  • The medium and small logistic companies that have an outsourcing contract from the large corporation are encountered with a problem to introduce the ERP system to their current business environment due to following risk of change in current business environment, high cost involved in investment, and lack of understanding of business requirement of ERP. Instead of build their own ERP system, the small and medium logistic companies are using the large corporation's ERP system and get the benefit of efficiency in management and control process. Therefore, it is more like the organization hierarchy, not collaboration between the medium and small companies with the large corporation. In this study, the survey method to find out how the medium and small logistic companies understand the importance of ERP system on continuous growth of business by AHP. as result, they are recognized. The benefit of the ERP system as having much effect on business competitiveness.

디자인서비스의 대가기준 사례조사 연구 (A case research for standard of cost in design service)

  • 디자인은 국가산업정책과 4차 산업혁명 등 최첨단 산업의 발전에 미치는 영향이 지대함에도 불구하고, 우리나라에서 저평가되고 있는 지식서비스 산업 중 하나로 전략적 아웃소싱 체계가 무너지고 있으며, 이러한 현상은 국내에만 국한되지 않고 유럽과 미국 등 디자인 선진국의 디자인서비스 기업들도 고전을 면치 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이에, 해외를 포함한 국내 디자인 프로젝트의 사례조사를 통해 몇 가지 시사점을 발견하게 된 것은, 민간기업은 디자인아웃소싱을 통해 디자인품질수준 개선과 혁신추구보다, 디자인관련 비용절감과 비용구조이 유동성 확보를 위하는 점이 크다는 것이다. 디자인이 기업의 핵심역량이기에 핵심 디자인업무를 내재화하고, 제품이나 서비스가 플랫폼화 되면서 지역별 디자인 대응업무가 줄어들게 됨으로써 대기업의 디자인서비스 아웃소싱 대가기준의 하락원인이 된 것이다. 2000년대 초반 디자인경영의 중요성으로 글로벌 컨설팅 기업들이 디자인서비스 기업과의 협력체계가 아닌 M&A를 추구하였고, 삼성전자를 비롯한 대기업들이 우수 디자인 인력을 대거 영입하면서 자체 디자인경영연구소를 키웠다. 본 연구는 디자인서비스 대가기준에 대하여 광범위하게 공공과 민간기업(대기업, 중견기업)의 디자인서비스 아웃소싱 사례에 대하여 연구를 수행하여 디자인산업의 실질적 규모와 수준에 대한 지표를 파악하였다. 이러한 대가기준의 변화와 영향 등에 대하여 전문가 인터뷰와 문헌연구를 통해 궁극적으로 글로벌 디자인산업의 가치와 방향성에 대한 제언을 하고자 한다.

A Study for Digital Transformation Based on Collaboration Master Plan for Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Industry

  • In the shipbuilding and marine industry, digital transformation activities are promoted primarily by large shipyards. However, bottlenecks are observed across value chains, and digital transformation effects are reducing because of the cost and technical challenges encountered by supplies. In this study, we proposed a win-win cooperation model for large, small, and medium-sized companies using digital transformation based on the characteristics of the shipbuilding and marine industry through case studies. We investigated the digital transformation progress in German and Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, we identified information-sharing methods and management challenges encountered in enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution systems in the collaboration process of pipes, panels, blocks, etc. of SMEs that are suppliers of a Korean shipyard, and clarified communication by building a platform based on a common format between shipyards and suppliers. Further, we proposed a standard model of a digital transformation system for enhancing the collaboration between large companies and suppliers and proposed a basic plan including strategies to efficiently and effectively build a digital transformation system based on the standard model.

위탁급식전문업체 지적자본 측정도구의 운용시험 평가 (Practical Evaluation of Intellectual Capital (IC) Measurement Tool for Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the IC identified of CFMC (contract foodservice management company) ,b) examine IC circumstance of CFMC, c) evaluate practically IC measurement tool of CFMC, and d) present information for selecting an adequate CFMC to clients. The questionnaires of IC measurement were handed out to 108 CFMCs, there composing of main office employees, foodservice managers, customers, and clients of 207 school,38 hospital, and 86 husiness/industry foodservices. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test. First, CFMCs had operational experience for an average of 8 years and 8 months, and served an average of 38,540 meals a day. Most of the respondent companies specialized in the school foodservice field and managed an average of 66 clients for the contract period of 2 years and 3 months. Second, the respondent companies had gotten a score of 77.78 points for the total average, 77.7 points in the large enterprise group and 78.1 points in the small and medium-sized enterprise group. Therefore, the minimum number of points for the accrediting license on Qualification is suggested to be over 70 out of a 100 point scale; this study would be serve as reference for the certification license on qualification. On the level of evaluation category, the scores were 14.15 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$finance$\urcorner$, 19.24 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$, 19.33 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$, 14.31 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$human resource$\urcorner$, and 8.6 to 10 point on $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ . $\ulcorner$Renewal and development$\urcorner$ and $\ulcorner$customer focus$\urcorner$ received better grades than other evaluation categories. Third, $\ulcorner$Finance$\urcorner$ indicated similar distribution overall. Small and medium-sized companies had lower grades than large companies on 'market ability' of $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$ , but, clients of small and medium-sized companies had higher grade for 'client satisfaction' than large companies. Most of the companies supported 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation' of $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$ by the main office of CFMCs, but, the branch chain offices of CFMCs were not applied efficiently. Large companies made more effort to improve the 'employee ability' of $\ulcorner$human focus$\urcorner$ than small and medium-sized CFMC. The 'research and development cost' of $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ was increased compared to the previous year. In conclusion, if CFMCs were to perform self-evaluation and a routine checkups by utilizing CFMC's IC measuring tool, improvements in CFMC operational capacities as well as foodservice quality can be noted.   • The major market of Information Systems has been large companies. But with the rapid development of light weight Information Technology, the importance of SME (Small and Medium sized Enterprise) sector has increased dramatically. Many solutions have appeared in market for SMEs. Although there are many differences in the context of IT use between large companies and SMEs, not many studies has focused on this point. This study analyzes the preference for ERP, SCM, CRM, etc. by SMEs.

