The goals of nursing education, and the bases for evaluating them depend on the goals of nursing practice. In order to prepare for the coming twenty first century and the meet changing societal demands and health needs, it is necessary to develop a new conceptual framework for future nursing education. While hospitals will still be in significant components of the health care system, will no longer be central focus or dominant influence. Health care services will be more usually delivered at community base. The nursing education required by that new approach must provide for reconsidered about a concept of caring as nursing curriculum. The changes in health care delivery that have occured, now being proposed, for nursing education undergoing its own changes. So the philosophy and objectives of education meed to reconsidering about the caring concept and general nursing. Nurse educators must prepare students to practic in condition of constant change. At the same time nurse educators must emphasize preparation about that. The practice of science of caring in nursing draws on a basic knowledge of the behavioral knowledge, biophysical processes, pathological processes, nursing skills and procedures and various treatment regimes and problem solving to help decision making in nursing situations. The concept of care is probably one of the least understood ideas used by professional and nonprofessional people, yet it is probably one of the most improtant concepts to be understood by nursing. Human caring and human relationships are closely interrelated. Humn caring remains an essential dimension of professional work and the science of caring as essental to the discipline of nursing. It is expected that the objectives of nursing education will be accomplished when the course and content of the curriculum are based on this conceptual framework. One recurrent education goal with some consistency is that of equipping the student with the necessary skills to live effectively and productivly in the world of tomorrow. In the new vision we are developing, professional education must also include exposure to liberal arts, encouragement of critical thinking, and a moral context for advanced professional education that is based upon a contextual health policy and caring science educational model.

When Web-based special retrieval systems for scientific field extremely restrict the expression of user's information request, the process of the information content analysis and that of the information acquisition become inconsistent. Accordingly, this study suggests the re-ranking retrieval model which reflects the content based similarity between user's inquiry terms and index words by grasping the document knowledge structure. In order to accomplish this, the former constructs a thesaurus and similarity relation matrix to provide the subject analysis mechanism and the latter propose the algorithm which establishes a search model such as query expansion in order to analyze the user's demands. Therefore, the algorithm that this study suggests as retrieval utilizing the information structure of a retrieval system can be content-based retrieval mechanism to establish a 2-step search model for the preservation of recall and improvement of accuracy which was a weak point of the previous fuzzy retrieval model.
Data modeling can be regarded as a series of processes to abstract real-world business concerns. The conceptual modeling phase is often regarded as the most difficult stage in the entire modeling process, because quite different conceptual models may be produced even for similar business domains based on users' varying requirements and the data modelers' diverse perceptions of the requirements. This implies that an object considered as an entity in one domain may be considered as an attribute in another, and vice versa. However, many traditional knowledge-based automated database design systems unfortunately fail to construct appropriate Entity-Relationship Diagrams(ERDs) for a given set of requirements due to the rigid assumption that an object should be classified as an entity if it has been classified as an entity in previous applications. In this paper, we propose an alternative automation system which can generate ERDs from business descriptions using association rule mining technique. Our system can be differentiated from the traditional ones in that our system can perform data modeling only based on business description written by domain workers, rather than relying on any kind of knowledge base. Since the proposed system can produce various versions of ERDs from the same business descriptions simultaneously, users can have the opportunity to choose one of the ERDs as being the most appropriate, based on their business environment and requirements. We performed a case study for personnel management in a university to evaluate the practicability of the proposed system This paper summarizes the result of it in the experiment section.

The Magnet Methodology is not the recording of knowledge, skills, techniques, and other information from the past, but creating a knowledge base using present issues of problems for students' and teachers' life-span development through the exploration of career choices and development. In short, it is the multi-cooperative information system for commensalism. It is the magnet program that connects various level of educational institutions under a certain theme and enables students to choose on their own. And this magnet program is being adminstered by the magnet school. And some regular schools provide magnet program as vocational educations and extra-curricular activities. Magnet program reflects the concept of desegregation which was proposed by the U.S. Federal Court decision against the racial conflict which had culminated in the 60s and 70s. Magnet program enables students to choose their own programs and schools, and gives teachers and students the opportunities to develop their teaching method and learning method. That's why magnet program is called continuous, future-oriented one. Teachers and students can also get fair judgement on their activities due to the voluntary magnet program. It mainly deals with practical issues, so it is very realistic to establish the multi cooperative information system including companies, homes, communities, or governments under these practical issues. The openness of magnet program is guaranteed not only by the characteristics of the program but also by the physical layout of the magnet schools. There are no doors and walls, and classrooms are facing one another and sharing all the opinions and information. This precisely corresponds to the concept of co-existence of eco-system and the interdisciplinary approach which is essential to solve our problems.

