외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들이 발목 관절 상해에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Physical Characteristics Factors on Ankle Joint Injury during One Leg Drop Landing)

  • 본 연구는 외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들인 발목 유연성, 성별, Q-angle이 발목 관절 상해 요인들에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 오른발을 주발로 사용하고 체육을 전공하는 20대 남성 16명(나이: 20.19±1.78 years, 체중: 69.54±10.12 kg, 신장: 173.22±4.43 cm), 여성 16명(나이: 21.05±1.53 years, 체중: 61.75±6.97 kg, 신장: 159.34±4.56 cm)을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들이 발목 관절 상해에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 첫째, 발목 상해 경험에 따른 하지 관절 움직임과 관절 모멘트의 독립 t-test를 실시하였다(α = .05). 둘째, t-test를 통하여 유의한 차이를 나타낸 변인을 종속변인으로 설정하고 발목 유연성, 성별의 차이, Q-angle을 독립변인으로 지정하여 선형다중회귀분석(Multiple Linear Regression)을 사용하였다(α = .05). 본 연구결과 발목 관절 상해를 경험한 그룹은 상해를 경험하지 않은 그룹과는 다르게 발목 관절의 내전, 무릎 관절의 내측 회전을 통한 착지 전략과 기술을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 움직임은 발목 관절의 신전 모멘트를 증가시키고, 엉덩 관절의 신전 모멘트는 감소시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 발목의 배측굴곡 유연성은 발목과 무릎의 착지전략에 영향을 미치며, 성별의 차이는 발목의 신전 모멘트에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들이 발목 관절 상해에 영향을 미치는 요인들임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

우리나라 골관절염 환자의 관절통증: 2012년 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 (Joint Pain in Patients with Osteoarthritis: Based on the 5th KNHNES)

  • Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of joint pain, limitation of daily activities, and frequency of outpatient visits. Methods: This secondary analysis study used the data from the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHNES). The data about general characteristics, prevalence and treatment of osteoarthritis, limitation of activities of daily living (ADL) and frequency of outpatient visits and hospitalization in 424 osteoarthritis patients over 50 years old were derived from the database. Data were analyzed with complex samples in SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: Among people with knee joint pain, 79.3% reported they had more than 4 out of 10 points of the degree of pain. Meanwhile, 97.3% of people with hip joint pain reported that they had more than 4 out of 10 points of the degree of pain. People reporting 10 out of 10 point of pain were 21.4% of those with knee joint pain and 25% of those with hip joint pain. The mean of the degree of knee joint pain was 6.35, and the mean of the degree of hip joint pain was 6.89 out of 10 points. About 50% of people with osteoarthritis visited an outpatient clinic within the last 2 weeks, and 27% had limitation of ADL. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an integrated intervention program to improve quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis.

체결력에 따른 볼트결합부의 동적 파라미터 해석 (Dynamic Parameter Analysis of Bolted Joint)

  • The dynamic characteristics of mechanical structure are strongly affected by the properties of joint parameters. In this study, the test structures are constructed with two beams which are clamped by bolts, and a bolted joint which is modelled as a lumped stiffness element. To idientify the dynamic joint parameters with variance of clamping torque of bolts, the sensitivity analysis and the mode energy analysis methods are investigated experimentally. As a reult of these two methods, stiffnesses of bolted joint are experimentally found to increase as the clamping torque increases. These stiffnesses identified from the sensitivity analysis and the mode energy analysis method have some difference.

인대 구조에 기인한 유연 경첩 관절의 설계 (Design of Compliant Hinge Joints inspired by Ligamentous Structure)

  • This paper suggests novel types of joint mechanisms composed of elastic strings and rigid bodies. All of the human hinge joints have the articular capsule and a pair of collateral ligaments. These fibrous tissues make the joint compliant and stable. The proposed mechanism closely imitates the human hinge joint structure by using the concept of tensegrity. The resultant mechanism has several characteristics shown commonly from both the tensegrity structure and the human joint such as compliance, stability, lightweight, and non-contact between rigid bodies. In addition, the role and feature of the human hinge joints vary according to the origins of a pair of collateral ligaments. Likewise, the locations of two strings corresponding to a pair of collateral ligaments produce different function and motion of the proposed mechanism. It would be one of the advantages obtained from the proposed mechanism. How to make a joint mechanism with different features is also suggested in this paper.

