참여하고 협력하며 그 혜택을 널리 공유할 수 있는 환경이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 AHP 분석을 토대로 IT융합을 촉진하기 위한 이해관계자들의 역할을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, IT융합을 촉진하기 위한 산업 생태계 마련을 위해 정부의 규제 완화와 벤처 육성정책 확대, 키스톤 기업의 협업기반 융합과제 확대와 경험 공유, 벤처기업 등 기술개발 주체의 기술역량 강화, 그리고 크로스오버형 인재양성을 위한 대학의 역할이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Clusterin is a heterodimeric sulfated glycoprotein and plays a role in many different types of cancer as a cell survival factor and helps cancerous cells to evade stress-induced apoptosis. To investigate whether the regulation of clusterin expression is involved in the mechanism of anticancer agent, we studied the effect of tamoxifen on clusterin expression in human prostate cancer PC-3 cells. Treatment of PC-3 cells with tamoxifen reduced cellular proliferation. Western blot analyses showed that treatment with tamoxifen suppressed clusterin expression in a concentration-dependent manner. Transfection with clusterin siRNA plasmid showed that clusterin is required for PC-3 cell survival. We found that tamoxifen resulted in a rapid decrease in the phosphorylation of Akt on Ser473 leading to prevent kinase activity. Expression of myristoylated Akt prevented tamoxifen-mediated clusterin downregulation. Interestingly, MG132, a wellknown proteasome inhibitor also recovered clusterin expression suppressed by tamoxifen. These data indicate that clusterin expression may be regulated by activation of Akt and ubiquitin-proteasome pathway plays an important role in tamoxifen-mediated clusterin suppression.

The research was to investigate the effect of quality cognition(usage, medical information, aesthetic, safety) of the web site of the facility on customer loyalty and moderating role of trust variable. The respondents was 201 patients and caregivers. Data were collected from March 1 to 31, 2010 at C university hospital in G city. In relationship between quality cognition of facility web site and customer loyalty, the results of quality cognition on customer loyalty showed 43.1% (F=36.912) in model 1, 46.3%(F=33.454) in model 2, and 46.8%(F=18.580) in model 3. In relationship between web site quality cognition and customer loyalty, moderate effect of trust was not considerable. As results, quality is the leading fact for customer loyalty more than trust. Therefore, customer loyalty leaves its possibility of increment when facility web site is designated depending on medical information, usage and aesthetic.

This study intends to propose the fundamentals of 'Ecovillage' design by researching into the cycle system of material of 'Crystalwaters' which is having been in charge of a leading role of GEN since 1996 (GEN was formed in 1996) as Ecovillage in Australia. First, to secure the water resources, we can store up rain and the water of valley, and dam. Second, we are able to use the natural filter apparatus, do tree-planting of roof to gain better quality of water. Third, it is to save the energy as supplying water. For it, we make the best of a gravity that is one of the cycle principle of water. Forth, to build a Dam can make a site of scenic beauty, do the role of recreation place and provide against emergencies (a fire, drought) as well as make a mild climate. Fifth, it can reduce the environment load because of sewage and garbage as making it compost. This is possible by treating biologically using composting apparatus of the dry or wet process. Sixth, it is to reduce the environmental pollution as to discharge seperating a recycable waste, an organic matter being able to make it compost. Finally, first of all, environmentally friendly inhabitant consciousness from lifestyle and production style plays an importent part for water cycle and the ecological cycle of waste and sewage.

Plasminogen activator (PA)-plasmin system in follicular fluid is involved in the process leading to follicular rupture at ovulation. It is well known that PA is closely associated with cellular differentiation and tissue remodeling on evidences from the study of normal and malignant tissues. This study was designed to ascertain a potential role of PA in the ovarian folliculogenesis. Immature Sprague-Dawley rats were injected with pregnant mare serum gonadotropin, followed by injection of serine protease inhibitor (SPI; mixture of 1 mol/L benzamidine and 1 mol/L amino-caproic acid) into the unilateral ovarian bursa. In the control study, mechanical effect of bursal injection and contralateral ovarian effect SPI were ruled out. Total antral follicular areas relative to total ovarian cross-sectional areas was siginificantly lower in SPI-injected ovary than in saline-injected ovary. SPI injection decreased the relative antral follicular area by 33 % respectively. Electron microscopic finding of granulosa cell in the atretic follicle showed the presence of pyknotic nucleus, blurring of neucleolemma, degeneration of mitochondria and dilation of endoplasmic reticulum. After induction of ovulation with hCG, the number of oocytes released was significantly decreased in SPI-injected oviduct than in saline-injected oviduct. From above results, author discussed that PA may play a role not only in ovulation but also in some processes of folliculogenesis.

