  • This study investigates the flow characteristics of fuel droplets between twin spray for the 4-hole injector used a 4-valve gasoline engine. The injectors for this study were the three types of 4-hole gasoline injector in which orifice diameter was 0.24mm. The spray behavior of twin spray was investigated by means of visualization employed stroboscope. A PDPA system was employed to simultaneously measure the size and velocity of fuel droplets. The 3 dimensional mean velocities. droplet size distributions, SMD and joint probability density function of velocity and droplet size are analyzed at the center of the spray and the center region of twin spray. As a result, the configurations of injector exit such as orifice interval and length of outlet, are very important factors that affect the flow characteristics of fuel droplets at the center region of twin spray.

QFP 솔더접합부의 크립특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Creep Characteristics of QFP Solder Joints)

  • In this paper, the creep characteristics of lead and lead-free solder joint were investigated using the QFP(Quad Flat Package) creep test. Two kind of solder pastes(Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu, Sn-0.2Sb-0.4Ag-37.4Pb) were applied to the QFP solder joints and each specimen was checked the external and internal failures(i.e., wetting failure, void, pin hole, poor-heel fillet) by digital microscope and X-ray inspection. The creep test was conducted at the temperatures of $100^{\circ}C$ and $130^{\circ}C$ under the load of 15$\sim$20% of average pull strength in solder joints. The creep characteristics of each solder joints were compared using the creep strain-time curve and creep strain rate-stress curves. Through the comparison, the Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu solder joints have higher creep resistance than that of Sn-0.3Sb-0.4Ag-37.4Pb. Also, the grain boundary sliding in the fracture surface and the necking of solder joint were observed by FE-SEM.

  • 암석의 성인과 변성에 따른 내부구조의 마이크로 특성은 암반의 거동 특성에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 암석 내부의 구성물질의 분포 특성을 반영하는 엑스레이 단층(X-ray CT) 이미지에 기초한 새로운 암석특성의 평가방안을 고찰하였다. 암석의 불균질 특성 및 이방성 특성의 정량화, 암석의 구성광물 입자의 크기분포 및 형상특성, 공극이미지를 이용한 유동해석, 암석내부의 노출되지 않은 절리면 거칠기 평가 등 전통적인 암석의 시험법으로 측정하기 어려웠던 중요한 암석의 특성들이 X-ray CT 이미지의 분석을 통하여 평가될 수 있다.

혈우병 환자의 질병관련 특성과 관리실태 (Treatment and Characteristics Related to Patients with Hemophilia)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze current treatments and characteristics of patients with hemophilia. Method: research design is a descriptive study exploring the current treatments, accompanied disorders, features related to the disease and subjects' social-demographic characteristics. The sample consisted of 218 hemophilia patients registered at Korea Hemophilia Foundation. Results: 80.3% of the subjects were diagnosed of this disease before the age of 10. 64.7% of them had a hemophilia familial history. 74.3% of them had disabilities. Main characters related to the disease were lack of the 8th factor and bleeding tendencies. Levels of severity had significant relationship with the number of hemorrhagic experiences. A common comorbidity found was hepatitis C. A treatment agent frequently use was GREENMONO INJ. and most patients injected it by themselves. 47.7% of the subjects used a dosage of 100 unit, and 45.4% of them injected to once a week. Conclusion: These data will be used as valuable knowledge for planning a patient care and managing their symptoms.

회전관절만을 활용하는 병진 3자유도 병렬 메커니즘의 기구학 특성 분석 (Analysis on Kinematic Characteristics of the Revolute-joint-based Translational 3-DOF Parallel Mechanisms)

  • Two novel parallel mechanisms (PMs) employing two or three PaPaRR subchains are suggested. Each of those two PMs has translational 3-DOF motion and employs only revolute joints such that they could be adequate for haptic devices requiring minimal frictions. The position analyses of those two PMs are conducted. The mobility analysis, the kinematic modeling, and singularity analysis of each of two PMs are performed employing the screw theory. Then through optimal kinematic design, each of two PMs has excellent kinematic characteristics as well as useful workspace size adequate for haptic applications. In particular, by applying an additional redundantly actuated joint to the 2-PaPaRR type PM which has a closed-form position solution, it is shown that all of its parallel singularities within reachable workspace are completely removed and that its kinematic characteristics are improved.

