이 논문은 강원도의 U-Sports 시범 사업 일환으로 진행된 강원도 용평 스키장의 사각지역 관리를 위해 적용된 USN기술을 소개한다. 스키장의 사각지역은 사람의 왕래가 뜸한 외각이나 관제의 시각 영역에서 벗어난 급경사 아래 지역 등을 말하는데, 이런 지역에서 사고가 발생하여 거동이 어려워지면 관제 센터에서 이에 대한 신속한 대응을 하기 힘들다. 이 논문의 사각지역 관리 시스템은 다섯 개의 이미지 센서 및 노드가 설치된 사각지역의 이미지를 USN을 통하여 중앙 관제 센터에서 주기적으로 관찰할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사고 당사자가 주변에 설치된 긴급 버튼을 누를 경우에는 긴급 이미지가 관제 센터로 즉시 전송되어 신속한 구조를 가능하게 한다.

The muricid species collected from 49 localities (72 sites) of Korean coast were examined. The Korean muricid fauna was recognized as 26 species of 15 genera in consequence of the present study along with the reviews of the previous records. Among the species examined, 5 of Mancinella echinata (Blainville, 1832), Morula spinosa (A. Adams, 1853), Boreotrophon paucicostatus Habe and Ito, 1965, Boreotrophon cymatus Dall, 1902, and Boreotrophon alaskanus Dall, 1902 were not reported in the Korean fauna previously. Korean muricids are suggested as subtropical, temporal, and boreal species distributed throughout the coastal areas of Korea with their own ranges.

Allele frequencies in twenty-two populations from nine Korean muricid species of five genera (Rapaninae and Ocenebrinae) wire analyzed genetically using 13 loci from 11 allozyme systems. The clustering patterns of these species were basically consistent with traditional groupings to two subfamilial categories based on shell and radula morphologies. Within six ocenebrine species it was apparent that Ceratostoma inornata and Pteropurpura adunca were most closely related to each other than to any other species belonging to the genus Ceratostoma. These results, along with other anatomical features 〔morphologies of albumin gland (female), egg capsule〕, suggest that the generic position of C. inornata, previously classified to be congeneric with other western Pacific Ceratostoma species, should be reconsidered. Our results show the close relationship of Nucella freycineti with other ocenebrine species, rather than with rapanines, which supports a previous suggestion that the genus Nucella should be placed with the subfamily Ocenebrinae rather than the subfamily Rapaninae.

Nowaday, almost of practical energy is come from the fossil fuel, such as coal, oil and gas those are limited and caused the environmental pollution. For these reason. solar energy is come into notice as a new alternative energy source to overcome the shortage of electricity in the $future^{(1)}$. In this paper, small PV system using photo sensor for tracking sun is developed and is verified by experiments.

Our country is projected the technical development studies, constructed the digital maps, developed standards, established rules, and educated users during the first NGIS plan. This National Geospatial Information Infrastructure is proceeding with the program as arranged. In the second NGIS plan, our government try to construct the framework data for the maximization of GIS utilization. But National Geospatial Information Infrastructure included some problems from view of data framework particularly. In this paper, we make a comparative study of foreign countries, analyze the cause of our problem, and present the standards for Korean National Spatial Data Infrastructure.

In case of producing image map by using the color aerial photograph, DEM makes on huge effects to the accuracy of ortho image. Thus, this paper has the purpose that evaluate the accuracy of DEM acquired by matching the color aerial photograph. At the study, result of color aerial photograph's control point surveying was X=${\pm}$0.14m, f=${\pm}$0.16m. Estimated result by DEM of plot-map and matching has RMSE=${\pm}$1.058m for the elevation(Z). For matching DEM has a minor(-)'s value, it can access that produce by high point than plot-map DEM.

본 연구에서는 변화탐지 기법을 통한 도심지 건축물의 판독가능성을 검토하기 위하여 항공사진 단영상 및 정사영상을 이용하여 영상정규화와 기하보정을 통한 image subtraction기법을 적용하여 변화 탐지를 실시하였다. 변화 탐지를 위한 임계값 설정에서 단영상 변화탐지는 임계값 90% 이상에서는 일정면적 이상의 변화지역이 뚜렷이 나타났으며 정사영상 변화탐지는 임계값 $70{\sim}80%$ 이상의 결과영상이 변화탐지에 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 단영상과 정사영상 변화탐지 결과를 필터링을 통해 일정면적 이하를 제거한 후 2002년 영상과 중첩하여 변화지역을 확인 하였다. 변화탐지 기법을 판독 작업에 활용한다면 판독 우선순위 결정에 많은 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 영상의 종류와 필요에 따른 다양한 변화탐지 기법을 적용한다면 판독 작업에 많은 활용성을 기대할 수 있다.

종중복도 60%이상, 횡중복도 30%이상 촬영되어지는 항공영상과 스테레오 촬영이 가능한 위성영상은 도화에 사용되는 입체시를 이용하여 영상(Stereo Aerial Image) 자체를 화면상에 입체적으로 구현하여 건물의 높이 정보 판독 및 해당 지역상에서 년도별 변화지역을 판독하는 일련의 업무 수행에 있어 중요한 자료로 활용하고 있지만 장기간의 작업시간, 작업에 대한 정확성에 취약점을 나타내고 있으며, 이는 행정업무의 효율성 저하요인을 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 항공사진 및 위성영성의 촬영상의 특성을 활용하여 영상 매칭 DEM을 활용한 높이정보의 변화와 영상 정합을 통한 변화지역 판독을 자동화 하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 시스템 구현을 위해서 개발 언어로 Visual C++을 사용하였으며, 개발된 알고리즘에 대한 평가 수행을 위해 사용자가 직접 입체 판독 및 분석을 수행할 수 있도록 편광 모니터를 사용하여 판독 시스템을 추가적으로 개발하였다.

This paper describes the dynamic shock effects on the pretensioned concrete member by the detensioning using finite element analysis. The investigation was performed by linear and nonlinear dynamic analysis. In nonlinear dynamic analysis, Brittle Cracking Model was applied for concrete behavior. It was shown that the amplitude of stress wave was significantly decreased when time for cutting of tendon was above 0.05sec. The maximum stress values obtained from linear and nonlinear dynamic analysis was nearly same. However, the position forthe maximum tensile stresses were different.

Muscle force prediction in forward dynamic analysis of human motion depends many muscle parameters associated with muscle actuation. This research studies the effects of various parameters of Hill type muscle model using the simple hand raising motion. Motion analysis is carried out using motion capture system, and each muscle force is recorded for comparison with muscle model generated muscle force. Using Hill type muscle model, muscle force for generating the same hand rasing motion was setup adjusting 5 activation parameters. The test showed the importance of activation parameters on the accurate generation of muscle force.