The growth of an information and knowledge based society has changed the base of education from institution-based to a learner-based system. This indicates that the educational purpose and individual characters of the learners are the primary factors for the educational success. In the information and knowledge based society, the Cyber University is a representative example of the new educational paradigm with its online communities, multi-media based education and communication among the learners. The sample of study was 1620 students of a leading cyber university in Seoul, Korea. One of the results in this study showed that satisfaction levels of learning and education do not have significant relationship with age or employment. Rather the lowering level of satisfaction after sufficient adaptation period of cyber education was raised as rising problem.

This Research was carried out to investigate landscape characteristics of the traditional Chinese village through the landscape analysis. The Purpose of this study was to offer suggestions for improving Korea's traditional village scenery. This research was conducted by analysis about an important component of the landscape in Ping-shan traditional village. It was studied natural landscape, life landscapes, agricultural production landscapes and symbols landscape. This study was carried out through literature research, field research and interviews. The results of Chinese traditional village's landscape characteristic was First, Ping-shan traditional village was located on the basis of Feng-Shui settings. Second, Ping-shan traditional village was clan-based. Third, It is composed of a large green space on the outskirts of the village. Fourth, Ping-shan traditional village was a typical channel village. Fifth, Ping-shan traditional village was a living landscape with various features. sixth, Ping-shan traditional village was a lot of space to agricultural production, most of the arable land surround village. Suggestions for improving Korea's traditional village scenery are as follows ; First, proposes actively re-design on the base of defense fengshi landscape interpreted as a modern sense. Seconds, when large-scale farmland project is established in Korea, you can expect to gain knowledge from traditional Chinese village spacing. Thirds, It seems to require a study of the public space for festival. in the case of china, ancestral shrine space is center and space for festival. Fourth, It was important to seek knowledge about protection for frequent in flood plains in Korea's traditional village. In recent years, various services in mobile environments due to the growth of mobile devices and related techniques like wireless networks. Furthermore, as the increasing communication traffic in cellular networks has become a new significant issue, many studies for device-to-device(D2D) communication and D2D-based cooperative services have been performed recently. In this paper, we design a smart agent system for D2D-based cooperative services and propose a dynamic service binding method based on service ontology. We classify roles of mobile devices for cooperative services by defining three types of smart agents, and construct a knowledge base in order to describe properties of 'service' unit. The proposed knowledge model, D2D cooperative service ontology, can enable a autonomous cooperative services between mobile devices by binding a requested service to the appropriate member device according to the real-time context in mobile environments.

Nowadays, the knowledge of modern society through education has become more and more complicated. The education system and the educational philosophy have created various education systems and methods for each country due to the difference of history and culture. In Korea, there are various teaching methods in recent years. However, if the traditional teaching method in Korea is based on educating teachers with a good understanding of the contents taught, some foreign countries such as USA and Germany can express their thoughts of the total population. In this situation, this study researches cases of other countries that have different educational systems from ours. It compares the differences of social background, educational program, and educational space in Germany, Singapore and the United States. As a result of this study, the following contents can be derived. The educational program is based on the social background of each country and plans an educational space suitable for the education program. In Germany, the emphasis is on the students' experience and community consciousness rather than on the amount of knowledge, so a home base space is planned between the classrooms to solve the problem of lack of solidarity and belonging among the students who are lacking in the curriculum. Some practical courses are run in the community. In Singapore, educational programs are elite-oriented compared to the other country, and because of the typical tropical climate, educational facilities are characterized by a lot of common space in semi-exterior space. Many schools in the United States have IMC in the central part of their schools that adopt self-directed learning and discussion.