여성 난임 환자에게 적용되는 온라인 기반 중재의 특성 및 효과 분석: 체계적 문헌고찰 (Characteristics and Effectiveness of Online-based Intervention for Infertile Women: A Systematic Review)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this review was to analyze the characteristics and effectiveness of online-based intervention for infertile women. Methods: We established the PICO (Participant-Intervention-Comparison-Outcome) strategy and conducted a systematic review of 7 literatures retrieved from 3 electronic databases of Ovid-Medline, Ovid-Embase, and the Cochrane Library. Two investigators independently extracted the data and assessed the quality of included studies using Cochrane risk of bias. Results: The pregnancy outcome showed that higher total risk scores (TRS) about lifestyle behavior was significantly associated with lower chance of pregnancy (aHR 0.79, 95% CI 0.72~0.85). Stress was significantly decreased in experimental groups receiving online-based interventions (p<.05). Depression score was significantly lower in groups receiving additional interventions besides on-line interventions than those who used online-based intervention only. The other outcomes, including anxiety, self-efficacy, helpfulness of intervention, perceived social support, and knowledge scores were not significantly different within and between groups in overall. Characteristics of the interventions were heterogeneous. Conclusion: There is evidence that online-based intervention in infertile women enhances the pregnancy and reduces stress levels.

중국 초미세먼지 현황 및 정책 동향 (Review on the Current Status and Policy on PM2.5 in China)

  • The emission of air pollutants in China has increased rapidly as its economy expanded over the last decades. The Chinese government has recently acknowledged the seriousness of the resulting air pollution and is trying to improve air quality in many ways. Here, we review the air quality control and management policies in China, one of our closest neighbors, because these policies may also influence the air quality in Korea. This study examined the recent policies on $PM_{2.5}$ reduction and analyzed the variation in air quality and air pollutant emissions in China. The ambient air quality and emission standards in China have been strengthened, based on China's Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan of 2013. As a result, the annual mean concentration of $PM_{2.5}$ in 2015 in 74 large Chinese cities declined by 23.6% compared with 2013 values. Coal consumption in China also has been reduced by more than 10% per year since 2013. Furthermore, the laws controlling atmospheric emissions were revised again in 2016, and an air pollution forecasting and warning system was implemented to help manage air pollution problems. At present, the Chinese government is trying to evaluate its policies on $PM_{2.5}$ and find a new paradigm to mitigate ongoing $PM_{2.5}$ pollution. In this context, a joint study between Korea and China has been initiated to investigate the characteristics and sources of ambient $PM_{2.5}$ and to identify factors contributing to the high $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations in northeast China. We expect that this academic collaboration will benefit both countries in their search for new policies for $PM_{2.5}$ reduction.

절리암반내 지하수 유동해석을 위한 대표체적법, 비대표체적법 및 절리망 해석법의 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the REV, non-REV and Joint Network Methods for Analysis of Groundwater Flow in Jointed Rock Masses)

