Video watermarking technologies are classified into types of four kinds. The first type is to embed the watermark into a raw video signal and to code the watermarked video signal. Most of video watermarking technologies fall into the category of this type. The second type is to apply watermarking to the coding process, such as block DCT and quantization. The third is to directly embed the watermark into the compressed bitstream itself. Generally, it is referred as labelling rather than watermarking. Finally, the fourth is to embed the water mark into MPEG motion vector. This type has the difficulty in real-time process because of the high complexity and has the blocking effects because of DCT-based on coder. In this paper, we proposed the digital video watermarking that embed the watermark in SPIHT video code for I-frame using motion vector analysis. This method can remove the blocking effect occurred at the DCT-based on coder and obtain video data that has progressive transmission property. The proposed method is to select the region for the watermark embedding in I frame using motion vector estimated from the previous P or B frame. And then, it is to perform DWT and embed the watermark based on HVS into the wavelet coefficients in the same subband of DWT as the motion vector direction. Finally, the watermarked video bitstream is obtained by the SPIHT coder. The experimental results verified that the proposed method has the invisibility from the objective and subjective image quality and the robustness against the various SPIHT compression and MPEG re-code.
Background: To investigate the association between preoperative pathological Ki-67 labeling index and serum tumor marker cancer antigen 15-3 (CA 15-3) with clinic-pathological parameters and treatment outcomes in early breast cancer. Materials and Methods: A retrospective study at 4 cancer centers in Saudi Arabia and Egypt was performed. Data were collected for female patients diagnosed with unilateral early breast cancer between March 2010 and October 2013. Cases treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) followed by surgery and radiotherapy were included. NACT included 6-8 cycles of anthracycline and taxane based regimens. Trastuzumab and hormonal treatments were added according to HER2 and hormone receptor status. Baseline serum CA15.3 and pathological Ki67 levels were evaluated and correlated with disease free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS). Results: A total of 280 pts was included. The median age was 49 years (38-66 y) and median overall survival was 35 (20-38) months (mo). Estrogen receptors (ER), progesterone receptors (PR) and HER 2 receptors were positive in 233 (83.2%), 198 (70%) and 65 cases (23.2%), respectively. High preoperative Ki67 and CA15.3 were noted in 177 (63.2%) and 131 (46.8%). A total of 45 (16%) patients had distal or local recurrence and 24 (8.6%) died of their disease. Most of the relapsed cases had high preoperative Ki-67 (n=41, 91%) and CA15.3 (n=28, 62%) values. All of the patients who died had a high Ki-67 but CA15.3 was high in 9 (37%) only. Mean DFS/OS in patients with high preoperative Ki-67 was 32 months /32 months as compared to 37 months/35 months in those with normal Ki-67 (p<0.001). Correlation of preoperative CA15.3 and survival was statistically not significant. Conclusions:Preoperative Ki-67 can be a predictive and prognostic marker. Higher levels are associated with poor DFS and OS in patients with early BC.

Lutetium-177 ($T_{1/2}=6.71day$) is an adequate radionuclide for therapy, which has both beta emission ($E_{max}=497keV$) for therapeutic effect and gamma emission (113 and 208 keV) for imaging. $^{177}Lu$ labeled ethylenediamine-N,N,N',N'-tetrakis (methylene phosphonic acid) (EDTMP) and 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraaminomethylenephosphonate (DOTMP) have been proposed as radiopharmaceuticals for bone pain palliation. In this study, we compared radiochemistry and biodistribution of $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP and $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP. EDTMP and DOTMP were synthesized, and 1 mg of each was labeled with $^{177}Lu$ at pH 7~8 with high efficiency (>98%). For comparative biodistribution studies, $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP or $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP were injected into ICR-mice through tail vein, and then biodistribution data were obtained as percentages of injected dose per gram of tissue (% ID/g). Urine excretions of both agents in mice were checked for 7 days. Rat images were also obtained after injection of $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP or $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP. $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP (100% at 1 min) showed faster labeling than $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP (100% at 30 min). Both of them were stable at least for 21 days at room temperature. High bone uptakes were found for both $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP and $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP: 38.0 and 34.1% ID/g at 3 hr, respectively; and 33.2 and 18.8% ID/g at 7 day, respectively. Rapid excretions to urine were found for both agents ($^{177}Lu$-EDTMP: 56%, $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP: 63% at 1 day). Other organs showed very low uptakes. Rat images of both $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP and $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP showed high bone uptakes and low soft tissue uptakes. In conclusion, both $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP and $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP showed high potential as bone pain palliation agents. $^{177}Lu$-EDTMP showed higher bone uptake and slower bone clearance in mice than those of $^{177}Lu$-DOTMP.