A Study of Successful IT Outsourcing model for SMB

  • Most of the small and medium industries rather focus on immediate problems and how to properly maintain organizational matters and existing system than the strategic and operational use of Information Technology when they deal with applications and operation of Information System. This study found out that there were few studies on IT outsourcing for small and medium companies in Korea compared to large enterprises' IT outsourcing. Most preceding studies researched the problems of partnership and technical, managerial, and economical success factors for big companies. Small and medium companies have the problems of financial difficulty, organizational scale (40.3%), shortage of manpower for system operation (24.1%), and lack of practical use of managers (8.9%). SMB firms have required support of government for their Informationalization but, we found out amount of companies (41%) not be informed or don't account on government's supporting IT of SMB programs. In addition, Range and Contents of outsourcing, Reputation of Outsourcing vendor, Reliability of maintaining were selected as CSFs of SMB IT outsourcing. While large corporation staff more considered CEO's willing and inner facts of their companies.

  • Purpose: This study aims to contribute to the research flow on the relationship between win-win supportive collaboration and safety, while noting that win-win supportive collaboration affects corporate safety-related factors such as climate, safety prevention, and behavior from the perspective of domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies that have signed contracts with large logistics companies, Methods: Based on responses from 147 small and medium-sized logistics companies, structural equation modeling is performed to examine the relationship among the factors such as supportive collaboration, safety climate, safety prevention, safety behavior. Results: Study results are as follows. Supportive collaboration of large logistics companies influence the formation of a safety climate and safety behavior within logistics SMEs positively. In addition, safety prevention and safety behavior are affected by safety climate in a positive way. Conclusion: Win-Win supportive collaboration is a driving force behind safety management practices in the supply chain leading to safety management performance, so it is necessary to consider it for the growth of the sustainable supply chain.

건설경기 변동이 규모별 건설기업 부실화에 미치는 영향 분석 (Impact of Fluctuations in Construction Business on Insolvency of Construction Company by Size)

  • 본 논문에서는 건설경기가 규모별 건설업체 부실화에 미치는 영향을 벡터오차수정모형(VECM : Vector Error Correction Model)을 통해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 KMV(Kealhofer, McQuown and Vasicek) 모형을 기반으로 산출하는 예상부도확률을 건설업체 부실화를 나타내는 대리변수로 정의하였다. 본 논문에서는 규모별로 예상부도확률을 측정하기 위해서 건설업체 상장기업 중 30개 업체를 선정하여 규모별로 상위 15개와 하위 15개로 구분하였다. 건설경기 변화를 대리하는 변수로 주거용, 비주거용, 토목용 건설수주액을 활용하였다. 각 변수들의 시계열 데이터는 한국상장회사협의회의 TS2000과 통계청 자료를 통해 확보하였다. 분석기간은 2001년 2분기부터 2015년 4분기까지로 설정하였다. 먼저 규모별 건설업체의 예상부도확률을 산출한 결과, 일반적으로 알려진 바와 같이 대형 건설업체가 상대적으로 규모가 작은 건설업체보다 부실화 정도가 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 벡터오차수정모형을 기반으로 한 충격반응분석 결과 대규모 건설업체가 경기 변동에 더욱 민감하게 반응하며, 특히 대규모 건설업체 경영상태 변화에 주거용 건설시장 변화가 주요 요인인 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 90년대 이후 전 세계적으로 지식경영(Knowledge Management : KM)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 특히 기업의 시장가치 중 지식자산이 차지하는 비중이 높아짐에 따라 한국의 건설 분야도 90년대 중반부터 대기업을 중심으론 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 그러나, 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체의 경우에는 기업의 재무 및 조직적인 이유로 지식경영에 대한 이해와 정보화에 뒤쳐지고 있는 실정이다. 더욱이, 건설 분야에서 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높게 나타나기 때문에 이들의 기술 수준이 건설공사의 품질과 직결된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 회사의 가치와 경쟁력 향상을 위해서 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체들의 여건에 적합한 지식경영 전략 즉, 지식경영 도입 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Under competitive situation , many small manufacturing companies know that building effective information systems is the best way to get a competition. Therefore . lots of these companies are getting under way of building information systems. But they are having trouble building information systems because of many diffifcult factors like money technologies, education. Comparing to large firms , small manufacturing compaines are short of money and technology to get informatin systems. Considering of the difficulties of small manufacturing companies, organization supporting these companies will be able to play an important role to suggest the guideline to success of getting information systems. Many supporting organizations have instituted a scheme in which they can get valuable information relating to building information systems. This paper is focusing on the role of supporting organizations for information systems of small manufacturing companies. This study finds out what the difficulties of these companies trying to build information systems are and suggests the supporting ways of getting effective information systems.
