성형 콘크리트 복층마감도장 공법 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Multi-Layer Coating Method on Concrete Base)

  • The Precast Concrete(PC) method was developed for a large production of a structure in Europe. Afterwards, this PC method has been applied to a structure and an outside Coating of buildings extensively. The outside Coating of the building applied this PC method is a method to put tiles or stones to base concrete. And there is a method to use paints for, so the expression of various patterns is possible. The Multi-Layer Coating is one of the methods to use paints. This Multi-Layer Coating method can show various designs of external appearance with Foam when it is made with the PC panel. Also, the paint film of the PC panel enables a splendid appearance, and a protective function of concrete is possible, too. Therefore, it makes good durability of the PC. Besides, maintenance is easy to manage because it is free from pollution when it uses metallic materials, stones, or any other materials. You might have no trouble in applying the Multi-Layer Coating method in order to save a merit of an outside Coating on the PC panel. However, the Multi-Layer Coating method used as a current outside Coating method has pollution and bad working environment because Oil Epoxy Resins have toxicity and flammability. Therefore, a lot of warnings are required for coating work in order to have appropriate quality because working hours are short, and production efficiency is low too. These reasons make the cost of construction of the Multi-Layer Coating method increase. And employers or designers may have problems in selecting this Multi-Layer Coating method. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to get activation of the Multi-Layer Coating method by offering improvement measures about the problems of the existing Multi-Layer Coating method.

  • Underground structures are built into concrete like a architecture and public works. Concrete has watertightness as such, But buildings are leaking from the cracks. Recently, construction method do a lot of close construction in the downtown area. So architects are using the method for the outer layer of a two-layer wall to save spaces. They have been using Top-down method and waterproof agent method and others to outer layer of a two-layer wall method. But, There are many leakage in underground structure from lack on requirements performance of materials. Therefore, I hope to test the outside Waterproof Method of Ground using Wire-mesh and Non-hardening Viscosity Waterproof. In addition to, I wish to apply as outside waterproof method for the section for the outer layer of a two-layer wall in underground structure.

로울링법을 이용한 고온 초전도 다심선재 제조 (Fabrication of multi-layer $high-T_c$ superconducting tapes by a rolling process)

  • High-T$_{c}$, superconducting wire is very important element for the application of electrical power systems. But it is very difficult to develope the long high T, wire with excellent properties. BiSrCaCuO multi-layer tapes are fabricated by a rolling method and pressing method sintered for several step at 840.deg. C. The critical current densities of 637 filament multi-layer tapes sintering 100 hours fabricated by the rolling method and pressing method are 1.3*10$^{4}$ A/cm$^{2}$ and 5.5*10$^{3}$ A/cm$^{2}$. The critical cur-rent densites of multi-layer tapes made by rolling method are found to be better than those fabricated by the powder-in-tube method and pressing process. As result, the rolling method is the best way to fabricated the multi-layer filament.t.

다중계층 프로토콜의 적합성시험 방안 (Conformance Testing of Multi-protocol IUTs)

  • To declare conformance of multi-protocol Implementation Under Test(IUT), every layer of the multi-protocol IUT should be tested. According to ISO9646, single-layer test method is applied to testing the highest layer of multi-protocol IUT and single-layer embedded test method is used for the layers by layer all the protocols in a multi-protocol IUT. This paper proposes a new method for testing a multi-protocol IUT. The proposed test method assumes that a multi-protocol IUT is under test and that the interfaces between the layers cannot be controlled or observed by the tester. We apply the proposed test method to TCP/IP and compare the application results with those of the existing test turns out that the proposed test method significantly reduces the number of test cases as well as the number of test events while providing the same test coverage. In addition, the proposed test method shows the capability to locate the layer that is source of failure in testing multi-protocol IUTs.