Background & Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of P. radix on the inflammatory related gene expression in IL-$1{\beta}$-stimulated primary human gingival fibroblast using Whole Transcript Sense Target (WT-ST). Method: Human gingival fibroblast was incubated with P. radix [100 or $200\;{\mu}g/ml$], and IL-$1{\beta}$ [$1ng/m{\ell}$] added an hour later. After 24h, total RNA was extracted using RNeasy Mini Kit and the whole gene expression patterns were performed using WT-ST Labeling $Assay^{(R)}$. Result: In the DEG results, 782 genes were up-regulated in the IL-$1{\beta}$-treated group as compared to control and among those, 43 genes were associated with inflammation. 981 genes were down-regulated after treatment with IL-$1{\beta}$ and of those 7 genes were associated with inflammation. 1439 genes were up-regulated after treatment with P. radix plus IL-$1{\beta}$-treated when compared to IL-$1{\beta}$-treated alone group and 1225 genes were down-regulated in the same condition. Among the down-regulated genes, 5 were associated with inflammation- and inhibitor genes such as GDF15 and LIF. In the analysis of the P. radix plus IL-$1{\beta}$-treated group, the most significant pathways were the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, toll-like receptor signaling, JAK-STAT signaling and tyrosine metabolism. The gene expression patterns in the P. radix $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ plus IL-$1{\beta}$-treated group appear to be more involved in the metabolism-related pathways than in the $100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ plus IL-$1{\beta}$-treated group. Conclusion & Discussion: By microarray analysis of gene expression data, we are able to identify gene expression patterns associated with not only anti-inflammation effect but also transcription function of P. radix.

Purpose: To evaluate association of giant cell tumors recurrence between markers of proliferation cells (MCM3, Ki-67 and HH3) Materials and Methods: Ten case of giant cell tumor of bone were reviewed. The patients were six males and four females (mean age: 33 yrs). All patients were done operation after biopsy. The radiologic grading was determined according to Enneking grading system. The immunohistochemical stains of MCM3, HH3, and Ki-67 were done with Microarray block. Results: The three cases of 10 cases (30%) were recurred at same sites. Two case of recurrence was grade II according to radiologic features. The remaining case was grade I. The expression rate of immunohistochemical markers in radiologic grade 2 and 3 were more increased than grade 1. But there was not association between radiologic grading and proliferation of tumor cells because result data was not coherence. Mean MCM3 labeling index of non-recurred case was 11.2%, recurred case was 7.2%. Ki-67 was 12% vs. 8.9%, respectively and HH3 was 66.9 % vs. 75.4%, respectively. Thus there was no association between local recurrence and immunohistochemical Ki-67, MCM3 expression rate. But HH3 marker expression rate was increased in recurred cases compared to non-recurred cases. Conclusion: Our study suggests that HH3 immunohistochemical marker can be a useful prognostic factor.
The deployment of social network service(SNS) makes the social network game(SNG) as the new value added service of SNS be popular. But, a few study had identified the reason of this popularity and the elements of SNG. Based on the social presence theory and media richness theory, we had tried to identify three community artifacts (i.e. persistent labeling, self presentation and deep profiling) and two media characteristics(i.e. vividness and interactivity) as the SNG elements in this research. Then we had empirically validated the effect of these elements on the SNGexperience (i.e. social presence, perceived enjoyment) and behavioral intentions (i.e. Continuous usage intention, willingness to pay and loyalty) of the users. We conducted a survey to the actual SNG users. 243 data were collected and analyzed by PLS algorism. The results indicated that the community artifacts mediated by the social presence and media characteristics could significantly affect on the experiences and behavioral intentions. These findings could contribute to identify what element could be the reason of social network game popularity and could also contribute to design more attractive social network game in practice.
