노인 장기요양보험의 등급판정을 위한 의사결정나무 연구 (A Study on the Judgement Rating for Level of Need for Long-term Care Insurance Using a Decision Tree)

  • 노인장기요양보험은 고령이나 노인성질병 등으로 인하여 혼자서 일상 생활을 수행하기 어려운 노인 등에게 신체활동 또는 가사지원 등의 장기요양급여를 사회적 연대원리에 의해 제공하는 사회보험 제도로써, 우리나라에서는 2008년 7월부터 시행하고 있다. 신뢰성있는 등급판정을 위하여, 안정적인 수급자의 요양인정점수를 산출하는 것은 노인장기요양보험제도의 시행에 있어 매우 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 요양인정점수 산출과 등급판정에 의사결정나무 모형을 사용하였고 안정적인 모형을 위해 원자료의 변환 및 절사, 다양한 분리기준(splitting criterion), 정지규칙(stopping rule)을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 생성한 모형이 기존의 모형보다 안정적임을 확인하였다.

  • A major problem of stopwatch time study is how to do for the accurate and consistent performance rating, which is one of the critical variables to determine the accuracy of work measurement and should be still dependent upon time observer's judgement. Therefore the time observer's ability for the performance rating is very important, and must be improved by correct training method and procedure. This paper developed a new benchmark and benchmark-observation method for the effective performance rating training of assembling and machining operations. The trainees' ability in the accuracy and consistency of the performance rating ,improved significantly after being trained by subject method. The percentage improvement in rating accuracy and consistency values was 34.7% and 49% respectively. In addition, benchmark-practice method for the performance rating training is not significant, so it is proofed that the skill of a certain operation is not important for the improvement of the rating ability.

응력보정계수 산정 방법 개선 (An Improvement for Determining Response Modification Factor in Bridge Load Rating)

  • Bridge load rating calculations provide a basis for determining the safe load capacity of bridge. Load rating requires engineering judgement in determining a rating value that is applicable to maintaining the safe use of the bridge and arriving at posting and permit decisions. Load testing is an effective means in calculating the rating value of bridge. In Korea, load carrying capacity of bridge is modified by response modification factor that is determined from comparisons of measured values and analysis results. The response modification factor may be corrupted by vehicle location error that is defined as the gap of test vehicle location between load testing and analysis. In this study, the effects of vehicle location error to structural response and response modification factor are investigated, and a new method for evaluating response modification factor is proposed. The random data analysis shows that the proposed method is less sensitive to vehicle location error than the present method.

귀인 경향에 따른 도덕성(도덕신념, 판단, 행동) 발달 분석 (Developmental Analysis of Morality(Belief, Judgment & Behavior) in Relation to Attribution)

  • Different aspects of morality, namely, moral belief, moral judgement and moral behavior have been studied seperately. This study examined the development of these three aspects of morality in relation to internal attribution in one sample. A total of 371, third -and sixth- grade children from Masan city were responded to questionnaires on moral belief, moral judgement, and attibutional tendency. In addition, children's moral behavior was measured by the teachers' 5-item rating scale. As results, there were signigicant but low correlations among three components of morality. There were developmental differences in moral belief and moral judgement but there was no age difference in moral behavior. Compared to third graders, sixth graders were higher in moral judgement but lower in moral belief. Social experience as well as cognitive development on moral relativity could explain this paradoxical developmental trend in moral belief. There was a sex difference only on moral behavior : Girls were rated higher in moral behavior than boys. Internal attribution was significantly correlated with all three aspects of morality, .15 with moral belief, .45 with moral judgement, .14 with moral behavior, respectively. There was a significant developmental difference but no sex difference in attributional tendency: Sixth graders reported higher internal attribution than third graders. However, there was no developmental difference in correlations among internal attribution and three aspects of morality. Most importantly, internal attribution explained morality better than either age -or sex- variable. It was suggested that educational programs on morality need to focus on the internalization of it.

The random data analysis shows that the proposed method is less sensitive to vehicle location error than the present method.