  • 본 논문에서는 절리암반에서 발생하는 지하수 유동과 굴착된 지하공동으로의 지하수 유입량을 해석하는 대표체적법, 비대표체적법 및 절리망 해석법을 소개하고 절리의 수와 공동의 직경을 변화시키면서 각 해석법의 특징과 결과를 비교하였다. 선처리 과정으로서 다수의 절리가 서로 교차하는 절리암반의 등가 수리전도계수를 산정하는 이론과 계산 과정(일명, 순차적 해석)이 소개되었다. 유한요소망과 절리도 및 순차적 해석을 이용하여 445개 요소 각각의 등가 수리전도계수를 계산하였으며 절리암반의 비균질 수리전도성과 대표물성 결정에 관해 논의하였다. 대표체적법에서는 대표물성을 통해 절리암반의 균질화가 이루어졌으며 따라서 절리밀도, 공동의 직경 및 수리전도대비의 증가에 따른 지하수 유입량의 증가도 규칙적이며 일관성 있는 경향을 보였다. 비대표체적법에서는 암반의 비균질성이 요소 단위로 해석에 반영됨으로써 유입량의 변화 양상은 불규칙하였으나 특성 치수가 증가함에 따라 대표체적법의 결과에 접근하는 경향을 보였다. 절리망 해석은 절리밀도, 공동크기 및 절리망과 공동의 교차 여부 등에 가장 민감하게 반응하였으나 해석결과의 신뢰도가 개별 절리에 관한 자료에 너무 의존하게 되는 단점이 있다. 제한된 범위에서 수집될 수밖에 없는 현장 절리자료의 불확실성을 감안할 때 대표체적법과 비대표체적법이 실질적으로 더 합리적인 해석방법으로 인식되었다.

직접전단시험에 의한 석회암 자연절리면의 전단특성 분석사례 (Case Study on the Shear Characteristics of Limestone Joint Surfaces by Direct Shear Tests)

  • 완만한 거칠기를 갖는 석회암 자연절리면에 대하여 KSRM 표준시험법에 의거한 개별적 직접전단시험과 수직응력을 단계별로 조절하는 다단계 직접전단시험을 실시하였다. 각 시험을 통해 전단시험 전후의 절리면 거칠기 변화를 알아보았고, 두 가지 시험에서 얻은 전단특성 값의 차이를 분석하였다. 두 가지 시험에서 모두 절리면의 거칠기가 클수록 전단저항은 증가하였으며, 수직응력이 증가할수록 절리면의 전단에 필요한 최대전단응력 값은 증가하였다. 다단계 직접전단시험으로 구한 최대마찰각은 개별적 직접 전단시험으로 구한 것의 63% 수준에 불과하였다. 다단계시험은 절리면 요철부의 초기 맞물림이 단계적인 전단과정에 따라 시험 중 수시로 변화되어 원래의 거칠기가 변형되기 때문에 암석 절리면의 마찰각을 구할 때는 개별적 직접전단시험이 더 유효한 방법으로 판단된다. JRC값 4~8의 완만한 거칠기를 갖는 석회암 절리면의 물성값은 최대마찰각 $47^{\circ}$, 잔류마찰각 $38^{\circ}$, 점착력 37 kPa으로 평가되었다.

암반지층 굴착벽체 발생토압에 대한 단계별 굴착깊이의 영향 (Effect of Step-Wise Excavation Depth on the Earth Pressure against an Excavation Wall in Rock Mass)

  • 본 논문은 암반지층에 설치되는 굴착벽체에 발생하는 토압에 대한 단계별 굴착깊이의 영향을 조사한 것이다. 암반지층에서 발생하는 문제들을 다루기 위해 개별요소법에 근거한 수치해석적 매개변수해석을 수행하였다. 수치해석은 매개변수로서 단계별 굴착깊이, 암반종류 및 절리조건(절리면의 전단강도 및 절리경사각)을 고려하였다. 암반지층에서 발생된 토압과 토사지반에서의 경험토압인 Peck토압이 서로 비교되었다. 비교결과 암반지층에서 발생된 토압은 암반의 종류 및 절리조건에 따라서 크게 영향을 받았으며, 단계별 굴착깊이의 영향은 암반상태가 나빠질수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 암반지층에 설치된 굴착벽체에 발생하는 토압은 토사지반에 대한 Peck의 경험토압과는 크게 다를 수 있다는 결과를 얻었다.