The purpose of this study was to find out some factors affecting the social prejudice perceived by people with psychiatric disability(PPD) and to present some useful explanations for those effects based on theories from symbolic interactionism. The hypotheses were as follow. First, the higher the symptoms, the higher will be the perceived social prejudice of PPD. Second, if PPD have vocational roles, the perceived prejudice will be lower. Third, if PPD want more services or supports for vocational rehabilitation, the perceived prejudice will be higher. Fourth, the higher the perceived prejudice of family members, the higher will be the perceived prejudice of PPD. The results show that the major hypotheses were supported. Based on the results some theoretical and clinical implications are discussed. First, this study made a little contribution to the study of perceived social prejudice of PPD providing some useful theoretical basis and empirical evidences. Secondly, due to the limitation of the data and cross-sectional research the results of this study need to be duplicated under more rigorous experimental or quasi-experimental study. Concerning the clinical intervention, it should be stressed to provide valued social roles to help PPD protect themselves from social prejudices. Secondly, rehabilitation professionals need to help PPD cope with increasing perceived prejudice while pursuing valued social roles such as employee. Third, rehabilitation professionals should assess the perceived prejudice of family members and to help them resist social prejudices through education, self-help groups, and other advocating strategies. Lastly, professionals should be carful not to blame family members for the adverse effects of their perceived prejudice on PPD.
This study attempted classification through deep learning-based image training for land cover classification in river spaces which is one of the important data for efficient river management. For this purpose, land cover classification analysis with the RGB image of the target section based on the category classification index of major land cover map was conducted by using the learning outcomes from the result of labeling. In addition, land cover classification of the river spaces was performed by unsupervised and supervised classification from Sentinel-2 satellite images provided in an open format, and this was compared with the results of deep learning-based image classification. As a result of the analysis, it showed more accurate prediction results compared to unsupervised classification results, and it presented significantly improved classification results in the case of high-resolution images. The result of this study showed the possibility of classifying water areas and wetlands in the river spaces, and if additional research is performed in the future, the deep learning based image train method for the land cover classification could be used for river management.

This paper proposes a deep learning model to determine the region and depth of cabbage cores for robotic automation of the cabbage core removal process during the kimchi manufacturing process. In addition, rather than predicting the depth of the measured cabbage, a model was presented that simultaneously detects and classifies the area by converting it into a discrete class. For deep learning model learning and verification, RGB images of the harvested cabbage 522 were obtained. The core region and depth labeling and data augmentation techniques from the acquired images was processed. MAP, IoU, acuity, sensitivity, specificity, and F1-score were selected to evaluate the performance of the proposed YOLO-v4 deep learning model-based cabbage core area detection and classification model. As a result, the mAP and IoU values were 0.97 and 0.91, respectively, and the acuity and F1-score values were 96.2% and 95.5% for depth classification, respectively. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that the depth information of cabbage can be classified, and that it can be used in the development of a robot-automation system for the cabbage core removal process in the future.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture and bee venom acupuncture (BVA) in patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (IPD) using positron emission tomography (PET) and arterial spin labeling (ASL). Methods: Patients with IPD who received a stable dose of anti-parkinsonian medication for at least 4 weeks were recruited and randomly divided into one of two groups: treatment and control. The treatment group (11 subjects) received acupuncture and BVA at acupoints, and the control group (9 subjects) received sham acupuncture and normal saline injections at non-acupoints, twice per week for 12 weeks. The patients were examined using PET and ASL at baseline and after the 12-week treatment. In addition, age- and sex-matched healthy subjects without neurological symptoms and history were recruited to compare ASL data of patients with IPD. Results: PET results revealed that striatal dopamine transporter binding increased in each group after 12 weeks. Although the change was larger in the treatment group, the difference was not statistically significant. In ASL results, the treatment group exhibited hyperperfusion in specific regions compared with the healthy control group. After 12 weeks' intervention, hyperperfusion regions were recovered only in the treatment group. In contrast, significant changes were not found in hyperperfusion regions in the control group after 12 weeks. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that the therapeutic mechanisms of acupuncture and BVA in IPD are different from placebo and operate by altering dopamine availability and recovering hyperactivity in cerebral blood flow.