사회불안 아동의 해석, 기대 및 판단에서의 인지 편향 (COGNITIVE BIASES IN INTERPRETATION, EXPECTATION AND JUDGEMENT OF SOCIALLY ANXIOUS CHILDREN)

  • 목적:사회불안 아동의 해석 편향과 수행에 대한 기대 및 판단 편향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법:자기 보고와 또래 거명을 근거로 해서 선발된 사회불안이 높은 아동 18명과 사회불안이 낮은 아동 16명을 대상으로 인지 편향을 측정하기 위한 세 가지 과제를 실시하였다. 첫 번째 과제는 모호한 사회적 상황을 중립적 또는 위협적으로 해석하는지 알아보는 것이다. 두 번째 과제는 즉석 3분 발표를 수행하는 것에 대한 기대를, 세 번째 과제 는 발표 후에 실시한 자기 평정과 평정자 평정간의 비교를 통해 판단 편향을 측정하는 것이었다. 결과:사회불안이 높은 아동들은 해석, 기대 및 판단 측정치에서 사회불안이 낮은 아동들과 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 평정자 평정 결과, 사회불안이 높은 아동들은 사회불안이 낮은 아동들에 비해 3분 발표를 수행하는 능력이 유의하게 더 낮은 것으로 평정되었다. 결론:인지 편향이 아동기 사회불안의 발생과 지속에 미치는 영향에 대하여 논의하였다.

청지각적 평가 방식에 따른 음성장애 심한 정도 판단과 자가 신뢰도에 대한 차이 (Effects of EAI and VAS on perceptual judgement and confidence rating by listeners for voice disorders)

  • 본 연구는 음성장애 청지각적 평가인 EAI(등간척도)와 VAS(시각적 아날로그 척도)의 차이점, 각 평가방법에 대한 평가자 자가-신뢰도(confidence rating)을 알아보았다. 30명의 언어병리전공 학생들이 음성장애로 진단받은 화자(N=25)의 발성과 읽기 샘플을 듣고 EAI는 7점 척도, VAS는 0-10cm의 직선에 음성장애 정도를 표시했고, 판단에 대한 자가 신뢰도 점수는 7점 척도로 실시했다. 음성장애 정도에 대한 판단의 준거가 제시되는 상황(조건 1)과 그렇지 않은 상황(조건 2)에서 모음 연장발성과 읽기 과제에 대해 각각 실시했다. 연구 결과, 발성이나 읽기과제에서 모두 동일하게 모두 VAS평가 점수가 높게 산출되었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다. 그 외 조건 1의 읽기과제와 조건 2의 발성과제에 대한 EAI와 VAS평가 점수 간에는 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과는 음성장애 화자들의 발화 과제와 청지각적 평가유형이 청취자들의 지각적인 판단에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 이에 대한 보다 집중된 임상 연구가 계속되어야 할 것을 시사한다.

통행차량에 의한 내하력 평가기법 연구 (A New Method for Evaluating Load Carrying Capacity with respect to Traffic loads)

Load rating requires engineering judgement in determining a rating value that is applicable to maintaining the safe use of the bridge and arriving at posting and permit decisions. Load testing is an effective means in calculating the rating value of bridge. In Korea, load carrying capacity of bridge is modified by response modification factor that is determined from comparisons of measured values and analysis results. This paper presents the development of a method for determining the response the modification factor, using traffic loads. The proposed method is based on the results of computer simulations of traffic action effects. The simulation program generates random traffic actions for defined traffic conditions and determines the frequency distribution of maximum traffic action effects. A comparison between the proposed method and the present method shows good agreement in estimating the modified load carrying capacity of bridges.

마비말장애 연구문헌에서 살펴본 말평가의 청지각적 요소 (Auditory-Perceptual Variables of Speech Evaluation in Dysarthria Literature)

  • Perceptual judgement method is frequently used in evaluating dysarthric speech. Although most of speech pathologists and researchers focus on the 38 perceptual features provided by Darley, Aronson & Brown(1969) during evaluation, there are additional characteristics that may be useful to describe dysarthria in literature. We reviewed previous dysarthria literature and selected 46 perceptual characteristics that could be examined at various subsystems of speech production. We also provided explanations and rationale for the rating method for each of the perceptual characteristics. This attempt might aid to offer a basic ground for developing a diagnostic tool of dysarthria.

  • The ratings of noise are consisted of physical factors and psychological factors. The physical factor means the scales and the spectrum characteristics of noise, on the other hand the psychological factor means the subjective emotion, sensation and individual judgement for it. Therefore the rating of noise must reflect the subjective psychology of people for it. But it is very difficult to establish an effective scale which can reflect well that because the subjective psychology has many variables according to the cultural differency, nationality and individual personalities. In this paper, Korean Vocabularys for the assessment of noise were surveyed in order to find out the effective noise scale for Korean.
