집단지성 네트워크형 사이버폴리스 자원봉사시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Cyberpolice Volunteer System Using the Collective Intellectual Network)

  • 4차 산업혁명으로 현실세계와 가상세계의 경계가 사라지는 현실에서 시공간을 초월하여 발생하는 사이버범죄에 대하여 실정법 체계 하에 구축된 정부조직의 경찰 공권력으로만 경찰의 임무를 다 하는데 분명한 한계를 갖고 있다. 본 논문은 문헌적 연구와 보안업무 경험을 토대로 사이버범죄에 대하여 실시간 대응할 수 있도록 각 사회분야의 집단지성이 자발적으로 참여할 수 있는 사회적 시스템을 구축하여 사이버공간에서의 범죄를 예방하고 사회적 공감대를 형성할 수 있는 대책방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 연구하였다. 집단지성 네트워크형 사이버폴리스 자원봉사시스템 구축을 위한 방안으로 우선, 집단지성 네트워크형 사이버폴리스 자원봉사시스템 구축이 필요하다. 이 구성은 제반 안전관리 전문가 등으로 구성한다. 그리고 경찰청의 경비업법상 민간조사업무 규정이 신설되어야 한다. 또한 집단지성 사이버폴리스 자원봉사시스템의 안전지킴이 봉사활동을 강화해야 하며, 선진국들의 사이버범죄에 대한 연구교훈 및 법적 대응방안이 도입되어야 한다. 끝으로 개인정보 보호법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 등의 과도한 규제 규정을 개정하여야 하며, 경찰관은 사전예방활동을 위한 사이버범죄 위해 인지능력을 배양해야 한다.

PBL 접목한 문화콘텐츠 기획의 교수학습 평가 요소 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Factors of Teaching Learning in the Planning of Cultural Contents by Using PBL)

  • 본 연구는 문화콘텐츠기획의 이해 강의를 통해 PBL(Problem Based Learnign)을 위한 교수 및 학습 방법 도입의 제고와 이를 효과적으로 평가하기 위한 평가요소에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 문화와 문화콘텐츠 그리고 콘텐츠기획으로 학습자들에게 하나의 문화콘텐츠가 완성하기까지의 전 과정에서 스토리텔링이 반영되도록하기 위한 충분한 주도적 학습과 문제 중심 학습의 실용적인 교육방법론을 접목하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육현장과 실무, 상황에 따라 유기적으로 팀워크와 협력을 잘 할 수 있도록 교수법에 대한 역할은 충실해야 한다. 수업을 듣는 학생들에게 수요를 충족시키고, 이를 설문을 통하여 반영하며 현실 문제를 적용하고, 수업 전 과정을 습득하게 하였다. 수업을 통해 문화콘텐츠를 기획하고 결과물을 완성하기 까지 학습자들은 서로 협력해야 했으며, 창의적인 아이디어로부터 마지막 결과물이 완성되기까지 팀워크에서 스스로 평가와 동료를 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과를 함께 공유하고 학생 스스로에게 필요한 PBL평가 요소를 조사할 수 있었고, PBL평가방법에 대한 선행연구와 설문 조사를 통해 문화콘텐츠기획의 이해 과목의 평가요소를 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 도출한 평가요소는 기본통계와 워드클라우드분석, AHP분석을 사용하여 평가요소간의 우선순위를 확인해볼 수 있었다. 도출된 평가요소는 소통능력, 기본지식, 추론과정, 전문성, 평가기술이었다. 본 글을 통해 문화콘텐츠기획의 이해과목을 문제중심학습 수업으로 이끌고, 학생들에게 익숙하고 원활한 수업이 될 수 있도록 유도할 수 있었다.