A new method to estimate rheological properties of lubricating layer for prediction of concrete pumping

  • The most crucial factor determining the pumping performance of concrete is the characteristics of the lubricating layer formed between the pipe wall and the inner concrete. Thus, it is important to accurately identify the rheological properties of the lubricating layer to predict the pumping of concrete. In this study, a new method is proposed for measuring the rheological properties of the lubricating layer with improved convenience. To verify the new method, a pumping test was conducted with 337 m-long horizontal piping. The rheological properties of the lubricating layer were assessed by a previously verified method and the new method proposed in this study for a total of four concrete mixtures with design strength ranging from 27 MPa to 60 MPa. The correlation between the existing method and the new method in relation to the viscosity of the lubricating layer was determined, and it was possible to predict the pumping performance with an accuracy of about 88.5% using the viscosity of the lubricating layer obtained from this correlation.

  • 본 논문에서는 이동체에 대한 위성방송 및 인터넷 서비스를 지속적으로 제공하기 위해 기존의 DVB-S2 표준화에 DVB-H와 DVB-T를 결합한 새로운 DVB-S2M 표준화에 대한 연구를 하며, 여기서 생기는 deep fading을 극복하기 위한 방안에 대해 연구하였으며, 새로운 이동형 DVB-S2의 규격은 deep fading으로 인해 physical layer 부호화 방식과 upper layer 부호화 방식을 적용한 cross layer 부호화 방식을 적용시키고, DVB-S2 short frame의 부호화 방식을 physical layer 부호화 방식으로 고정시키고 upper layer 부호화 방식을 변화시키면서 성능 분석하였다. 아울러 이동체의 속도에 따라, 데이터 전송속도, 그리고 packet size에 따라 성능 분석하였다.

효율적 대역폭 이용을 위한 멀티캐스트 재그룹 기법 (A Multicast Regrouping Method for Efficient Utilization of Bandwidth)

  • SARLM(Source Adaptive Receiver-Driven Multi-Layered Multicast)은 레이어 병합과 분할을 통해 수신자의 이질적인 대역폭 문제를 개선하고자 하였다. 그러나 이 기법은 레이어 병합 시에 상위 레이어의 수신자가 하위 레이어로 드롭되어 가용 대역폭의 이용률이 저하되는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 수신자의 손실률 정도를 고려한 멀티캐스트 재그룹 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 손실률에 따라 가중치를 부여하여, 상위 레이어와 하위 레이어 중 여유 대역폭이 많은 수신자를 그룹화하고, 하위 레이어와 상위 레이어 중 손실률이 높은 수신자를 그룹화한다. 실험 결과, 상위 레이어 수신자가 높은 전송률을 유지함으로써 수신자의 가용 대역폭 이용률이 향상됨을 알 수 있다.

  • BiSrCaCuO thin films were fabricated by atomic layer-by-layer deposition using an ion beam sputtering method. 10 wt% and 90 wt% ozone mixed with oxygen were used with ultraviolet light irradiation to assist oxidation. At early stages of the atomic layer by layer deposition, two dimensional epitaxial growth which covers the substrate surface would be suppressed by the stress and strain caused by the lattice misfit, then three dimensional growth takes place. Since Cu element is the most difficult to oxidize, only Sr and Bi react with each other predominantly, and forms a buffer layer on the substrate in an amorphous-like structure, which is changed to $SrBi_2O_4$ by in-situ anneal.

  • Bi$_2$Sr$_2$Ca$_{n-1}$Cu$_{n}$O$_{x}$ superconducting thin films have been fabricated by atomic layer-by-layer deposition using IBS(Ion Beam Sputtering) method. During the deposition, 90 mol% ozone gas of typical pressure of 1~9 $\times$ 10$^{-5}$ Torr are supplied with ultraviolet light irradiation for oxidation. XRD and RHEED investigations reveal out that a buffer layer with some different compositions is formed at the early deposition stage of less than 10 units cell and then Bi-2201 oriented along the c-axis is grown.grown.
