Oligomenorrhalgia is one of common clinical disease in the gynecologic problems, means menstual cycle of 35 days-6 months. In oriental medicine is similar to means of 'Delayed menstruation', 'Postdated menstruation', 'Retarded menstruation' etc. Because in many case Oligomenorrhea became worse to amenorrhea, is realation to outbreak of infertility or systemic dysphoria and need detail examination and lasting inspection. We treated one case of Oligomenorrhalgia. This study classified the disease of the patient the deficiency of kindey, seven emotions and blood feaver. After the treatment, Oligomenorrhalgia is cured. The result get effective by korean medicine.

The person mental get accomplished unconsciousness and consciousness. The wisdom is smoothly thinking activity. If the ascent and descent operation of 'HEART mental faculties (心神) - KIDNEY essence of life (腎精) is normal, mental action is clearness. The wrong mental action come out two direction. The one is the agony as a result of the prosperous appear on the Heart Fire(心火). The other is the non-mind as a result of the prosperous appear on the Kindey Water(腎水). If we keep on the maintenance of the condition on WATER & FIRE complement each other (水火昇降) by the mental concentration training method, we can conquest for the agony and non-mind.

This study was carried out effect of red ginseng extract(1.0g/kg) on organotin compounds (10, 20 and 40 mg/kg) which poisons against some organs like thyroid gland, liver, kindey, testis, ovary, serum immuinty and sex hormone activity of rats were examinned by gastric tubing for 3 weeks. The weight of each organ in TBTO treated group were significantly increased other organs which excepted kinedy in males and only liver in females.(p<0.05, p<0.01). In case of Immunity activity of each sex, IgM level was small change comparsion with that of control group in all sex. but IgG level was significantly decreased females rather than males comparsion with that of control group.(p<0.05, p<0.01) In case of sex hormone activity, the testosterone activity of males and the estradiol activity of females were significantly decreased rather than the control group. on the other hand, red singsong treated group was only significantly increased estradiol activity.( p<0.05, p<0.01)

Arachidonic acid which is precursor of prostaglandins, when administered ($100.0\;{\mu}g/kg$, or $100.0\;{\mu}g/kg/min$) intravenously, did not influence on renal function of dog. Arachidonic acid, when infused ($10.0\;{\mu}g/kg/min$) into a renal artery, produced marked diuretic action accompanied with augmentation of renal plasma flow and with little changed glomerular filtration rate, and exhibited the increased clearances of osmolar substance and free water, and the decreased reabsorption rates of sodium and potassium in renal tubules in only experimental kidney, but did not influenced at all in control kindey. The diuretic acition of arachidonic acid infused into a renal artery was not affected by pretreatment of indomethacin (10.0 mg/kg. i.v) which is inhibitor of cyclooxygenase. Above results suggest that arachidonic acid infused into a renal artery produced diuretic action through direct renal hemodynamic changes, that is mediated by reduction of postglomerular resistance being caused by dilation of vas efferense.

In this study, 198 cases of Korean Native Cattle having renal lesions were observed during the examination of a cases and total of 350 cases in 1967. The lesions observed were 190 cases of interstitial nephritis (54.3%) I case of atrophic kindey (0.3%), 5 cases of renal cyst (1.4%) and 2 casces of renal abscess (0.6%). The interstitial nephritis was classified into focal (73.2%), local (13.6%) and diffuse (13.5%) in type. The gross and microscopic findings for the lesions were also described and discussed.

Nowadays Asthma is considered to be an inflamatory disease characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness and pulmonary eosinophilia. Hominis Placenta is the dried placenta of a healthy women. It has correspondence to the meridians of lung and kindey. Hominis Placenta acupuncture therapy has effect on invigoration of vital energy nourishing blood and tonifying the essence. It can be applied to the disease as Asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, degenerative change and cerebrovascular disease. We treated two patients of Asthma with CVA by Homins Placenta Aqua-Acupuncture. The effect of Homins Placenta Aqua-Acupuncture was assessed by analyzing the pulmonary function test(PFT) and Quality of Life Questionnaire for adult Korean Asthmatics(QLQAKA) in patients before and after treatment. Total score was increased. The patients are satisfied our treatment. But further research concerning this is still necessary.

The uptake of phenolsulfonphthalein (PSP) and of paraaminohippuric acid (PAH) by cortical slices of the rabbit kidney was investigated while varying the composition of medium. The overall uptake of these substances displayed typical active transport characteristics and was significantly enhanced in presence of acetate. When the phosphate buffer was used the optimal pH was 7.4 for both substances. However, when the tris-buffer was used the optimal pH was 7.4 for PSP and 8.3 for PAH. Removal of $Na^+$ from the medium resulted in a significant reduction in the uptake. Similar results, though lesser in magnitude, were obtained when either $K^+\;or\;Ca^{++}$ was removed from the medium. However, there was no additive effect when $K^+\;and/or\;Ca^{++}$ were additionally removed from the $Na^+-free$ medium. The presence of ${NH_4}^+$ greatly reduced while $Li^+\;and\;Mg^{++}$ moderately reduced the uptake of both substances. However, choline had no effect. In substrate-leached slices, acetate greatly enhance the uptake of organic acids; but this action was not demonstrable in absence of $Na^+,\;K^+\;or\;Ca^{++}$.

In order to investigate the effects of red ginseng extract to methyl mercury toxicities in mice, the serum lipoproteins, tissure protein patternsm and growth rates were studied. Animals wee divided into 3 groups of the control, group I treated with methyl mercury chloride only, and group II treated together with methyl mercury chloride and red ginseng extract. In serum lipoprotein fractions of group I, beta lipoprotein fraction was increased and pre-beta lipoprotein fraction was decreased in comparision to those of the control. However, there was almost no difference in quantities of serum lipoprotein fractions between the control and group II. Total pretein contents of groups I and II were increased in liver and those of groups I and II in the kidney were decreased. However, in comparison to group I, total protein contents of group II in the liver and kidney were similar values with those of the control. Percentage of tissue protein fractions between control and group I in the liver and kindey showed considerable difference. On the other hand, the percentage of protein fractions of group II approximated to that of the control. Daily average growth rate of body weight in group II was similar to the control, but that of group I was decreased significantly in comparison to the other 2 groups.

강남콩과 대두를 삶아 분리한 고물의 미세구조를 광학 현미경 및 SEM으로 조사하고 그 화학조성과 조직감 특성을 비교하였다. 강남콩 고물의 경우 각각의 세포가 잘 분리되었으나 대두 고물은 여러개의 세포가 결학된 덩어리가 많이 포함되어 있었다. SEM 사진에 의하면 강남콩 고물을 구성하는 세포는 구형이었으나 대두 고물의 구성세포는 긴 자루 형태를 가지고 있었다. 펙틴질을 비교적 많이 함유하는 대두 고물의 경우 높은 접착성과 응집성을 나타내었다.

We treated two cases coughing and sputum sign Sequela of Pneumonia by Hominis Placenta Aqua-Acupuncture. The symptoms was improved and the patients satisfied.