Use of Multimedia Technologies in Extra-Curricular Works in Order to Improve the Quality of Training of Future Specialists

  • The article deals with the role of extra-curricular work by means of multimedia technologies in order to improve the quality of training of future specialists. An important condition for achieving high results in training specialists is the optimal combination of classroom and independent extra-curricular work of students by means of multimedia technologies. Very significant is the development of student independence, the formation of skills of independent search activity, the ability to take responsibility, independently solve a problem, find constructive solutions, a way out of a crisis situation, and so on. Extra-curricular work forms students' ability to master the techniques of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison; develops flexibility of thinking; opens up opportunities for the development and stabilization of positive learning motives to activate the process of mastering knowledge by means of multimedia technologies as a means of forming the personality of a highly qualified specialist. The concept of multimedia as one of the priority areas of Information Technology, which plays a particularly important role in the process of informatization of education, is revealed, and its advantages in education are shown. The advent of multimedia systems optimizes transformations in education, in many areas of professional activity, science, art, etc. The necessity of distance learning to improve the quality of training of future specialists using multimedia technologies in extra-curricular work is justified. The effectiveness of pedagogical support in the process of distance learning is achieved by the following conditions, which is revealed in the article. Various forms and types of extra-curricular work of students that are used in the modern practice of the educational environment of a higher education institution are described. Scientific and informational activity is considered a key area of information activity. The analysis of scientific and information activities in the field of education allows us to identify its main functions, which emphasize the growing role of scientific information in the education system, in particular, extra-curricular work using multimedia technologies. Operational, complete, accurate, targeted information that meets objective and subjective needs becomes an important link between the field of management, science and practice.

예비교사를 위한 실감형 콘텐츠 활용 메타인지 학습전략 기반 화학 프로그램의 효과 및 관계성 분석 (Effectiveness and Relationship Analysis of Chemistry Programs Based on Metacognitive Learning Strategies Using Realistic Contents for Pre-service Teachers)

  • 본 연구에서는 실감형 콘텐츠를 활용한 메타인지 학습전략 기반 화학 프로그램이 예비 교사의 창의적 사고역량 및 과학과 핵심 역량에 미치는 효과와 이에 대한 인식을 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 특히, 메타인지를 강화시키는 전략을 도입하여 프로그램의 효과를 더욱 향상시키고자 하였다. 참가자는 새로 개발한 화학 프로그램을 적용 받는 실험반과 실감형 콘텐츠와 메타인지 전략을 포함하지 않은 일반적인 수업을 적용 받는 전통반으로 분류하였다. 두 집단 모두에게 프로그램 적용 전과 적용 후 설문을 실시하여 메타인지 역량과 창의적 사고역량 및 과학과 핵심역량의 변화 정도를 측정하였다. 또한 메타인지 역량과 과학과 핵심역량이 창의력 사고역량에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 실험반의 메타인지 역량, 창의적 사고역량 하위요소 중 적절성과 합리성, 과학과 핵심 역량 중 과학적 참여 및 평생 학습 능력을 제외한 모든 하위요소가 유의하게 향상되었다. 또한 메타인지 역량 중 메타인지적 지식, 과학과 핵심역량 중 과학적 탐구능력과 과학적 사고력이 창의적 사고역량에 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 결과를 통해 창의력 사고역량의 향상을 위해 메타인지 학습전략을 접목시킨 실감형 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하며 이를 활용할 수 있는 학습모형 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 시사점을 얻었다.

Self-Efficacy as a Predictor of Self-Care in Persons with Diabetes Mellitus: Meta-Analysis