유한요소법을 이용한 인공 고관절의 접촉응력 해석에 관한 연구 (Contact Stress Analysis of Artificial Hip Joints Using Finite Element Method)

  • The modern orthopaedics frequently uses the total hip replacement in the artificial hip joint. The wear in this joint requires a re-replacement of hip joints because it is under the severe load and friction conditions. To solve these problems the previous studies have been mainly focussed on the development of new materials. The research of new materials, however, needs much time and effort since it should be experimented for its bio-compatibility, friction, and wear characteristics. To reduce the work, in this study, the finite element analysis is applied to find new combinations of bio-materials in the total hip replacement which has the excellent contact characteristics. A non-linear FEM program MARC with 5-node axisymmetric element was used for analyzing the contact stresses between the hip joints. The computed results show that in case of acetabulum UHMWP has good characteristics, in femoral head, $Al_2O_3$, and in stem, Ti6Al4V.

저항업셋 용접법을 이용한 Zr-4 End Cap용접부의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Zr-4 End Cap Welded Joints Using Resistance Upset Welding)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics of welded joints on the Zircaloy-4 resistance upset welding for HWR(Heavy Water reactor)fuel rods. To estimate the characteristics of welded joints, the various tests were performed on the test coupons systematically with a wide range of each welding parameters in terms of a tensile test, burst test, knoop hardness test and metallography. Major results obtained in this study are as follows: 1. The tube and machined with 120.deg. projection was the reliable weld joint design for the nuclear fuel rod end cap welding. 2. As the weld current and the amount of upset increased linearly with increasing welding main heat input, it could make an estimate of their variation in accordance with the phase shift control. 3. It was found that an increase in squeeze force has an effect on the upset contour of welded joint because the amount of upset were increased by the change of squeeze force.

등속조인트용 그리스 마찰특성 연구 (Research on Friction Characteristics of Constant Velocity Joint Grease)

  • A GAF (generated axial force) is produced at a plunging-type CVJ (constant velocity joint). A high GAF can cause vibrations in a vehicle. Grease is used to reduce friction between the roller and the track of the outer case of a CVJ. The grease performance depends on the surface conditions and operating temperature. The surface of the outer case is extremely rough and hard. In recent times, the maximum operating temperature of CVJs has crossed $140^{\circ}C$, because the exhaust line is now located close to the CVJ. In this study, we examined the friction characteristics of friction additives at $25-150^{\circ}C$ and determined an optimal formulation with a low friction coefficient. This formulation can be used to develop low-friction grease that can reduce the GAF produced at a CVJ by approximately 7-26%.

  • This study is to understand the characteristics of axial force behavior that operates to the part of continuous welded rail and to investigate the basic data for secure the structure's stability and retrofit of the track. To develop the FEM model that type of plate girder which is used in the domestic national railway among servicing railway type. It is to analyze the characteristics of axial force behavior according to equip of the expansion joint and support placing by using the axial force simulation in making the continuous welded rail. As the result of research on the parametric valuables through the analysis, it is investigated that 'FMFM type' is more efficient than the other support type. Also, it conclude that structures are having the expansion joint is the most safe condition.

센서 링이 내식성과 기계적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ferrite Stainless Steel Corrosion Resistance or Mechanical Characteristics of 434LD2 ABS Sensor Ring)

  • In this thesis, using the 400 series ferrite stainless steel such as 434LD$_2$ which are furter excellent then the existing ferric products in mechanical characteristics, and experiment has been conducted on corrosion resistance of sensor ring. The results are following. 1. The products before sintering are much more corrodible in the condition of spray test of salt water and ammonia than humidity and nitrogen condition. 2. 434LD$_2$ ferrite stainless steel has shown a good corrosion resistance without an addition surface treatment. thus the decreasing production process has been obtained. 3. As hardness value of $H_{RB}$ 80 and tensile test, 434LD$_2$ ferrite stainless steel with show a good endurance when it is combined to constant velocity joint (c/v joint), and has a good hardness properties endurable to sand and pebble impact.

  • 카메라 방식의 3D 스캐너로부터 구한 암석 절리면의 거칠기를 만곡과 요철의 거칠기 성분으로 구분하였다. 거칠기의 구분 기준은 이전의 연구에서 도출된 것을 적용하였으며, 구분 방법으로는 디지털 필티링 기법을 사용하였다. 원래의 프로파일과 구분한 프로파일을 사용하여 금속 주형을 제작하였으며, 정밀한 가공을 위하여 WEDM(Wire-cut Electric Discharge Machining)을 사용하였다. 고강도 석고를 사용하여 시편을 복제하였고, 절리면 전단시험을 실시하였다. 낮은 연직응력 범위와 높은 연직응력 범위에서 전단시험을 실시하고, 거칠기의 규모와 연직응력에 따른 발현 특성을 분석하였다. 절리면 전단강도 예측을 위한 새로운 상관식을 제안하였으며, 이 상관식은 거칠기의 발현 특성과 거칠기 계수의 특성을 모두 효과적으로 고려할 수 있었다. 그러므로 거칠기의 구분에 의한 정량화가 절리면 전단강도 예측을 위한 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