The dynamics of communications powered by the Internet, specifically from the increased use of social media, has led marketers to find creative channels to engage with the customers. One of the recent channels, "branded entertainment", is becoming familiar as an advertising strategy in which the content presented is a marketing tool for the advertising of certain brands. The current study examined the case of a branded-entertainment channel and the mechanism of the advertising instrument that leads to purchase intention. The specific purpose of this research is to investigate whether there is evidence of the role of narrative transportation and the fantasy proneness leading towards purchase of the brand advertised. To arrive at the conclusion, the study using web series sponsored by an artificial sweetener brand and employs a quantitative survey to question the audience. The findings contribute toward the understanding of how consumers respond to branded entertainment via video-sharing platforms. It is indicated that the stories presented in the web series can stimulate the audience to fantasize. Thus, the advertising message conveyed through narrative persuasion can form a favorable attitude toward the brand, which leads to intention to purchase. Practical elements are identified along with limitations and future research suggestions.

The antioxidant responsive element (ARE) is a cis-acting regulatory element of genes encoding phase II detoxification enzymes and antioxidant proteins, such as NAD(P)H: quinone oxidoreductase 1, glutathione S-transferases, and glutamate-cysteine ligase. Interestingly, it has been reported that Nrf2 (NF-E2-related factor 2) regulates a wide array of ARE-driven genes in various cell types. Nrf2 is a basic leucine zipper transcription factor, which was originally identified as a binding protein of locus control region of ss-globin gene. The DNA binding sequence of Nrf2 and ARE sequence are very similar, and many studies demonstrated that Nrf2 binds to the ARE sites leading to up-regulation of downstream genes. The function of Nrf2 and its downstream target genes suggests that the Nrf2-ARE pathway is important in the cellular antioxidant defense system. In support of this, many studies showed a critical role of Nrf2 in cellular protection and anti-carcinogenicity, implying that the Nrf2-ARE pathway may serve as a therapeutic target for neurodegenerative diseases and cancers, in which oxidative stress is closely implicated.

본 연구는 금융투자시장에서 적극적으로 연구되는 정보효과에 대한 동태적 분석을 시도하였다. 기존문헌(들)을 통해 정보거래가 갖는 효과에 대해 고찰하였으며, 국내 아파트시장을 대상으로 실증분석하였다. 자료는 국토해양부에서 공개하는 실거래 자료가 사용되었으며, 2006년부터 2015년까지의 월별 아파트 Data를 EGARCH 분석모형에 적용하였다. 추정한 결과, 전기 거래량이 주택가격의 변동성에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인한 바, 주택거래량이 전달하는 정보효과(information role)가 금융투자시장과 유사하게 나타날 수 있음을 확인하였다.

이 연구는 대학 강의 상황에서 두 예비 과학 교사들의 코티칭을 활용한 수업이 계획 준비되고, 실행되며, 평가 반성되는 과정을 자세히 기술하고 설명하며 이해하려는 목적을 가진다. 예비 과학 교사들은 수업에 대한 관점을 교환하며 코티칭 수업 모형과 내용을 선정하고 수업 자료를 공동으로 준비하였다. 강의실의 공간을 두 예비 과학 교사들이 효율적으로 활용하고, 수업을 이끌어가는 역할을 주고받으면서 코티칭 수업을 함께 진행하였다. 코티칭 수업에 직접적 간접적으로 참여하는 지도교수와 다른 예비 과학 교사들은 학생 또는 수업 비평가의 역할을 맡아 코티칭 수업을 도왔으며, 수업 후 평가와 반성을 공유하였다. 코티칭 수업이 중등 교육 현장, 과학 교사 교육, 과학 교육 등에서 가지는 의미와 시사점을 논의하였다.

Purpose - This research explores the impacts of third-party logistics (3PLs) within the aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to explore the role of collaborative relationships for improving outsourcing. Globalization and time based competition have changed business environments and challenged the conventional management strategies that are related to core competencies and operational models. Organizations are forced to devise innovative practices in which logistics outsourcing to 3PLs offers significant advantages. Research design, data, and methodology - This case study was conducted within a leading global aircraft MRO organization whose reach spans across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. The methods used face to face semi-structured interviews, validated through further focus group discussions. Results - These findings highlight the effectiveness of collaborative relationships on their role to improve outsourcing and also demonstrated that MROs gain several advantages from 3PL arrangements. However, any gaps in outsourcing management elevates potential risks to organizations as well, which could result in reputational, operational and financial losses. Conclusions - Although generalizability is not possible due to the case study approach, generality suggests that in order to reduce reputational, operational and financial risks, enhanced collaboration with 3PLs is recommended to optimize outsourcing arrangements.