  • Diabetes mellitus, a universal and prevalent chronic disease, is projected to be one of the most formidable worldwide health problems in the 21st century. For those living with diabetes, there is a need for self-care skills to manage a complex medical regimen. Self-efficacy which refers to one's belief in his/her capability to monitor and perform the daily activities required to manage diabetes has be found to be related to self-care. The concept of self-efficacy comes from social cognitive theory which maintains that cognitive mechanism mediate the performance of behavior. The literature cites several research studies which show a strong relationship between self-efficacy and self-care behavior. Meta-analysis is a technique that enables systematic review and quantitative integration of the results from multiple primary studies that are relevant to a particular research question. Therefore, this study was done using meta-analysis to quantitatively integrate the results of independent research studies to obtain numerical estimates of the overall effect of a self-efficacy with diabetic patient on self-care behaviors. The research proceeded in three stages : 1) literature search and retrieval of studies in which self-efficacy was related to self-care, 2) coding, and 3) calculation of mean effect size and data analysis. Seventeen studies which met the research criteria included study population of adults with diabetes, measures of self-care and measures of self-efficacy as a predictive variable. Computation of effect size was done on DSTAT which is a statistical computer program specifically designed for meta-analysis. To determine the effect of self-efficacy on self-care practice homogeneity tests were conducted. Pooled effect size estimates, to determine the best subvariable for composite variables, metabolic control variables and component of self-efficacy and self-care, indicated that the effect of self-efficacy composite on self-care composite was moderate to large. The weighted mean effect size of self-efficacy composite and self-care composite were +.76 and the confidence interval was from +.66 to +.86 with the number of subjects being 1,545. The total for this meta-analysis result showed that the weighted mean effect sizes ranged from +.70 to +1.81 which indicates a large effect. But since reliabilities of the instruments in the primary studies were low or not stated, caution must be applied in unconditionally accepting the results from these effect sizes. Meta-analysis is a useful took for clarifying the status of knowledge development and guiding decision making about future research and this study confirmed that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-care in patients with diabetes. It, thus, provides support for nurses to promote self-efficacy in their patients. While most of the studies included in this meta-analysis used social cognitive theory as a framework for the study, some studies use Fishbein & Ajzen's attitude model as a model for active self-care. Future research is needed to more fully define the concept of self-care and to determine what it is that makes patients feel competent in their self-care activities. The results of this study showed that self-efficacy can promote self-care. Future research is needed with experimental design to determine nursing interventions that will increase self-efficacy.

환경분야 직업교육훈련과정 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구 (A Study on Job Analysis for the Development of Vocational Education & Training Curriculum for the Environmental field)

  • 이 연구는 1998년부터 수행된 직업교육훈련 프로그램 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구로서 교육 훈련 자격 분야에서 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 2002년도에 개발된 직무분석 지침서를 보완하고, 2003년에 이 연구와 함께 수행된 $\ulcorner$직업 변동에 관한 연구(III)$\lrcorner$에서 추출된 환경 산업 관련 직업 중에서 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위해 선행적으로 요구되는 10개 직업을 선정하고, 직무분석을 실시하여 이들에 대한 교육 과정, 훈련 기준, 자격 검정의 출제 기준을 개발할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제작 보급하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 내용은 첫째, 직무분석 관련 선행 내용을 분석하고, 둘째, 직무분석 지침서를 보완하며, 셋째, 직무분석 대상 직업을 선정한 후, 넷째, 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위한 직무분석을 실시하고, 그 결과를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법으로는 직무분석 관련 선행 연구 및 자료 분석, 직무분석 보완 및 대상 직업 선정과 직업별 직무분석을 위한 전문가 협의회, 데이컴법(DACUM process)을 이용한 직무분석 등을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 우선 직업교육훈련과정의 개발을 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리 제시하였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비, 2단계는 직무모형 설정, 3단계는 지식, 기능, 도구 추출, 4단계는 선수 코스 및 교과목 선정, 5단계는 교육 훈련 내용 상세화, 6단계는 출제 기준 설정 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 절차에 따라 10개 직업에 대한 직업별 직무분석이 진행되었다.

