  • This paper reviews electrodeless lamp technology. The lamp has very long life time but very high cost compared to conventional lamps such as fluorescent lamp. For optimizing the overall system in performance and cost power supply as well as lamp is very important. First, the paper describes various electrodeless lamps and its market condition. Then, a lot of circuit technology for constructing the power supply is reviewed and circuit characteristics are discussed

  • 본 논문은 램프의 벌브 형태 개선과 알루미늄 코팅에 의한 리플렉터 글로브의 적용으로 광을 집적하여 증가시키고, 레늄 필라멘트의 적용에 따른 장 수명과 크립톤 가스와 질소가스의 최적 주입 비율을 통한 60[W]급 Basking Neodymium Lamp 개발에 관한 것으로 이를 측광, 분석하였다. 개발결과 수명은 7,200시간, 광속은 620[1m]이며 색온도와 연색성 또한 우수한 것으로 나타나 농업용과 일반용 램프로써의 그 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • The use of arc tubes made of ceramic material further enhanced some of the metal halide lamp's properties. These properties translate into higher efficacy with better color rendering, stable color through lamp long life. Recently, due to an increase in the application of the ceramic metal-halide lamp, the study for the property etc. according to Ballast's driving scheme and the study for arc tube material, optimization of gas and so on are being proceeded to improve the property of the lamp. Especially, to control ceramic metal-halide lamp, the vigorous study and practical use with respect to Electronic Ballast, which has been improved in the disadvantages of the conventional Magnetic Ballast are made. In this paper, Electrical, optical and thermal characteristics are analyzed by comparing magnetic ballast with electronic ballast.

  • Generally LED lamp has many advantages to compare with a general lamp, long life and no pollution matter like the mercury. Also it is excellence for color rendering and need to small consumption electric rower. However LED lamp has some disadvantages to compare to general fluorescent lamp and That is small light flux about 50% and narrow light distribution than fluorescent lamp. Therefore, to apply LED lamp in an office building, after analyze a illuminance distribution with an environment analysis and cooling, heating and light energy. The purpose of this study is to analyze light environment. light, cooling and heating energy simulation in Office building.

무전극형광램프의 고온 신뢰성 연구 (High Temperature Reliability Study of Low Frequency In-door Electrodeless Lamp)

  • Electrodeless lamp is famous for its long life. But its reliability is dependent not only on electrodes but also on materials and structures. To evaluate end product's reliability, we studied high temperature durability by $60^{\circ}C$, $75^{\circ}C$ and $90^{\circ}C$ temperature tests, and predicted failure times by an exponential model through regression analysis. However, the test showed that temperature does not affect degradation of electrodeless lamps. Their luminous outputs degrade during the early time of the test (till 250 hours) and then converge to a saturation points. Also, '410nm ~ 530nm' spectrum degrades more than other spectra.

  • LAMP (Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification)법은 PCR를 기반으로 등온에서 autocycling 가닥 변위 DNA 합성에 의존하며, Bst polymerase를 사용하여 진단하는 방법이다. 이것은 대상 DNA의 여섯 개의 배열을 인식하는 4개의 특정 primer의 도움을 받아 단시간 안에 병원체를 식별하는 높은 특이성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LAMP로 수생에서 위험한 병원체인 Vibrio alginolyticus의 특별한 LAMP primer를 제작하였으며, 신속한 진단을 위해 MgSO4, dNTP, Betaine, Bst polymerase의 최적 반응 조건의 특이성 및 기존의 PCR보다 10배 정도의 민감하다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 디자인 되어진 LAMP primer가 다른 Vibrio 종들 중 오직 V. alginolyticus에서만 반응한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 병원체 세균인 V. alginolyticus의 빠르고 민감한 효과적인 진단으로 양식 질병들을 조기에 발견할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

Rapid and Sensitive Detection of Salmonella in Chickens Using Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Combined with a Lateral Flow Dipstick

  • Salmonellosis is a highly contagious bacterial disease that threatens both human and poultry health. Tests that can detect Salmonella in the field are urgently required to facilitate disease control and for epidemiological investigations. Here, we combined loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) with a chromatographic lateral flow dipstick (LFD) to rapidly and accurately detect Salmonella. LAMP primers were designed to target the Salmonella invA gene. LAMP conditions were optimized by adjusting the ratio of inner to outer primers, $MgSO_4$ concentration, dNTP mix concentration, amplification temperature, and amplification time. We evaluated the specificity of our novel LAMP-LFD method using six Salmonella species and six related non-Salmonella strains. All six of the Salmonella strains, but none of the non-Salmonella strains, were amplified. LAMP-LFD was sensitive enough to detect concentrations of Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Pullorum genomic DNA as low as $89fg/{\mu}l$, which is 1,000 times more sensitive than conventional PCR. When artificially contaminated feed samples were analyzed, LAMP-LFD was also more sensitive than PCR. Finally, LAMP-LFD gave no false positives across 350 chicken anal swabs. Therefore, our novel LAMP-LFD assay was highly sensitive, specific, convenient, and fast, making it a valuable tool for the early diagnosis and monitoring of Salmonella infection in chickens.

  • The paper is to evaluate for reliability of 4W LED Lamp using internal converter by ALTs(Accelerated Life Tests). The recently, some of KS were established by law of LED Modules for Lighting(KS C 7651, 7652, 7653, 7655, 7656, 7657, 7658 and 7659), but reliability assessment methods of LED Lamps had not been established. Therefore, the paper aided companies to perform accelerated life testing(temperature 60 $^{\circ}C$, humidity 90 %) for themselves.

  • In this paper, we present the method that improve alarm security system using the electronic circuits added the emergency lamp by our proposed Algorithms. In conventional method the emergency lamp of warning & alarm system didn't work perfectly its performance because of battery with short life. For improving this problem we, using Peripheral Interface Controller IC, designed the circuit added the emergency lamp for an warning & alarm system and for prevention against stopping the electric current, and compared our proposed method with conventional method. By designing the circuit to stop up over charge we can extend life of battery, use for a stoppage of electric current in emergency and according to the lightness around. Therefore we are very convenient and profitable in our life. In the future we will study the method to lower the cost of architecture for practical utilization.

  • 형광등은 방전등의 일종으로 방전현상을 이용하여 전기에너지를 빛으로 변환하는 광원으로 램프의 점등 시에 나타나는 부저항 특성 때문에 반드시 점등회로를 필요로 한다. 방전등의 광원특성과 안정기의 변환특성은 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있다. 따라서 양 특성의 정합성립을 위하여 사용조건 및 경제성을 고려한 최적회로 설계지침을 내놓는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 형광등용 전자안정기에 있어 부하인 형광램프의 수명말기에 나타나는 화재, 광효율 저감 등 여러 가지 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 수명말기 검측과 수명말기 표시기능 개발에 대하여 고찰해본다.
