The most important of rule-base system is the knowledge base that determines the power of rule-base system. The important form of this knowledge is how to descript kinds of rules. The Rule-Base System (RBS) has been using in many field that need reflect quickly change of business rules in management system. As far, when develop the Rule-Based System, we must make a rule engine with a general language. There are three disadvantage of in this developed method. First, while there are many data that must be processed in the system, the speed of processing data will become very slow so that we cannot accept it. Second, we cannot change the current system to make it adaptive to changes of business rules as quickly as possible. Third, large data make the rule engine become very complex. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the two important methods of raising efficiency of Rule-Base System. The first method refers to using the Relational database technology to process the rules of the Rule-Base System, the second method refers to a algorithm of according to Quine McCluskey formula compress the rows of rule table. Because the expressive languages of rule are still remaining many problems, we will introduce a new expressive language, which is Rule-Base Data Model short as RBDM in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the status and characteristics of Web-based biographical information sources. Hence, this study examined the current status of Web-based biographical sources in China, Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S. It also conducted a comparative analysis of family names from the subject dictionary and Biography of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), reference books of China and the Chinese Historical Biographical Database and the China Biographical Database Project (CBDP) of the U.S. Furthermore, the problems related to status investigation and analyses of the Chinese biographical sources were studied. In this study, some suggestions were made to improve the management and usability of those biographical information sources in China and Korea.

This paper surveys the design of the adaptive information filtering agents to retrieve the useful information within a large scale database. As the information retrieval through the Internet is generalized, it is necessary to extract the useful information satisfied the user's request condition to reduce the seeking time. For the first, this module is designed by the Rough reduct to generate the reduced minimal knowledge database considered the users natural query language in a large scale knowledge database, and also it is executed the soft computing by the fuzzy composite processing to operate the uncertain value of the reduced schema domain.

Since 1997, Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy and Ministry of Environment have established data on some 400 basic raw and subsidiary materials and process like energy, petro-chemical, steel, cement, glass, paper, construction materials, transportation, recycling and disposal etc by initiating establishment of LCI database. Regarding agriculture, Rural Development Administration has conducted establishment of LCI database for major farm products like rice, barley, beans, cabbage and radish etc from 2009, and released that they would establish LCI database for 50 items until 2020 later on. The domestic LCI database for seeds, seedling, agrochemical, inorganic, fertilizer and organic fertilizer etc is only at initial stage of establishment, so overseas LCI databases are brought and being used. However, since the domestic and overseas natural environments differ, they fall behind in reliability. Therefore, this study has the purpose to select organic farming materials, survey the production process for various types of organic farming materials and establish LCI database for the effects of greenhouse gas emitted by each crop during the process. As for selecting methods, in this study organic farming materials were selected in the method of direct observation of material and bottom-up method a survey method with focus on the organic farming materials admitted into rice production. For the basic unit of carbon emission amount by the production of 1kg of organic farming material, the software PASS 4.1.1 developed by Korea Accreditation Board under Ministry of Knowledge Economy was used. The study had the goal to ultimately provide basic unit to calculate carbon emission amount in executing many institutions like goal management system and carbon performance display system etc in agricultural sector to be conducted later on. As a result, emission basic units per 1kg of production were calculated to be 0.04968kg-$CO_2$ for oystershells, 0.004692kg-$CO_2$ for expanded rice hull, and 1.029kg-$CO_2$ for bordeaux mixture liquid.

최근 정보기술의 가속적인 발전과 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인하여 우리는 다양하고 방대한 양의 지역정보를 접하고 이용하고 있다. 그러나 지역개발사업을 추진하는데 있어서 계획수립이 차지하는 중요성이 매우 큼에도 불구하고 지역을 대표하는 객관적이고 유용한 정보를 찾아내어 지역개발계획수립에 활용하는 예는 거의 없었다. 이에 여러 곳에 산재되어있는 지역정보들을 통합하여 관리하고 이러한 대량의 지역 데이터들로부터 지역을 특징지을 수 있는 보다 현실적이고 유용한 정보를 추출하거나 생성하여 지역정보 분석에 활용하는 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 지역개발계획을 수립하는데 있어서 방대한 양의 데이터로부터 유용한 정보를 추출하고 발견하는 지식발견(KDD : Knowledge Discovery in Database)(1) 프로세서의 전체과정에 지역개발계획 수립 목적에 맞추어 지역개발이론에 기초한 지역정보 분석과정을 삽입함으로써 보다 합리적이고 현실적인 지역개발계획이 수립되도록 지원할 수 있는 프로세서를 설계한다.

Objectives : This study analyzed the current status of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of miniscalpel acupuncture for lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) in China. Methods : A literature search was performed using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database. All studies up to June 7th, 2017 were searched. The quality of included RCTs was assessed with the Jadad scale. Results : Five RCTs were finally included in this review. The overall quality of the RCTs was assessed as low. All articles evaluated miniscalpel acupuncture as monotherapy or in combination with filiform needle therapy, drug injection therapy, Tuina treatment, thermal coagulation therapy, or spinal decompression. Miniscalpel acupuncture as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy showed greater therapeutic effect and fewer adverse effects. Conclusion : Miniscalpel acupuncture is a safe and effective nonpharmacological treatment for LSS. However, high-quality studies with consistent treatment protocols are needed to confirm these findings.

This paper is investigated conception and methodology of data selection, cleaning, integration, transformation, reduction, selection and application of data mining techniques, and model evaluation during procedure of the knowledge discovery in database (KDD) based on Mathematics. Statistical role and methodology in KDD is studied as branch of Mathematics. Also, we investigate the history, mathematical background, important modeling techniques using statistics and information, practical applied field and entire examples of data mining. Also we study the differences between data mining and statistics.

Over the past decade, changes in product development processes and increased consumer demands have dramatically influenced engineering working practices and targets. The information technology revolution has made its appearance concurrent to this relentless escalation in product engineering requirement. It has offered hopes for improved productivity despite these increasing demands. The wide availability of personal computing power, virtually inexhaustible sources of information and an abundance of computerized engineering tools have created great expectations. Knowledge information modeling system and database were developed using ASP and Microsoft SQL 2000 Server to share the DB that can be utilized to process on the web.

An integrated design system has as its aim the incoporation of all the design processes, such as, planning, preliminary design, analysis, detailed design (mamber design), evaluation, and drafting into an unified software system. Successful implementation such a system could lead to major improvements in efficiency by eliminating duplication of data and efforts. reducing errors, saving design time, providing management support, and so on. This study presents a methodology for an computer-integrated design system for building structures, synthesizing algorithmic procedures and knowledge based expert systems on the network database. Network database, which was designed to store all information systematically during the design processes, provides centeral communication area between algorithms and expert systems. The conventional procedural codes automate the routine design phases such as structural analysis, whereas knowledge-based expert systems support designer's decisions at the creative design phases such as preliminary design etc. The user interface with interactive and batch modes controls the design phases and manages design information and activates the algorithms and the expert systems. The concept presented in this paper will contribute to the formulation of automated design systems for building structures.

To maintain design-knowledge database and manage configuration for requirement of performance tests and safety standards of High Speed Railway(HSR), It is established that management system of performance tests and safety standards and then constructed that design-knowledge database and documented a performance test and safety specifications for supporting performance test and safety system using Model-Based Systems Engineering(MBSE) tool.