설문조사를 통한 북한 건설노동자의 급속 양성 교육·훈련 방안 (Rapid Education and Training Methodology for North Korean Construction Workers through a Survey)

  • 본 연구는 북한의 정치적 노선 변화에 따른 개방과 미래 한반도의 평화와 번영을 대비하여 증가하고 있는 인프라 건설 수요에 대응하기 위한 방안 마련의 일환으로 수행되었다. 북한의 인프라 건설 및 정비에 대한 수요는 급증하고 있으나, 체계적인 건설기능인력의 양성 및 관리에 대한 인식이 부족하고, 이에 따라 숙련된 건설기능인력 수가 절대적으로 부족하다. 이에 북한 탈북민을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 북한 건설 공사 현황과 건설기능인력의 기술수준 및 애로사항을 집중 분석하고, 이에 대응하여 적절한 교육·훈련 프로그램 과정 및 운영 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 설문조사 결과 건설기능인력의 기술수준이 낮은 것은 기술숙련도 부족, 동원된 인력에 의한 근로의욕상실, 인력 양성 및 관리체계의 부족 등이 원인이었다. 교육·훈련의 필요성은 모두 인지하고 있었으며, 적정 교육·훈련 시간은 1년 이내가 전체 응답의 56%를 차지하였으며, 이 중 6개월 이내가 36%를 차지하였다. 이와 같은 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 북한의 건설기능인력 급속 양성을 위한 교육·훈련 기간을 1년으로 채택하였다. 그리고 건설현장의 기능인력 양성이라는 관점에서 우리나라의 NCS 표준과 비교하여 전문 지식이 요구되는 계획 및 설계, 건설관리 등의 교육과정을 제외한 적정 교육시간을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 유닛별로 교육·훈련 과정에 해당하는 교과목을 도출하고, 시설 운영에 필요한 시설명과 소요 면적에 대한 기준을 제시하였다.

사회환경 교육과정의 표준화 모형 및 통합 프로그램의 평가 (Evaluation of the Standardized Curriculum Module and Integrated Program for Social-Environmental Education)

  • Promoting positive values, attitudes, participation and personal actions on the basis of the acquisition of one's knowledge and skills is emphasized on teaching environmental education. To complete this purpose of environmental education, it is necessary not only to use various and practical educational resources, but also to develop information system, with multimedia and internet, which are effective for learning. This research attempts to assess the consistency of planning, organization and operation of integrated program for social environmental education which was developed for the necessities mentioned above. We surveyed about the accuracy of contents, usefulness, convenience and easiness of Integrated program for social environmental education. Also, we used a questionnaire to clarify the values and attitudes of respondents after they took environmental education. Then, technically, descriptive statistical method has been used to analyze the results of these surveys. Finally, we conduct an examination of the distribution of chi-square to verify the relationship between the learner's experience of using computer and one's concern about environmental issues. The results of this program, developed by research team, can be assessed by following five basic elements: usefulness, practicality, appropriation, efficiency and effectiveness. More than 90% of respondents said that this program is convenient and easy to loam. Also, more than 85% of whole respondents identified that after teaming this program they recognized more clearly what the main contents of environmental education are. In addition, we got positive response from 93% of respondents that they could understand environmental problems. On the other hand, values and attitudes of respondents have not improved a lot after the environmental education compared with the remarkable change in their recognition and understanding of environmental issues; only 34% of respondents responded that they changed their life style for making better environment after teaming this program. But it is clear that they understand much better about the environmental policy after they are educated. Developed by using information system, this integrated program for social environmental education may get different results according to a respondent's experience of using computer. Therefore, the more a respondent got a chance to use computer for a long period of time, the more he/she gave positive evaluation on the convenience and easiness of this program. However, there was no certain relationship between the frequence of using computer and one's understanding of environmental issues. Futhermore, a person who has constant concerns about environmental problems showed more positive attitudes against the understanding of environmental education. This integrated program for social environmental education, characterized by integrated, specialized and efficient educational system, can also be used as a curriculum or teaching materials for environmental education for adults; especially, it would be appropriate for teaching learners at all levels, who have different personal characteristics, to let them acquire virtual education by using information system.

