본 논문에서는 새로운 소형 전력 분배기를 제안한다. 기존의 Wilkinson 전력 분배기에서 ${\lambda}/4$ 길이의 분기선로 대신 ${\lambda}/12$ 길이의 CRLH 전송선 0차 공진 대역통과 여파기를 사용하여 전체구조의 물리적 크기를 줄였다. 분기 선로의 위상을 만족하면서 원하는 주파수를 중심으로 대역을 형성하고 전력 분배가 이뤄지는 기능을 가진다. 설계방법의 타당성 확인을 위해 군위성 통신 시스템의 L-대역을 적용예로 선택하여 등가 모델과 3차원 모의실험의 성능과 함께 분산도와 ZOR 전계분포로써 CRLH의 특성이 제시된다. 모의실험 결과는 측정결과와 비교하였으며 제안기법의 소형화 효과가 논의된다.

본 논문에서는 RF4CE ZigBee 리모컨에 적용할 수 있는 광대역 모노폴 슬롯 안테나를 설계 하였다. 먼저 사용 주파수 대역인 2.45GHz에서 ${\lambda}/4$길이를 가지는 I형 노폴 슬롯안테나를 설계 하였고, 마이크로스트립 급전선과 슬롯을 둘러싸고 있는 접지면과의 비아를 통한 직접연결 방법을 사용하여 광대역의 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 안테나 점유공간의 축소를 위해 슬롯의 형태를 L형과 T형으로 변경하였고, 그 결과 안테나 성능이 개선되어짐을 확인 할 수 있었다. 최종적인 안테나 구조인 T형 모노폴 슬롯안테나의 경우 VSWR<2 대역폭이 약 3.32GHz였으며, 전 대역에서 90%이상의 방사효율과 2.1dBi 이상의 이득을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 설계되어진 3가지 구조의 방사패턴은 모두 슬롯이 개방된 방향으로 엔드파이어 방사특성을 가진다.

시판되고 있는 39종의 살충제 중 밤바구미 성충(Curculio sikkimensis)에 대한 우수 살충제를 탐색하고, 선발된 약제로 야외포장에서 잔효성과 방제효과를 조사하였다. 실내검정에서 39종의 살충제 중 100%의 살충율을 나타낸 약제는 chlorpyrifos, fenitrothion, phenthoate, benfuracarb, thiodicarb, carbosulfan, bifenthrin, cypermethrin, $\lambda$-cyhalothrin, deltamethrin, clothianidin, acetamiprid+bifenthrin, etofenprox+diazinon, esfenvalerate+fenitrothion, furathiocarb+diflubenzuron, fipronil 등 16종이었다. 잔효성 시험에서는 phenthoate, benfuracarb, thiodicarb가 1일째까지는 80% 이상을 나타내었으나 그 이후로는 급속히 떨어졌다. 그 외 약제들도 잔효성은 낮았다. 야외포장 방제효과 시험에서는 phenthoate, thiodicarb, fipronil, acetamiprid+bifenthrin, furathiocarb+diflubenzuron이 1일째부터 90% 이상의 높은 방제효과를 나타내었다.

본 연구는 함수언어의 번역기 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 지연어의를 갖 는 원시함수 언어를 정의하고 그것의 번역기를 설계, 구현, 평가한다. 함수프로그램의 실행모형은 G-기계를 기반으로 한 컴비네이터 그래프축소이다. 번역기는 전체 4단계로 구성되며 원시프로그램을 C를 사용한 목적프로그램으로 번역한다. 번역기의 첫 번째 단계에서는 원시프로그램을 확장람다계산 그래프로 번역하고, 두 번째 단계에서 수 퍼컴비네이터그래프로 변환하고, 세 번째 단계에서 G-기계어 프로그램으로 번역하고, 마지막 단계에서 G-기계어 프로그램을 C로 번역한다. 생성된 목적 프로그램은 C 컴파 일러에 의해서 실행 프로그램은 번역한다. 번역기 구현은 UNIX환경에서 컴파일러 자동 화 도구인 YACC, Lex를 이용하여 구문분석기, 어휘분석기를 구현하고, 그 외의 루틴은 C로 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 번역기에 사용된 구현기법과 수행결과를 기술한다.

A miniaturized laser beam transmitter, in which a visible laser module at ${\lambda}$=650 nm is precisely stacked upon an infrared (IR) module at ${\lambda}$=905 nm, has been proposed and constructed to provide an IR collimated beam in conjunction with a collinear monitoring visible beam. In particular, the IR beam is selectively dispersed through a perforated sheet diffuser, so as to create a rapidly diverging close-range beam in addition to a highly defined long-range beam simultaneously. The complementary close-range beam plays a role in mitigating the blind region in the vicinity of the transmitter, which is inevitably missed by the main long-range beam, thereby uniformly extending the transmitter's effective trajectory that is sensed by a receiver. The proposed transmitter was designed through numerical simulations and then fabricated by incorporating a diffuser sheet, perforated with an aperture of 2 mm. For the manufactured transmitter, the IR long-range beam was observed to have divergences of ~2.3 and 1.6 mrad in the fast and slow axes, respectively, while the short-range beam yielded a divergence of ~24 mrad. The angular alignment between the long-range IR and visible beams was as accurate as ~0.5 mrad. According to an outdoor feasibility test involving a receiver, the combination of the IR long- and short-range beams was proven to achieve a nearly uniform trajectory over a distance ranging up to ~600 m, with an average detectable cross-section of ${\sim}60{\times}80cm^2$.