병원마케팅 실태와 전략방안 -지역사회의 일 종합병원을 대상으로- (Hospital Marketing Condition and Strategy -Of a General Hospital-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the real condition of hospital marketing and concrete strategy on medical consumers need for enhance the effectiveness of hospital management. The data were collected from January 27 to February 3, 2000 at a general hospital located in M city to 205 in-patients and out-patients by questionnaires. The research tool was based on literatures. The data was analysed by the use of percentage, mean, t-test and ANOVA by SAS(Statistical Analysis System) Package Program. The results of this study are summerized as follows: 1. Mean score of the marketing mix (4P 's) was 3.1 in total and each mean score was 3.6 in product, 2.5 in prices, 3.3 in place and 3.1 in promotion. The following are the items which received the highest scores in each: 'The hospital is clean' in service category; 'the prices of meals at the restaurant the patients' families use are reasonable ' in price sphere. In distribution, 'it is easy to locate the hospital' and in promotion,'we'll use this hospital again' and 'we'll recommend this hospital to others'. 2. Marketing mix factors(4P's) was significantly different on the general characteristics in terms of marriage status, occupations and the period of hospitalization. 3. The most important reason for choosing this hospital was 'This is a general hospital with good facilities' and the next were 'The hospital staffs are kind and the hospital is clean' and 'The traffic is convenient to come'. The most important factors contributing to a good image formation of the hospital were 'this is a clean hospital', 'This is a hospital with kind people' and 'this hospital is equipped with good medical facilities'. 4. The factors for making a good image concerning the nursing service were professional knowledge, good nursing skills and kindness. After grasping the marketing conditions of the hospital aided by the above-mentioned research results, the researchers concludes that it is necessary to develop an institutionalized service strategy to increase the satisfaction the patients feel about the hospital facilities and kindness of the staff and as a result, to differentiate it from other medical institutions.

정보조사제공에 있어서 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 응용모형개발을 위한 실증적 연구 (A Pilot Study on the Practical Model of Nonverbal Communication for the Effective Information Services)

  • Traditionally, the emphasis of the information services had been placed on the information provider's knowledge of information sources or information systems. However, in view of the increasing complexity of the information environment. and changes taking place in information professions the evaluation of the information services has callded for further research in interpersonal communication aspects of the librarian user interface especially that which links to user satisfaction. This experimental study was carried out for the purpose of exploring the implications of nonverbal behaviors in measuring user satisfaction in the light of the fact that the meaning of nonverbal clues includes more than verbal communication especially in dealing with variable barriers even though they operate at low levels of awareness. In this sense, among the wide range of nonverbal communication areas in particular kinesics, artifacts and the proximics were examined to suggest alternative model which can be applied effectively in our specific set of information work environment. Two major university libraries and two research libraries in Korea were chosen and visited for the anlysis and per each refernce/information interview the librarian's nonverbal behaviors were checked on the observer's checklist and the qustionnaires completed by the user at a time. On the basis of these data firstly, the relation of user satisfaction concerned with the librarian's nonverbal communication to user satisfaction with information services was analyzed and the possible communication barriers were investigated. In addition, the effect of training the information librarian with positive nonverbal communication skills on the user's satisfaction was analyzed in a SAS computer program in the area of kinesics. On the other hand, the effect of other nonverbal behaviors such as proximics and artifacts known very important clues to improving a complex human interaction was discussed along with their experimental results. In conclusion, it was found that most of users were not sensitive to the importance of nonverbal behaviors exposed by the information librarian, but it was proved that the ultimate user satisfaction and the satisfaction of the librarian's nonverbal behaviors are correlated positively, Moreover, nonverbal behaviors displayed by the trained librarian toward the user had a considerable effect on the user's evalution of information services compared with those by the untrained. These findings imply that in order to control the librarian's nonverbal behaviors and to help the user overcome his barriers the information librarian as a specialist needs to assure and modify willilingly his communication behavior. Without making effective use of such nonverbal communication, information librarian could not expect to meet the user's information needs either. However, when these positive nonverbal behaviors are applied it would be highly desirable to be aware of cultural and contextual differences. With regard to increasing information services success the applicable nonverbal communication model for library management and education can be suggested as below.