본 논문에서는 밀리미터파 탐색기에 적용 가능한 Ka-대역 도파관 로터리조인트를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 로터리 조인트는 낮은 정재파 비와 저손실 특성을 유지하며, 방위각과 고각 회전이 가능하도록 하는 두 개의 회전축으로 설계되어 있다. 또한 구형 도파관과 원형 도파관 사이에 전파 모드를 정합하기 위한 리지 도파관 형태의 모드 변환기와 ${\lambda}/4$ 길이의 초크 구조로 로터리 조인트를 설계하였다. 제작된 로터리 조인트의 성능은 회로망 분석기와 고출력 송신기를 이용하여 확인하였으며, 진동/충격 시험을 통해 신뢰성 검사를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 중심 주파수$(F_C){\pm}500MHz$의 대역에서 최대 정재파비 1.19 : 1 이하, 삽입손실 0.80 dB 이하의 우수한 특성을 갖는 것을 확인하였다.

서울대학교병원 진단면역검사실에서 HLA 형별 검사를 위한 결과 산출하는 과정에서 HLA-DR 검사 시행 건수 총 611건 중 Lot No.20의 시약에서 빈번히 나타나는 위양성과 위음성으로 의심되는 특이 bead 들의 반응을 발견하게 되었다. 따라서 정확한 결과 산출과정을 모색하기 위하여 특이 bead들의 cut-off 수정을 하지 않은 검사결과 533건과 특이 bead의 cut-off 수정을 한 뒤 결과 산출을 한 78건의 사례들을 가지고 cut-off 수정을 야기시키는 요인을 여러 변수로서 규명하고자 하였다. 검체대상의 인구통계특성과 cut-off 수정 여부를 확인하기 위해 빈도분석, 검사실의 습도를 변수로 넣어 기술통계를 진행하였고, cut-off 수정 여부와 인구통계특성의 연관성을 확인하기 위하여 교차분석을 시행, cut-off 수정 여부에 따른 습도의 차이를 검증하기 위해 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 습도수준에 따른 cut-off 수정비율의 관계를 검증하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과적으로 검사실의 습도 수준이 증가함에 따라 cut-off 수정사례는 0.986배 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 습도가 낮아질수록 cut-off 수정률이 증가한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 검사실의 습도 또한 HLA typing 결과에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 시사한다.

우리나라 배추에 등록되어 사용중인 pyrethroid계 살충제 중 bifenthrin과 lambda-cyhalothrin 및 deltamethrin의 얼갈이배추 중 경시적 잔류특성을 구명하기 위하여 시험 농약을 기준량과 배량으로 살포한 후 시료를 경시적으로 채취하여 잔류농약을 분석하였다. 시험농약의 검출한계는 모두 0.004 mg $kg^{-1}$이었으며, 평균 회수율은 0.04 mg $kg^{-1}$에서 95.16-99.32%, 0.20 mg $kg^{-1}$에서 86.81-103.73%이었다. 시험농약의 반감기는 기준량 처리구에서는 2.5-3.6일, 배량 처리구에서는 2.3-3.9일 이었다. Bifenthrin과 lambda-cyhalothrin의 기준량과 배량 처리구 및 deltamethrin의 기준량 처리구의 살포직후 농도는 잔류허용기준 미만이었으나 deltamethrin의 배량 처리구에서는 잔류허용기준을 초과하였다. 그러나 수확예정일의 시료중 시험농약의 농도는 모두 잔류허용기준 미만이었으며, 수확예정일의 잔류량으로 산출한 시험농약의 ADI 대비 EDI의 비율이 기준량과 배량 처리구에서 모두 7% 미만으로 안전한 것으로 평가되었다.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an improved three-phase transformer model for ATP and parameter estimation methods that can efficiently utilize the limited available information such as factory test reports. In this paper, improved topologically-correct duality-based models are developed for three-phase autotransformers having shell-form cores. The problem in the implementation of detailed models is the lack of complete and reliable data. Therefore, parameter estimation methods are developed to determine the parameters of a given model in cases where available information is incomplete. The transformer nameplate data is required and relative physical dimensions of the core are estimated. The models include a separate representation of each segment of the core, including hysteresis of the core, ${\lambda}-i$ saturation characteristic and core loss.

Using a Shack-Hartmann sensor and sub-wavelength sized pinhole point source, we develope an optical testing system that measures the wavefront error of high numerical aperture and small sized optical components. The subwavelength sized pinhole generates perfect spherical waves with large diffraction angle and this makes possible to test high numerical aperture optics. The Shack-Hartmann sensor reconstructs the wavefront and calculates the aberrations. We make a home-made reference plane wave source which generates nearly perfect plane waves and the calibration with this plane source gives the overall uncertainty of the optical testing system 0.010 $\lambda$ rms.
